복합문화공간의 기능이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Function of the Complex Cultural Space on the Intention to Revisit)

  • 산업화와 도시화에 따라 지역중심으로 주민들을 위한 복합문화공간이 계발 되어오고 있다. 이러한 변화에 주목하여, 복합문화공간이 어떠한 기능을 가지고 있으며 이러한 기능이 복합문화공간을 이용하는 고객의 고객가치와 재방문의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이 연구를 통해 복합문화공간을 운영하는 지자체나 기업에게 복합문화공간을 운영할 때 어떤 기능에 중점을 둘 것인가 하는 운영전략 도출에 실질적인 도움이 되고자 하였다. 이를 위해 복합문화공간 관련 문헌연구를 바탕으로 설문지를 작성하여 자료를 수집하였으며 SPSS Win Ver. 22.0과 PROCESS macro v3.4를 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 복합문화공간의 기능은 고객가치와 재방문의도에 일부 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 각각의 기능들이 이용고객의 고객가치와 재방문의도에 어떻게 영향을 주고 있는지가 도출되었다. 도출된 결과는 기업이나 지자체 운영자에게 적용 가능한 운영전략과 경영방향을 세우는데 의미 있는 시사점을 제안하였고, 향후 복합문화공간을 활용한 지역 활성화라는 보다 거시적인 복합문화 공간의 역할을 연구하는데 있어 유용한 자료로 기여할 것이다.

인간의 이동을 중심으로 본 한국 속 '동남아 현상' (The Origin and Diffusion of 'Southeast Asian Phenomena' in Korea: Focusing on Human Movement)

  • Recently, Southeast Asian people, its food, natural sceneries and so on have been increasingly exposed to Korean people through mass media and multi-cultural events. At the same time, Koreans can frequently encounter Southeast Asians in their everyday lives. Thus, specific images and discourses of Southeast Asia has been established in our society, which creates a new social trend called 'Southeast Asia phenomena'. In short, 'Southeast Asia phenomena' means a totality of Korean people's experience of Southeast Asian and their perception on the region. On the one hand, 'Southeast Asia phenomena' is a result of inflow of Southeast Asians and their culture into Korea. On the other hand, it is also a consequence of Korean people's understanding of Southeast Asia from their trip to Southeast Asia or from their interactions with Southeast Asian people. This article aims to analyze the origin and diffusion of 'Southeast Asian Phenomena' in Korea in the context of Southeast Asia focusing on 4 topics, that is, migrant workers, overseas investments, retirement migration, study-abroad categorized as human movement. This article is also about a country-by-country comparative analysis both at the macro level and the micro level. At the macro level, overseas investments and trade, human exchanges, positive perception to Koreans which considered to be the structural causes become a strong mechanism playing a important bridge role between Korea and Southeast Asia. So these create the high probability of the emergence of 'Southeast Asian Phenomena' At the micro level which is more direct causes of 'Southeast Asian Phenomena', the economic cause is the most important common cause for 4 Southeast Asian Phenomena. Additionally, Korean wave is also remarkable common cause creating 'Southeast Asian Phenomena' even it is not the origin in the context of Southeast Asia. The diffusion of 'Southeast Asian Phenomena' is different by the topics and the elements contributing to create the favorable situation for the diffusion are not only overseas investments and trade, human exchanges at the macro level but also policy elements at the micro level. The relative differences of the causes of 'Southeast Asian Phenomena' in the country-by-country analysis are found. Regarding overseas investments in Vietnam and Cambodia, the economic degree of freedom in Cambodia is higher than in Vietnam. Even Korean Wave has had the longer history in Vietnam, but the favorable perspectives on Korean Wave are stronger in Cambodia. For migrant workers from Vietnam and Indonesia, the economic causes in Vietnam are more significant than in Indonesia. The impact of Korean Wave is stronger in Vietnam than in Indonesia. In case of study-abroad, the social-cultural elements and policy elements are more diverse in Malaysia than in Korea. For the Korean retirees who immigrate to the Philippines and Malaysia, the economic causes in the Philippines is more significant in Malaysia.

빅데이터 지반정보의 불확실성을 고려한 중진지역에서의 액상화 위험도 작성기법 개발 (Development of Mapping Method for Liquefaction Hazard in Moderate Seismic Region Considering the Uncertainty of Big Site Investigation Data)

  • 최근 우리 정부는 안전한 대한민국이라는 슬로건 아래 지진재해를 포함한 자연재해피해를 최소화하는데 많은 노력을 집중하고 있으며, 이를 위해 산사태 위험도와 액상화 위험도와 같은 지진 시 지반피해 GIS 시스템 데이터가 구축되고 있는 실정이다. 우리나라 전역을 포함하는 지진 시 액상화 위험도를 작성하기 위해서는 수많은 지반시추정보에 대한 적용성 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 액상화 위험도 작성을 위해 인구밀도가 높은 광역지역의 지반증폭계수를 검토하였으며 이를 위해 S시 522개 시추공지반 정보를 수집하여 지반응답해석을 수행하였다. 이때 지반분류는 지반정보의 불확실성을 고려하고자 현행 내진 설계기준에서 제안하고 있는 시추종료 깊이 이후의 지반 정보를 30m로 가정하는 경우와 지반정보의 오리지널 데이터 값만을 이용하는 경우로 나누어 비교하였으며, 타당성 검토 시에는 지반응답해석 결과에 대한 확률분포와 통계분석을 이용하여 수행하였다. 최종적으로 정규분포를 통한 신뢰도 50%, 70%, 90%에 대한 지반증폭계수를 도출하여 액상화 위험도를 도시하였으며, 이를 지반응답해석을 통해 도시한 LPI 액상화 위험도와 비교하여 가장 유사한 값을 추천하였다. 연구결과 제안된 지반증폭계수가 향후 국내 액상화에 대한 연구와 중진지역의 광역지역 액상화 위험도 작성에 큰 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

한우 생산 제도화에 따른 한우 상품사슬의 특징: 전남 함평군을 중심으로 (Institutionalization of Korean Native Beef Production and the Characteristics of Commodity Chain: the Case of Hampyong-gun in Jeonnam Province)

  • 축산의 산업화와 농업의 기계화로 인해 우리나라에서 소의 의미는 역우에서 육우로 변화해 왔다. 아울러 최근 수십년 간에 걸친 쇠고기에 대한 수요 증가와 글로벌화에 따른 무역의 자유화로 인해 해외로부터의 쇠고기 수입이 지속적으로 진전되어 왔다. 이러한 변화 속에서 국내 쇠고기 생산은 전업화, 대형화되기 시작하였고, 이에 따라 한우 상품사슬은 기존과는 다른 특징을 보인다. 육류등급제, 위해요소중점관리제(HACCP), 한우 브랜드화제도는 현재의 한우 생산에 가장 결정적인 영향을 미치고 있고, 이러한 거시적인 제도와 더불어 로컬 스케일에서의 미시적 제도와 행위자들은 그 지역만의 한우 상품사슬을 특징짓고 있다. 연구 지역인 함평은 낙후되고 쇠락한 농촌의 이미지가 강한 지역이었으나, 낙후한 경제적 상황을 타개하기 위해 최근 우시장의 전통성을 활용한 한우 산업이 발전되고 있다. 함평의 한우 생산은 거시적인 제도적 영향과 함께 지역의 제도적 영향이 더해져 지역의 사회적 공간적 변화에 큰 영향을 미치고 있었으며 다양한 층위의 행위자들이 상품사슬을 구성하고 있다.

MPEG-4 기반의 영상전화기 구현을 위한 실시간 변환영역(객체) 추출에 관한 알고리즘 (A Study for a real-time variety region(object) extraction algorithm to implement MPEG-4 based Video Phones.)

  • 논문에서는 MPEG-4(Moving Picture Expert Group-4) 객체기반 부호화를 위하여 영상에서 실 시간적으로 변화영역(객체)을 추출하는 알고리즘에 대하여 제안한다. 기존의 객체 분리방법 들은 Off-Line 방법으로 객체를분리하므로 실시간 처리를 필요로 하는 영상전화나 영상회의 시스템에서는 사용할 수 없었다. 그리고 또 MPEG-4표준의 버전1에서 권장하는 객체분할 방식인 공간적인 분할(Spatial Segmentation)방법과 시간적인 분할(Temporal Segmentation)방법은 픽셀단위로 연산을 하므로 연산의 복잡도가 높아서 실시간 영상전송에 어렵다. 그러나 이 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 연산단위를 픽셀단위로 연산하는 것이 아니라 매크로블록 단위로 연산이 이루어지므로 실시간 전송을 가능케 한다. 그러나MPEG-4권고 안에서 제시한 알고리즘처럼 이 번에 제안한 알고리즘도 한 영상에서 여러 개의 객체를 추출하는 것이 이루어지지 않았다. 그리고 전체 시스템 구성을 보면 크게 부호기와 복호기로 나누어지고 부호기에 본 논문에서 제안한 실시간 객체추출 알고리즘이 전처리 단으로 삽입되어 구현되었다.

함평만 조간대 해조류 분포지역의 퇴적 및 저서환경 특성 (Sedimentary and Benthic Environment Characteristics in Macroalgal Habitats of the Intertidal Zone in Hampyeong Bay)

  • To understand the characteristics of sedimentary and benthic environments in habitats of naturally-occurring intertidal benthic macroalgae, various geochemical parameters of sediment (grain size, ignition loss [IL], chemical oxygen demand [COD], and acid volatile sulfur [AVS]) and pore water (temperature, salinity, pH, and nutrients) were measured in the southern intertidal zone of Hampyeong Bay at two month intervals from April to October 2009. Ecological characteristics including the distribution and biomass of benthic macroalgae were also investigated. Benthic macroalgae were distributed below 4 to 5 m depth from mean sea level near the lower portion of the intertidal zone where air exposure time is relatively short. The distribution area and biomass of benthic macroalgae gradually decreased during the study period. The surface sediments in the benthic algal region were mainly composed of finer sediments, such as slightly gravelly mud and mud. The temperature, salinity, pH, and nutrient concentrations (except dissolved inorganic nitrogen) in pore water did not differ in regions with and without benthic macroalgae, whereas the mean grain size and the concentrations of IL, COD, and AVS in sediments were much higher in regions harboring benthic macroalgae. The correlation between mean grain size and IL in sediments displayed two distinct gradients and the slope was much steeper in regions harboring benthic macroalgae, indicating that the content of organic matter in benthic algal region is not solely dependent on mean grain size. Our results indicate that the benthic macroalgae in the southern intertidal zone of Hampyeong Bay play an important role in the accumulation of organic matter in sediment.

전자빔 용해 방법으로 제조된 정형외과 임플란트용 Ti-6Al-4V 합금의 재료 특성 분석 (Material Characteristics of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy Manufactured by Electron Beam Melting for Orthopedic Implants)

  • Electron beam melting (EBM) is one of powder based additive manufacturing technology used to produce parts for high geometrical complexity and directly with three-dimensional computer aided design (CAD) model. It is kind of the most promising methods with additive manufacturing for a wide range of medical applications, such as orthopedic, dental implant, and etc. This research has been investigated the microstructure and mechanical properties of as fabricated and hot iso-static pressing (HIP) processed specimens, which are made by an Arcam A1 EBM system. The Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy powder was used as a material for the 3 dimensional printing specimens. Mechanical properties were conducted with EBM manufacturing and computer numerical control (CNC) machining specimens, respectively. Surface morphological analysis was conducted by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) for their surface, dissected plan, and fractured surface after tensile test. The mechanical properties were included tensile stress-strain and nano-indentation test as a analysis level between nano and macro. As following highlighted results, the stress-strain curves on elastic region were almost similar between as fabricated and HIP processed while the ductile (plastic deformed region) properties were higher with HIP than that of as fabricated processed.

합금크롬주철의 탄화물형상 및 열처리가 내마모성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Carbide Morphology and Heat Treatment on Abrasion Wear Resistance of Chromium White Cast Irons)

  • Eutectic high chromium cast irons containing 17%Cr and 26%Cr were produced for this research by making each of them solidify unidirectionally. Abrasion wear test against SiC or $Al_2$O$_3$bonded paper was carried out using test pieces cut cross-sectionally at several distances from the chill face of castings. The wear resistance was evaluated in connection with the parameters such as eutectic colony size($E_w$), area fraction of boundary region of the colony($S_B$) where comparatively large massive chromium carbides are crystallized and, average diameter of chromium carbides in the boundary region($D_c$). The wear rate($R_w$), which is a gradient of straight line of wear loss versus testing time, was influenced by the type and the particle size of the abrasives. The $R_w$ value against SiC was found to be larger than that against A1$_2$O$_3$under the similar abrasive particle size. In the case of SiC, the $R_w$ value increased with an increase in the particle size. The $R_w$ value also increased as the eutectic colony size decreased, and that of the 17%Cr iron was larger than that of the 26%Cr iron at the same $E_w$ value. Both of the $S_B$ and $D_c$ values were closely related to the $R_w$ value regardless of chromium content of the specimens. The $R_w$ values of the annealed specimens were greater than those of the as-cast specimens because of softened matrix structures. As for the relationship between wear rate and macro-hardness of the specimens, the hardness resulting in the minimum wear rate was found to be at 550 HV30.

Structural Characteristics and Properties of Silk Fibroin/Polyurethane Blend Films

  • In this paper, silk fibroin (SF)/polyurethane (PU) blend films were fabricated to develop a new biomaterial for biomedical applications. These blend films were prepared using formic acid as a cosolvent, and structural characteristics and properties of blend films were investigated. FTIR results suggested that there was no specific interaction between SF and PU, implying molecular immiscibility in SF/PU blend films. Furthermore, it was revealed by XRD method that the crystalline region of blend components was not perturbed by counterpart polymers. The degree of phase separation of SF/PU blend films was diminished by increasing PU content in blend. Especially, the blend with 70% content of PU showed no evidence of macro-phase separation in SEM observation. However, SF/PU blend (70/30) was revealed to be phase-separated in a lower dimension confirmed by DMTA measurement. TGA result showed that thermal decomposition temperature of blend film was slightly decreased compared to those of SF and PU polymer itself, Though mechanical properties of SF/PU blend films were not good enough due to the solvent, blood compatibility of PU can be enhanced markedly by mixing with SF for SF/PU blend film.

  • In order to assay one lot of the potency of tuberculin for intradermic use, four guinea pigs sensitized with heat killed M. tuberculosis were used by the method originally of the Agriculture Research Service Center(A. R. S.) and Bureau of Animal. Industry(B. A. I.) in the United. States of America in which guinea pigs were used on 21st day after sensitization. There is doubt whether the guinea pigs are sensitized or not. Therefore, this study has taken the method of Middle Brook-Dubos hemagglutination test, and observed the humoral hemagglutinating antibody in the blood. The results obtained are as follows. 1. The maximum titer of hemagglutinating antibody was demonstrated 30days after sensitizing the guinea pigs with killed tubercle bacilli. The maximum titer was continued for a period of 45 days and thereafter declined gradually. 2. The swelling and redness of the region of the sensitized guinea pigs was shown to be reached to the maximum size within 24 hours after intradermal inoculation with HCSM tuberculin and gradually reduced 96 hours after inoculation. The swelling and redness could not be detected by macro-observation after 14 days.
