Incheon port is located near the Seoul metropolitan area and it is gateway port to Korea. It has the efficient location conditions in geography and economics. Many logistics industry had been developed taking the advantage of above conditions. Since Incheon International Airport opened in 2001, the function in logistics had been grown gradually. But most of logistics companies in Incheon are lack of basic usage of logistic information. To identify the status for logistic industry in Incheon we analysed various statistical data and literature in this study. From the survey results, we found that logistic industry has higher weight than other industries. It is sure that logistics industry is the specific industry in Incheon.

In this Paper, We propose new performance measure model in Logistic Industry. New model has been learned by key points of PZB model and advanced structure of MBNQA which has cause measure points and effect measure points. The Structure of new performance measure model is Cubic Model which is reflected with time. We try to verify this model apply advance logistic company.

The purpose of this work is to analyze the factors, criteria and importance that shippers in the international logistics industry take into account in choosing third-party logistics, and thereby to propose the directions of the areas and functions that third-party logistics will need to enhance on the basis of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. To do that, this work collected and analyzed materials about changing environments of logistic industry and previous studies, and especially conducted a questionnaire survey on the factors to choose third-party logistics with the study subjects of shippers in the international logistics industry. To draw attribute factors, this work repeatedly chose and classified candidate factors through Delphi technique on the basis of the data of previous studies. The analysis results are presented as follows: regarding pairwise comparison between logistic cost and logistic service in relation of conflict, logistic service was recognized to be more important than logistic cost; regarding pairwise comparison between corporate capability and logistic cost, logistic cost was recognized to be more important; and regarding comprehensive evaluation, logistic service factors, including accuracy of order handling, service reliability, freight damage and compensation, a degree of fulfillment of promise, quality of transportation, and problem-solving ability, were found to be in high position.

In this paper, make a study decision problem called an optimal release policies after testing a software system in development phase and transfer it to the user. In the course of correcting or modifying the software, finite failure non-homogeneous Poisson process model, presented and was proposed release policies of the life distribution, half-logistic and log-logistic distributions model which used to an area of reliability because of various shape and scale parameter. In this paper, discuss optimal software release policies which minimize a total average software cost of development and maintenance under the constraint of satisfying a software reliability requirement. In a numerical example, the parameter estimation using maximum likelihood estimation of failure time data make out, and software optimal release time was estimated.

The recent market trend of demand and supply of domestic paper industry expected confusion in near future due to massive imports of low cost product because of suddenly emerging of China's mass productive equipment and capacity. Related domestic industry is deploying joint co-coperative partnership and logistic service, joint operations of transportation and distribution center and innovation activity for customer satisfaction. This paper tries to present a solution through analysis of related paper industry a case study.

This paper aims to predict Busan's regional product and employment using the logistic regression models and machine learning models. The following are the main findings of the empirical analysis. First, the OLS regression model shows that the main industries such as electricity and electronics, machine and transport, and finance and insurance affect the Busan's income positively. Second, the binomial logistic regression models show that the Busan's strategic industries such as the future transport machinery, life-care, and smart marine industries contribute on the Busan's income in large order. Third, the multinomial logistic regression models show that the Korea's main industries such as the precise machinery, transport equipment, and machinery influence the Busan's economy positively. And Korea's exports and the depreciation can affect Busan's economy more positively at the higher employment level. Fourth, the voting ensemble model show the higher predictive power than artificial neural network model and support vector machine models. Furthermore, the gradient boosting model and the random forest show the higher predictive power than the voting model in large order.

With the rapid growth of e-logistics in the global logistics industry, it is important to gain further insight into this growing segment of Chinese logistics industry. The current situation in China consists of many small and medium-sized logistics firms. Furthermore, e-logistics is still relatively undeveloped in the majority of the Chinese logistics companies and presently there are still many problems unresolved. This paper attempted to review the concepts and theoretical background of e-logistics systems from previous studies. After acknowledging the essential issues related to e-logistics systems, a research model based on the theory acceptance model was designed and tested. The key factors to the e-logistics system (reliability, maintainability, software, facility and transportation) were validated through the modeling and testing process. Included in the modelling and testing process are other related factors of e-logistics process, logistics information system and added value as dependent variables in this model. The results of this study confirm that the e-logistics Process is affected by transportation, while maintainability and software factors influence logistics information system. reliability, maintainability, facility and transportation are significant factors associated with added value. This research aimed to provide theoretical and practical contribution to Chinese logistics companies and to give some insights into e-logistics system as a whole. The paper also provided some useful theoretical implication and practical guidelines for the development of e-logistics system in the chinese logistics industry.

The logistics industry in Incheon is lack of basic usage for logistic information. As development of logistics industry the companies recognized the importance of logistics informatization. But due to a small scale of logistic companies it is difficult to equip the basic infrastructure for logistics informatization. To investigate the status of informatization of logistics companies in Incheon, we divide questionnaire by the aspects of information operations, aspects of information needs, information effects and policy aspects of planning and support information. By the result of survey we suggest the supporting plan for Incheon logistics industry.
