The data were collected from 385 college female students living in Daegu, Korea via self-administered questionnaires and were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha},\;X^2-test$, t-test and stepwise regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1) There was found significant differences of demographic variables between domestic and imported cosmetics' consumers. 2) Deal proneness which were Consumers' responses to sales promotion were classified into six factors which were mileage proneness, display proneness, gifts proneness, sample/coupon proneness, sweepstakes proneness, make-up show proneness. 3) Domestic cosmetics' consumers who had higher gift proneness, sample/coupon proneness, mileage proneness had significantly positive influence on the buying experience of promoted cosmetics. Imported cosmetics' consumers who had higher sample/coupon proneness and lower make-up show proneness had significantly positive influence on the buying experience of promoted cosmetics.
BiCMOS circuit consist of CMOS part which constructs logic function, and bipolar part which drives output load. Test to detect stuck-open faults in BiCMOS circuit is important, since these faults do sequential behavior and are represented as transition faults. In this paper, proposes a method for efficiently detecting transistor stuck-open faults in BiCMOS circuit by transforming them into slow-to=rise transition and slow-to-fall transition. In proposed method, BiCMOS circuit is transformed into equivalent gate-level circuit by dividing it into pull-up part which make output 1, and pull-down part which make output 0. Stuck-open faults in transistor are modelled as transition fault in input line of gate level circuit which is transformed from given circuit. Faults are detceted by using pull-up part gate level circuit when expected value is '01', or using pull-down part gate level circuit when expected value is '10'. By this method, transistor stuck-open faults in BiCMOS circuit are easily detected using conventional gate level test generation algorithm for transition fault.
The aim of the research is to figure out how the perception and the attitude of hospital staff have effect on cost management behavior, to check the mediation effect in the relationship between cost attitude and cost management behavior, and to provide some basic data of efficient cost management means for hospital staff. The major results of research can be summed up as following. Subordinate factors of cost perception such as conviction, information, and thought were all revealed as meaningful effect ones on cost attitude, but they didn't have meaningful effect on cost management behavior. However, if we check the final results of direct effect, indirect effect, and total effect in its variants, we can understand that cost perception have indirect effect on cost management behavior via cost attitude. Cost attitude was revealed as the greatest variant having direct effect on cost management behavior. As a conclusion, it seems that the correct cost perception can make positive cost attitude, by which desirable cost management behavior can be induced. Therefore, as the correct cost perception can make positive attitude, it is necessary to construct effective system to provide useful cost information for staff at anytime and at any place continually on organization aspect. It is important to get correct cost perception for the positive attitude of staff. Nevertheless, if the positive attitude would not be formed, it is necessary to search for the ways for personal motivation, for the management behavior cannot emerge positively.
Recently, small and medium-sized rahmen-type bridges have been developed as a technology that ensures the stability of structural behavior and the safety of use at the same time by using efficient and economical materials that make up the convergence section of reinforced bar, structural steel and concrete. This study is about a rahmen-type structure applied with the installation and dismantling of the strut. It improves the serviceability of the structure by forming multi-points and efficiently applies the convergence section of structural steel and concrete materials to the structural system changes to induce the displacement improvement effect additionally. By constructing mock-up models for the beam-column joint, the displacement was calculated and compared, and this was compared and analyzed by numerical analysis. The final displacement showed an improvement effect of 13.46% to 36.28% based on the vertical displacement of the existing structure without struts through the experiment of the mock-up models. As a result of analysis by numerical analysis method, the displacement improvement effect of 42.89% could be derived.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the dynamics of dating violence among male and female adolescents. Out of 1205 high school students. 90.6%(n=1092) was included for the final analysis. 120 students(11.9%) reported to have experienced physical violence with a dating partner at least once or more. The most frequently used forms of violence were pushing and grabbing. Both of aggressors and victims interpreted the violence as an expression of love and affection. Coping behavior of victims were quite passive, while aggressors tried to apologize and to make-up. Most of victims were angry about violence. while aggressors felt sorry for their behavior. 72.5% of respondents reported that the relationship remained unchanged or got better after the violence. while 26.7% answered their relationship was terminated or got worse. 157 respondents(14.4%) reported to have experienced psychological violence at least once or more. Shouting and insulting language or behavior were most frequently used. Coping behavior of victims was mostly negotiation and communication. Based on the findings of this study, suggestions were made in regard to student guidance and counseling for dating aggression.
A study on skin care was conducted in order to develop proper skin care program and disseminate the Information to the consumers. Objectives: This study was to develop a reliable and valid instrument measuring the reproductive health promoting behavior of undergraduates. Methods: The initial questionnaires were made of 106 items from four domains through literature review. All questionnaire items were revised by an expert group and a pilot test. Data were collected using the revised initial questionnaire of men's 58 items and female's 64 items from 634 male and 685 female undergraduate students. The collected questionnaires were analyzed by factor analysis using varimax rotation to evaluate the construct validity. Results: According to the gender, two measurement were invented and analysed separately. Four common factors consisting of 'safe sex', 'sexual responsibility', 'genital health management' and 'STD prevention' were discovered in both groups. The 'genital hygiene' factor was added as a female factor. Male students' scale was made up 4 factors 16 items and female students' scale was made up 5 factors 18 items. Cronbach's alpha for male scale was estimated to be .892 and female scale to be .882. Conclusions: This scale will make it possible to measure the level of reproductive health among Korean university students. This scale may be useful for developing effective methods of education as well as policy programs for improving the reproductive health of Korean university students.
As the life style of modern people is gradually being more scientific, up-to-date and specialized, food habit and food culture are a measure of cultural level of a country. Studies on consumer behavioral model show that food habit is closely related to consumer preference, changing life pattern and increasing family income. The purpose of this study was, accordingly, to define the impact of menu characteristics on customer menu selection. For that purpose, some attempts were made: First, discuss the theories on Italian food and customer purchasing behavior as a standard of analysis. Second, find out if there are any differences in customer menu-selection factors in hotel Italian restaurant. Third, make an empirical analysis of menu-selection factors in hotel Italian restaurant to suggest in which direction it should move forward. Fourth, analyze the relationship of demographic characteristics to menu-selection factors.
This analytical study was carried out to make quality and productivity up in designing the frame-type furniture with semi-rigid joint by understanding the mechanical and structural behavior of the joint and by evaluating the validity of application of the time-saving Finite Element Method to its structural analysis. Slope deflection equation for rigid joint was modified to describe the moment-rotation behavior of semi-rigid joint and the joint stiffness factor(Z) could be calculated to lessen the experimental expense. It was proved that Finite Element Analysis with imaginary elements having equivalent MOE to the semi-rigid joint could be the alternative method for the structural analysis of the frame-type furniture, comparing the internal rotation of the 2-dimensional beam-to-column model with two-pin(wooden dowel) from the finite element method with other available theoretical and experimental rotation value.
