단지형 도시근교주거의 현황 및 선호 조사 (A Study on the Housing Condition and the Residents' Preferences of the Suburban Housing Complexes)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the present housing condition of the suburban housing complex, and the residents' preferences to make their living condition better in Yong-in and Yang-pyeong, Pocheon, Kwang-ju and Kimpo in Kyung-Ki province, Korea. Questionnaire survey has been carried out to figure out the current status and residents' preferences of the Suburban housing complexes (hereafter SHC). The study showed the present status and the demands of people for their houses as a result like the below. First, currently the SHCs are managed by a joint control type, and the preferences of the residents' showed the similar way. Because of this status, the SHC planning is supposed to have the self-governing management and community space to support the activity of their community. Second, most SHCs doesn't have many public facility, in contrast, each house has various exteriors. This result shows the residents want more to develop their own houses' exterior than that of the SHC's public facility. Prior to plan the SHC, a program should be considered to give better understanding to residens what is the complexed life and make them choose what they really want to have. Third, the studied SHCs' renovation activities are commonly focussed on the exteriors. This shows the residents' life style is focussed more on the out-door life. The planning for the future SHC is supposed to have the points that could follow up the out-door friendly situations.

얼굴의 형태적 특성과 메이크업에 의한 얼굴 이미지 연구 (A Study on the Face Image to Shape Differences and Make up)

  • The purpose of this research is to study face images according to the difference of facial shape and make-up. A variety of face images can be formulated by computer graphic simulation, combining numerously different facial shapes and make-up styles. In order to check out the diverse images by make-up styles, we applied five forms of eye brows, two types of eye shadows, and three lip shapes to the round-shaped face of a model. The question sheet, used with a operational stimulant in the experiment, contained 28 articles, composed of a pair of bi-ended adjective in 7 point scale. Data were analyzed using Varimax perpendicular rotation method, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, and Three-way ANOVA. After comparing various results of make-up application to various face types, we could find that facial shape, eye-brows, eye-shadow, and lip shapes influence interactively on total facial images. As a result of make-up image perception analyses, a factor structure was divided into mildness, modernness, elegance, and sociableness. Speaking of make-up image in terms of those factors, round form make-up style showed the highest level of mildness. Upward and straight style of make-up had the highest of modernness. Elegance level went highest when eye shadow style was round form and lip style was straight. Lastly, an incurve lip make-up style showed the highest of sociableness.

단청문양(丹靑紋樣)을 응용한 아트메이크업 디자인 연구 (A Study on Art Make-up Design applying the Dan-chung Motives)

  • Dan-chung had many great traditional patterns of Korea. By investigating its patterns, which comprise the integral part of the formative features, and analyzing the aesthetic characteristics and formative beauty, the foundation was set to use the patterns as the motives of art makeup works. A focus was made on the basic elements, compositions and symbolic meanings of Dan-chung patterns. The representative patterns that were used a lot in Dan-chung made the motives of the four art make-up designs, which tried to integrate the aesthetic senses of the Dan-chung patterns into the art makeup venues. The four patterns were each based on the phoenix, bat, ghost face, and crane. The major colors used were white, black, red, blue and yellow, which were also the cardinal Five Colors of Dan-chung. They were changed in terms of luminosity and coma and manipulated to make harmony with intermediate colors so that the designs would ooze out the Korean aesthetic senses.

화장교육프로그램이 노인여성의 화장만족도 및 자긍심에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Make-up Education Program on Elderly Women's Make-up Satisfaction and Self-esteem the Korea)

  • 본 논문은 노인여성을 위한 화장교육프로그램이 화장만족도 및 자긍심에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 D시의 P노인복지관을 이용하는 연령이 60세 이상 되는 노인여성을 대상으로 8주 동안 화장교육프로그램을 실시하였다. 조사 대상자는 전체 80명을 화장관심도와 연령을 근거로 실험군과 대조군으로 40명씩 나누고 중도 탈락자를 제외한 실험군 34명 대조군 36명인 70명이 최종 대상자가 되었다. 화장만족도와 자긍심의 사전 조사 후, 2010년 5월 28일부터 7월 16일까지 실험군에게 화장교육을 실시하였고, 실험군과 대조군의 사후 검사를 진행하여 사전 사후 화장만족도와 자긍심을 비교하였다. 화장교육의 내용은 고상하고 은은한 화장법외 7가지 화장법을 교육하였고, 이론 및 실습수업으로 직접 자기 얼굴에 화장하고 배운대로 실천하도록 하였다. 연구결과, 8주 동안의 화장교육프로그램은 노인 여성의 화장만족도 및 자긍심을 유의하게(p<0.05) 향상시킨 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구를 통해 화장과 노인의 건강, 노인 복지 분야의 융합적 접근에 도움이 되기를 바란다.

화장색 이미지평가와 선호도 차이 (제1보) -지각자의 성별을 중심으로- (A Differences in Preference and Evaluation on the Image of Make-up (Part I) -Focused on Perceiver's Genders-)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide the basic data for the development of make-up color application system, based of Korean's skin tone and the preference in make-up color to enhance the effectiveness of the education of beauty in universities. The research was conducted by the previous studies, the analyses of sale's rate of hue-cosmetics, the analytic experiment of color of cosmetics by using Spectrum Color Analyzer and other experimental researches. This research, based on the results of three preliminary researches, shows the result of evaluation from perceivers which has been come out from the experiment of having one model in her twenties being changed with twenty-two different conditions of make-up. Here follows the result of the research. Firstly, there was difference on perceiving images in terms of the gender of perceivers and especially male-group tend to have clearly perceived the gap between elegance-greyish purple, orange-natural, red-classic on monochrome make-up and contrast make-up. Secondly, in terms of lip-colors, salmon pink and pink was regarded positively to both female and male subjects and to male subjects, greyish purple was thought to be better on darker skin-tone and to female subjects, better on lighter skin-tone. Thirdly, on image make-up, romantic gives intelligent image regardless of skin-tone and gender, especially gives more positive looks to male subjects. Natural and classic elements were perceived more positively on darker skin-tone and had bigger perceiving gap in female subjects. Fourthly, in preference rate, male subjects normally preferred the look with make-up than female subjects did and salmon pink and pink lip color was preferred on the darker skin-tone.

관광호텔의 대 고객 관계 마케팅 활동 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improving the Relationship Marketing Activities of Tourist Hotels)

  • This study attempted to present the ways of improving relationship marketing activities of tourist hotels. The field survey was carried out at six deluxe hotels in Seoul to find out their relationship marketing activities and analyze the problems of the activities. The problems were analyzed as follow; 1) lack of adequate understanding of the importance of relationship marketing, 2) poor contents of customer file information, 3) insufficient service encounter management, 4) negative inducement of guests' complaints, 5) insufficient survey of guests' satisfaction, 6) insufficient relationship maintenance programs and regaining program of lost guests. This study relationship marketing activities should be improved with customer information file establishment, service encounter mangement, and communication enforcement as follow; 1. Customer Information File Establishment As relationship marketing Is marketing for individual, it needs customer file information. The guest information files should be made in detail in all the market segments. Hotels have to make use of the information strategically for establishing relationship with their guests. 2. Service Encounter Mnagement Because the guest-oriented mind and professionalism of hotel staff are prerequisite for relationship continuity, hotel should make efforts to make its staff keep the mind and cultivate expert service technique of the staff. 3. Communication Enforcement Communication enforcement consists of communication activities and communication programs which are focused on contact intensity and two-way communication.

제 16대 국회의원 선거의 예측조사에 대한 사후적 검증 (A Post-Examination of Forecasting Surveys for the 16th General Election)

  • 2000년 4월 13일의 제 16대 국회의원 선거에서 전화조사와 출구조사를 활용하여 KBS, SBS, MBC 등 TV 방송사들은 당선자 예측방송을 한 바 있다. 그러나 결과적으로 부정확한 것으로 드러났고 이에 따라 통계조사에 대한 일반인의 불신감만 키우는 결과가 되었다. 이 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 1) 4.13 총선거 예측에서 전화조사와 출구조사가 실제로 어떠하였는가\ulcorner 2) 무엇이 문제였는가\ulcorner 3) 무엇을 개선해야 하는가\ulcorner 등이다. 주요 결론은 전화조사에서 재통화(call back)에 대하여 느슨한 조사규칙이 적용되는 등 확률표집의 원칙이 충실하게 준수되지 않았으며 출구조사에서는 투표소 표집 수가 너무 작았다는 것이다. 또한 근본적인 개선을 위해서는 선거여론조사에 관한 법의 개정이 필요함을 지적하였다.

음성(音聲)과 오장(五臟)의 관계에 대한 고찰(考察) (A Study on the relation of voice and O-jang(五臟))

  • From the study on the relation of voice and O-jang(五臟廳), the conclusion is as follows. The function of breathing out in larynx is involved with lung and kidney. Lung press out the air, at the same time, kidney supports that to maintenance the density of air constantly. So the person who has short breathing can not make strong voice, and also if having a weak kidney in upper Cho[下蕉], their voice will be changed so very softly to cannot make hard type of voice and lingering sounds. Opening and Closing of vocal cords are controled by liver and spleen. when vocal cords are contracted, liver makes tension, whereas spleen does in slackness. So liver is likely to make high-piched sounds in tension of vocal cords, and spleen is the same to do smoothy and husky sounds through relaxing the vocal cords. In the rising condition of liver function, the temp of speech become fast, and more the pronunciation is clearer, it means that the function of thinking by spleen is operated well. Otherwise, indistinct pronunciation means that in the body seup-sa(濕邪) spreads. Also depression of emotion in speech often makes Gi(氣) of heart weaker, whereas it means regular condition of heart including Simpo(心包) that expression of emotion looks happy.

  • Multi-Vision의 경우 전체 제품의 화질이 동일하게 설정이 되어야 하므로 설치 시에 각 제품의 화면 조정이 필요 하다. 이러한 이유로 제품 별 개별 제어가 필요 하다. 본문에서는 리모컨을 가지고 각각의 제품을 개별적으로 제어를 위한 방식을 제안하며 이를 위해서는 UI상에 Set ID 와 Picture ID구현이 필요 하고 리모컨 Code(IR 신호)의 In/Out의 연결을 위해 Cable을 통한 Daisy chain이 필요 하다. 각 제품들에 Set ID를 할당 한 후 변경하고자 하는 제품의 Picture ID를 Set ID와 동일하게 설정하면 ID가 동일한 제품에 한하여 Scaler에서 리모컨 Code(IR 신호)를 Decoding을 하도록 System을 구현하므로 제품 별 개별 제어가 가능 하게 된다.
