This study aims to analyze the influence of apparatus resources, organizational commitment, internal control on the accountability of village fund allocations with the level of education as a moderating. Accountability analysis of village fund allocation is carried out at every stage of planning, implementation stage, administration stage, reporting stage, and accountability stage. The study was conducted in 18 villages in Undaan District, Kudus Regency - Indonesia, with a total sample of 115 village officials. Structural Equation Model analysis techniques with Warp Partial Least Square were used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that apparatus resources, organizational commitment, and internal control had a positive effect on the accountability of village fund allocations. The level of education strengthens the influence of apparatus resources on the accountability of village fund allocations. The findings of the study further prove that commitment has positive implications for achieving accountability. It means that the higher the commitment made by the government apparatus, the better and higher the effect on accountability in managing public funds. With an ethical commitment of the government apparatus in managing the budget, the use of funds can be in accordance with the planning and designation so that goals can be achieved.

It is clearly stated in the current records law that presidential records should be collected and kept. Despite of the significance of this regulation it is also undeniable that there must be some preconditions for the enactment of this legal regulations. First, it needs the compatible device for promoting the production of presidential records. Second, it must be considered that presidential records should be selected and transferred from the Committee for taking over presidency. And last, we are confronted by the problem of establishing presidential archives. After all, from the starting point we should overcome a number of serious problems for the administration of the presidential records. In this article I tried to discuss these problems and to make some suggestions for the solution of these problems. In my opinion, revision of the records law is in some points necessary. Basic principle of management of presidential records must be discussed for the revision and enactment of 'presidential archives and presidential records law'. Just several problems concerning managing agency of presidential records are pointed out here. Presidential records have important historical values. The government must be responsible for the preservation and sound management of them. The citizenship also must support the reform of the records management. It means an open and public discussion on the reform of national records management system.

Recent medical industry is an aging society and the application of national health insurance, with state-of-the-art research and development, including the pharmaceutical market is greatly increased. The nation's health care industry through new support expansion and improve the quality of life for the research and development will be needed. In addition, systemic administration of basic medical supplies, or drugs are needed, the drug at the same time managing how systematic analysis of pharmaceutical ingredients, based on data through the purchase of new medicines and pharmaceutical ingredients automatically classified by analyzing the statistics of drug purchases and the future a system that can predict a patient is needed. In this study, the drugs to the patient according to the component analysis and predictions for future research techniques, k-means clustering and k-NN (Nearest Neighbor) Comparative studies through experiments using the techniques employ a more efficient method to study how to proceed. In this study, the effects of the drugs according to the respective components in time according to the number of pieces in accordance with the patient by analyzing the statistics by predicting future patient better medical industry can be built.

This study explores modern portfolio theory by integrating the Black-Litterman portfolio with time-series clustering, specificially emphasizing K-shape clustering methodology. K-shape clustering enables grouping time-series data effectively, enhancing the ability to plan and manage investments in stock markets when combined with the Black-Litterman portfolio. Based on the patterns of stock markets, the objective is to understand the relationship between past market data and planning future investment strategies through backtesting. Additionally, by examining diverse learning and investment periods, it is identified optimal strategies to boost portfolio returns while efficiently managing associated risks. For comparative analysis, traditional Markowitz portfolio is also assessed in conjunction with clustering techniques utilizing K-Means and K-Means with Dynamic Time Warping. It is suggested that the combination of K-shape and the Black-Litterman model significantly enhances portfolio optimization in the stock market, providing valuable insights for making stable portfolio investment decisions. The achieved sharpe ratio of 0.722 indicates a significantly higher performance when compared to other benchmarks, underlining the effectiveness of the K-shape and Black-Litterman integration in portfolio optimization.

The perineum is comprised of diverse anatomic structures with mixed sympathetic and somatic innervation. The coccyx is innervated by the coccygeal nerves and branches of the fifth sacral root. Recently, ganglion impar block has been introduced as an alternative means of managing intractable pain of sympathetic origin, coccygodynia by trauma, tenesmus and perineal hyperhydrosis. We managed a 59-year-old female patient who had suffered from perineal pain by metastasis of cervical cancer. Approach to impar ganglion through the anococcygeal ligament was impossible because her coccyx was hyperflexed anteriorly by old fracture. But we could perform ganglion impar block successfully by approach through the separation of sacrum and coccyx.

Despite the government's various safety measures, the number of safety accidents continues to rise and the interior is more likely to occur indoors than outdoors. Safety accidents involving young children account for more than 70 % of the safety accidents in the safety accidents, and the ratio of safety accidents in the classroom or classroom is more than 50 %. In this thesis the author proposes the system managing the accidents notification service using LED lighting and access entry control. Utilizing IoT technology, remote control or access can be controlled remotely by controlling multiple lights and entrances from each room and by means of a number of lighting and entrances. By monitoring and analyzing real-time status via server PC and mobile interface, it can control the maximum control and incident prevention, automatic control, and automatic control.

A steam generator tube rupture (SGTR) accident, which is a partial reactor building bypass scenario, has a low probability and high consequences. SAMG has been used to manage the progression of severe accidents and the release of fission products induced by an SGTR at the Wolsong plants. Four of the six SAGs in the SAMG are used to manage the progression of a severe accident induced by an SGTR at the Wolsong plants. The results of the ISAAC code calculation have shown that the proper use the SAMG can stop a severe accident from progressing and keep the reactor building intact during a severe accident. These results confirm that the SAMG is an effective means of managing the progression of severe accidents initiated by an SGTR at the Wolsong plants.

To Know customers is very important for the company to survive in its cut-throat competition among coimpetitors. CRM (Customer relationship management) has emerged as a key solution for managing the profitable relationship. In order to achieve successful CRM customer segmentation is a essential component. Clustering as a data mining technique is very useful to build data-driven segmentation. This paper is concerned with building proper customer segmentation with introducing a credit card company case. Customer segmentation was built based only on transaction data which cattle from customer's activities. Two-step clustering approach which consists of k-means clustering and agglomerative clustering was applied for building a customer segmentation.

Metacognition means "thinking about one's own thinking". There are generally two aspects of metacognition: i) Reflection - thinking about what we know; and ii) Self-regulation - managing how we go about learning. Developing metacognitive abilities is not simply about becoming reflective learners, but about acquiring specific learning strategies as well. There are several strategies that may be used by teachers to develop metacognitive skills amongst learners. As part of a Professional Development project secondary school mathematics teachers have been developing their knowledge and skills to teach for metacognition. In this paper we analyze two lessons presented by groups of teachers in the project and tease out similarities and differences between the lessons that afford or hinder the development of metacognitive skills of learners.
