Effective resource management in the digital library should be implemented for the whole accessible sources on the network including multimedia one such as image files other than texts which focus on books. Contents management can be resource management of digital library in terms of wide scope, moreover, it\`s main function is to provide effectively tailor-made knowledge contents for users\` diversified objective of information usage. In this study, I examined main factors for more effective and advanced knowledge management including web resources under the current digital environment. First of all, I described closely several types of conceptualization and trails regarding more effective contents management and came up with advanced user-centered contents management system, i.e., user factors, intermediary factors, and finally service ones.

Recently, university education is changing from content- centered to learner - centered education not to deliver knowledge unilaterally but to help student to cultivate their skills to discover and apply knowledge for themselves. It means that students' cognitive or emotional development is being emphasized. Also, because of universities' quantitative expansion, more strict evaluation on professors' research result, or conversion to a departmental system in a university organization, it has become a crucial issue for undergraduates to adapt to college life successfully. Along with this trend of university education, an academic advising system is becoming one of the most important areas in it as in not only provides students with necessary academic information but also helps them adapt to college life by developing their potentials and integrating their career and life plans. Therefore this study is going to examine the status of academic advising systems in US universities, investigate how Dongguk University's Paramita college operates its academic advising system, and find out way to establish academic advising system in Korean universities.

The objectives of this study were to review on the characteristics of the Agricultural Research-Extension Systems in the USA, Japan, and the Netherlands, and to draw up its implications on Korean agricultural extension system. This study was conducted by literature reviews. Based on the reviews, the following implications and recommendations should be considered at national and local level for improvement of agricultural extension system in Korea; (1) a systemic approach on the linkages of agricultural research, extension, and farmer education, (2) strengthening on-farm utilization of newly developed agricultural technology so as to promote agricultural research and development, (3) strategic partnership with agricultural administration, (4) close networking with stake-holders, (5) setting up the flexible organizational structure for carry out agricultural extension programs, (6) integration of agricultural extension service domain, (7) introduce a IPM(integrated performance management) system, (8) establish a long-term super-vision and strategic management, (9) setting up the customer-centered extension system.

In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between employment stability, wage level, welfare system, working condition, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to find out ways to develop and competitiveness of the nano-convergence industries. Through this study, we conducted the possibility of deriving organizational commitment by job satisfaction which is given through employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition for continuing their work life. In order to find relationships between each concepts, we used a multiple regression analysis with job satisfaction and commitment as dependent variable and employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition as independent variables. Through this study, it was expected to increase the organizational commitment through the job satisfaction of the employees if a changing method of employees management is centered on some tasks suggested for the sound working condition and efficient utilization policies.

철도 시스템은 차량, 전력, 신호, 선로구축물시스템이 유기적으로 결합된 복합시스템으로 사고 발생 시 원인규명이 어렵고 인명에 치명적인 결과를 초래하게 되며 사소한 고장이라도 열차지연에 미치는 파급효과는 지대하여 시스템의 신뢰성확보가 매우 중요하다[26]. 실제로 세계 각국의 철도산업은 시스템의 신뢰성 향상을 위해 신뢰성 기법에 기반을 둔 다양한 이론을 통해 신뢰성 향상과 안전성 향상에 최선을 다하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 철도 신뢰성관리와 관련된 국내 연구동향과 철도 운영기관 및 기업에서 적용하고 있는 신뢰성 적용 현황을 분석한다. 그리고 국외 연구 동향과 주요 적용 현황을 정리한다. 또한 철도 신뢰성과 관련된 국내외 규격을 조사하고 이들 규격의 내용을 분석한 후 국내 적용방향을 제시한다.

This paper presents a workflow validation method for data-intensive graphical workflow models using real-time workflow tracing mode on data-intensive workflow designer. In order to model and validate workflows, we try to divide as modes have editable mode and tracing mode on data-intensive workflow designer. We could design data-intensive workflow using drag and drop in editable-mode, otherwise we could not design but view and trace workflow model in tracing mode. We would like to focus on tracing-mode for workflow validation, and describe how to use workflow tracing on data-intensive workflow model designer. Especially, it is support data centered operation about control logics and exchange variables on workflow runtime for workflow tracing.

While traditionally threatening human infectious diseases are decreasing, chronic diseases such as cancer and diabetes, including cardiovascular diseases, are spreading rapidly. Reflecting the characteristics of chronic diseases that are difficult to treat, the management of risk factors and the preparation of health promotion policies corresponding to them have emerged as important concerns around the world. Providing so-called multi-sector approach such as health promotion and disease prevention policy and solution for community response, The value of primary care is once again highlighted in the changed medical environment. As the existing medical delivery system has become difficult to cope with the people's desire for rapid aging, disease paradigm change, and quality of life improvement, European Union countries have made various efforts to improve the quality of their primary medical system, which provides continuous, com- prehensive and coordinated management. This paper examines the current status and problems of the healthcare delivery system in Korea, draws implications from the European Union examples related to the strengthening of primary care, and discusses the plans for establishing a patient-centered future medical delivery system.

출연연구기관 대상의 종합적 연구개발 지식관리시스템은 매년 증가하는 연구개발 산출물 정보를 국가차원에서 효율적으로 관리, 평가하고 이를 정책에 반영, 대국민 공개자료로써 제공을 목적으로 한다. 뿐만 아니라, 각 연구기관에서 사용하는 조직운영시스템과 연계하여 과제 중심의 연구개발 성과정보를 집약적 검색, 제공하며 이를 통한 새로운 양질의 지식 창조를 지원한다. 본 연구는 현존하는 레거시 시스템을 파악하여 출연연구기관 대상의 통합적 연구개발 지식관리 시스템과의 연계성과 기능에 대해 연구과제관리시스템을 중점적으로 논의하였다.

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the current state of governance structure and management of the health system to achieve the goals of the health system in South Korea, and to propose reform plan. This study drew implications from the governance of United Kingdom, Germany, and Netherlands, based on the principle of health system proposed by World Health Organization. The presidency and the health ministry should make macroscopic decision-making. The government has to decentralize the enforcement by municipality to operate public health and national health insurance (NHI), and to distribute the centralized NHI fund by municipality. The front line health centers and community centers should provide integrated health and social services. The government has to establish diversified regulatory bodies to enhance both the patient-centered care and the efficiency and equity of health care, and to provide mechanisms for ensuring autonomy of providers. The governance of the health system should be composed of the centralization of macro decision-making, the decentralization of implementation by municipality, the integration of health and social services on the front line, and the well-balanced regulation and autonomy on both consumers and suppliers.

Although the study of OCB has increased greatly in recent years, a little works have focused on the relationship between leadership and extrarole behavior, and the moderating effects of the situational factors on the relationship between two factors. For the analytical purpose of this article, Fisher＇s Z-transformation and SGC(split groups correlations) methods were introduced. Generally 2 leadership styles are found to have influenced on altruism and conscientiousness respectively. Out of 36 cases, only 2 cases were significant in moderating effects. Based on empirical results, there is no moderating effects in conscientiousness. But altruism is found to be more closely related with employee-centered leadership in low centralized group than in high centralized group, and more closely related with job-centered leadership in low growth-needs group than in high growth-needs group.
