In this study, it was carried out to characterize the figures of landform of Yong-San, called dragon mountain implied indentity and emblem of local landscape by analyzing palce name extracted from four county in Kyongsang Nam-Do. The figures of landform of Yong-San was characterized and divided into three types, called as Waryong lying dragon), Banryong(dragon lying in a coil), Yongdu(dragon's crown). And the spatial characterstics of three types of landform were analyzed. Furthermore, it was investigated the development of outlines of characteristic landform recognoxed as a Yong-San and figured out the structure of landform which was easily recognized. According to the results, the outlines and the spatial structure of landform recognized as a Yong-San including a symbolic meaning can be used as a standard of judgement if an area should be reserved for the efficient conduct of regional plan.

The TCAD(Technology Computer Aided Design) software tool is a popular name to be able to simulate the semiconductor process and device circuit. We have developed a two-dimensional TCAD software tool included an editor, parser, each process unit, and 2D, 3D graphic routine that is Integrated Environment. The initial grid for numerical analysis is automatically generated with the geometric series that use the user default(given) line and position separated with grid interval and the nodes corresponding to each mesh point stoic the all the possible attribute. Also, we made a data structure called PIF for input or output. Methods of ion implantation in this paper arc Monte Carlo, Gaussian Pearson and Dual-Pearson. Analytical model such as Gaussian, Pearson and Dual-Pearson were considered the multilayer structure and two-dimensional tilted implantation. We simuttaneously calculated the continuity equation of impurity and point defect in diffusion simulation. Oxidation process was simulated by analytical ERFC(Complementary Error Function) model for local oxidation.

A species of edible Scyphomedusae jellyfish has been used as food by the local people in Ganghwado, Korea since the 1990s. In order to identify this jellyfish, we collected specimens in Ganghwado during September 2013, and compared these specimens with original descriptions made by Kishinouye (1890). Mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 (CO1) sequences of these specimens were compared with those of Rhopilema esculentum retrieved from GenBank. Our specimens were also compared with jellyfish collected in China, previously confirmed as R. esculentum, based on morphological characters and DNA sequences. Using these two methods, the jellyfish specimens caught in Ganghwado were correctly identified as R. esculentum, a species new to Korean waters. This edible jellyfish has been named 'Gisusik-Yonghaepari' as Korean name.

According to John Crowe Ransom, "the poem is a loose logical structure with an irrelevant local texture." As is implied in the opposition between "structure" and "texture," Ransom′s is a dualistic, that is, non-organic, theory of poetry, in which the poem′s sound does not have any expressive function while its figurative language always goes beyond the realm of abstract meaning and celebrates the ontological density of the world. His theory relies heavily upon a series of oppositions-poetry and prose, art and science, concrete and universal, artistic and utilitarian, to name only a few-in order to uphold the humanistic value of poetry ("poetry as knowledge"). There is, however, a sense that his theoretical consistency derives from a determined refusal to see the blurry borderline between the oppositions. It is more or less easy to point out where Ransom′s theory falters, but more critical efforts should be made to probe into the personal and cultural significance of his persistent dualistic viewpoint. For Ransom the southerner, life demands the precarious balance between the oppositions as the very precondition for its existence and his dualism represents a way to understand man′s fallen state at the realistic level.

강릉시의 바닷가에서 채집한 서양갯냉이(Cakile edentula Hook.)를 국내 미기록 귀화식물로 보고한다. Cakile속은 국내에 처음 보고되는 속으로 십자화과에 속하며, 붓 모양의 열매가 2절로 나뉘는데 열매의 위쪽이 아래쪽보다 크고 엽병이 희고 화병이 없으며 잎에 털이 없다는 점에서 다른 속과 구분된다. 같은 Cakile 속이며 유럽 원산인 Cakile maritima는 꽃잎의 크기가 3~6 mm로 C. edentula보다 크고, 잎이 깃모양으로 깊게 파여 있다는 점에서 쉽게 구별할 수 있다. 2절로 나뉘어진 열매의 윗부분은 물이나 바람에 의해 산포되고 아랫부분은 모체에 붙어 있다.

We suggest resource authorization system based on RBAC admitting someone to access resources. In existing grid environment, The authorization mechanism on user's resource is to give users an authority on the basis of DN(Distinguished Name) of proxy certificate and map file mapped in local system ID by one-to-one. In this case, it is difficulty in resource management such as each accounting management, memory resource, and disk resource, if the number of users, who want to use them is increased. To solve this problem, we specify the role of user's task in extension fields of his proxy certificate instead of the authorization mechanism of user's ID and propose resource authorization system being able to access his resource.

This study is for why Korean private universities make high position and performance on their archives. It's needless to say that archives of university is desperate for democratic management, historic and cultural identity and administrative efficiency. As for archives of private university, it has to be set by its own organization as the name of '00 university archives' if possible. At the same time both 'administrative structure' and 'working-level structure' should be activated for the better output. It might be helpful to empower itself. Archives of private university have to fulfill these basic role; aquisition, arrangement, classification, preservation etc./service/study of archival science /university history compiling. It could be expand to the link between university and local community, open class and digital archive service.

An act of children's welfare was made in 1961 for the first time in Korea but it had been nothing but the name in view of practical impact to prevention of child abuse. Real undertakings of Child Abuse Prevention were commenced overtly since 2000 in Korea, when the law for children's welfare was revised to put protective settings for the victims and to establish criterion for children's safety. The history of Child Abuse Prevention is very short in Korea but the reporting cases increased very fast from 4,133 cases in 2001 up to 9,570 cases in 2008 with the enthusiastic activities from people of the associated organizations along with the national supports. But the portion reported by the mandated reporters such as teachers or doctors is still low compared to those of the developed countries. The National Child Protection Agency (NCPA) was founded in 2001 by the Ministry of Health and Welfare to prevent child abuse and to aid recovery of abused and neglected children including their families, through the cooperation of related organizations. NCPA refers reported cases of child abuse to appropriate local centers, operates a computer database system for case management, publicizes national reports of child abuse on a yearly basis and technically supports the Local Child Protection Agency (LCPA) by developing scales for assessment of child abuse and neglect and distributing programs for the education of mandatory reporters. LCPAs operate 24-hour telephone hotline, investigate and visit homes and provide in home services networking with local resources, and operate multidisciplinary teams for screening child abuse victims and supervising case management through multimodal systems. We summarized the present state of child abuse in Korea and reviewed the operating systems for child protection in this country. Through this article, we hope that medical peoples are to be informed on the seriousness of child abuse and to be able to devote themselves for the prevention of child abuse.

본 연구는 작은도서관의 설치와 운영을 지원하는 조례의 내용을 분석하여 문제점을 제시한 후, 바람직한 개선 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 지방자치단체가 제정한 조례 25건을 대상으로 조례를 구성하는 항목을 분석하였다. 분석의 대상은 조례의 명칭, 구성 항목, 작은도서관 기능, 설치 기준, 지방자치단체의 책무, 운영인력, 도서관 운영 규정, 운영위원회 등이다. 그 결과 조례의 구성항목들은 크게 다르지 않았으며, 지역의 특색을 반영한 조례도 거의 찾아보기 어려웠다. 또한 항목에 있어서도 강제조항보다는 임의조항이 많았기 때문에 지방자치단체장의 의지에 따라 설치와 지원의 규모가 달라질 수 있다는 것이 한계로 지적되었다. 따라서 작은도서관 조례는 지역의 도서관 인프라를 반드시 고려해야 하며, 공공성을 담보하기 위한 노력과 함께 지원기준을 명확하게 밝혀야 한다.

소셜미디어 빅데이터는 소비자의 소비형태 뿐만 아니라 지역의 이미지를 파악할 수 있는 많은 정보가 포함되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 포털 사이트인 네이버와 다음의 Blog와 Cafe로부터 '삼척'이 포함된 데이터를 2015년부터 2019년까지 1년 단위로 수집하였고, 텍스트 마이닝과 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 지역 이미지를 형성하는 키워드를 추출하고 지역 이미지 변화를 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 2015년 지역 이미지는 '장호항', '동해', '해수욕장' 등 인근 지명이나 장소 등의 이미지 인지적 요소들로 표현되고 있는데, 2016년과 2019년은 지역 내의 특정 장소인 삼척쏠비치로 이미지 인지적 요소가 변한 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 지역 이미지와 연관된 키워드들이 삼척을 대표하는 명소인 '장호항', 리조트가 포함하고 있는 것을 보아 지역 이미지 형성에 인프라 시설 요소가 큰 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 네트워크 데이터에 대한 유의성 검증은 부트스트랩 기법을 이용하였고, 2015년, 2016년, 2019년 p-value가 각각 0.0002, 0.0006, 0.0002로 유의수준 5%에서 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다.
