방음벽 유지관리시스템 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (Improvement for Maintenance Management System of Noise Barrier)

  • Noise barrier is used for noise reduction method of traffic noise. The length and the total cost of that are increased in this national area. But, a maintenance management of noise barrier is not systematic, and the guideline of that is not prepared for maintenance mannual. The situations of existed installation and management of noise barriers installed at 3,619 positions were investigated by questionnarie and direct field survey. And comparisons with foreign management guideline of noise barrier were carried out. The results show that the improvement methods of maintenance management system such as practical checklist and required items for management of noise barrier were suggested.

한국기업의 설비관리정보시스템(CMMS) 구현실태 분석과 고도화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis of the Implementation Status and the Advancement of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in Korean Companies)

  • Purpose: This study is to develop an evaluation model for analysis of CMMS Implementation status and provide CMMS advancement methods to maximize implementation effect through the evaluation model. Methods: After extracting common modules from CMMS packages and establishing evaluation standard for each module, then the evaluation standard is applied to 33 Korean companies for evaluating their own current implementation status. Results: Preventive maintenance and analysis information modules were considered the most vulnerable in Korean companies which have introduced CMMS packages. And the reason why preventive maintenance is vulnerable is that there is poor build-up of their own preventive maintenance standards. Conclusion: Korean companies which will introduce CMMS need to make preventive maintenance standards, and data of the materials and the equipment to improve the effectiveness in advance.

공공교통 전동차 안전운행을 위한 RIMS 프로젝트 적용의 성공요인 연구 (A Study on the Successful Factors in the Application of RIMS Project for the Safe Operation of Rolling Stocks in the Public Transportation)

  • This study finds out and suggests success factors for the application of RIMS project through the case study of Seoul Metro and literature survey. The successful application of RIMS needs expert knowledge and concept of BOM, standardization of maintenance planning, check lists of heavy maintenance inspection, organization structure of rolling stock maintenance offices, material management system of warehousing and the process of parts repairing between offices, connection of material ordering system, problem solving of circular spare parts administration among inspection, maintenance, and material organizational units, systemic serial number management of parts with RFID, daily closing diary connected with work process chart, and sufficient period of RIMS's test run. RIMS contributes to real time management of rolling stock maintenance, transparency of management, reliability of train operation, customer satisfaction, and management innovation.

  • Condition-based maintenance (CBM) has been used as a useful concept for optimizing maintenance plan and decreasing maintenance cost in several kinds of plant sites. This study introduced an example that developed an integrated management system for maintenance parameters and hydraulic turbine of hydro-power plant in order to improve its maintenance system as applying CBM techinique. The integrated management system consists of three parts. One is a hardware part including PDA inspection system and several kind of precision measuring instruments. Another is a vibration monitoring system on hydraulic turbine. The other is a software part that takes charge of making hierarchy tree of maintenance parameters and their inspection route, managing accumulated database, assessing health condition of components, and supporting interface with other enterprise management system. The system has been installed at Chuncheon Hydro-power plant for test and demonstration. It is expected that the system can contribute database construction for diagnostics and prognostics on facility health condition and systematic accumulation of know-how on operation and maintenance of plant.

  • The costs due to the maintenance and its method of national road have increased every year, and the maintenance costs have become higher due to the maintenance method without considering the characteristics of each region. This study is a preliminary study regarding the determination of maintenance method according to the characteristics of each region by applying variables (e.g. serviced time, traffic volume, average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, rainfall, and snowfall) to decide the maintenance and its method through the correlation analysis of road maintenance and repair period for each regional agency using the maintenance history data of national road management agency.

  • The study seeks to cooperate with the investigation of a fire investigation based on public-private partnership. Fire protection systems provide a wide variety of viewpoints from the perspectives of design, construction, management, maintenance, maintenance and maintenance systems at a particular point in time, construction, management, and maintenance systems. What is controversial is that there are illegal activities such as illegal activities of the Patent Office, misconduct of construction work and unreasonable construction of construction works.As a theoretical framework, the present study identified the four key elements of a successful disaster response system : responsiveness, control, professionalism, and bias.

  • Recently, the construction industry has been changed more highly and complicacy. According to this, several informational systems of maintenance are introduced suitable the work and the purpose of each maintenance. However there are some problems in the manage the information of maintenance management by without the standization and systematic management of variable information from building life-cycle. This paper purposed the process of creation or management of information which is used for present maintenance through IFC-based facilities object library development is suggested for work efficiency of maintenance management. In addition, it can minimize the reproduce the same information unnecessarily. Fainally, it makes information compatibility through the building life-cycle highly by define the IFC-based object information and standardize the format of information.

도시철도 차량을 위한 예방보전시스템 개발 (Development of the Preventive Maintenance System for an Urban Transit)

  • This paper addresses a the maintenance system based on the concept of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintenance, Safety) for the effective maintenance of the urban transit. A systematic approach for developing a cost-effective maintenance strategy based on the component reliability of the system in question is performed according to the following steps : definition of function, functional failures of the systems, construction of RBD (Reliability Block Diagram), and the calculation of reliability indices. The developed preventive maintenance system generates maintenance plan and repair request based on the analysed RAMS data of components and maintenance experience.

  • In case of the BTL Project for current educational faculties, the proper standards to analyze those said educational standards lack, so it is very difficult to conduct an exact analysis and those improper standards are problematic when proper management and maintenance costs are calculated. In case of such educational facilities, as students have to use them safely for a long time and the quantity of their activities and the status of their physical growth based on individual classes, as well as the features for use by facility and the regional characteristics are different, other standards for maintenance and management must be considered unlike an apartment house. Thus, in this study, to set up the standards considering the features of educational facilities, the maintenance and management level suitable for educational facilities is presented by comparing and analysing that required to maintain and manage an apartment house, targeting the experts specializing management of educational facilities.
