The present survey was made through mail questionaires aiming at understanding the conditions of quality control, finding problems and making improvement for manufacturing companies located in the Chonbuk area. The conditions of quality control were compared between KS marking companies and non KS marking companies regardless of manufactured products. The main check points were the function of process control, the function of quality assurance, the function of quality survey, the function of quality system, quality education, quality training, the function of QC circle and general functions excepting the scale of enterprise.

In this study, a comparative research between KS certification system, which is Korea's quality certification system and new JIS certification system are conducted. Compared with the results and the issue of quality certification system to look for ways to improve the company can be helpful in the development plan was presented. The survey obtained from the representatives on the company which currenty maintains certification. Survey was distributed and collected via e-mail., Highlights of the survey, were composed of four categories such as opinions of KS certification, criteria, production test and follow up, etc., these categories were put together for final conclusion.

Vocational training efficiency and participation was intended to try to find a reliable demand survey methods to find ways that can be maximized. The exact demand investigation may be the most important factor that can improve the quality of training. Furthermore, the training is due to inaccurate demand as research shows the result of ineffective training because of low participation. Four methods of demand survey are used in the form of large mail, telephone, electronic and face-to-face. This paper describes the demand survey that has been carried out through the training of human resources in the training business that suits description local industry human resource development (HRD) consortium of Mokpo University country, proposed a method of effective demand survey.

Purpose: The Korean Gastric Cancer Association (KGCA) has been conducting nationwide surveys on patients with surgically treated gastric cancer, every 5 years, since 1995. This study details the results of the survey conducted in 2019. Materials and Methods: This survey was conducted from March to December 2020 using a standardized case report form, which was sent to every member of the KGCA via e-mail. We collected data on 54 items, including patient demographics, tumor characteristics, surgical procedures, and surgical outcomes. We compared the results of the 2019 survey with previous surveys. Results: Data of 14,076 cases were collected from 68 institutions. The mean patient age was 62.9 years and the proportion of patients who were aged ≥71 years increased from 9.1% in 1995 to 28.8% in 2019. The proportion of upper-third tumors steadily increased from 11.2% in 1995 to 20.9% in 2019 and that of early gastric cancer increased from 57.7% in 2009 to 63.6% in 2019. Regarding operative procedures, a total laparoscopic approach was used in more than half of the cases (55.1%) in 2019. The most common anastomotic method was the Billroth II procedure (45.0%) after distal gastrectomy and double tract reconstruction (81.2%) after proximal gastrectomy in 2019. The postoperative mortality rate was 1.0%, and the overall postoperative complication rate was 14.5%. Conclusions: The results of the 2019 nationwide survey demonstrate the current status of gastric cancer treatment in Korea. This information will provide a basis for gastric cancer research in the future.

This study has conducted to measure the internet banking customer satisfaction using structured equation model. Data was collected by e-mail system. Among survey panel who had experience of using Hanwha-Bank internet banking service, final samples were 2,848 respondents. The results showed that usage convenience and economy factor was most correlated with customer satisfaction. And we found that word-of-mouth behavior was affected customer satisfaction.

Vietnamese luxury market is rapidly growing, however, there is a few researches on Vietnamese consumers' perceptions of luxury products and influential factors in purchasing intention. The purpose of this study is to explore Vietnamese consumers' value dimensions and mediating effect of social media information for their decision making for luxury product. Data were collected using self-administered mail survey. This study examines the influences of consumers' perceptions of quality and value, and social media word-of-mouth on Vietnamese consumers' luxury purchase intention.

Objectives The aim of this study is to survey the present scales of constitutional medical service market on the base of Korean medical service market following 2006, 2008 year survey. Methods This survey was conducted from Nov. 1 to Dec. 15, 2011 by offline mail. A questionnaire including personal information, general information, and management related to constitutional medicine of Korean medical institution was sent to each subject with a returned envelope. The subjects were asked to complete the questionnaire and 108 data were collected and analyzed. Results This study revealed that the 62% facilities of all Korean medical clinics in Korea are using constitutional medicine for patients. The proportion of constitutional medical service was 13.7% in Korean medical care insurance and 23.5% in total Korean medical service market. Conclusion It is assumed that the scales of total Korean medical service market seemed to be 3,974,425 million won and the scales of total constitutional medical service market seemed to be 929,404 million won.

This paper proposes a Web Based Online Outage Cost Assessment and Information System(WOOCAIS) for power system outage cost assessment. The proposed WOOCAIS is a kind of web based survey method for outage cost assessment. While conventional survey methods have done outage cost assessment based on survey paper lists collected by post mail or visiting customers, the proposed WOOCAIS is a web based online survey operation and assessment system. Therefore, it can curtail expenditure for survey and also is more convenient than conventional method. It will be set up for actual outage cost assessment system of KEPCO in South Korea in the near future. The WOOCAIS will be applied in various research and actual planning and operation areas. First of all, the assessed results may be not only applied as one of objective function for generation system and grid expansion but also operational planning problems in power system.

Purpose: In this study, the actual situation of domestic firms vulnerable to industrial security competence will be discussed. And accordingly be discussed for effective response measures. Methods: Using a structured questionnaire by mail, fax, e-mail and fill method was used respondents. By the end of '10 R&D Center, which holds 15,247 companies(population) among the 95% level of confidence, tolerance ${\pm}3%$ p-level corporate type, sector, region extraction method stratified multi-level companies were investigated through the final 1529. Results: The average level of industrial security capabilities 43.8%(out of 100) is very weak, so urgent and positive response measures also need to be investigated sought. Conclusion: we propose the effective management framework and improvement plans to prevent illegal industrial leakage are to be made.
