The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyse the opinions of tourists and local commercial residents for remodelling of Youngwol Gossi-cave area so that to find the way how to activate it. Therefore this study has been focused on the opinions of tourists to visit it, local merchants to sell goods and foods and officers to take charge of the control office. The present conditions of Gossi-cave area are stagnated since the service level is low by the excessive competition among the local merchants. As a result, the inner troubles have arisen among the local merchants. Therefore firstly the sustainable and future-oriented remodelling development of Youngwol Gossi-Cave area is required. And then the basic remodelling plan of participant type to be centered with tourists and local residents as the central figures through local residents' ability strengthening must be established. Lastly the basic remodelling plan through the connection of surrounding tour resources and the resource increase of local amenities must be established. Also it is necessary for the conversion as a tour place of sojourn by supplying with various shows through connections among surrounding tour resources worthy of seeing and the creation of concept to provide the excitement through the education and experience in a basic remodelling plan direction of Youngwol Gossi-cave area.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between the community business, performance and the life satisfaction of local residents and to investigate the mediating effects that community business performance has on the life satisfaction of local residents. The results of the study investigating the effect of community business, performance and the residents' life satisfaction mediating effect of performance are summarized as follows: First, there were differences with the economical, environmental, and performance factors pertaining to the participants' age while there were no differences concerning the social-cultural factors and the life satisfaction of local residents. Second, the higher the impact a community business has, the higher the life satisfaction of the local residents have. In addition, the higher the performance in community business, the more ready local residents are to be inclined to be satisfied. Third, economical and environmental factors have direct effects on the life satisfaction of local residents, but also indirectly effect the performance of local residents. In addition, the level of performance that a community business plays has a mediating role in the life satisfaction of local residents.

본 연구는 공원관리 참여조직간의 사회적 연결망을 분석하고, 참여조직의 활동을 활성화하는 방향을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해서 공원관리 참여조직 간의 신뢰, 참여, 정보교류의 실태를 사회 연결망 분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 서울숲을 대상으로 하였으며, 행정기관, 시민단체, 주민단체, 기업으로 구성된 15개 참여조직과 핵심인물 30명을 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 설문조사는 조직간 신뢰, 참여, 정보교류 및 연구 통계적 속성에 관한 내용으로 구성되었으며, 분석은 사회 연결망 분석 프로그램인 UCINET을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 1) 신뢰, 참여, 정보교류의 연결구조에서 다른 조직에 비해 많은 관계를 유지하고 있는 중추조직(HUB)는 서울숲 사랑모임과 서울숲 관리사무소로 나타났다. 2) 함께 일하고 싶은 조직과 향후 활발한 참여를 바라는 조직에 대한 연결망 분석에서는 환경 예술분야의 시민단체에 대한 요구가 높게 나타났다. 3) 부녀회, 통장단 등 지역 주민단체 연결망을 살펴보면 중심성이 매우 낮으며 서로간의 연결관계도 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과와 함께 다양한 도시공원과 지역을 대상으로 공원관리 참여조직간의 사회 연결망 실태를 파악함으로써 주민참여와 협력 이 활발한 공원관리 방안을 마련하는데 활용할 수 있다.

This study analyzed the recognition of local residents surrounding farmland conversion area. The details of the survey on the residents included recognition of farmland conversion, the usage and reason of farmland conversion in the surrounding area, impacts of farmland conversion on the local region and agricultural production, and change in farmland prices. According to the analysis, the aging of the local residents progressed, and the ratio of farming population was high in the case study area. There were many warehouse facilities and small scale factories in terms of farmland conversion in the case study area, due to the surrounding area characteristics of industrial complex and relatively cheaper land prices. The farmland conversion affected the local area and residents both positively and negatively, and the surrounding area's land prices rose. The policy implications, based on the findings in this study, indicate the following need to be carried out: the consolidation of action on farmland pollution upon farmland conversion, review of planned collective conversion mode, and return of the land price hike profits to the affected local area and residents. Actually, farmland conversion should be conducted, after a comprehensive and systematic review, because it affects the local area and residents in a complex way.

The objective of this dissertation is to provide appropriate planning guidelines making on Munwha-Mauel. This study carries out the investigation on rural housing environment conditions and conducts the subjective evaluation by residents about the conditions. Both a field survey and a questionnaire survey are used for the study. The evaluation of housing environment are based on safety, health, efficiency, amenity, and local community. The concepts suggested by WHO are adjusted for the study. Eight villages were selected comprising of two newly built, four expanded, and two renovated. As a results of this study, residents´ satisfaction about the housing environment is categorized by the village type, whether a resident works on agriculture, and the residential backgrounds The results show evident differences. Important variables which affect the overall satisfaction are the interactions among the residents, the living convenience. Planning guidelines on Munwha-Mauel are suggested to based on the results.

The purpose of this study was to estimate the quality if New Town housing environment, and to present the direction of design policy to elevate it. For this study questionnaires were administrated to 272 homemakers living in apartment in Bundang. From 1st of May to 31st of May in 1995. Used statistical method was Frequency. Percentage. Mean, Factor Analysis, Correlation, Multiple Regression. The major finding is as follows : 1) Housing values were classified into five types : convenience, beauty, sociality, education, and economy, Resident ranked first economy among housing values the second is convenience, the third beauty, the forth education, while the most unimportant value is sociality. 2) House satisfaction was classified into four types : house size and plane structure, environment and facilities, interior decoration materials and facilities and building design. Residents were found to show the middle degree satisfaction on their house. 3) Housing complex satisfaction was ciassified four types : community facilities, management stage, neighborhood connection and complex facilities. Resident showed dissatisfaction on their apartment complex relatively. 4) Residents showed dissatisfaction on the interior decoration materials and facilities, local facilities and management attitude relatively.

A collision free trajectory control for multiple mobile robots in obstacle-resident workspace is proposed. The proposed method is based on the concept of neural optimization network which has been applied to such problems which are too complex to be handled by traditional analytical methods, and gives good adaptibility for unpredictable environment. In this paper, the positions of the mobile robot are taken as the variables of the neural circuit and the differential equations are derived based on the performance index which is the weighted summation of the functions of the distances between the goal and current position of each robot, between each pair of robots and between the goal and current position of each robot, between each pair of robots and between obstacles and robots. Also is studied the problem of local minimum and of detour in large radius around obstacles, which is caused by inertia of mobile robots. To show the validity of the proposed method an example is illustrated by computer simulation, in which 6 mobile robots with mass and friction traverse in a workspace with 6 obstacles.

This study aims to examine the sense of community for build rural community. Data were collected from 205 local residents residing in Yeoncheon-gun where the community building project and education were undertaken to analyze the data. Data was analyzed by using analysis of hierarchical regression analysis. Results summarized as follows. First, the most influencing factor on sense of community of the resident' participation in rural community building was continuous participation. Second, the influencing factors of sociodemographic were occupation, income level, and age on entire and sub factors of sense of community partially. Third, participation expansion, the sub factor of community participation influenced on sense of belonging, the feeling of solidarity, and conscious of mutual influence. As a result of taking a look at the effect of resident participation in overall sense of community, continuous participation was shown to influence in entire sense of community.

본 연구는 공동체의식이 온라인 주민참여에 미치는 영향을 서울시 '맑은 아파트 만들기' 사례를 중심으로 실증분석하였다. 지방정부는 소통의 채널이자 운영자로 그 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 이때 주민참여와 공동체의식은 일종의 해결기제로 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이와 관련 온라인투표는 주민참여를 확대시키고자 서울시에서 시행하고 있는 사업이다. 이에 본 연구는 공동체의식이 주민참여에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 서울시 공동주택 온라인투표 시범실시단지를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하여 통계 분석하여 온라인 주민참여에 영향을 주는 요인을 밝혀내고자 한다. 분석 결과 공동체의식의 구성요인 중 상호영향의식과 공유된 감정적 연계가 온라인 주민 참여에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 공유된 감정적 연계가 주민참여의 활성화를 위해 강조되어야 할 것으로 나타났다.

Condominium management ask for planning ability and special knowledge in order to solve the troubles of a condominium. But not all HOA have that ability or knowledge, so administration support to condominium management came to be given to HOA. In this study, we divided the administration policies on condominium management as follows;$\circled1$instruction about an advertisement and a contract$\circled2$instruction about management$\circled3$instruction about maintenance $\circled4$ instruction by the local government $\circled5$ legislation about condominium management. The condominium management policy has been almost programmed by the state, such as legal amendments to laws and advises by administrative inspection. But these condominium management policies by the state have limitations to support HOA appropriately, so correspondence of the local government is called for, On the other hand, in the local governments, grasp basic contents for execution to the condominium management policy, an information of offering and consultation has been started. And system that suits the situation and the characteristic of each district was provided. However it could not say that we grasp the tendency of the condominium management policies wholly of the local governments, so it remains as a subject because it is not long since condominium management policies of the local government started, and we picked up only metropolis in this study. In the future, it is necessary to search on the consciousness of a resident and the HOA about the condominium management policy, and make out the data which can be reflected in policy deployment in the local governments from now on. ＊ HOA ‥‥ Home Owners Association
