만경강유역의 개간과정과 취락형성발달에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cultivation Processes and Settlement Developments on the Mangyoung River Valley)

만경강유역을 하나의 연장선상에 놓고 연구한 결과, 그 공간상에서 역사와 더불어 형성발달해온 시공연속체를 확인할 수 있었다. 만경강상류에서 하류 하구연안에 이르는 면장공간상에서의 개간과정은 여말에서 부터 시작되어 오늘에 이른 것으로 볼 수 있다. [기원지-지향지] 지향가설에서 본 개간과정에서 개간의 기원지는 만경강상류 산간계곡의 지류곡지 개간을 효시로 하여 기원지가 이루어지고, 조선조 중기까지는 수방대책의 발달과 더불어 하천 중류까지 진출하고, 하천 본류에 대한 하류지역의 계간은 하천의 규모와 유수량의 증가로 인한 하안의 홍수와 범람을 극복할 수 있는 인공제방을 축조할 수 있는 기술수준에 이른 1920년대에 들어서야 본격화되고, 그후 연이어 하구연안의 간석지 개간도 시행되어 개간의 개척첨단이 이들 지향지인 해안간석지일대에 형성되는 것을 볼 수 있다. 시간의 흐름과 더불어 각 시기마다 공간의 변화도 수반되어 시공연속체가 발달하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 취락의 경우 개간과정에 따라 산간계곡 산록일대에서는 주변입지적 집촌, 하천중류와 하류에서는 중앙입지적 집촌, 하천하구 간석지에서는 중앙입지적 열촌형태가 우세하게 나타났다.
지자체에서 배양하여 보급되고 있는 농업미생물 활용을 증진할 목적으로 18개 농업기술센터에서 51종의 미생물을 수집하여 작물생장촉진 및 식물병 방제와 관련한 기능성인 항균활성, 인산가용화, IAA 및 siderophore 생성능력, 질소고정능력, 가수분해활성을 비교 조사하여 최종적으로 항균활성이 우수하고 다양한 농업적 기능을 보이는 Panenibacillus polymyxa CW균주를 선발하였다. P. polymyxa CW균주는 벼 도열병균, 고추 탄저병균, 채소류 시들음병균, Phomopsis sp., 양파 검은곰팡이병균, 잘록병균(Rhizoctonia solani) 및 고추 역병균에 대하여 높은 항균활성을 보였다. 시험 병원균 중 잘록병균을 제외한 모든 병원균에 대하여 P. polymyxa CW균주는 농과원에서 보유하고 있는 P. polymyxa AC-1보다 높은 항균활성을 보였다. P. polymyxa CW균주는 항균활성 외에도 siderophore 생성, IAA 생성 및 질소고정 능력이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. P. polymyxa CW균주의 siderophore 생성능력은 P. polymyxa AC-1과 비슷하였으나 IAA 생성이나 질소고정능력은 P. polymyxa AC-1보다 우수하였다. 그러나 가수분해능력에 있어서는 P. polymyxa CW균주와 P. polymyxa AC-1균주 모두 활성을 보이지 않았다. 고추 흰가루병을 대상으로 P. polymyxa CW균주를 농도별로 처리하고(
본 연구는 제주시 한림읍 소재 명월대와 명월숲의 생태문화경관적 특성 파악과 가치 발굴을 목적으로 시도되었다. 이를 위해 이곳의 장소성을 밝히고 명월대와 명월숲의 경관특성을 조명하는 한편 지속가능한 활용과 보존을 위한 관리방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 명월성과 명월포구는 예로부터 군사요새이자, 명월 수류촌은 서부 제주지역 행정의 중심지인 한림읍 명월지역의 위상을 보여줄 뿐 아니라 명월지역에 존재했던 월계정사와 우학당은 교육문화의 본산으로, 교육 중심지 명월리의 장소성을 대변한다. 명월대는 조선시대 선비들이 시와 풍월을 즐기고, 장기와 바둑을 두던 유풍이 남아있는 음풍농월의 현장이자 제주도의 대표적인 유교 문화경관이다. 현재의 명월대 유구는 일제강점기인 1931년 홍종시(洪鍾時)를 중심으로 한 명월청년회 주도로 이루어진 정비사업의 결과이다. 사각형-팔각형-원형 등 3단으로 구성된 명월대의 석축 구성은 유교사상의 천인합일사상을 바탕으로, 중앙의 팔각은 천원지방(天圓地方)의 의미를 부여한 것으로 보인다. 한편 명월대교와 명월교는 모두 초기에는 홍예교로 석축된 것으로 추정되며 명월교는 제주에 남아있는 유일한 홍예교로 근대문화유산적 가치가 있다. 명월숲의 식물상은 총 97분류군(taxa)이 확인되었으며, '식물구계학적 특정식물종의 분류군 및 등급기준'에 준하면 IV등급에는 가는쇠고사리, III등급에 호랑가시나무, 후추등, 까마귀쪽나무, 멀구슬나무, 산유자나무, 노랑하늘타리, 아욱메풀, 아왜나무 등 8분류군으로 나타났다. 반면에 귀화식물은 제주도에만 이입된 솔잎미나리를 비롯하여 14분류군이 확인되었다. 명월숲에는 팽나무 41주와 푸조나무 30주, 산유자나무 2주, 소나무, 동백나무, 멀구슬나무, 호랑가시나무 각각 1주 등 도합 77그루의 수목이 군락을 이루고 있다. 조사된 자료를 근거로 명월대와 명월숲의 보존관리방안은 다음과 같다. 명월대와 명월교 그리고 명월숲을 하나의 통합 영역으로 한 보존관리가 필수적이다. 명월교는 제주도내에서는 찾아보기 어려운 홍예교로 수준 높은 석공예물로 장기적인 보존방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 한편 교량노후화로 인해 사고위험에 노출되고, 안전진단이 요구되는 명월대교는 정밀안전진단 결과에 따른 대책이 요구된다. 재시공시 초건 시의 모습인 2수문의 완벽한 홍예교로 건립하여 명월대와 함께 향후 대표적 지역 명소로 보존 및 활용해야 할 것을 건의한다. 또한 조사결과에 근거한 종조성으로 볼 때 현재 제주특별자치도 기념물 제19호 '명월 팽나무군락'의 명칭은 '명월 팽나무-푸조나무군락'으로 재고되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 팽나무와 푸조나무 구분 없이 이루어진 일련번호 체계는 개선되어야 하며 노거수목 및 특정식물종이나 귀화종에 대해서는 생육상태에 대한 주기적인 모니터링이 요구된다.
연구 목적: 13명의 기관지 결핵에 의한 주기관지 협착 환자의 치료에 있어서 풍선카테터를 이용한 기도확장요법을 시행하고 그 효과를 알아보았다. 대상 및 방법: 방사선 투시 하에 풍선 카테터를 이용, 기관지 확장술을 받은 사람은 13명 모두 여자였고, 평균 31.1세였다. 협착부위는 좌측 주기관지 9예(69.2%), 우측 주기관지 4예(30.8%)였으며, 활동성 병기의 기관지 결핵은 9예(69.2%), 비활동성 병기는 4예(30.8%)였다. 시술 후 7일, 1-28개월(평균 15.6개월)까지 폐기능 검사로 추적관찰하였고, 효과 판정은 폐기능 검사로 FEV1이나, FVC가 시술 전보다 15%이상 증가된 경우를 효과가 있다고 판정하였다. 또한 13예 모두에서 술후 합병증 여부를 알아보았다. 결과: 1) 시술 후 환자 자신이 귀로 들을 수 있는 천명음이 8예 중 6예에서 호전되었으며(75%), 8예중 5예에서 호흡곤란이 호전되었고(62.5%), 기침 및 객담이 6예중 3 예(50%)에서, 흉부 불쾌감 및 통증이 2예중 1예(50%)에서 호전되었다. 2) 시술 전까지 환자의 호흡기 증상의 발현 기간이 6개월 미만인 7예 중 3 예(42.9%), 1년 미만인 1예 중 1예(100%)에서 효과가 있는 반면, 1년이상인 5예 중 단지 1예(20%)에서만 효과가 있었다. 3) 활동성 병기인 9예 중 4예(44.4%)에서 효과가 있었으나, 비활동성 병기인 4예에서는 단지 1예(25%)에서만 효과가 있었다. 4) 시술 후 7 일째 8예(61.5%)에서 FVC가 35.5%, FEV1이 22.2% 증가하였고, 1개월 이후에는 8 예 중 5 예에서 FEV1이 31.8%, FVC가 54.7% 증가하였으며 3예에서는 악화되었다. 5예 중 12개월 이상(평균 19.8개월) 추적 가능했던 4 예에서 FEV1이 10.1%, FVC가 30.5% 증가되었다. 5) 시술 후 13예 중 4예(30.8%)에서 일시적 백혈구 증가, 혹은 발열이 있었고, 4예(30.8%)에서 카테터 제거시 혈당이 묻어 나왔으나 지속적인 혈담은 없었고, 중증 합병증은 관찰되지 않았다. 결론: 풍선 카테터를 이용한 기도확장요법은 이미 섬유성 협착이 발생한 비활동성 기관지 결핵보다도 활동성 병기에서, 그리고 호흡기 증상이 오래되지 않은 경우에 더 효과적이었고, 단기 뿐 아니라 장기 추적 검사에서도 효과가 유지되었다. 또한 시술 방법이 비교적 쉽고 중증 합병증 없이 비교적 안전하게 반복적으로 시술할 수 있으므로 결핵성 기관지 협착을 조기에 진단하고 약물 치료로 호전이 없는 경우에 일차적으로 기도확장요법을 시행함으로서 기도 협착을 최소화할 수 있으리라 사료된다.
This project was a service-cum-research effort with a quasi-experimental study design to examine the health benefits of an integrated Family Planning (FP)/Maternal & Child health (MCH) Service approach that provides crucial factors missing in the present on-going programs. The specific objectives were: 1) To test the effectiveness of trained nurse/midwives (MW) assigned as change agents in the Health Sub-Center (HSC) to bring about the changes in the eight FP/MCH indicators, namely; (i)FP/MCH contacts between field workers and their clients (ii) the use of effective FP methods, (iii) the inter-birth interval and/or open interval, (iv) prenatal care by medically qualified personnel, (v) medically supervised deliveries, (vi) the rate of induced abortion, (vii) maternal and infant morbidity, and (viii) preinatal & infant mortality. 2) To measure the integrative linkage (contacts) between MW & HSC workers and between HSC and clients. 3) To examine the organizational or administrative factors influencing integrative linkage between health workers. Study design; The above objectives called for quasi-experimental design setting up a study and control area with and without a midwife. An active intervention program (FP/MCH minimum 'package' program) was conducted for a 2 year period from June 1982-July 1984 in Seosan County and 'before and after' surveys were conducted to measure the change. Service input; This study was undertaken by the Soonchunhyang University in collaboration with WHO. After a baseline survery in 1981, trained nurses/midwives were introduced into two health sub-centers in a rural setting (Seosan county) for a 2 year period from 1982 to 1984. A major service input was the establishment of midwifery services in the existing health delivery system with emphasis on nurse/midwife's role as the link between health workers (nurse aids) and village health workers, and the referral of risk patients to the private physician (OBGY specialist). An evaluation survey was made in August 1984 to assess the effectiveness of this alternative integrated approach in the study areas in comparison with the control area which had normal government services. Method of evaluation; a. In this study, the primary objective was first to examine to what extent the FP/MCH package program brought about changes in the pre-determined eight indicators (outcome and impact measures) and the following relationship was first analyzed; b. Nevertheless, this project did not automatically accept the assumption that if two or more activities were integrated, the results would automatically be better than a non-integrated or categorical program. There is a need to assess the 'integration process' itself within the package program. The process of integration was measured in terms of interactive linkages, or the quantity & quality of contacts between workers & clients and among workers. Intergrative linkages were hypothesized to be influenced by organizational factors at the HSC clinic level including HSC goals, sltrurture, authority, leadership style, resources, and personal characteristics of HSC staff. The extent or degree of integration, as measured by the intensity of integrative linkages, was in turn presumed to influence programme performance. Thus as indicated diagrammatically below, organizational factors constituted the independent variables, integration as the intervening variable and programme performance with respect to family planning and health services as the dependent variable: Concerning organizational factors, however, due to the limited number of HSCs (2 in the study area and 3 in the control area), they were studied by participatory observation of an anthropologist who was independent of the project. In this observation, we examined whether the assumed integration process actually occurred or not. If not, what were the constraints in producing an effective integration process. Summary of Findings; A) Program effects and impact 1. Effects on FP use: During this 2 year action period, FP acceptance increased from 58% in 1981 to 78% in 1984 in both the study and control areas. This increase in both areas was mainly due to the new family planning campaign driven by the Government for the same study period. Therefore, there was no increment of FP acceptance rate due to additional input of MW to the on-going FP program. But in the study area, quality aspects of FP were somewhat improved, having a better continuation rate of IUDs & pills and more use of effective Contraceptive methods in comparison with the control area. 2. Effects of use of MCH services: Between the study and control areas, however, there was a significant difference in maternal and child health care. For example, the coverage of prenatal care was increased from 53% for 1981 birth cohort to 75% for 1984 birth cohort in the study area. In the control area, the same increased from 41% (1981) to 65% (1984). It is noteworthy that almost two thirds of the recent birth cohort received prenatal care even in the control area, indicating that there is a growing demand of MCH care as the size of family norm becomes smaller 3. There has been a substantive increase in delivery care by medical professions in the study area, with an annual increase rate of 10% due to midwives input in the study areas. The project had about two times greater effect on postnatal care (68% vs. 33%) at delivery care(45.2% vs. 26.1%). 4. The study area had better reproductive efficiency (wanted pregancies with FP practice & healthy live births survived by one year old) than the control area, especially among women under 30 (14.1% vs. 9.6%). The proportion of women who preferred the 1st trimester for their first prenatal care rose significantly in the study area as compared to the control area (24% vs 13%). B) Effects on Interactive Linkage 1. This project made a contribution in making several useful steps in the direction of service integration, namely; i) The health workers have become familiar with procedures on how to work together with each other (especially with a midwife) in carrying out their work in FP/MCH and, ii) The health workers have gotten a feeling of the usefulness of family health records (statistical integration) in identifying targets in their own work and their usefulness in caring for family health. 2. On the other hand, because of a lack of required organizational factors, complete linkage was not obtained as the project intended. i) In regards to the government health worker's activities in terms of home visiting there was not much difference between the study & control areas though the MW did more home visiting than Government health workers. ii) In assessing the service performance of MW & health workers, the midwives balanced their workload between 40% FP, 40% MCH & 20% other activities (mainly immunization). However,
Just before the Korean War, the total number of the North Korean troops was 198,380, while that of the ROK(Republic of Korea) army troops 105,752. That is, the total number of the ROK army troops at that time was 53.3% of the total number of the North Korean army. As of December 2008, the total number of the North Korean troops is estimated to be 1,190,000, while that of the ROK troops is 655,000, so the ROK army maintains 55.04% of the total number of the North Korean troops. If the ROK army continues to reduce its troops according to [Military Reform Plan 2020], the total number of its troops will be 517,000 m 2020. If North Korea maintains the current status(l,190,000 troops), the number of the ROK troops will be 43.4% of the North Korean army. In terms of units, just before the Korean War, the number of the ROK army divisions and regiments was 80% and 44.8% of North Korean army. As of December 2008, North Korea maintains 86 divisions and 69 regiments. Compared to the North Korean army, the ROK army maintains 46 Divisions (53.4% of North Korean army) and 15 regiments (21.3% of North Korean army). If the ROK army continue to reduce the military units according to [Military Reform Plan 2020], the number of ROK army divisions will be 28(13 Active Division, 4 Mobilization Divisions and 11 Local Reserve Divisions), while that of the North Korean army will be 86 in 2020. In that case, the number of divisions of the ROK army will be 32.5% of North Korean army. During the Korean war, North Korea suddenly invaded the Republic of Korea and occupied its capital 3 days after the war began. At that time, the ROK army maintained 80% of army divisions, compared to the North Korean army. The lesson to be learned from this is that, if the ROK army is forced to disperse its divisions because of the simultaneous invasion of North Korea and attack of guerrillas in home front areas, the Republic of Korea can be in a serious military danger, even though it maintains 80% of military divisions of North Korea. If the ROK army promotes the plans in [Military Reform Plan 2020], the number of military units of the ROK army will be 32.5% of that of the North Korean army. This ratio is 2.4 times lower than that of the time when the Korean war began, and in this case, 90% of total military power should be placed in the DMZ area. If 90% of military power is placed in the DMZ area, few troops will be left for the defense of home front. In addition, if the ROK army continues to reduce the troops, it can allow North Korea to have asymmetrical superiority in military force and it will eventually exert negative influence on the stability and peace of the Korean peninsular. On the other hand, it should be reminded that, during the Korean War, the Republic of Korea was attacked by North Korea, though it kept 53.3% of troops, compared to North Korea. It should also be reminded that, as of 2008, the ROK army is defending its territory with the troops 55.04% of North Korea. Moreover, the national defense is assisted by 25,120 troops of the US Forces in Korea. In case the total number of the ROK troops falls below 43.4% of the North Korean army, it may cause social unrest about the national security and may lead North Korea's misjudgement. Besides, according to Lanchester strategy, the party with weaker military power (60% compared to the party with stronger military power) has the 4.1% of winning possibility. Therefore, if we consider the fact that the total number of the ROK army troops is 55.04% of that of the North Korean army, the winning possibility of the ROK army is not higher than 4.1%. If the total number of ROK troops is reduced to 43.4% of that of North Korea, the winning possibility will be lower and the military operations will be in critically difficult situation. [Military Reform Plan 2020] rums at the reduction of troops and units of the ground forces under the policy of 'select few'. However, the problem is that the financial support to achieve this goal is not secured. Therefore, the promotion of [Military Reform Plan 2020] may cause the weakening of military defence power in 2020. Some advanced countries such as Japan, UK, Germany, and France have promoted the policy of 'select few'. However, what is to be noted is that the national security situation of those countries is much different from that of Korea. With the collapse of the Soviet Unions and European communist countries, the military threat of those European advanced countries has almost disappeared. In addition, the threats those advanced countries are facing are not wars in national level, but terrorism in international level. To cope with the threats like terrorism, large scaled army trops would not be necessary. So those advanced European countries can promote the policy of 'select few'. In line with this, those European countries put their focuses on the development of military sections that deal with non-military operations and protection from unspecified enemies. That is, those countries are promoting the policy of 'select few', because they found that the policy is suitable for their national security environment. Moreover, since they are pursuing common interest under the European Union(EU) and they can form an allied force under NATO, it is natural that they are pursing the 'select few' policy. At present, NATO maintains the larger number of troops(2,446,000) than Russia(l,027,000) to prepare for the potential threat of Russia. The situation of japan is also much different from that of Korea. As a country composed of islands, its prime military focus is put on the maritime defense. Accordingly, the development of ground force is given secondary focus. The japanese government promotes the policy to develop technology-concentrated small size navy and air-forces, instead of maintaining large-scaled ground force. In addition, because of the 'Peace Constitution' that was enacted just after the end of World War II, japan cannot maintain troops more than 240,000. With the limited number of troops (240,000), japan has no choice but to promote the policy of 'select few'. However, the situation of Korea is much different from the situations of those countries. The Republic of Korea is facing the threat of the North Korean Army that aims at keeping a large-scale military force. In addition, the countries surrounding Korea are also super powers containing strong military forces. Therefore, to cope with the actual threat of present and unspecified threat of future, the importance of maintaining a carefully calculated large-scale military force cannot be denied. Furthermore, when considering the fact that Korea is in a peninsular, the Republic of Korea must take it into consideration the tradition of continental countries' to maintain large-scale military powers. Since the Korean War, the ROK army has developed the technology-force combined military system, maintaining proper number of troops and units and pursuing 'select few' policy at the same time. This has been promoted with the consideration of military situation in the Koran peninsular and the cooperation of ROK-US combined forces. This kind of unique military system that cannot be found in other countries can be said to be an insightful one for the preparation for the actual threat of North Korea and the conflicts between continental countries and maritime countries. In addition, this kind of technology-force combined military system has enabled us to keep peace in Korea. Therefore, it would be desirable to maintain this technology-force combined military system until the reunification of the Korean peninsular. Furthermore, it is to be pointed out that blindly following the 'select few' policy of advanced countries is not a good option, because it is ignoring the military strategic situation of the Korean peninsular. If the Republic of Korea pursues the reduction of troops and units radically without consideration of the threat of North Korea and surrounding countries, it could be a significant strategic mistake. In addition, the ROK army should keep an eye on the fact the European advanced countries and Japan that are not facing direct military threats are spending more defense expenditures than Korea. If the ROK army reduces military power without proper alternatives, it would exert a negative effect on the stable economic development of Korea and peaceful reunification of the Korean peninsular. Therefore, the desirable option would be to focus on the development of quality of forces, maintaining proper size and number of troops and units under the technology-force combined military system. The tableau above shows that the advanced countries like the UK, Germany, Italy, and Austria spend more defense expenditure per person than the Republic of Korea, although they do not face actual military threats, and that they keep achieving better economic progress than the countries that spend less defense expenditure. Therefore, it would be necessary to adopt the merits of the defense systems of those advanced countries. As we have examined, it would be desirable to maintain the current size and number of troops and units, to promote 'select few' policy with increased defense expenditure, and to strengthen the technology-force combined military system. On the basis of firm national security, the Republic of Korea can develop efficient policies for reunification and prosperity, and jump into the status of advanced countries. Therefore, the plans to reduce troops and units in [Military Reform Plan 2020] should be reexamined. If it is difficult for the ROK army to maintain its size of 655,000 troops because of low birth rate, the plans to establish the prompt mobilization force or to adopt drafting system should be considered for the maintenance of proper number of troops and units. From now on, the Republic of Korean government should develop plans to keep peace as well as to prepare unexpected changes in the Korean peninsular. For the achievement of these missions, some options can be considered. The first one is to maintain the same size of military troops and units as North Korea. The second one is to maintain the same level of military power as North Korea in terms of military force index. The third one is to maintain the same level of military power as North Korea, with the combination of the prompt mobilization force and the troops in active service under the system of technology-force combined military system. At present, it would be not possible for the ROK army to maintain such a large-size military force as North Korea (1,190,000 troops and 86 units). So it would be rational to maintain almost the same level of military force as North Korea with the combination of the troops on the active list and the prompt mobilization forces. In other words, with the combination of the troops in active service (60%) and the prompt mobilization force (40%), the ROK army should develop the strategies to harmonize technology and forces. The Korean government should also be prepared for the strategic flexibility of USFK, the possibility of American policy change about the location of foreign army, radical unexpected changes in North Korea, the emergence of potential threat, surrounding countries' demand for Korean force for the maintenance of regional stability, and demand for international cooperation against terrorism. For this, it is necessary to develop new approaches toward the proper number and size of troops and units. For instance, to prepare for radical unexpected political or military changes in North Korea, the Republic of Korea should have plans to protect a large number of refugees, to control arms and people, to maintain social security, and to keep orders in North Korea. From the experiences of other countries, it is estimated that 115,000 to 230,000 troops, plus ten thousands of police are required to stabilize the North Korean society, in the case radical unexpected military or political change happens in North Korea. In addition, if the Republic of Korea should perform the release of hostages, control of mass destruction weapons, and suppress the internal wars in North Korea, it should send 460,000 troops to North Korea. Moreover, if the Republic of Korea wants to stop the attack of North Korea and flow of refugees in DMZ area, at least 600,000 troops would be required. In sum, even if the ROK army maintains 600,000 troops, it may need additional 460,000 troops to prepare for unexpected radical changes in North Korea. For this, it is necessary to establish the prompt mobilization force whose size and number are almost the same as the troops in active service. In case the ROK army keeps 650,000 troops, the proper number of the prompt mobilization force would be 460,000 to 500,000.

혈중 ZPP 농도를 생물학적 모니터링 표지자로 사용하여 새로 설립되는 축전지 제조 공장에서 작업환경과 개인위생에 대한 개선조치의 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 연취급 근로자 100명을 대상으로 입사한 시기를 기준으로 3개의 군으로 구분한 후 채용시 측정된 혈중 ZPP 농도와 약 3개월 간격으로 12-18개월간 측정되어 보관된 기록 중 혈중 ZPP 농도 자료를 분석하였다. 각 군은 개선조치 시행전인 1987년 8월의 작업장의 기중 연 농도를 기준으로
Ilex속(屬) 수목(樹木)의 변이(變異)와 증식법(增殖法)을 연구(硏究)하기 위(爲)하여 호랑가시 나무 10개(個) 집단(集團), 꽝꽝나무 7개(個) 집단(集團), 먼나무 5개(個) 집단(集團), 감탕나무 3개(個) 집단(集團), 청대팻집나무 2개체(個體), 대팻집나무 1개체(個體), 낙상홍 20개체(個體)로 총(總) 28(個) 집단(集團), 170개체(個體)를 조사(調査)하였다. 각(各) 개체(個體)를 대상(對象)으로 하여 외형적(外形的) 특성(特性), 엽(葉)의 형태적(形態的) 특성(特性) 및 열매의 형태적(形態的) 특성(特性)에 대(對)한 변이(變異)를 수종별(樹種別)로 조사분석(調査分析)하였다. 집단(集團)으로 자생(自生)하고 있는 호랑가시나무 6개(個) 집단(集團)과 꽝꽝나무 4개(個) 집단(集團)은 Transect조사(調査)를 하였다. 증식법(增殖法)으로는 파종(播種)과 삽목(揷木)을 하였다. 그 결과(結果)는 다음과 같이 요약(要約)된다. 1. 호랑가시나무는 일반적(一般的)으로 10년생(年生) 이상(以上)의 성숙목(成熟木)이 되면 수고(樹高) 1m, 근원경(根元徑)이 2cm이상(以上)이 되는 것으로 추정(推定)된다. 잎과 열매의 형태적(形態的) 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 엽장(葉長), 엽폭(葉幅), 엽병장(葉柄長), 거치수(鋸齒數) 및 과장(果長)은 집단간(集團間), 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 과폭(果幅), 과병장(果柄長)은 집단간(集團間) 차이(差異)에는 유의성(有意性)이 인정(認定)되지 않았고, 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間) 차이(差異)는 유의성(有意性)이 인정(認定)되었다. 2. 꽝꽝나무의 잎과 열매의 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 엽장(葉長), 엽폭(葉幅), 엽병장(葉柄長), 거치수(鋸齒數), 과병장(果柄長)은 집단간(集團間), 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에 통계학적(統計學的)으로 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 과장(果長), 과폭(果幅)은 집단간(集團間)의 차이(差異)에는 유의성(有意性)이 없었으나, 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에는 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 7개(個) 집단중(集團中) 엽장(葉長)과 엽폭(葉幅)에서 5개(個) 집단(集團), 5개(個) 집단중(集團中) 과장(果長)과 과폭(果幅)에서 4개(個) 집단(集團)이 기간(其間)의 정(正)의 상관(相關)을 나타냈다. 3. 먼나무의 잎과 열매의 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 엽장(葉長)만이 집단간(集團間), 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)의 차이(差異)에서 유의성(有意性)이 있었고, 엽폭(葉幅), 엽병장(葉柄長), 과장(果長), 과폭(果幅), 과병장(果柄長)은 집단간(集團間)에는 차이(差異)가 없었으나, 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에는 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 5개(個) 집단중(集團中) 엽장(葉長)과 엽폭(葉幅)에서 2개(個) 집단(集團)이 기간(其間)의 정(正)의 상관(相關)이 있었고, 과장(果長)과 과폭(果幅)에서는 4개집단(個集團) 모두 상관(相關)이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 감탕나무 잎의 형태적(形態的) 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 엽장(葉長), 엽폭(葉幅), 엽병장(葉柄長)이 집단간(集團間)에는 차이(差異)가 없었으나, 집단내(集團內) 개체간(個體間)에는 유의(有意)한 차이(差異)를 보였다. 엽장(葉長)과 엽폭(葉幅)에서 3개(個) 집단중(集團中) 1개(個) 집단(集團)만이 기간(其間)의 정(正)의 상관(相關)을 보였다. 5. 청대팻집나무 잎의 특성(特性) 조사(調査)에서 개체(個體) 2가 개체(個體) 1보다 엽장(葉長), 엽폭(葉幅)의 측정치(測定値)가 컸고, 엽병장(葉柄長)은 직았다. 6. 호랑가시나무의 기공밀도(氣孔密度) 조사(調査)에서 집단별(集團別) 평균기공밀도(平均氣孔密度)와 한량지수(寒量指數)에는 높은 상관(相關)을 가진다. 내동성(耐冬性)이 강(强)한 집단(集團)일수록 기공밀도(氣孔密度)는 적어지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 엽신(葉身)의 하부(下部), 상부(上部), 중부순(中部順)으로 기공밀도(氣孔密度) 경향(傾向)이 있었으나 통계분석(統計分析) 결과(結果)로써는 부위간(部立間)의 차이(差異)가 증가(增加)되는에서 유의성(有意性)이 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 꽝꽝나무는 기공밀도(氣孔密度)와 한량지수간(寒量指數間)에서 통계학적(統計學的)으로 상관(相關)이 인정(認定)되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 엽신(葉身)의 부위간(部位間)에는 하부(下部), 중부(中部), 상부(上部)의 순(順)으로 기공밀도(氣孔密度)가 높아지는 것을 통계학적(統計學的)으로 인정(認定)할 수 있었다. 7. Transect조사(調査) 결과(結果) 호랑가시나무는 일반적(一般的)으로 경사(傾斜)가 완만(緩慢)하고 해발고(海拔高)가 낮은 바닷가의 사질토양(砂質土壤)에서 잘 자생(自生)하는 것으로 나타났다. 호랑가시나무를 제외(除外)한 Transect 구내(區內)의 구성종(構成種)으로는 해송(海松)을 주(主)로 하고 환삼덩굴, 산딸기, 칡, 들장미 등(等)이 나타났다. 자연집단(自然集團)에 있어서 호랑가시나무의 성비(性比)(자(雌):웅(雄))는 약(約) 1:2로 웅수(雄樹)가 더 많았다. 꽝꽝나무는 일반적(一般的)로 부식량(腐植量)이 많고 습(濕)한 소교목지대(小喬木地帶)에서 잘 자생(自生)하며, 황칠나무, 청미래덩굴, 삼나무, 단풍나무, 솔비나무, 굴거리나무 등(等)과 혼생(混生)하는 것으로 나타났다. 자연집단(自然集團)에서 꽝꽝나무의 성비(性比)는 약(約) 1:1로 나타났다. 8. 호랑가시나무의 경우(境遇) 삽수(揷穗)를 일년생(一年生) 지(枝)에서 채취(採取)하여 10cm 깊이로 조제(調製)하고, IBA로 처리(處理)한 뒤 흙떡꽂이를 실시(實施)한 삽목(揷木) 결과(結果) 좋은 근계(根系)와 높은 발근율(發根率)을 얻을 수 있었다.
The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure.
