도시주변 행정구역통합대상 농촌지역의 쟁점과 주민의사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Problematic Issues and Residents Preference of Administrative Boundary Integration for Rurban Development : A Case Study on the WanJu County)

  • This studys concerns with a critical issues of urban and rural integration for rurban development. Todays, many of urban-rural integrated cities are confronted with the negative effects of administrative boundary integration. The first problem is induced from the developmental gaps and different residential demands between the core-city and peripheral-county. The second problem is social-economic and administrative unification costs neglected. The third problem is the environmental pollutions and degradations in peripheral-county by rapid urbanization. The forth problem is the inequality of the public services and regional investments in the urban-rural Integrated cities. The fifth problem is the administrative relation and financial distribution between core-city and residual province when the urban-rural integrated core-city becomes large urban city. The results of the questionnaire analysis as follows. The first point, the preference of administrative boundary integration is different in intra-areas of urban-rural integrated county by it's location. The second point, the diversity of preference of residents depends on theirs job, age, resdential period, education and income level. So, administrative boundary integration must consider the many important factors which affect the socio-economic situations between the core-city and peripheral-county. In conclusion, residents' preference for the admistrative boundary integration depends on their situation without rational approach for macro regional development. In this contexts, comprehensive approach for the urban-rural administrative boundary integration is needed in consistent with rapid change of local government's functions.

Structural damage detection including the temperature difference based on response sensitivity analysis

  • Damage detection based on a reference set of measured data usually has the problem of different environmental temperature in the two sets of measurements, and the effect of temperature difference is usually ignored in the subsequent model updating. This paper attempts to identify the structural damage including the temperature difference with artificial measurement noise. Both local damages and the temperature difference are identified in a gradient-based model updating method based on dynamic response sensitivity. The sensitivities of dynamic response with respect to the system parameters and temperature difference are calculated by direct integration method. The measured dynamic responses of the structure from two different states are used directly to identify the structural local damages and the temperature difference. A single degree-of-freedom mass-spring system and a planar truss structure are studied to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

아토피 피부염 환자 발병률의 지역적 특성 분석 - 모란지수 방법을 활용하여 - (An Analysis on Characteristics of Spatial Distribution of the Atopic Dermatitis Patients : With an Application of the Moran Indices)

  • 산업화 이후 환경성 질환의 증가가 사회적인 문제로 대두되면서 이들의 지역적 차이와 특성에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국민건강보험공단 자료를 이용하여 환경성 질환의 지역분포와 지역적 특성을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 환경성 질환 중 아토피 피부염을 대상으로 국지모란지수를 이용하여 아토피 피부염 환자의 지역별 군집성 정도와 유형을 분석하였다. 이에 따라 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 아토피 피부염 환자의 분포는 지역적으로 차이를 나타내고 있었으며, 일반적 예상과 달리 서울시가 비교적 청정한 지역으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 수도권 지역 중 인천 서구 등 42곳은 아토피 피부염의 핫스팟 지역으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지방 중 단양군 등 39곳은 아토피 피부염의 콜드스팟이 도출되었고, 환경과의 연관성을 추론할 근거가 나타났다. 넷째, 제주시와 서귀포시가 독특하게 아토피 핫스팟 지역으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 아토피 피부염 환자의 지역분포 특성에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 차후 보건지리학 연구가 지속적으로 진행될 필요가 있다고 사료된다.

  • Pusan has experienced some different paths of urbanization and industrialization compared to other cities. and has faced the problem of over-saturation In enoronmental capacity. Pusan needs to fond out sustainable development strategies based on Agenda 21 by UNCED In 1992 to secure urban renewal. Therefore. Pusan's sustainable development strategies focus on the 1)research on envlronmental capacity and reasonable population accommodation 2)supp1y of basic enoronmental facilities for the human settlement 3)protection and efficient management of environmental pollution 4)saving and control of energy and other resources S)independent and stable euecution of plan based on biological relation 6)harmony between nature and urban spatial organization. In addition. these policies can be suggested along with the conclusions; First, ostablishment of green plan-muddle and long term environmental goals Included In the urban planning to reduce enoronmental deterioration and pollution. Second, computation of sustalnability Indeu the Index Is necessary to sustainable urban development, which is related with green GNP of the national level. Third, capacity estimation of nature and social environment-estimation of enoronmental capacity to the civilized area is required become an ecopolis, and is required to focus on the western area of Pusan which has high decree of potentiality.

지하수 불소제거를 위한 고흡착 골탄의 현지 제조기술 이전과 정수장치의 지속 가능한 비즈니스 모델 개발 (Sustainable Business Model of Water Purification Equipment and Local Manufacturing Technology Transfer of High Adsorption Bone Char to Remove Fluoride from Groundwater)

  • 탄자니아 아루샤에 위치한 Gongali model Co. Ltd는 지하수 불소제거를 위해서 현지에서 생산한 골탄을 이용하여 Nanofilter water station을 운영하고 있다. 현지에서 생산된 골탄은 탁도와 유기물 농도가 높아서 색도가 유발되는 문제가 있다. 또한, 불소 흡착 효율이 낮아서 골탄의 짧은 교체 주기로 인해 유지관리 비용이 증가하는 비용적 어려움도 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해서 고흡착 골탄을 보급하기 위한 목적으로 현지형 가마를 국내에서 제작하여 현지에 보급하는 사업을 추진하였다. 현지에서 고흡착 골탄을 생산함으로써 Nanofilter water station의 운영 효율이 증가하였으며 지역 주민들에게 안정적으로 지속해서 식수를 제공할 수 있었다. 또한, Gongali model Co. Ltd에게 지속 가능한 비즈니스 모델을 제시함으로써 고흡착 골탄의 지속성과 Nanofilter water station의 확산 계획을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 본 사업을 통해서 지속적으로 저소득층과 소외계층에게 저렴한 식수를 공급할 수 있는 방안을 마련할 수 있었다.

SWMM의 유출량 보정을 위한 매개변수 최적화 (Parameter Optimization for Runoff Calibration of SWMM)

  • For the calibration of rainfall-runoff model, automatic calibration methods are used instead of manual calibration to obtain the reliable modeling results. When mathematical programming techniques such as linear programming and nonlinear programming are applied, there is a possibility to arrive at the local optimum. To solve this problem, genetic algorithm is introduced in this study. It is very simple and easy to understand but also applicable to any complicated mathematical problem, and it can find out the global optimum solution effectively. The objective of this study is to develope a parameter optimization program that integrate a genetic algorithm and a rainfall-runoff model. The program can calibrate the various parameters related to the runoff process automatically. As a rainfall-runoff model, SWMM is applied. The automatic calibration program developed in this study is applied to the Jangcheon watershed flowing into the Youngrang Lake that is in the eutrophic state. Runoff surveys were carried out for two storm events on the Jangcheon watershed. The peak flow and runoff volume estimated by the calibrated model with the survey data shows good agreement with the observed values.

An edge-based smoothed finite element method for adaptive analysis

  • An efficient edge-based smoothed finite element method (ES-FEM) has been recently developed for solving solid mechanics problems. The ES-FEM uses triangular elements that can be generated easily for complicated domains. In this paper, the complexity study of the ES-FEM based on triangular elements is conducted in detail, which confirms the ES-FEM produces higher computational efficiency compared to the FEM. Therefore, the ES-FEM offers an excellent platform for adaptive analysis, and this paper presents an efficient adaptive procedure based on the ES-FEM. A smoothing domain based energy (SDE) error estimate is first devised making use of the features of the ES-FEM. The present error estimate differs from the conventional approaches and evaluates error based on smoothing domains used in the ES-FEM. A local refinement technique based on the Delaunay algorithm is then implemented to achieve high efficiency in the mesh refinement. In this refinement technique, each node is assigned a scaling factor to control the local nodal density, and refinement of the neighborhood of a node is accomplished simply by adjusting its scaling factor. Intensive numerical studies, including an actual engineering problem of an automobile part, show that the proposed adaptive procedure is effective and efficient in producing solutions of desired accuracy.

얼굴색 정보를 포함하기 위한 LDP 코드 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on LDP Code Design to includes Facial Color Information)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 LDP 코드의 문제점을 보완하고 화소의 색상 정보와 밝기 정보, 에지 방향 정보, 그리고 에지 반응 크기 정보를 포함할 수 있는 새로운 LDP를 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 얼굴색 정보를 포함하기 위해 기존 LDP 코드를 줄이는 방법을 제안하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 새로운 LDP 코드는 기존 LDP 코드와 달리 6비트로 표현함으로써 나머지 2비트에 필요로 하는 정보를 포함할 수 있도록 하였으며, 기존 LDP 코드에 비해서 잡음과 환경 변화에 효과적으로 적응할 수 있도록 하였다. 실험 결과 제안된 LDP 코드는 기존 방법들에 비해 높은 인식률 향상과 얼굴 표정인식 결과에서도 효과적임을 보여주었다.

지속가능한 도시재생을 위한 도시기본계획 평가에 관한 연구 (Evaluation of local comprehensive plan for sustainable urban regeneration)

  • The goal of this study is to examine municipality comprehensive plans by recognizing the problem that adverse impacts of urban regeneration impede the sustainability of specific renewal project. 10 major cities in Korea that are experiencing urban decline were chosen for the study area and plan evaluation indexes were adopted based on the sustainable urban regeneration principles in terms of environmental, social, and economic aspects. Plan evaluation was conducted by employing the content analysis method and developed assessment indexes for three sectors (factual basis, goal/objective, and policy/action) of plan. The findings show that policies, such as 'expansion of parks in urban area,' 'pedestrian-oriented street improvement project,' and 'countermeasures for local industry revitalization,' should be fundamentally included in adopting sustainable urban regeneration plans. Plan scores regarding sustainable urban regeneration had an insignificant relationship with the status of administrative district and plan adopted year. This is because metropolitan municipalities, including Ulsan, Daejeon, and Daegu, received relatively low plan score compared to local governments like Goyang and Suwon. Also, Daegu and Suwon, which established their comprehensive plan in 2018 obtained lower score than Seoul and Incheon, where its plans were created before 2015. Evaluation protocol and indexes that were suggested in this study can be used while reorganizing each locality's comprehensive plan, and thus, play as one of major bases in preparing future sustainable urban regeneration projects.

  • 최근 산업화에 따른 대기오염 문제는 국가와 국민 모두에 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 국내의 광역(廣域) 대기오염 정보는 국가적으로 공공 데이터를 통해 국민에게 제공하고 있으나, 환경변수가 다른 지역적인 대기오염 정보는 매우 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역적인 대기오염 현상을 보다 정확하게 분석하고 예측할 수 있는 지역 환경변수 기반의 대기오염 분석 및 예측 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 특히 제안한 시스템은 지역적으로 측정된 환경 데이터와 공공 빅데이터를 기반으로 지역의 대기정보를 정확하게 분석하여 제공하고, 인공지능 알고리즘을 통해 미래의 지역 대기정보를 예측하여 제시한다. 나아가 제안된 시스템을 통해 지역적인 대기오염의 발생 원인을 정확하게 파악하여 지역의 대기오염을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.
