GRA를 이용한 물류센터 입지선정문제 (Location Selection of Distribution Centers by Using Grey Relational Analysis)

  • Location selection of distribution centers is a crucial task for logistics operators and key decision makers of an organization. This is a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) process which includes both quantitative and qualitative criteria. In order to propose an optimized location selection model, this research suggests a hierarchical group of evaluation criteria : 5 major criteria with 15 sub-criteria. The MCDM approach presented in this research, by integrating Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), tends to rectify the overall quality and uncertainty of the values of evaluation criteria. An example of a location selection case in Korea is illustrated in this study to show the effectiveness of this method.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the school location decision direction for land use planning of public land development. And this research proposed the school location decision direction for urban amenity. So this research present the implication on urban planning and design for architecture, park-school complex. This study perform the relationship with land use planning out side environment of school land. This research proved the fact that the school land relationship with the park, the other school land etc. And this result will be used in decision-making-process of land use planning, public land development construction, urban design and city policy.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the school location decision factor with land use planning and urban design. And this research proposed the school location decision factor for urban amenity. This research proved the fact that the school land correlated with the park, the other school land etc. And this result will be used in decision-making-process of land use planning, public land development construction oriental, urban design and city policy.

국내 외국인직접투자기업의 입지결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Location Factors of Foreign Direct Investment Firms in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 국내 외국인직접투자기업의 제조업에 적합한 입지결정요인을 추출하여 AHP 분석기법(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 통해 집단별, 업종별, 기업규모별, 입지유형별로 입지요인의 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 전문가집단이 외국인직접투자기업을 바라보는 관점과 외국인직접투자기업에서 실제로 고려하고 있는 각 입지요인의 중요도와 우선순위에는 상당한 괴리가 있는 것으로 확인되어 전문가집단의 정보 비대칭 문제가 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 외국인직접투자기업에서는 투자동기와 연관되어 있는 경쟁우위요인과 경영전략요인의 중요도를 높게 평가하고 있다. 또한 기업규모별, 업종별, 입지유형별로 입지요인의 중요도와 우선순위에도 많은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째로, 투자만족도와 입지요인간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 입지요인들이 긍정적인 영향력을 많이 받을수록 투자의 만족도가 높아진다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 또한 투자기업에서는 노동의 유연성 부족과 우수인력의 확보문제를 가장 큰 경영상의 애로사항으로 인식하고 있었다. 넷째로, 입지의사결정에 필요한 정보의 원천에 관한 조사에서 행정당국보다는 이미 국내에 진출하여 사업을 영위하고 있거나 철수한 경험이 있는 선행의 투자기엽으로부터 입지정보를 수집하는 사례가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 가장 영향력이 높은 의사결정계층으로는 최고경영자로 확인되어 입지결정과 같은 전략적 정책결정들은 실무책임자보다는 최고경영층과의 관계 마케팅이 더욱 더 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

단계적 최적립지 결정 방법에 관한 연구 (An Approach to Multi-Stage Decision Process for Optimum Location)

  • The problem of location for industries and residential quarters has undoubtedly been one of the most important factors to enhance human activities and standard of living. Nonetheless. there seem to be no such theories or approaches as to cope with this problem satisfactorily. As a matter of fact the evaluation of proposed locations so far has stuck to quantitative factors and thus the results are often rejected by the public or individuals. In deciding the location of industrial complex and/or residential quarters, the qualitative factors often play more important role than the quantitative factors. Moreover, it is quite possible for a proposed location to be disapproved for reasons other than quantifiable factors. This work presents an approach to multi-stage decision process of optimum location, particularly for residential quarters. The proposed approach consists of four stages. At the first stage, candidates for the location are searched and checked against musts. After this screening process, the candidates fulfilling the musts are evaluated both quantitatively and qualitatively at the second stage. The third stage is devoted to the integrated evaluation using diffrent weights for the two factors. At the final stage, a location is selected among the candidates evaluated at the earlier stages. This approach has been applied to and tested on a apartment-building project in Ulsan area. Difficulties arising from quantifying factors were encountered as expected. Sometimes decisions could be a matter of taste of the individuals concerned.

GIS 및 수치지도를 활용한 육상풍력발전단지 적지분석 (Suitability Analysis of Onshore Wind Farm using GIS Program and Digital maps)

  • In order to decide the location of appropriate onshore wind farm with higher potential wind energy, several decision processes using Geographic Information System (GIS) including Digital Elevation Map (DEM) were proposed and we also estimated the wind resources through the proposed decision process. Decision process consists with three steps. First step is excluding inappropriate location geographically using DEM data including SRTM (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission) terrain data, landslide, land-use, roadway, and forest road data. And the second step of decision process is consideration of the difficulty caused by the natural environmental problem. This step is carried out using ECVAM (Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map) data. And final step is determination of the most suitable location through the Moving Suitability Identification Method (MSIM) based on the moving potentially estimated wind resources area. Proposed decision process was applied over the Korean Peninsula. Wind resource potential estimated by the first and the second step is cases shows 35.09 GW and 7.17 GW, respectively, and the total evaluated energy from the all proposed step were 0.43 GW and 1.87 GW for the 3 km and 1.5 km geographical grid size, respectively.

1·2·3급 자동차 정비업체의 입지선정 비교 (A Comparative Study on the Location of grade 1,2,3 Automotive Repair Shops)

  • 본 연구는 자동차 정비업체의 설립 시에 고려해야할 입지선정요인을 선정하고 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용해서 요인별로 상대적 중요도를 나타내는 가중치를 도출하는 연구이다. 자동차 정비업체는 매우 높은 설립비용이 발생함에도 불구하고 대부분은 경영자의 경험적 판단에 의지하여 입지를 선정하는 것이 현실이다. 또한 창업비용이 낮고 서비스 활동이 단순한 소규모 점포의 입지선정과 관련된 연구는 많이 진행되고 있으나 자동차 정비업체에 대한 입지선정의 연구와 사례는 부족하여 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 1급, 2급, 3급 정비업체별로 입지선정요인의 가중치를 도출하고 서로 비교분석해 보았다. 그 결과 정비업체별로 입지를 선정하는데 있어서 중요하게 고려해야할 요인이 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 정비업체의 입지선정과 관련된 의사결정시에 발생할 수 있는 위험을 줄일 수 있도록 과학적인 방법을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 Fuzzy AHP기법을 의사결정의 방법론으로 이용하여 대형할인점의 입지선정을 위한 구조적이고 활용가능한 의사결정과정을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 본 연구의 수행절차는 대형할인점의 입지선정을 위한 평가기준을 선정하여 평가기준간의 상대적인 가중치를 도출한 후, 사례대상지를 선정하고 입지를 실제로 평가하여 최적의 입지를 선정하는 두 단계로 구성된다. 평가기준간의 가중치에 있어서는 1차 상권인구가 가장 높은 가중치를 보였으며, 그 다음으로 경쟁업체수, 인접도로폭, 총인구수, 부지면적, 부지매입비의 순으로 가중치가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사례대상지인 대형할인점 부지 6개소의 입지현황을 파악하고 입지를 평가하여 최적의 입지를 도출함으로써 본 연구가 제시한 의사결정과정이 실제사례에 적용가능함을 입증하였다.

군 정비창 입지선정 사례 (A Case Study on Decision Making of Location for Army Repair Shop)

  • The objective of this study is to suggest DARE (Decision Alternative Ratio Evaluation) Method, which is usually using in VE(Value Engineering), as one of the evaluating alternatives techniques, especially deciding location. The process of solving location problem consists of 4 stages which are Data gathering and Confirming check list, Design of evaluating methodology, Evaluating, and Conclusion. In second stage which is the most important one among those, DARE method is adopted to solve location problem as a objective and scientific technique. The members who are participated workshop extremely agree to whole procedure of methodology and also their own conclusion through Workshop. This case study shows DARE method fits with select optimal location.

공원학교 및 소공원 계획 방향에 관한 연구 (Study on Planning Direction of Park-School and Small Park in School)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the school location and site planning direction for land use planning of public land development. And this research proposed the direction of small park in school. So this research present the implication on urban planning and design for architecture, park-school complex. This study perform the relationship analysis on location of school and park. The result follows as this : 1) land use planning : Location and space of park-school must be checked in advance. Schools and parks are placed together. The park is located south of the school. 2) school site planning : Small field for dynamic activity is needed in school. The character of small park in school is relationship of educational programs. 3) management : CCTV is installed at school. Bright lights are placed in school. This result will be used in decision-making-process of land use planning, public land development construction, urban design and city policy.
