Color consistency in stereoscopic contents is important for 3D display systems. Even with a stereo camera of the same model and with the same hardware settings, complex color discrepancies occur when acquiring high quality stereo images. In this paper, we propose an integrated color matching method that use cumulative histogram in global matching and estimated 3D-distance for the stage of local matching. The distance between the current pixel and the target local region is computed using depth information and the spatial distance in the 2D image plane. The 3D-distance is then used to determine the similarity between the current pixel and the target local region. The overall algorithm is described as follow; First, the cumulative histogram matching is introduced for reducing global color discrepancies. Then, the proposed local color matching is established for reducing local discrepancies. Finally, a weight-based combination of global and local matching is computed. Experimental results show the proposed algorithm has improved global and local error correction performance for stereoscopic contents with respect to other approaches.
Purpose - From the advanced path of development and current situation, the development of enterprises plays a tremendous role in promoting national economic growth and raising the overall national strength. Therefore, this paper aims at examining the mutual effect between small & medium enterprises and economic growth. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to address the operating mutual effect between the small & medium enterprises and economic growth more clearly, this paper sets Alibaba Group and Hangzhou as an example. Meanwhile, the annual data from 2000 to 2017 will be employed, and an empirical analysis will be performed under the vector error correction model. Results - The findings display that the total revenue of Alibaba Group has a positive effect on economic growth in city of Hangzhou. However, the Granger Causality test implies that there is only a unidirectional causality between total revenue of Alibaba Group and economic growth in Hangzhou. More specifically, 1% increase in total revenue of Alibaba Group can result in 0.272% in economic growth of Hangzhou in the long run. Conclusions - In summary, for the long run, the local governments should promulgate a series of policies to assist the small & medium enterprises like Alibaba Group to improve the local economic growth as seen in the city of Hangzhou.
Using satellite images, an optimal solution to water motion has been presented in this study. Since temperature patterns are suitable tracers in water motion, Sea Surface Temperature (SST) images of Caspian Sea taken by MODIS sensor on board Terra satellite have been used in this study. Two daily SST images with 24 hours time interval are used as input data. Computation of templates correspondence between pairs of images is crucial within motion algorithms using non-rigid body objects. Image matching methods have been applied to estimate water body motion within the two SST images. The least squares matching technique, as a flexible technique for most data matching problems, offers an optimal spatial solution for the motion estimation. The algorithm allows for simultaneous local radiometric correction and local geometrical image orientation estimation. Actually, the correspondence between the two image templates is modeled both geometrically and radiometrically. Geometric component of the model includes six geometric transformation parameters and radiometric component of the model includes two radiometric transformation parameters. Using the algorithm, the parameters are automatically corrected, optimized and assessed iteratively by the least squares algorithm. The method used in this study, has presented more efficient and robust solution compared to the traditional motion estimation schemes.
The following composition establishes a nonlocal strain gradient plate model that is essentially related to mass sensors laying on Winkler-Pasternak medium for the vibrational analysis from graphene sheets. To achieve a seemingly accurate study of graphene sheets, the posited theorem actually accommodates two parameters of scale in relation to the gradient of the strain as well as non-local results. Model graphene sheets are known to have double variant shear deformation plate theory without factors from shear correction. By using the principle of Hamilton, to acquire the governing equations of a non-local strain gradient graphene layer on an elastic substrate, Galerkin's method is therefore used to explicate the equations that govern various partition conditions. The influence of diverse factors like the magnetic field as well as the elastic foundation on graphene sheet's vibration characteristics, the number of nanoparticles, nonlocal parameter, nanoparticle mass as well as the length scale parameter had been evaluated.

Network RTK generates spatial corrections by using differenced measurements from reference stations in the network, and the corrections are then provided to a rover. The rover, generally, uses linear interpolation, which assumes that the corrections at each reference station are spatially correlated, to obtain a precise correction of its location. However, an irregularity of the tropospheric delay is a real-world factor that violates this assumption. Tropospheric delay is a result of weather conditions, such as humidity, temperature and pressure, and it can cause spatial decorrelation when there are changes in the local climate. In this paper, we have defined the non-linear characteristics of the tropospheric delay between reference stations or user within a region as the "irregularity of tropospheric delay". Such an irregularity can negatively impact the network RTK performance. Therefore, we analyze the influence of the irregularity of tropospheric delay in network RTK based on meteorological data.

Background Breast-conserving therapy is defined as a breast-conserving wide local excision (WLE) of a mammary tumour combined with postoperative radiotherapy. Immediate restoration of the mammary shape by use of breast reduction techniques (volume displacement) or tissue replacement techniques (volume replacement) is gaining popularity to prevent breast malformation. Methods To date, using the internal mammary artery perforator (IMAP) flap has been suggested for immediate volume replacement after WLE, but has never been evaluated in a published study. Results We applied this flap in 12 women (mean age, 56.1 years) after WLE (mean specimen weight, 46.5 g) of the medial aspect of the breast. Over a median follow-up of 35.3 months (standard deviation, 1.2 months), 4 women needed repeated surgery for dog-ear correction of the donor site. Conclusions In our experience, the use of an IMAP flap was a reliable technique with good cosmetic outcomes after oncoplastic reconstruction. In this series, donor site revision often proved necessary initially, but we showed that this may easily be prevented.

It is well known that preconditioning methods are efficient for convergence acceleration in the compressible low Mach number flows. In this study, the original Euler equations and three differently nondimensionalized preconditioning methods are implemented in two dimensional inviscid bump flows using the 3rd order MUSCL and DADI schemes as numerical flux discretization and time integration, respectively. The multigrid and local time stepping methods are also used to accelerate the convergence. The test case indicates that a properly modified local preconditioning technique involving concepts of a global preconditioning allows Mach number independent convergence. Besides, an asymptotic analysis for properties of preconditioning methods is added.

When two bands have different look angle in a space-borne camera system, the registration between two bands is required. The registration cannot be modeled with constant parameters because of dynamic of platform and parallax effect. The parallax effect is caused by terrain relief, hence it causes local distortion between two bands. Therefore, the terrain relief correction in order to reduce the parallax effect is required for better registration result, especially for high resolution image data. Such terrain relief correction also can be applied to image data acquired from multiple detectors with different look angle within a band, which is a one of commonly used configuration for a wider swath in space-borne camera system, in order to reduce the distortion between detectors. The RFM is a popular abstract model in remote sensing field, which gives us the relationship between the image plane and geodetic coordinate system. Therefore, we propose a terrain relief correction method based on the RFM. The experiment showed very promising result.

Nipple reconstruction is an important step in breast reconstruction after mastectomy. The authors' preferred reconstructive technique is the local C-V flap in case that a small opposite nipple is not adequate for composite graft. This flap produces an excellent reconstruction, but it is not easy to produce an adequate projection and firmness of the nipple. This article describes the technique and experience in nine patients treated over two years with dermis(scar tissue) graft for nipple reconstruction. This is the first report of application of autologous dermis(scar tissue) grafting to reconstruct a nipple primarily after breast mound reconstruction, decreasing the absorption of the reconstructed nipple and increasing the hardness. The dermis(scar tissue) is taken from scar revision and/or dog-ear correction in the second stage operation after free TRAM flap breast reconstruction. And the dermis(scar tissue) graft is inserted vertically between the local flaps and horizontally under the reconstructed nipple base. Between September 2002 and February 2005, nine patients underwent C-V flap with dermis(scar tissue) graft as a part of their nipple reconstruction. The patient's ages ranged from 28 to 55 years old (mean, 41.1 years old). The follow-up period ranged from 5 to 35 months, with an average of 14.5 months. None of the nipples showed skin flap necrosis or local infection, and uneventful wound healing. Our result showed good nipple projection with less absorption and enough firmness. Our experiences shows that dermis(scar tissue) grafts in C-V flap is a very useful method for nipple reconstruction.
Numerical analysis of two-fluid flows for both water and air is carried out. Free-Surface flows with an arbitrary deformation have been simulated around two dimensional submerged hydrofoil. The computation is performed using a finite volume method with unstructured meshes and an interface capturing scheme to determine the shape of the free surface. The method uses control volumes with an arbitrary number of faces and allows cell-wise local mesh refinement. the integration in space is of second order based on midpoint rule integration and linear interpolation. The method is fully implicit and uses quadratic interpolation in time through three time levels The linear equation systems are solved by conjugate gradient type solvers and the non-linearity of equations is accounted for through picard iterations. The solution method is of pressure-correction type and solves sequentially the linearized momentum equations the continuity equation the conservation equation of one species and the equations or two turbulence quantities.
