In summer 2010, field measurements of local ice loads were carried out in the Arctic Ocean using the Korean first icebreaking research vessel, ARAON. In some previous studies by the authors, several investigations for the data measured at 2010 including the relationship between the measuring points and ice loads, the possibility for observation of higher ice load and the relationship between the ship speed and ice loads were reported. During 10 days in August 2013, new field measurements were performed in similar waters of the Arctic Ocean using the same vessel, ARAON. The aim of this study is to investigate the statistical properties of 2013 measurements and compare results by two periods.

The purpose of this paper is to provide the affirmative solution of the following conjecture due to Davis and Geramita. Conjecture; Let A=R[T] be a polynomial ring in one variable, where R is a regular local ring of dimension d. Then maximal ideals in A are complete intersection. Geramita has proved that the conjecture is true when R is a regular local ring of dimension 2. Whatwadekar has rpoved that conjecture is true when R is a formal power series ring over a field and also when R is a localization of an affine algebra over an infinite perfect field. Nashier also proved that conjecture is true when R is a local ring of D[ $X_{1}$,.., $X_{d-1}$] at the maximal ideal (.pi., $X_{1}$,.., $X_{d-1}$) where (D,(.pi.)) is a discrete valuation ring with infinite residue field. The methods to establish our results are following from Nashier's method. We divide this paper into three sections. In section 1 we state Theorems without proofs which are used in section 2 and 3. In section 2 we prove some lemmas and propositions which are used in proving our results. In section 3 we prove our main theorem.eorem.rem.

This paper and the rear passivation experiment was local back surface field Nd:$YVO_4$ green laser and the experiment was used performed to screen printing. Laser power 100%, with a fixed frequency for 60kHz Current of 29A and 30A were tested in two conditions. The point contact distances of 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm and 29A and 30A current conditions, it was found that is suitable for 0.4mm.

This study aimed to evaluate the nutrient load balance from rice paddy fields with different topographies, alluvial plain and local valley. Continuous monitoring from May to September, 2013 was conducted for water quantification and qualification from alluvial plain in Yeoju region (32 ha) and local valley in Jincheon region (24 ha). The discharge rates of T-N from the alluvial plain were 57.2, 5.84, 22.7, and $5.20kg\;ha^{-1}$ for irrigation, precipitation, drainage, and percolation, respectively. In case of local valley, T-N loads were 34.6, 4.73, 21.1, and $4.15kg\;ha^{-1}$ for irrigation, precipitation, drainage, and percolation, respectively. In contrary, the T-P loads from the alluvial plain were 2.23, 2.22, 2.54, and $0.41kg\;ha^{-1}$ for irrigation, precipitation, drainage, and percolation, respectively. In case of local valley, T-P loads were 1.44, 1.57, 1.82, and $0.34kg\;ha^{-1}$ for irrigation, precipitation, drainage, and percolation, respectively. The nutrient contents in drainage water were influenced by the amount of waters, rainfall, and surface drainage water. The Pearson correlation analysis showed that rainfall was significantly correlated with nutrient loads from July to August due to the amount of runoff in local valley paddy field, and irrigation was related with nutrient loads of drainage from July to August. This study showed that paddy rice farming in alluvial plain and local valley might be beneficial to water quality protection.

This paper proposes a object tracking method based on the local moments, or moment based on the local moments, or moment of some restricted area, in which the idea of the viewpoint and the visual filed corresponding to the local area of an image is introduced. Using local moment with the optimally controlled viewpoint and visual field, the target position and its breadth are estimated robustly. By two experiments, the validity of the proposed method is shown.

This study conducted four field measurements of local ice pressure during the icebreaking voyage of the icebreaking research vessel "ARAON" in the Chukchi and Beaufort seas from July to August of 2010. For measurements, 14 strain gauges, including 8 strain gauge rosettes, were set on the bow of the port side. Influence coefficients were determined using a finite element model of the instrumented area and they were used to convert the measured strains on the hull structure to local ice pressures. The converted maximum pressure was calculated as 2.12 MPa on an area of $0.28m^2$. Pressure-area curves were developed from the surveyed pressure data and the results were compared with previously measured data. The study results are expected to provide an understanding of local ice pressures and thus be useful in the structural design of ice class ships.

Today, The biggest problem in the structure of high cost and low efficient economic situation in Korea is found due to problem of cost circulation field, so the government officials and enterprises trying to solve it. In fact, The high cost, low efficient structure is not good to poor circulation of goods among businesses, especially in Dae-gus local industries. also, we face there is a shortage of indirect social capital which caused by a lack of connectoin among businesses in the circulation field. Recently, in order to solve the problem of circulation, it is above all necessary that government and local authorities pay attention to it and effort of positive and drastical investment. As the economy of Dae-gu would be activiate and local firms competion should be strengthen, it is request that the policy for efficiency in the circulation of goods need to effort as follows; 1. The highest class of local firms try to convert of knowledge in order to reduce the cost of goods. 2. To efficient of firms goods, it is essential that standardize the goods and spread for automation, so in the long run, There will be thrust forward establishment of total goods information network.

When artificial potential field approach is used to avoid obstacle, the problem can be occurred in case that manipulator selects the path which across over an obstacle among paths. In thiscase manipulator can't reach the desired goal form obstacle. This problem is a case of structual local minimum. so this paper proposes the method to solve structual local minimum in this case. The method is that the manipulator goes via temporary goal. This paper proposes that visual region concept to select the temporary goal. The temporary goal is selected on the border of the visual region. To prove its effectiveness, two simulation examples are done by two link manipulator in two dimension and by three link manipulator in three dimension.

A controlled medical vocabulary is a vital component of medical information management because it enables computers to use information meaningfully and different institutions to share the medical data. There are currently many standard medical vocabularies - SNOMED-CT, ICD-10, UMLS, GALEN, MED, etc, but none is universally accepted as an optimal controlled medical vocabulary for application to medical information system. Moreover, it is difficult to settle the well-designed local data dictionary consisting of controlled medical vocabularies for the individual hospital information system (HIS). One of the major reasons is the local terminology with poor contents have been used in the hospital. Thus, as a trial, the local controlled vocabulary referencing system has being constructed in a limited medical field - nuclear medicine. We selected practical nuclear medicine terms from interpretation reports and electronic medical records, and removed ambiguity and redundancy, mapping the selected terms to standard medical vocabularies. Relationship and hierarchy structure between terms have being made, referring to standard medical vocabularies. Further studies may be warranted.
