패션 명품 소비자-브랜드 관계가 관계 만족과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumer-Brand Relationship of Fashion Luxury Product on Brand Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this study were to examine the effect of consumer-brand relationship of fashion luxury product on brand loyalty and the mediating effect of consumer satisfaction. The questionnaire developed through the literature search and a survey was conducted both in on-line and off-line questionnaire simultaneously. Finally 227 data from women who had a buying experience of fashion luxury products were analyzed using frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, t-test, regression analysis by SPSS for WIN program. The results were as follows. First, the consumers' brand identification was composed of three factors; self-connection, interdependence, attachment. Second, the consumer-brand relationship significantly influenced on the brand loyalty. Third, the consumer-brand relationship significantly influenced on the consumer satisfaction. Fourth, the consumer satisfaction significantly influenced on the brand loyalty. Fifth, the consumer-brand relationship had both direct and indirect effects on brand loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction. The results indicated that causal relationship was existed among these three variables.

인터넷 패션쇼핑몰에서 소비자혁신성, 쇼핑몰속성, 소비자만족이 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Consumer Innovativeness, Shopping Mall Attributes, and Satisfaction on E-loyalty for Fashion Products)

  • This study investigates the effects of consumer innovativeness on e-loyalty mediated by shopping mall attributes and consumer satisfaction with the Internet. Data were obtained from 243 consumers who had bought fashion products through online shopping. Data were analyzed by using factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and path analysis using LISREL 8.53 program. The results of this study suggest that the consumer innovativeness, such as Internet-innovativeness and Fashion-innovativeness affect shopping mall attributes including Loading, Visual, Information, Variety, and Price/Fashion. These attributes and the shopping mall satisfaction partially mediated the impact of consumer innovativeness on e-loyalty of shopping malls through the Internet. Especially, consumer satisfaction was the most important determinant to build up e-loyalty for the online shopping of fashion products. The findings provide implications for e-retailers to develop strategies related to consumer innovativeness, shopping mall attributes, and the e-loyalty of shopping malls for fashion products.

  • This study attempts to investigate a general service sector model which aims to describe the extent to which customer repurchase intention is influenced by customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, switching cost. 195 consumers in service sector were used into data analysis. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and Structural Equation Model using SPSS and AMOS program. The results show that nearly all of the hypothesized relationships construct are supported. First, the direct effects of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and switching cost were com firmed. The service company not only strengthens customer loyalty, but also strategically makes the most use of switching cost to satisfy customer satisfaction and create sustainable company advantages. Second, the interactive relationships among switching cost and customer loyalty were very significant. The proper management of these mediating variables plays key roles in connecting customer satisfaction with repurchase intention. Third, the effects of customer loyalty and brand preference on repurchase intention were supported but switching cost rejected in the path analysis. Implications of the results for path analysis are discussed and future research directions are offered.

The Impact of Korean Franchise Coffee Shop Service Quality and Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze franchise coffee shop service quality factors based on pilot research. In the proposed analysis, store atmosphere is added as one of the service quality factors. We aim to examine how franchise coffee shop service quality and store atmosphere influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - Data was collected from 482 Korean coffee shop franchises and analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability/validity assessments, correlation analysis, and regression analysis with the software program SPSS 19.0. Results - The results are as follows. First, taste is revealed to be the most influential factor among components that have an impact on service quality. Second, taste also turned out to have the most impact on service quality among components influencing customer loyalty. Last, customer satisfaction affected customer loyalty. Conclusions - This study's findings show that taste was the most influential factor on service quality. The conclusion here is that most of the coffee shop customers are very familiar with coffee taste and this is influencing their loyalty.

The Role of Customer Trust and Reputation on Customer Loyalty: An Empirical Study of Micro Finance Institutions in Indonesia

  • This study investigates the effect of serv-qual and reputation on customer loyalty through the trust of deposit customers in Micro Finance Institutions. The population was deposit customers at BMT distributed into 5 provinces of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, and a survey was conducted from January 2021 to February 2022. The probability random sampling technique was used to select the final sample, and a total of 221 responses were collected using a questionnaire. Technical data analysis was done using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), supported by AMOS 22.0 program. The results showed that serv-qual and reputation have a positive and significant impact on the trust and loyalty of deposit customers at BMT. Customers positively and significantly impact the relationship between serv-qual and reputation on customer loyalty. The biggest contribution to loyalty was generated by the variable customer trust (0.399), followed by service quality (0.359) and reputation (0.166). Micro Finance Institution needs to improve the management of deposit customers by improving serv-qual, reputation, and customer trust and conduct comparative research between conventional financial institutions and other informal financial service institutions.

Factors Influencing Loyalty to Buying and Selling Food Products through E-Marketplace in Thailand

  • Purpose: This study focuses on developing a structural equation model of variables influencing loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces in Thailand. The variables investigated comprised food attributes, online system attributes, marketing innovations, attitudes, and satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: An online questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample group (200 buyers and 200 sellers) using quota sampling. The data were analyzed using the structural equation model. Results: The developed structural equation model was consistent with the empirical data. Factors in the model could explain 40.1% of the variance in loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. Food attributes and online system attributes influenced satisfaction directly. Online system attributes, market innovation, and attitudes directly influenced loyalty. The developed model had no variation between groups of buyers and sellers. Conclusions: This research demonstrated the causal factors leading to consumer loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. The research findings help e-marketplace providers manage factors of buying and selling to comply with the needs of buyers and sellers, which will increase the number of buyers and sellers, help generate long-term profits for service providers, and increase the country's financial value.

할인점 의류매장 점포충성도에 대한 점포이미지와 전화장벽의 영향력에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study of the Store Image and Switching Barrier on Store Loyalty)

  • The goal of this study was to investigate the impacts of customer satisfaction, store image, and switching barrier on store loyalty of the clothes shops at a large-scale discount store. The subjects were 357 female adults living in Suncheon City, Jeollanam Province. The questionnaires were conveniently sampled from June 1 to 30, 2006. The collected data were factor and reliability analyzed using the SPS program. And LISREL was used to test and evaluate the relationships between the constructs through confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis. Among the six hypotheses set in the research model, total four were selected through empirical analysis and the rest two were rejected. The analysis results were useful in making a conceptual model that could keep the simplicity about store loyalty and had increased explanatory power. Thus it turned out the deciding factors of store loyalty for the clothes shop at a discount store were customer satisfaction and switching barrier rather than store image. Customer satisfaction had the biggest influences on store loyalty among the expected variables. Considering the direct impacts of switching barrier on store loyalty, it's important to work on switching barrier along with customer satisfaction in order to maintain the customers' store loyalty. The efforts to identify the various factors of store loyalty in addition to switching barrier, customer satisfaction, and store image will lead to such marketing strategies as can vitalize the clothes shops at a large discount store.

공공도서관 문화프로그램 서비스가 이용자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - 도서관 「길 위의 인문학」을 중심으로 - (Effects of Public Library Cultural Program Services on Users' Quality of Life 「Libraries on the Road」)

  • 본 연구는 도서관 「길 위의 인문학」 프로그램 이용자를 대상으로 문화프로그램 서비스 품질이 이용자의 만족도 및 삶의 질과 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 공공도서관 도서관 「길 위의 인문학」 프로그램에 참여한 경험이 있는 이용자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 138부의 유효한 데이터를 수집하였고 구조방정식모형을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 공공도서관 도서관 「길위의 인문학」 프로그램 서비스 품질이 높을수록 이용자의 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 또한, 전반적인 만족도는 이용자의 삶의 질과 충성도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공공도서관이 제공하는 특정 프로그램의 서비스 품질이 이용자의 만족도 및 삶의 질과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 대한 학문적 논의를 확장하였다.

약선 요리의 맛과 조리방법이 고객 애호도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Taste and Cooking Method of Medicinal Cuisine on Customer Loyalty)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of taste and cooking method of medicinal cuisine on the customer loyalty. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 214 customers visiting a restaurant specialized in temple cuisine in Yangsan city, Kyungnam province. Statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS program. Female respondents preferred garnish and bright color, and males preferred flavor and chewing taste as a taste of medicinal cuisine. The older respondents preferred flavor and chewing taste more than younger ones. Among cooking methods of medicinal cuisine, females preferred steaming and older respondents preferred boiling and cooking in casserole. From the regression analysis, the customer loyalty was singnificantly affected by sauce, delicious looking color, flavor, aroma, and chewy texture among taste factors and by boiling and cooking in casserole among cooking methods.

  • 본 연구는 자연치유 분야와 경영학의 서비스마케팅을 결합한 융합연구로써 자연치유서비스품질이 이를 이용한 고객의 충성도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 두 변인 간에서 서비스 가치와 고객 만족이 매개역할을 하는지 살펴보았다. 이를 통하여 자연치유서비스 분야의 연구에 대한 기초제공과 관련 산업의 발전에 기여 하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 전국의 20대부터 50대까지를 대상으로 일반적으로 자연치유라고 통용되는 범위를 제시하였으며, 이에 해당하는 경험자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 자료 분석은 통계프로그램 SPSS 24.0과 변수 간 인과관계를 파악하기 위해 AMOS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구결과 자연치유서비스 품질은 이용고객의 충성도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 서비스 가치와 고객 만족은 서비스품질과 충성도 사이에 매개역할을 하며 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
