  • Airframe maintenance is regarded the most important maintenance action in airlines as the aircraft is the most valuable asset in their operation though the volume of airframe maintenance is the last in MRO market. In the selecting process of airframe MRO provider many kinds of evaluation criteria should be considered such as quality, expenses, TAT, capability, and customer support. This paper will suggest the way to select the airframe MRO in airlines and MRO business sectors using AHP.

  • Recently a great deal of people are taking legal action against the housing provider due to the defects of their Apartment house. And most of the housing companies are spending a huge amount of expenses and efforts to keep their brand value. This essay will carry out time series analysis the 20 housing district which are constructed by huge construction companies. This analysis itemised by metropolitan area(Seoul) and others to keep the degree of reliability, and converted future defect maintenance cost into current cost applied by discount rate to figure out suitability of defect maintenance cost. Even though, this essay is not able to represent standard of defect maintenance cost due to the insufficiency of record, while it will be assisted as a referance when long-term record of time series is estabilished.

  • The objective of identifying the cause of inconsistency in determining priority of educational facility maintenance, any related factors were thoroughly identified and tested, to see if it has any effect on decision-making process in resource allocation for educational facilities. On the assumption that 'the more there are to be repaired/maintained and deferred, the higher the relevant cost will be, this will lead to a significant social loss. Accordingly, this study established a framework of determining resource allocation priority based on deferred maintenance and its related expenses. For doing so, it was required to determine relative ranking in terms of resource allocation within a pre-assigned school district, in consideration of the criticality of each deferred maintenance attribute/variable.

  • 시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법이 1995년 제정된 이후 정밀점검 및 정밀안전진단을 실시하여 국가의 주요시설물의 안전 확보에 기여해 왔다. 그러나 관리주체의 안전등급 판정 개입, 안전진단전문기관의 저가수주, 진단기술력 부족 등으로 점검 진단의 실효성에 관한 의문이 꾸준히 제기되어 왔다. 이에 평가제도가 도입되어 부실 점검 진단 방지로서 역할과 기능을 하고 있지만, 앞으로 부실 점검 진단비율을 더 이상 낮아지기 힘들다는 의견이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 현행 평가제도와 부실 점검 진단비율에 대한 현황 분석을 실시하고, 부실 점검 진단으로 인한 국가적 손실비용을 추정함으로서 현행 평가제도 개선의 필요성과 당위성을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • GIS사업은 초기 막대한 구축비용과 사업완료이후에도 유지관리비용이 지속적으로 소요되기 때문에 그 타당성이 가시적으로 나타나지 않으면 사업 추진이 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구는 GIS사업의 비용편익분석을 통해서 GIS사업 이전이나 중간단계에 정책결정자들에게 GIS의 효용성을 입증하기 위한 평가모형을 개발하고 평가절차 평가지침 평가방안 비용과 편익항목을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 우선적으로 기존의 국내외 연구사례를 분석하여 분석기법으로 비용편익분석(Cost-Benefit Analysis)을 이용하였다. GIS사업에 적합한 비용과 편익항목을 위한 연구를 통하여 제안한 비용분석은 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 데이터베이스, 인건비, 운영경비의 다섯 항목으로 편익분석은 직접편익, 간접편익, 정보판매에 의한 편익과 무형의 편익으로 구분하였으며 GIS의 비용과 편익은 각각 초기 구축비용과 유지관리비용으로 나누어 산정하였다.

  • The high-speed railway track occurs train operating result track irregularity, subsidence of the track, ballast abrasion. This is the unusual condition. High-speed railway track maintenance task is the behavior which repairs unusual section by using the human resource or machine resource. The resource used to maintenance task is restrictive. A resource can be efficiently used if the high-speed railway track maintenance scheduling is used. So the more task can be performed in the fit time. In conclusion, this manages the unusual condition of a track efficiently. So additional expenses is minimized cause by deteriorating unusual condition. And it offers comfortable ride to passenger. However, maintenance scheduling has to reflect well practical situation and environment. That's maintenance scheduling is used. We gather the opinions of the hands-on workers. So in this paper define field situation and condition. And suggest mathematical model about this. And we developed the track maintenance scheduling software engine using ILOG.

  • Infrastructure is provided to the user through long-term project period and large-scale working expenses. Existing facilities are getting old as time goes by. Accordingly, proper maintenance is required and generally more maintenance cost than initial invested cost is needed during life cycle. Therefore, a specific plan that just increases the value of facilities is required by evaluating performance of facilities and inputting minimum maintenance cost. Value engineering that increases the value of object by systemically analyzing Life Cycle Costs and function is actively promoted at the design phase of construction. These efforts can increase the performance of facilities at the maintenance phase of infrastructure. This study is to search how to evaluate the performance of Roadway by utilizing function analysis, as a core part of VE in the maintenance phase. In order to this a new evaluation criteria were proposed by adding an evaluation items to the existing criteria through the research of old documents, status of roadway maintenance and function analysis of VE. The results of this study may promote the effective performance evaluation to determine a resolution of roadway congestion in future. A succeeding study using the proposed evaluation criteria will be required.

한의과대학부속 한방병원의 손익분석 - 2007~2009년도 7개 대학의 16개 부속한방병원을 중심으로 - (A Profitability Analysis of Sixteen Oriental Medicine Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this paper is to review the profitability of sixteen university hospitals of oriental medicine during 2007~2009. Data was collected from 16 hospitals that reveal financial statements to the public and the hospitals were classified into 7 groups. Net sales and COGS per 100 beds of the 7 groups were analyzed to measure profitability and as a percentage of net sales, the rates of personnel expenses, maintenance costs, and material costs were evaluated. The results showed that six groups had consecutively recorded net loss in medical services and differences in profitability among 7 groups were substantial. The analysis showed the profitability was significant for medium-sized hospitals. The rates of personnel expenses in net sales were above 50% in 6 groups with net loss and one group with net profit was 45%. This result indicate the rate of personnel expenses in net sales could be the main factor affecting profitability and further studies are recommended to analyze the determinants of profitability in oriental medical hospitals.

조선후기 거창향교의 유지와 관리 (A Study on the Maintenance and Management of Geochanghyanggyo Local Confucian School during the Latter part of Joseon Dynasty)

  • During the latter part of Joseon Dynasty, Local Confucian School(Geochanghyanggyo) had served as a government school and left many official documents on the educational construction. The construction of Local Confucian School(Geochanghyanggyo), which was recorded in official documents, was diverse, and most of them were reconstructed. Construction-works recorded in an official document was drafted in two ways. One was in the same format as the accounting records and the other was written in the diary format by date. The construction cost was mainly financed by selling the land owned. Of course, with the help of the government, they could receive some of the essential timber and expenses for the construction. The management and maintenance of educational construction was entrusted by a manager called 'Chaji(次知)'. Then there were employees called 'Jeonjik(殿直)' and 'Gojik(庫直)' and they were paid for their work.

  • This study was described with a focus on the maintenance and management of Local Confucian School(Hyanggyo) architecture, centering around cases investigated through official documents written in the 1910s. In 1910, by the Japanese imperial rule, the regulations on Local Confucian School(Hyanggyo) property were enacted, and the income was paid solely to elementary school education expenses and ancestral rites. Through this process, many Local Confucian School(Hyanggyo) buildings were destroyed while only the space for ritual sacrifices remained by the Japanese colonial rule. In particular, as the land, which was the basis of Local Confucian School's property, was sold for various reasons, the finances gradually deteriorated. In addition, as the architectural acts that Local Confucian School preserves itself are restricted, it loses its original character. This study was of great significance that identified the intention to dispose of Local Confucian School(Hyanggyo) property by Japanese imperialism in the 1910s and clarified the purpose of its disposal.
