돈육 등심의 육안적 평가조건과 한국소비자들의 기호도 성향 분석 (Visual Evaluation Factors of Pork Loin and Korean Consumer's Preference Choice)

  • 소비자의 인구, 사회, 경제적 특성을 고려한 돈육 선호도 성향의 차이를 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 연령층에 따라 마블링을 제외한 육색, 지방두께 및 드립에 대한 선호도가 유의적으로 다르게 나타났다. 연령층이 18${\sim}$24세이면서 학생인 소비자들이 돈육 선호도 성향이 다른 연령층 및 직종의 소비자들과 비교하여 육색이 짙고 지방두께가 얇으면서 드립이 약간 있는 것을 선호하였고 연령이 증가할수록 육색이 연하면서 지방이 약간 있고 드립이 없는 돈육을 선호하였다(P < 0.05). 남성이 여성보다 육색이 약간 더 진하고 드립이 있는 돈육을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다(P < 0.05). 또한, 결혼유무에 따라 육색 및 드립에 대한 선호도 차이가 있었고, 직업의 종류에 따라 마블링을 제외한 육색, 지방두께 및 드립에 대한 선호도가 유의적으로 차이가 있는것으로 나타났다(P < 0.05). 한편, 소득수준에 따라서는 선호도에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 돈육 선택 시 소비자들은 연령, 성별, 결혼 상태 및 직업 종류에 따라 선호도 성향이 다르게 나타났으며, 이러한 결과를 활용하여 앞으로 한국 소비자들의 기호를 만족시킬 수 있는 돈육생산에 필요한 기초 자료로써 본 연구 결과가 이용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

119구급대원의 심폐소생술 비 시행(DNR)과 관련된 윤리문제 인식 및 태도 (Recognition and Attitudes on Ethical Issues for DNR of 119 Rescue Party)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현장에서 근무하는 119 구급대원들을 대상으로 DNR(Do not resuscitate)과 관련된 이들의 윤리문제 인식 및 태도를 알아봄으로써, DNR 대상 환자 처치에 도움이 되는 객관적인 기틀을 마련하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 전라북도 소방서에서 근무하는 구급대원 219명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2009년 5월 6일부터 6월 20일까지였으며, 자료수집 방법은 구조화된 질문지를 이용하였다. 자료 분석 방법은 SPSS 12.O program을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, $x^2$-test, 교차분석이다. 연구 결과 대상자의 성별, 연령, 종교, 결혼상태, 임상근무경력, 현재 근무지 경력, 현재직위, 윤리 및 가치관에 관한 교육경험, DNR 교육 받은 곳, DNR 실행경험, DNR 상담요청에 따라 윤리적 태도간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 DNR에 관한 대책을 마련하기 위하여 더 많은 후속 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

병원간호사의 감정노동과 자원동원성이 이직 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Clinical Nurses' Emotional Labor and Resourcefulness on the Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구는 병원 간호사의 감정 노동과 자원동원성이 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 예측적 상관관계 조사 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 종합병원에서 근무한지 6개월 이상의 간호사 138명이고, 자료 수집은 2016년 4월 10일부터 17일까지 온라인상에서 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 진행하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS statistics 21 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test와 multiple linear regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 감정노동은 연령, 결혼 유무, 직위, 임상 경력, 교대근무에 따라, 자원동원성은 성별과 임상 경력에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 이직 의도는 연령에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 회귀 분석 결과에서 이직 의도에 영향을 미치는 관련 변수로는 감정노동(${\beta}=.19$, p=.048), 자원동원성(${\beta}=-.18$, p=.038)이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인이 이직 의도를 설명하는 정도는 3.7%였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 병원 간호사의 이직 의도를 낮추기 위해 간호사의 감정노동과 자원동원성을 감소시키기 위한 구체적인 방안을 마련할 필요성을 제시한다. 이를 바탕으로 병원 조직 관리차원에서 이를 활용하여 전략적인 프로그램을 개발하고 적용한다면 병원간호사의 이직 의도를 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

종합병원 간호사의 피로, 건강지각 및 행복이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Fatigue, Health Perception, and Happiness on Health Promoting Behaviors among General Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 피로, 건강지각, 행복, 건강증진행위 간의 관계 및 건강증진행위의 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집은 A시에 소재한 2개 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 총 153명을 대상으로 2018년 2월 5일부터 3월 30일까지 진행하였다. 자료수집은 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 자가 보고하도록 하였다. 자료분석방법은 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 피로는 25.42점, 건강지각은 54.01점, 행복은 14.73점, 건강증진행위는 2.17점으로 나타났다. 피로는 음주, 직무 스트레스에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 건강지각은 질환에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 행복은 결혼상태, 근무형태, 총 임상경력, 부서만족도, 경제수준, 직무 스트레스에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 건강증진행위는 총 임상경력, 경제수준에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 건강증진행위는 건강지각, 행복과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈고, 피로와는 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 건강증진행위에 대한 영향요인은 행복과 경제수준으로 총 변화량의 24%를 설명하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 종합병원 간호사의 건강증진행위를 향상시키기 위해 경제수준을 고려하여 행복을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

Association of urinary 3-phenoxybenzoic acid levels with self-reported depression symptoms in a rural elderly population in Asan, South Korea

  • Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the association between presence of depression symptoms and the exposure level to insecticides among aged population in rural area, determined via measured levels of urinary 3-phenoxybenzoic acid (3-PBA), after controlling for socioeconomic confounding factors. Methods Using a cross-sectional study design, we randomly recruited participants for our study (161 male and 239 female) from rural areas of Asan, Chungnam, Korea. Environmental risk factor exposure was assessed using a questionnaire, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze urinary 3-PBA levels. We used a logistic regression analysis to assess the association of urinary 3-PBA levels with the presence of self-reported depression symptoms. Results After controlling for creatinine levels, the median (interquartile range) concentration of 3-PBA was approximately 1.5 times (p<0.05) higher among female (1.54 [0.90 to 2.35]) ${\mu}g/g$) than among male (1.06 [0.64 to 1.81] ${\mu}g/g$). Our study found that among female participants, the unit increase in 3-PBA levels exhibited a likely positive association (odds ratio, 1.12; 95% confidence interval, 1.00 to 1.25) with an increased risk of presence of self-reported depression symptoms, after adjusting for socioeconomic insurance type, daily physical condition, marital status, smoking status, and age. Conclusions Given our finding of a potential association between the presence of self-reported depression symptoms and 3-PBA levels, precautions should be considered to minimize exposure to insecticides and thus protect the health of aged residents in rural areas.

제조업 남성 근로자의 직무스트레스와 피로와의 관련성 (Relationship between Job Stress and Fatigue Symptoms among Manufacturing Male Workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제조업 남성 근로자들의 직무스트레스 요인과 피로수준과의 관련성을 조사하기 위함이다. 연구대상자는 50인 미만의 소규모 제조업 사업장에서 근무하고 있는 남성 근로자를 553명으로 하였다. 자료 수집은 2015년 4월에 한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구와 한국판 다차원피로척도를 사용한 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS ver 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 피로증상은 직무스트레스가 정상인 군보다 고위험 스트레스군에서 유의하게 높았다. 또한 조사대상자의 피로증상은 직무스트레스와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 직무스트레스가 정상인 군에 비해 고위험 스트레스 군에서 고위험 피로군에 속할 위험비가 유의하게 증가하였다. 또한 피로수준에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 연령, 결혼상태, 교육수준 및 주관적 건강상태. 수면시간, 커피음용 횟수, 외래진료경험 유무, 직장생활 만족도 및 직무스트레스가 유의한 변수로 선정되었으며 이들의 설명력은 27.7%이었다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 소규모 제조업 남성 근로자들의 피로수준은 인구사회학적 특성, 건강관련행위 특성 및 직업관련 특성뿐만 아니라 직무스트레스 요인과도 유의한 관련성이 있음을 시사하고 있다.

외국계 생명보험 설계사의 감성지능이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Emotional Intelligence Effects on Foreign LCs' Self-Efficacy and Job Stress)

  • Purpose - This study is to investigate the relationship among emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and job stress of foreign life insurance consultants focusing on the mediating effect of self-efficacy. Regarding job security, in general foreign life insurance companies in Korea have more severe working conditions in terms of required contract performance. For foreign life insurance consultants, they are assumed to need higher level of emotional intelligence and self efficacy to meet the conditions. In this study, focus is cast on these aspects. Research design, data, and methodology - Basically the research is conducted upon questionnaires responded by foreign life insurance consultants. That is, data are collected from 255 sample of insurance consultants who work for a foreign owned life insurance company. The Questionnaire measure the level of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and job stress of insurance consultants. The data are analyzed using pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Durbin-Watson test. Results - The general characteristics of respondents are gender, age, marital status, education level, income monthly, career length, change jobs no, working day per week, call no. per week, meeting no. with client per week, contract regularity, contract no. per month and cancellation contract per year. The mean of emotional intelligence is 2.63, self-efficacy is 3.44 and job stress is 2.20. Emotional intelligence is composed with mean value of self emotion appraisal(3.93), other's emotion appraisal(3.78), regulation of emotion(3.29) and use of emotion(3.52). The mean of self efficacy is composed with mean value of self-confidence(3.41), self-regulated efficacy(3.59) and preference task difficulty(3.30). The job stress is composed with mean value of job requirement(2.61), lack of job autonomy(1.99), conflict of personal relations(1.99), job instability(2.38), organizational system(2.19) and inappropriate compensation(2.07). There is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy. The emotional intelligence and self-efficacy are significantly negative correlation with job stress. The self-efficacy is showed a mediating variable between emotional intelligence and job stress. Conclusions - To decrease job stress level, foreign life insurance company should find the factors to improve the emotional intelligence and self-efficacy of life insurance consultants, and develop appropriate plans using a mediating role of self- efficacy between emotional intelligence and job stress.

치과기공사의 여가활동 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study of the status of Dental technicians' leisure activities)

  • This study aims to analyze the major factors in their working conditions affecting the enlargement of leisure activities of dental technicians. We also present a need for dental technicians to assign more time many different kinds of leisure activities for their quality life. To this end, we examined the status and the characteristics of dental technicians' leisure activities among the randomly selected subjects who are working in the area of Seoul, Gyonggido, and Gangwon-do through the analysis of the 311 sheets of self-administered questionnaires. The conclusions from this analysis are as follows; 1. On weekdays, non participants in leisure activities were found to be 64.0%, and in the case of weekends, the participants were reached to 70.7%. Those who enjoy any leisure activities in either of weekdays and weekends were 34.1%, 27.3% of the dental technicians did not have any leisure activities. Therefore, statistical significance was shown in the participations of leisure activities between weekdays and weekends. 2. Of the types of leisure activities in both weekdays and weekends, sports activities were ranked at the top 33.4%, 29.6% respectively, which is followed by going to the cinema/theatre/exhibitions, etc 21.9%, 26.0%, games/entertainment 14.5%, 14.8%, hobbies/cultural activities 14.1%, 12.5%, sightseeing/picnic 6.4%, 7.4%. 3. Of the differences in the characteristics of leisure activities, the types of leisure activities between weekdays and weekends showed difference in gender, company and information regarding leisure activities in age, company and the place of leisure activities, and leisure information in the marital status, career and monthly income in company, company and leisure information in the job position, which is statistically significant (p<.001). However, no statistical significance was found among the other general items of the characteristics of leisure activities. Considering only works on weekdays policy is currently permeating into almost every business sector, dental business owners or managers are advised to consider more effective time management or human resources management, such as keeping reasonable manufacturing time through cooperations with the dentists, regularity of working hours, incentive system, introduction of credible over time payment. Which will provide their staff with more times and opportunities to enjoy their leisure activities. Additionally, the concrete and feasible ways of motivating and activating the leisure activities of dental technicians are in need of further researches and studies.

노인의 건강증진행위와 관련된 변인에 관한 연구 (Determinants of Health-Promoting Behavior in the Elderly)

  • This study was undertaken to grasp health-promoting behavior of the elderly and to identify variables related to them in order to facilitate nursing intervention for health promotion of this population. The subjects for this study were 291 old persons obtained by cluster sampling from twenty general social welfare centers located in Tague. Data were collected by self-reported questionnaires from August 13 to September 13, 1996. Questionnaires were developed based on Sherer and others' Self-Efficacy scale, Rosenberg's Self-Esteem scale, Wallston and other's Multidimensional Health Locus of Control scale, Northern illinois University's Helath Self Rating Scale, Walker and others' Health Promotion Lifestyles Profile. Analysis of the data was done by use of descriptive statistics, stepwise multiple regression, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, MANOVA, t-test, and ANOVA. The results were summarized as follows : 1. For the practice of health-promoting behavior, the mean score was 2.89 and range was 3.59 to 2.09. The factor of the highest mean score was regular diet(M=3.42) and factor of the lowest mean score as stress management(M=2.27). 2. The combination of self-efficacy, internal health locus of control, family number, and average monthly pocket money explained 30.0% of the variance of health-promoting behavior. 3. With regard to the relationship between health-promoting behavior and cognitive perceptual factor, self-efficacy correlated positively with health-promoting behavior(r=.4951, P=.0001), self-esteem correlated positively(r=.3263, P=.0001), internal health locus of control correlated positively(r=.3244, P=.0001), perceived health status correlated positively(r=.1355, P=.0274). 4. According to age(F=2.50, P=.0431), sex(t=2.14, P=.0332), marital status(F=7.85, P=.0005), education(F=5.44, P=.0003), family number(F=11.18, P=.0001), people living together(F=7.21, P=.0009), previous occupation(F=5.83, P=.0001), average monthly pocket money(F=7.27, P=.0001), there were differences of health-promoting behavior. The above findings show that health-promoting behavior are related to demographic characteristics, four cognitive perceptual factors(self-efficacy, self-esteem, internal health locus of control, perceived health status). On the basis of the above findings the following recommendations are made ; 1. Nursing interventions enhancing exercise or activity, accountability for health, stress management of the elderly must be provided. 2. Nursing strategies enhancing self-efficacy which is most significant effect on health-promoting behavior must be developed.

여성의 부의 인식에 따른 가계자산증식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Households Property Increase to the Wealth Recognition of Woman's)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate some Influencing factors related to the wealth perception and property increase of 519 women in Seoul. The research was conducted from the end of February 15 to the beginning of January 20, 2009. The figures obtained were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, x-test, t-test, F-test, chi-square, and Duncan's F-test with SPSS pc+ The major findings of who study are summarized as follows: l.There were significant differences between the wealth recognition (economic plan affirmative and negative perception of wealth) for women according to social and psychological variables; economic plans have a higher value for married women, older women, those who have followed a postgraduate university course, those with higher income and expenditure, higher life satisfaction, and high and middle satisfaction with their economic life. In particular, economic plans varied significantly according to expectation of wealth in old age, and future economic prospects in the middle group. 2. Increased wealth and economic according to social and psychological variables (marital status, age, education, income, expenditure, life satisfaction, satisfaction with economic life, expectation of wealth in old age, future economic prospects) were shown to be associated with the following methods of increasing property: use of savings banks (p<.001) showed a rate of deposit of 20%-40% (p<.001) saving and thrift was a practice (p<001) that was related to the cost of living; and education expenditure (p<.001) as a property preparation period was exhibited in women aged 25-30 (p<.001). 3. There were significant differences in the recognition of wealth according to strategies for increasing wealth. There were no significant differences between mean of property acquisition and point of expenditure or the property preparation period in the perception of wealth. The related variables in rate of deposits were under 20% according to economic plan and negative wealth perception. In contrast, in the middle and high group, the economic plan and negative wealth perception were 20%-40% in relation to the rate of deposits. Variables related to the action of saving and thrift and property acquisition were practiced in the low and middle group of affirmative wealth recognition and the high group of negative wealth perception. The high group for wealthrecognition and the low group for wealthnegation exhibited little savings, thrift, and property accumulation. Those variables which point an expenditure the cost of living were education expenditure in all groups of negative wealth perception. The women in the study practiced more soundness economic planning according to their increased wealth and economic strategy. This study suggests that women should have positive wealth perception in their lives.
