In this paper, a new technique for electromagnetic topology optimization is proposed. The proposed technique is based on the large-step Markov chain (LSMC) method with novel local optimization algorithm. Because the proposed algorithm keeps a good convergence characteristic of LSMC, fast convergence is assured. The proposed LSMC is verified by an application to an inverse reconstruction problem.

We propose an algorithm for almost unsupervised detection of linear structures, in particular, axes in road network and river, as seen in synthetics aperture radar (SAR) images. The first is local step and used to extract linear features from the speckle radar image, which are treated as road segment candidates. We present two local line detectors as well as a method for fusing information from these detectors. The second is global step, we identify the real roads among the segment candidates by defining a Markov random field (MRF) on a set of segments, which introduces contextual knowledge about the shape of road objects.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the optimal shape for a local air ventilation system for fume removal, which is operated in a zinc galvanizing factory, and to propose the improvement plan for a ventilation system used in a zinc galvanizing factory through flow analysis. A part of the air sprayed by an air curtain goes out. It will be necessary to research the position of an air curtain, its spray angles, and its nozzle shape. In addition, additional research needs to be conducted on the shape of the fan installed before a hood in order to make it easy to induce fume. In a local air ventilation system, air is inhaled from the outside. The higher an inlet negative pressure is, the easier fume is removed. It was found that it was necessary to install an appropriate hole in the wall on the back of a push nozzle in order to reduce an inlet negative pressure.

Apartments are being established as a universal housing type because of the perception that they are excellent in preservation of asset values and convenience. In this study, through multiple regression analysis, it is a thesis that explores whether it affects the housing market in Gimhae, a small and medium-sized city in the province, and how the price flow in neighboring cities has an effect. It is possible to examine how macroeconomic variables such as the balloon effect and the lowest interest rate caused by the government's tweezers regulation bring about changes in the housing market of small and medium-sized cities in local regions.

To address the problems of the gravitational search algorithm (GSA) in which the population is prone to converge prematurely and fall into the local solution when solving the single-objective optimization problem, a sine map jumping gravity search algorithm based on asynchronous learning is proposed. First, a learning mechanism is introduced into the GSA. The agents keep learning from the excellent agents of the population while they are evolving, thus maintaining the memory and sharing of evolution information, addressing the algorithm's shortcoming in evolution that particle information depends on the current position information only, improving the diversity of the population, and avoiding premature convergence. Second, the sine function is used to map the change of the particle velocity into the position probability to improve the convergence accuracy. Third, the Levy flight strategy is introduced to prevent particles from falling into the local optimization. Finally, the proposed algorithm and other intelligent algorithms are simulated on 18 benchmark functions. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm achieved improved the better performance.

본 논문은 K-지방소멸지수를 바탕으로 지역 성장에 초점을 두어 지방소멸 대응 방향성을 제시한다. 연령별 추계인구 데이터와 총 요소 생산성 데이터를 비교하여 청년층의 감소가 지역 성장에 미치는 영향을 보여준다. 이에 따라 연도별 청년이 가장 많이 유출되는 지역을 샘플링하여 전출 사유를 알아보고 지역별 차별화된 대응 방향성을 제시한다.

This study aims to establish the most appropriate festival concept in the post-corona era through in-depth analysis and discussion of local festivals, and to propose a tourism festival for international competitiveness and tourist satisfaction. It also aims to contribute to revitalization of local tourism and the revitalization of the local economy by establishing and implementing a new festival concept in the post-corona era. The results of the review of previous studies, empirical research, and comprehensive meta-analysis showed that it was necessary to change the festival concept setting. In the post-Corona era, it is necessary to build a concept through an online video platform, establish a safety packaged tourism festival prevention system, and hold the most distributed tourist festival time and space of the tourist festival and space as much as possible. In addition, it appeared that it was necessary to plan and implement the village tourism festival through the participation of residents, and to apply the concept of a tourism festival enjoyed by small neighbors and neighbors in the village unit.

Based on local viewers' awareness of locality and consideration of desired local broadcasting service, this study explored the direction of service policy and specific service strategy of local broadcasting. The research method is a secondary analysis using three regional audience surveys and in-depth interview data conducted by KBS. For local audience, the concept of localism is being narrowed down to the city/county/district where they live. In order to reinforce the identity of local broadcasting and improve local broadcasting services, first, the function and role should be expanded to the local mega platform. Second, regional programs such as in-depth coverage and discussion of local issues should be strengthened. Third, in order to communicate with local audience, viewer analysis ability and communication education of local broadcasting members are required. Fourth, it is necessary to create an ecosystem in which local people participate as producers of local broadcasting.
