중소 제조업의 재해 특성 및 안전관리 정책에 관한 연구 (Accident Characteristics and Safety Management Policy in the Small Manufacturing Industry)

  • Accident analyses are used to identify common factors contributing to occupational accidents and to give recommendations for accident prevention. This study concerns with the accident characteristics and safety management in the small manufacturing industry. To investigate the accident characteristics, we used workers' compensation reports and employers' accident analysis reports. Two hundred and thirty injury accidents which results in more than 4 days absence were surveyed from the manufacturing companies with under 100 employees. The actual safety problems experienced today in the small manufacturing were also examined by interview method with safety engineers. We propose the safety management programs based on the accident characteristics and the actual safety problems. These results can be used to develop more effective occupational safety and health management policies in the small manufacturing industry.

지식경영시스템 품질 영향 요인 분석: 기술 및 과업 특성 관점에서 (Analysis of the Influencing Factors on KMS Quality: From the Perspective of Technology and Task Characteristics)

  • Since the introduction of knowledge management systems, many studies have attempted to analyze its performance and identify the success factors. However, few studies have investigated the relationship between KMS technology characteristics and its quality. This paper attempts to categorize KMS technology functions into socialization, externalization, combination and internalization and then find the relationship between these functions and KMS quality. It also attempts to investigate the moderating effect of task characteristics in this relationship. Our research frame is derived from the well known task-technology fit model and the related KMS performance studies. A survey was conducted from 157 KMS users. It is found that both externalization and combination are important for KMS quality and this quality influences the KMS performance. Furthermore, it is confirmed that the task characteristics can moderate between the KMS technology and its quality.

말비계 건설재해 특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A study on characteristics of accidents involving horse scaffolds at construction sites)

  • Many fatal and non-fatal injuries occurred as a result of unexpected falls from horse scaffolds during structural or finishing works such as painting, plastering, or plumbing. Therefore, this study is to improve safety standards for horse scaffolds used mostly in the interior finishing works. But hazard elements for the horse scaffolds has not been specifically identified. This study has analyzed the accidents of horse scaffolds to prevent construction accidents and the characteristics of a serious accidents related the horse scaffolds. It was suggested a safety management plan and a group of accidents characteristics. The results of this study are expected to be utilized as basic data for prviding a reference related to the horse scaffolds and to be unified the regulations associated with the horse scaffolds.

  • This study is to suggest basic data for the policy on the energy demand and management of an U-based city compliant with characteristics of regions and districts in future city by conducting research on the energy consumption and management of an U-based city, considering city energy demand characteristics focused on the center district of Daegu metropolitan city. U-based city energy consumption and management solution is considered to be effective in establishing the guideline of environment-friendly urban architecture planning as well as the assessment of energy consumption characteristics in a city.

  • Purpose: The present research was designed to explore a causal relationship among SNS prosumer characteristics, relationship quality, user satisfaction, and loyalty intention, and we intended to explore mediating role of relationship quality in the causal relationship. Methods: As survey tool, questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 214 was analyzed using SEM analysis method. Results: All theoretical relationships, except the relationship between information provision and relational quality, proved to be significant. The relationship quality plays an important intermediary role in the research model. Conclusion: The characteristics of SNS prosumer activity can be summarized by interaction and informational provision. To increase user satisfaction and loyalty, it is necessary to support these characteristics and strengthen relationships with customers.

국내 건설폐기물 기업의 재무적 특성과 이익조정 간의 관계 - 중간처분업 특성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Relationships between Financial Characteristics and Earnings Management in Domestic Construction Waste Disposal Companies - Focusing on the moderating effects of intermediate-level waste treatment services)

  • 건설폐기물 기업의 중간처분업 특성은 이익조정의 여지가 큰 기업에서는 재무적 특성과 이익조정 간의 관계에서 이익조정 유인을 촉진하는 요인으로 작용하기 때문에 부정적 영향을 미칠 가능성이 크다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 건설폐기물 기업을 대상으로 중간처분업 특성을 고려하여 재무적 특성과 이익조정 간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 건설폐기물 기업의 사업규모가 클수록, 매출채권회수기간이 긴 기업일수록 실물활동에 의한 이익의 상향조정 의도가 강하게 나타났다. 건설폐기물 기업의 영업활동 현금창출능력이 부족할수록, 에비타마진율과 영업이익률의 차이가 산업평균비율의 차이보다 낮은 기업일수록 재량적 발생액과 실물활동에 의한 이익조정이 더욱 크게 나타났다. 이러한 재무적 특성과 이익조정 간의 유의한 관계는 중간 처분업의 특성인 수주능력, 중간처리능력, 보관능력 등에 따라 그 능력이 우수한 기업 및 열악한 기업별로 다른 행태를 보였다. 본 연구는 회계분야에서 연구되고 있는 재무적 특성과 이익조정 간의 관계에 대하여 건설폐기물산업으로 그 범위를 확대하였으며, 건설폐기물 기업의 이익조정이 재무적 특성에 따라 중간처분업의 고유한 특성을 반영하여 차별적으로 실행되고 있다는 실증결과를 제시하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

도시가계의 재무관리행동과 재무건전성 - 광주광역시를 대상으로 - (Financial management Behavior and Financial Solidity of Urban Households)

  • The purposes of this study was to analyze the effects of household characteristics and financial variables on financial management behavior and financial solidity. The major results could be summarized as follows. First, Debt management behavior and risk management behavior reveled a higher score than any other financial management behaviors. The main determinants of financial management behavior were financial communication and financial attitudes. The more positive financial attitudes and the more financial communication were, the better the financial management behavior followed. The set of households characteristics variables accounted for 2% of the variance in the financial management behaviors. But the addition of financial related variables resulted in an R2 change of 33%. Second, the financial solidity by median was 4.10. It means that usuable net asset is four times higher than the total amount of risk. Household head\`s age, financial attitudes and financial management behavior were the variables affecting the financial solidity.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the performance of knowledge management systems. To extend DeLone & MeLean's model, we included the user specialization in the information systems success model. The questionnaires are collected from 109 knowledge management system users. The major findings are summarized as followed. First, system characteristics such as ease of use, response time, and knowledge management process support affect the knowledge management systems usage. Second, knowledge characteristics such as relevancy, completeness, reliability, importance, and currency also affect the knowledge management systems usage. Third, the end-users are satisfied with the knowledge management systems because it is easy to use and relevant.

  • Nowadays, many companies are striving to turn customer value into business value. Customer Relationship Management is a management system that develops effective and efficient marketing strategies by classifying customers in detail based on their information, i.e. databases, and consists of various information technologies. To implement this management system, a customer integration database must be established, and customer characteristics (buying behavior, preferences, etc.) must be analyzed with the databases established and the behavior of each customer must be predicted. This study aims to systematically manage a large amount of customer data generated by companies that apply Customer Relationship Management, in order to develop data design and data governance strategies that should be considered to increase customer value and even company value. We mainly looked at the characteristics of customer relationship management and data governance, and then explored the link between the field of customer relationship management and data governance. In addition, we have developed a data strategy that companies need to perform data governance for customer relationship management.

Product Characteristics and Customer Purchase Intention in Live-Streaming Commerce

  • Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between product characteristics and customer purchase intention in live-streaming commerce. Research design, data and methodology: Six independent factors namely, scarcity, customization, discount, experimentalism, novelty, and informativeness were identified to analyze their effects on customer purchase intention in live-streaming commerce. The perceived value was accepted as a mediator between independent and dependent variables. Data were gathered from 643 respondents who experienced purchases in live-streaming commerce in China. Results: The results show that product characteristics strongly affect customer purchase intention, and perceived value plays an important mediating role in live-streaming commerce. Therefore, when developing a sales strategy in live-streaming commerce, product characteristics. Such as customization, discount, experimentalism, novelty, and information must be considered. Conclusions: The majority of live-streaming commerce research has focused on platform interactions and consumers. This study is meaningful in that it dealt with product characteristics and confirmed the mediating roles of perceived value in live-streaming commerce. The findings of this study have significant implications and offer valuable insights and practical guidance for both the academic community and practitioners engaged in the field of live-streaming commerce.
