혈관조영검사실 감염관리 분석 연구 (Infection Control Analysis Research in Angiography Room)

  • 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 혈관조영검사실 종사자의 감염관리 실태를 조사하여 그에 따른 인식도와 수행도를 알아보고자 하였다. P지역에 소재한 종합병원급 이상 10개 병원의 혈관조영검사실에 근무하는 종사자 126명을 대상으로 2022년 1월 3일부터 1월 28일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며 내용으로는 대상자의 일반적 특성 10문항과 혈관조영검사실의 감염관리의 주요 항목인 4개 영역 즉, 의료기관 내 감염관리체계, 개인위생, 혈관조영검사실 환경, 혈관조영검사실 장비로 구분한 총 56문항을 Likert 5점 척도로 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS for WindowTM release 25.0을 이용하여 통계 처리를 하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 각 영역의 인식도와 수행도의 분석은 t-test, one-way ANOVA로 하였고 변수들 간의 관계는 Pearson 상관관계분석을 시행하였다. 결과로는 모든 영역에서 인식도가 수행도보다 높게 나타나 인식의 수준에 비하여 수행력이 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 인식도와 수행도가 양의 상관관계를 보이고 있어 종사자의 인식 정도가 수행력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 감염관리의 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 효과적이고 체계적인 감염관리를 위해서 혈관조영검사실의 종사자는 감염관리의 수행도를 반드시 높여야 할 것이며 그러기 위해선 감염관리 교육이 필요할 것으로 생각되며 앞으로 혈관조영검사실 감염관리 지침이 체계화되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

원자력발전소에서의 인간공학적 실험평가를 위한 종합 실험설비 개발 (Development of integrated test facility for human factors experiments in nuclear power plant)

  • It is necessary to evaluate HMI inaspects of human factors in the design stage of MMIS(man machine interface system) and feedback the result of evaluation because operators performance is mainly influenced by the HMI. Therefore, the MMIS design should be reflected the operators psychological, behavioral and physiological characteristics in the interaction with human machine interface(HMI) in order to improve the safety and availability of the MMIS of a nuclear power plant(NPP) by reduction of human error. The development of human factors experimental evaluation techniques and integrated test facility(ITF) for the human factors evaluation become an important research field to resolve hi,am factors issues on the design of an advanced control room(ACR). We developed am ITF, which is aimed to experiment with the design of the ACR and the human machine interaction as it relates to the control of NPP. This paper presents the development of an ITF that consists of three rooms such as main test room(MTR), supporting test room(STR) and experiment control room(ECR). And, the ITF has a various facilities such as a human machine simulator(HMS), experimental measurement systems and data analysis and experiment evaluation supporting system(DAEXESS). The HMS consists of full-scope simulation model of Korean standard NPP and advanced HMI based on visual display nits (VDUS) such as touch color CRT, large scale display panel(LSDP), flat panel display unit and so on.

원자력발전소 주제어실 화재 시 공조모드가 배연성능 및 거주성에 미치는 영향 분석 (Effect of the HVAC Conditions on the Smoke Ventilation Performance and Habitability for a Main Control Room Fire in Nuclear Power Plant)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 원자력발전소 주제어실 화재시 운전원의 거주성을 평가하는 것이다. 운전원의 거주성 분석을 위해 FDS v.6.0을 사용하였으며 이를 통해 주제어실 화재 시 배연성능과 운전원의 거주성에 있어 도출되는 문제점을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 공조환기설비의 운전조건을 핵심변수로 지정하고 그에 따라 3가지 시나리오로 분류하였다. 수치해석결과, Case 1(공조설비 작동시)의 경우가 연기온도, 복사열, 광학밀도 및 연기층높이에 의한 영향이 가장 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반해, Case 2(공조설비 미작동시)와 Case 3(공조설비 미작동시 풍량 1.5배 증가 시)는 Case 1보다 더 안전한 것으로 나타났다. 약 820초경 연기온도를 확인한 결과, Case 1이 Case 2와 Case 3보다 약 63% 정도 더 높게 나타났다. 복사열에 의한 영향도 Case 1에서 가장 높게 나타나, Case 2 및 Case 3와는 최대 약 68% 이상의 차이를 보였다. 분석결과를 통해, 주제어실의 공조환기설비는 배연성능에 큰 영향을 미쳐 운전원 거주안전을 지키기 위한 주요 인자인 것을 확인하였다. 다만, 급기구와 배연구가 천정부에 동시에 설치되어 있어 Case 2와 Case 3의 경우 연기층높이에 있어 불연속적 패턴을 나타냈다.

A Study on the Safe Position from the Local Fire in the Ship's Engine Rooms

  • Control devices for fire safety systems located in a engine room are to be arranged at a safe position which is easily accessible during a fire. To develop an interpretation for the safe position in engine rooms, calculation and experiments are carried out to determine a correlation between radiant heat and distance from fire in this paper. On the basis of results of this research, the control devices for a main engine are to be installed in the behind side of an obstruction to reduce radiant heat from the fire of the main engine. In case of other control devices, they are also to be provided in the same manner of control devices for the main engine or are to be placed with 5 meters far from fire hazards.

수술실 간호사의 안전통제감과 간호전문직관 및 소진이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Safety Control, Nursing Professionalism, and Burnout on Patient Safety Management Activities among Operating Room Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of safety control, nursing professionalism, and burnout on patient safety management activities of operating room nurses. Methods: Data were collected from August 10 to September 26, 2022 from 154 operating nurses who consented to participate and have worked for more than six months in hospitals with 300 or more beds in the Seoul-Incheon area. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. Results: The main factors affecting patient safety management activities were safety control (β=.36, p<.001) and nursing professionalism (β=.15, p=.046). The regression model was statistically significant (F=13.49, p<.001), with explanatory power of approximately 28.6%. Conclusion: Based on these results, the aforementioned activities can be promoted by preparing and providing an operating room safety management program that can improve safety control and establish proper nursing professionalism.

Measuring Situation Awareness of Operating Team in Different Main Control Room Environments of Nuclear Power Plants

  • Environments in nuclear power plants (NPPs) are changing as the design of instrumentation and control systems for NPPs is rapidly moving toward fully digital instrumentation and control, and modern computer techniques are gradually introduced into main control rooms (MCRs). Within the context of these environmental changes, the level of performance of operators in a digital MCR is a major concern. Situation awareness (SA), which is used within human factors research to explain to what extent operators of safety-critical systems know what is transpiring in the system and the environment, is considered a prerequisite factor to guarantee the safe operation of NPPs. However, the safe operation of NPPs can be guaranteed through a team effort. In this regard, the operating team's SA in a conventional and digital MCR should be measured in order to assess whether the new design features implemented in a digital MCR affect this parameter. This paper explains the team SA measurement method used in this study and the results of applying this measurement method to operating teams in different MCR environments. The paper also discusses several empirical lessons learned from the results.

  • An electrical power generation system driven by main engine shaft, briefly SG system for middle or small size fishing boat is studied experimently. In the SG system, power transmission is performed by a variable displacement hydraulic pump driven by the main engine and a constant displacement hydraulic motor. It was verified that the SG system enabled the generation of electrical power with constant frequency regardless main engine speed. In the SG system, setting reference frequency, sensing generator output frequency and setting controller parameters are performed by performed by programming in a microcomputer, so a countermeasure for physical situations of control object is very easy. Futhermore, the SG system has following features; low initial installation cost, wide freedom of installation in engine room, advantage of application in existing ships, especially fishing boat with hydraulic fishing equipments.
