Purpose: This study proposes a model for future research agendas on knowledge management activities as a source of increasing sustainable competitive advantage. Based on the literature, the role of knowledge management in sustainable competitive advantage does not necessarily have a significant effect but involves other variables. For this reason, future research proposals on the role of knowledge management on sustainable competitive advantage and other relevant variables need to be carried out. Research design, data, and methodology: This research uses a literature study. The model development stage is (1) relevant research studies, (2) identification of relevant theories and related variables, (3) developing and making a hypothesis (4) proposed model. Results: From the literature study, it was found that knowledge management plays a role in increasing managerial competence, market orientation, and innovation. Furthermore, managerial competence, market orientation, and innovation significantly affect sustainable competitive advantage. However, other studies have found a different relationship. Conclusions: This study proposes a research model on the role of knowledge management, managerial competence, market orientation, and innovation to improve sustainable competitive advantage. The study results can be used for further research based on the proposed model and as a reference for company owners and management to increase competitive advantage.

본 연구는 전자상거래 사업을 추진하는 기업을 대상으로 연구하였다. 전자상거래 활성화를 위해 기업이 추진하는 경영전략, 마케팅, 구매/물류, 서비스 측면의 전략이 지식 경영 실천 유형인 시스템적 접근, 행동론적 접근 방식에 구조적으로 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 또한 지식 경영 실천 유형은 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 결과적으로 경영전략, 마케팅, 구매/물류, 서비스 측면의 전략은 시스템적 접근, 행동론적 접근 방식에 구조적으로 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식 경영 실천 유형도 경영 성과에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

As all the other managerial activities, total quality management (TQM) has also inputs into and outputs from the process. Therefore, the principal managerial efficiency criteria of maximum outputs with minimum inputs should be applied to TQM. In this paper, the methodology for the performance evaluation of TQM by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was proposed. DEA is used to measure the efficiency of TQM for each firm with the input and output data obtained by questionnaire. It is found that there are not significant differences between the firms with and without IS09000 certification and between the large and small-sized firms with respect to the TQM efficiency.

The lack of close working relationship between agricultural research, extension organizations and farmers, is one of the most difficult problems confronting agricultural technology system. Systems approach is an effective method to use in indentifying lingkage problems in agricultural technology system, and it is a problem-solving methodology. There are two basic types of linkage mechanisms; organizational and managerial. Organizational mechanisms involve the structural modification of the research and extension organizations involved in an agricultural technology system. The other major type of lingkage mechanisms involves a range of managerial interventions such as joint planning and review activities, collaborative program activities, and resource allocation procedures, etc.

The article defines the organizational conditions for effective management, the actions of the team to implement the concept of marketing management using the tools of pedagogical and strategic management. Due to this, results are achieved - indicators, since in our study they will be indicators of managerial efficiency: improving the "organization" function through the construction of new organizational structures; improving the functions of "analytical activity and planning" through enriching managerial work with economic and gnostic methods, analytical activities with the mandatory inclusion of financial activities, introspection of all participants, widespread use of licensed automated systems; synthesis of educational, economic, social results.

With the competitive environment accelerating in healthcare industry, the hospital network system is considered as one of the strategies for clinical and managerial efficiency. This study was intended to offer a theoretical view on the hospital network system and to analyze the current network status of hospitals in Korea. Specifically, network types were classified based on the criteria modified from previous studies, and were used to describe and compare the scope and intensity of associated activities. The questionnaire survey was conducted with 237 hospitals during the period of December 27 2005 to January 25 2006. Above 90% of tertiary and secondary care hospitals were under the network system, while only 20% of primary care clinics were affiliated. In general, the scope and intensity of network activities was limited. Vertical and/or clinical integration was more common than horizontal and/or managerial integration. Three most frequent types of hospital network systems were clinical-vertical integration (Type A), clinical/managerial-vertical integration(Type B), and clinical/managerial-horizontal /vertical integration (Type C). Such network types differentiated significantly different features of affiliated hospitals and network systems. The affiliation duration to the network system was the only significant factor influencing on the network type. The strategic approach to the network system was emphasized for hospitals to increase the potential advantage of hospital network systems.

디지털지식정보 환경에서 기록은 업무처리와 더욱 밀접한 관계를 가지면서 조직의 경영활동에 핵심적 요소로 부각되고 있다. 실제, 경영은 업무 성과물의 집합체로 표현되며, 조직의 컴플라이언스, 지식경영, 리스크 관리 측면에서 기록관리의 중요성은 날로 증대하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 경영 및 기록 환경의 변화에도 불구하고, 기록관리와 경영활동 간의 실제적 상관성을 밝히는 학술적 논의는 부재한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 공공기관의 기록관리 발전을 위해, 양자간의 상관성에 대한 규명과 인지가 선행되어야 한다는 인식 아래, 현 공공기관 경영평가모델의 토대가 된 말콤 볼드리지 모델과 기록관리표준을 중심으로 기록관리와 경영품질 및 성과 간의 밀접한 상관성을 제시한다. 구체적으로는, 경영평가모델 평가지표 속의 기록관리 요소와 기록관리표준에서의 경영품질 요소를 추출 비교분석하며, 이를 통해 상호 공통된 요소와 사각지대로 남아있는 요소들을 기록관리 측면에서 고찰한다.

The goal of the study is to find what managerial characteristics affect the community spirit and participation of medical and psychiatric social workers. To do this, managerial characteristics were divided into organizational structure and culture as well as job satisfaction. As a result of an empirical study, while Herzberg's motivators or mental rewards, such as autonomy, sense of accomplishment, and sense of respect, improved the levels of community spirit and participation, Herzberg's hygiene factors or economic rewards did not have any relationship with them statistically. This means that mental rewards equivalent to those of other professions in hospitals will improve the professional identity and activities of social workers, who are working with diverse professions in hospitals. On the other hand, organizational structure and culture were not significant statistically.

This study examines and analyzes the effect of innovation on the price to book value mediated by managerial ownership in Indonesian companies. In order to achieve the goals and objectives, the company increases its value by increasing shareholders. Improving the welfare of shareholders can be done through investment and financial policies, and is reflected in share prices in the capital market. The higher the share price, the better the owner's welfare, and the company's value will also increase. The population of this study is the manufacturing companies - as many as 162 - listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. By using a purposive sampling method, 25 companies met the criteria for the sample. The data comes from the companies' annual report taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data is further analyzed using partial least square (PLS). The results of the study showed that innovation has a significant effect on price to book value. The companies with high marketing innovation produce high company performance as well. The companies get a commensurate reward from marketing innovation activities to carry out continuous marketing innovations. In addition, managerial ownership does not mediate the relationship between innovation and price to book value.

The fisheries industry has led the Korean economy, and has been achieving high-level position in the world. However, this industry meets aging, low growth and profit. In order to overcome this critical situation, it is needed to understand the overall status of industry. In industry level, most of previous researches focused on ocean industry rather than fisheries. In addition, scholars have been getting a lot of attention about fisheries cooperatives, fishing-ports, methods of fishery, and manufacturing process in fisheries sector. The aim of this research is analysis of domestic fisheries industry's managerial performance using data envelopment analysis(DEA) considering operating and scale view. Furthermore, the comparative analysis is performed by firm size, and industry type. In results, fisheries industry's managerial performance is not high, overall. In more detail, most of big size firms are under decreasing returns to scale(DRS) status. Fishery processing industry's performance is low, and fishery distribution industry has the best performance. This paper suggests that transferring operating capability from big firms to small firms, and policy supports and firm's activities should be accompanied for high-value added in fisher, and fishery processing industries.
