The good features of a switched reluctance motor(SRM) are appreciated by the appliance manufactures. And it is spread into a commercial and industries market. The few disadvantage of the motor is higher torque ripple and noise. This paper proposes an instantaneous torque control scheme to control a speed precisely. It adapts phase-locked loop (PLL) technique to control speed precisely. In this control scheme, the phase detector signal of the PLL regulates the switching dwell angle flexibly and the loop filter's signal controls adaptively the instantaneous switching voltage. Experimental results show that drive performance is good with low torque ripple.

This study is to improve the quality of electronic weighing machine by providing a reformation plan on currently problems of domestic manufactured nonautomatic weighing instruments, and by test items and criteria considering internal situation on base of identification of quality level of domestic manufactures electronic weighing machine according to the international standards.

Now many IHTERMINGLER manufactures are under developing new types which can decrease the air consumption and at the same time can improve the efficiency of operating. The material and surface finish of yarn chamber is important factors to make INTERMINGLER. Normally ceramic material and tungsten carbide is used for yarn chamber but now chemical diffusion process for metal is widely used for material and it is very successful considering the hardness of surface.

China is a large country fer the production of magnetic materials because of its cheap price and abundant raw materials. The total yield of ferrite occupies about 20% fraction in the market of the world. In this report, the characteristics and the yield of the ferrite magnet produced in China were displayed. Also the distribution of manufacturers and research institutes and the Chinas 10th five-year-plan on the magnetic materials were reviewed.

Although there has been growing interests in outsourcing the logistics sectors in the industry, not much research was undertaken to provide the processes and standards in choosing the right 3PL for the company. In this research, we attempt to provide the 3PL selection criteria and its priority orders. We surveyed and interviewed the various industry experts and analyzed results using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The study reveals that manufactures and logistics companies have different understanding of the selection criteria and priorities in outsourcing the 3PL.

This paper presents a theoretical framework for discussing the role of rebates in successful market transformation programs. Rebates can play an important role in market transformation, essentially acting as a catalyst to jump-start markets and overcome initial barriers. However, they also have drawbacks that can actually inhibit market transformation. In particular, they can interfere with market signals between customers and manufactures, so that markets respond sluggishly. This can delay the broad-based acceptance of new products.

The shear flow properties have been reported in many cases by manufactures and fabricators. Only this characteristic is sometimes insufficient for the processings to provide a complete picture of the relationship between the processability and the flow behavior when underwent free-surface processes in which the shape and thickness of the extrudate are determined by the rheological properties of the melt, the die dimensions etc. In this paper the methodology of control of elongational flow is discussed in terms of relaxation time control of the polymer melts.

One of the main problems in modern factories is that most of the plants utilize programmable devices from a wide range of manufactures and each requires its own proprietary protocol and interface. To avoid this type of problems a Integrated Control System is proposed that prevents these multi-vendor environments. The paper describes the architecture of the system and discusses the benifits that from its implementation can be derived.
