조경기본법 제정과 관련 법규의 정비방향 (Enacting Law on Principles of Landscape Architecture and Remedial Directions for Its Related Regulations)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the rightness of establishing the Essential Act of Landscape Architecture in Korea and to present the legal phase, the legislative system and the construction of a contents at the expected enactment of it. It is necessary to point out the problems of the various fields of landscape architecture and to propose the solutions of them. The contents of the study are as follows, 1 . The number of the regulations related to landscape architecture is a good reason for which the field of landscape architecture is worth being included to the positive law. 2. The problems by items(ordinance, engineer, contract, planning, design and supervision, construction, maintenance, plant and planting, material, aesthetics and sight, environmental conservation and ecology, right and penal regulations) to the domestic related regulations being at issue and the remedies for it shall be considered at the enactment of the Essential Act of Landscape Architecture. 3. The number of the domestic regulations being related to landscape architecture which have a term of\` the Essential Act∼\`is 5. 4. The Essential Act of Landscape Architecture is the separate Essential Act welch defines the scope of landscape architecture as construction works and controls the business essentially. 5. The meaning and character of the Essential Act of Landscape Architecture was examined and the reasons for that essential act were recognized in point of the legal, landscape architectural and educational systems. 6. The creation of new official landscape architectural organization is a reason to justify the enactment of the Essential Act of Landscape Architecture. 7. The legal phase, the legislative system and the construction of a contents of the Essential Act of Landscape Architecture ware presented and this act shall conform to such as the legal system of the Architectural Act, the Essential Act of the Construction Industry and so on. The result of this study will be the basic materials for the creation of the Essential Act of Landscape Architecture.

공종별 수선비용 추계모델을 활용한 공동주택 장기수선충당금 적립금액 산정 (Repair Accumulation Cost for the Long-Term Repair Plan in Multifamily Housing Using the Forecasting Model of the Repair Cost)

  • Purpose: Apartment housing should conduct a cyclic repair to keep and maintain the building performance since they are constructed. Therefore, the repair plan would be provided for long term period which explains the repair time, items and repair cost. Residents of apartment housing are responsible to pay for the repair activities. For repair cost, residents would reserve the money for repair little by little continuously until the required repair time because the repair cost takes a big burden for residents and lots of money a time. But, there is no systematic approach to provide the long term repair cost because it is no proper forecast of the repair cost to the upcoming repair time. In this study, it aimed at providing the monthly accumulation of the long term repair cost with the survey data in Seoul. Method: For these, the surveyed data are classified into 6 categories and number of data are 1,918. In addition, it developed the repair cost model for the 24 repair works and the cumulation function which is reflected with the each cost model. Result: This study are shown as follows : First, among the various estimation for the repair cost, the power function has a goodness of fit in statistics. Second, the monthly accumulation would be 12,840 won/household in size of $100,000m^2$ management area and $81.7won/m^2$ in size of the 1,000 household number during 40 years.

직장남성의 이미지 컨설팅을 위한 측정도구 개발에 관한 연구 -패션성향을 중심으로- (A Study on Development of Fashion Orientation Scale for the On-line Image Consulting of Career Men)

  • This study was aimed at the development of scales measuring appearance management behaviors of career men for on-line image consulting. The purposes of this study were to develop a scale which can measure fashion orientation of career men and classify them according to fashion orientation. The data were collected from 380 career men for the first survey and 372 career men for the second survey in Seoul, Korea and were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability test, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan test. The results from this study were as follows: 1) Ten factors of fashion orientation were identified: clothing interest, satisfaction in clothing-selecting ability, individuality and self expression, interest in appearance management, appearance improvement and mood enhancement, clothing conformity, putting value on attractive appearance, maintenance of neat appearance, weight control and pursuit of fashion. The total variance explained by the ten factors was $65.70\%$ and Cronbach's $\alpha$ of 10 factors ranged from $.60\~.92.$ 2) Three groups were classified by the representative items of fashion orientation factors : passive appearance management group who were conscious of other people, positive appearance management group who were highly fashion-oriented and indifferent group to appearance management. The fashion orientation characteristics of groups classified in the second survey were nearly similar to those in the first.

질소시비량과 예취시기가 답리작 호밀의 수량 및 사료가치에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nitrogen Fertilizer Application Level and Cutting Time on Forage Yield and Feed Value of Rye in Paddy Field)

  • 호밀을 답리작으로 재배시 수량, 일반사료성분과 에너지 함량 및 수량을 질소시비량 및 예취시기에 따른 반응을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 호밀은 질소시비량이 30kg/10a까지 많을수록 청예 및 건물수량이 증가하고 건물률은 감소하였으며 식물체의 엽신과 엽초의 비율은 증가하는 반면 줄기와 이삭의 비율은 감소하였다. 2. 호밀은 질소시비량이 많을수록 단백질, 총가소화양분(TDN), 무기물 및 에너지 함량과 수량이 모두 증가하였으며 ADF(acid detergent fiber) 와 NDF(neutral detergent fiber)의 함량은 감소하고 상대적사료가치가 높아졌다. 3. 질소시비량이 많아지면 예취시기가 늦더라도 전체 조단백질 함량 중에서 가급태 단백질이 차지하는 비율이 크게 낮아지지 않았다. 4. 호밀의 수확적기는 관행사료가치의 관점에서 는 대체로 유숙기 무렵으로 판단되었으나 사료의 에너지 관점에서는 이와 다소 차이가 있었다. 증체에너지(NEG)와 유지에너지(NEM) 면에서 본 수확적기는 개화후기에 높고 관행사료가치보다 10일정도 빨랐으며 에너지추정값(ENE)과 필유에너지(NEL)는 유숙기 무렵으로 같았다.

  • 최근 서울 시민을 대상으로 한 설문조사에서 환경 문제 해결, 교통 체계 개선과 함께 범죄 예방에 관한 요구가 가장 높게 나타났다. 그 중에서도 가족과 함께하는 주거 지역의 범죄 예방에 대한 요구는 다른 어느 항목보다 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 범죄 발생률은 주로 노후화 된 주거 지역에서 높게 나타나는데, 이는 범죄와 물리적인 환경 요인의 관계를 나타내 주는 것이라 할 수 있고, 주변 환경에 대해 적절한 조치가 범죄를 예방할 수 있다는 것으로 이해될 수 있다. 각종 범죄로부터 안전할 수 있도록 하는 다양한 예방법이 있지만 우리 주변의 물리적인 환경을 개선함으로써 범죄를 사전에 차단하고 예방할 수 있다는 CPTED는 이러한 측면에서 가장 주목받고 있는 방법 중 하나이다. CPTED의 기본 원리는 자연감시, 접근통제, 영역성 확보의 기본 원리와 활동성 강화, 유지 관리의 부가 원리로 구성된다. 본 연구의 목적은 도심지 내 노후화 된 공동주택 단지를 대상으로 CPTED의 원리를 적용하여 범죄 발생률을 떨어뜨리고 사전에 예방할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 있다.

조선시대 갑주 유물의 감정을 위한 현황파악과 시대구분 (Present Situations of the Remaining Korean Armors and Helmets of Joseon Dynasty and their Periodization for A Better Appraisal)

  • This is a basic study of the remaining armors and helmets of the Joseon period for our better understanding and better maintenance of them. For the purpose, this paper shall try to show the present situations of the remaining armor and helmets of the period in Korea, and their typical classification for periodization, and the nomenclature about them. First, to oversee the present situations of the remaining armor and helmets of the period, study was done about the kinds of armors and helmets, their users, and their possessors today. It was found that the exact dates and users were unclear for many cases of the armors and helmets under our consideration. It is understandable when we consider many of them were exported to foreign countries, instead of being well-preserved in Korea upon excavations. Secondly, for their typical classifications for periodization, types were delineated from the pictures and drawings in reference to the periodical changes of them from Korean historical records. The result was that we can find out 4 types of armors, and 3 types of helmets, with their combinations. This shall be usefully applied for the better periodization of the remaining items. Thirdly, we come to the problem of naming of the remaining armors and helmets. For better nomenclature of the remains all the names of the armors and helmets for the Joseon period are collected from historical literature, to figure out some principles of nomenclature for them. I found some discrepancies with the present names of them, and my propositions are suggested to replace them.

  • 오늘날 많은 기업들은 MRO 구매를 아웃소싱하고 있다. 따라서 MRO 제품의 효율적 공급을 위하여 MRO 제품 공급자에 대한 평가는 매우 중요한 사안이 되고 있으나, 제품과 공급자의 수가 급격하게 증가함에 따라 매우 복잡한 작업이 되었다. 경쟁력있는 가격에 좋은 제품을 공급하는 공급자를 선별해 내기 위해서는 공급자의 이력 등에 대한 매우 체계적인 분석과 평가를 필요로 한다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라의 대표적 MRO 전자 구매 대행 기업의 공급자 평가 시스템에 대한 사례분석을 하고자 한다. 공급자 평가를 통해 소싱 업무의 의사결정을 지원하는 이 시스템은 3차례의 성능개선 프로젝트를 거치게 되었다. 이 과정에서 도출한 주요 관리적 함의를 TOE 관점에서 정리함으로써 조직 내 의사결정지원시스템의 성공적 도입을 위한 전략을 제언을 정리한다.

신한옥형 공공건축물 단지형 디자인가이드라인의 계획 방향: 공동주택단지 내 부대복리시설을 중심으로 (The Planning of Design Guideline for New-Hanok-Style Public Buildings: Focusing on the Welfare Facilities in Apartment Complex)

  • The purpose of this study is to set the direction of development of the design guideline of the New-Hanok-Style public building in apartment complex and to use it as basic data for future architecture plans. The existing Hanok architecture standards and guidelines were analyzed and the characteristics of New-Hanok-Style Public Building in apartment complex were applied. The planning direction of the design guideline was derived. First, although the criteria and guidelines related to the Hanok produced and distributed were classified differently according to the purpose of production, the details and contents were similar. Second, the general planning criteria items were divided into layout, external space plan, building plan, and performance plan. Third, the elements of 'creative inheritance of traditional architecture' and 'modern building technology', which are the characteristics of New-Hanok-Style Public Building, were applied. In addition, we analyzed elementary welfare facility guidelines and applied elements such as layout type and zoning setting. Fourth, a special planning standard for applying the building system required for the New-Hanok-Style Public Building in apartment complex was added. In the future, it is expected to revitalize New-Hanok-Style Public Building containing the unique identity(genetic factor; DNA) of the nation by developing and disseminating relevant building standards, design guidelines, and maintenance manuals.

브랜드 아파트에 나타난 자연친화적 외부공간의 디자인 특성에 관한 연구 (Nature-Friendly Design Characteristics of Outdoor Spaces in Brand Apartments)

  • A outdoor space of the brand apartment can improve the quality of the whole environment in apartment and has differentiated identity in apartment housing through various versions of the green space and water space plan. The purpose of this study is to evaluate nature-friendly design characteristics in brand apartments and to offer a basic information for planning of brand apartment. In concrete, nature-friendly design did by green space and water space that can analyze by visual, and investigation contents divided to position, form, user behavior, link space from user viewpoint by case study. This study examined a case of eight brand apartments located in Gangnamgu, Seoul. We has divided the characteristics of a green space into horizontal type, vertical type, multi-dimensional type and has divided the water space into stagnant water type, flowing stream type, waterfall type and fountain type. The findings are summarized as follows: First, in case of the space of brand apartment, the application of horizontal and vertical greenery was lower compare with multi-dimensional green space. The most of items for multi-dimensional greenery have been planned to the open space and promenade. Second, a stagnant water type of water space features well used in most of the cases but a water space of signs of activity like a flowing stream, waterfall, fountain types were underused because of problem of administrative and maintenance expenses. Thirdly, Water space of brand apartments was planned with specialization item by apartment housing but green space does not have differentiated item and was planned by most similar form.

제로에너지 빌딩 평가를 통한 제도적 개선방안에 대한 조사 연구 (Investigation of Institutional Improvement through Evaluation of Zero-Energy Buildings)

  • 전 세계에서 건물 내에서 사용되고 있는 에너지는 지구온난화의 주요원인일 뿐만 아니라 기후변화 대응을 위해 다루어져야할 주요 과제이다. 본 연구는 빌딩을 대상으로 사용되고 있는 에너지의 평가를 통하여 개선사항을 도출하고자 하였으며 이를 위하여 제로에너지빌딩을 검토하고 영향인자들을 조사하였다. 또한 실제 건물을 대상으로 환경적 요인과 환경부하로 구분하여 평가항목을 설정하였으며 평가결과를 토대로 개선사항을 제안하고자 하였다. 그 결과 제로에너지빌딩을 구현하기 위한 평가단계에서는 건물부지의 지형과 기후변수가 고려되어야 하며, 신재생에너지의 이용, 저장 및 관리 측면에서는 비용 상승에 따른 제도적 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 제로에너지 빌딩에서는 에너지 효율이 중요하나 현재 건물 내에서 사용되는 에너지 소비량을 확인하고 관리하기 위해서 모니터링과 같은 평가항목이 필요하다. 이와 같은 모니터링 결과를 사용해서 세부적인 체계로서 절약과 낭비 에너지에 대하여 국내 실정에 적적한 체계적인 관리가 요구된다.
