대학교 신축기숙사의 휘발성유기화합물 농도 및 새집증후군 반응 (The Actual State of TVOC and the Responses of Sick House Syndrome in Newly Built University Dormitory)

  • The purposes of this study were to determine the actual state of the indoor air quality by TVOC concentration and residents' responses and to analyze the influencing factors of IAQ in newly built university dormitory. The field measurements on the levels of TVOC and HCHO were carried out three times at an interval of 4 weeks in 3 rooms of a dormitory. The questionnaire survey on the residents that inquired into the lifestyle, the consciousness related to IAQ, and the responses of SHS was fulfilled. According to the results, the level of TVOC was approximately $0.14{\sim}18.5ppm$ and HCHO was $0.23{\sim}6.89ppm$ during 3 month since construction completion, which are seriously in excess of standard level, and seemed to be on the decrease as time goes by. The factors influencing the differences of the levels of TVOC or HCHO were the amount of ventilation including infiltration, heating temperature, relative humidity, or the use of living things including chemical. However, the residents rarely felt the responses of SHS and did not be conscious of the importance of ventilation.

강제어초의 효율성에 관한 현장조사 (Field Investigation on the Efficiency of the Artificial Steel Reefs)

  • As part of the government's fishery resource creation policy, fishing ground creation projects have been undertaken in Korea's major seashore fishing spots since the 1970s, where artificial reefs constructed using new materials that make up for the weakness of concrete reefs have been used. In this study, the stability of these artificial reefs when acted upon by external forces, their ability to attract and gather fish, and their economic feasibility were examined. For this purpose, an experimental artificial steel reef was constructed and was installed in an area of the sea. Then the corrosion of the experimental material attached to it was investigated. The efficiency of the artificial steel reef was then verified by examining its functionality, removal, and burying, as well as the speed of insertion of living things into its structure and its ability to attract and gather fish.

생물자원에 대한 초등학생의 인식 조사 연구 (A Study on the Cognition of Elementary School Students of Biological Resources)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate cognitions of elementary school students of the biological resources. Subjects were 252 elementary school students in Seoul and Busan. An instrument that measures cognitions consists of 3 components: kinds of biological and non-biological resources, values of biological resources and interest of using biological resources. The three components were composed of 46 items. They had less cognition of living things than non-biological resources as resources. But, most of them conceived ecological environment to be resources. Almost 80% elementary school students thought that biological resources had values contributing to the existence and health of human beings, but less economic values except ecological values. They had cognition of biological resources which we should manage and research in. It is time to need the educational approach to integrate nature, economy and environment in environmental education. As concrete cases of biological resources are proposed, it activate elementary school students to get cognition of biological resources. In conclusion, values of biological resources will be materials for environmental education.

한국 생수산업의 해외시장진출 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Foreign Entry Strategy of Korean Mineral Water Industry)

  • It should be unthinkable to not provide water at survival of any living things. Water is too a basic element for development for a country. Currently, the global market of mineral water is growing rapidly. This study, I conceptualized mineral water as bottled water. In particularly, bottled water has seen huge global growth for the last few years. The annual growth rate of the market in the period 2005-2009 was 5.9%. Following a surge in obesity and subsequent health and wellness trends, many consumers are switching from sugary soft drinks to healthier alternatives. Therefore, the global bottled water market is one area which has big potential for growth, but price competition is getting intensified among multi-national and domestic firms. Korean providers too are faced with strong competition in growing domestic market. The bottled water market has presence of multinational provider like Nestle, Danone and Coca-Cola, which collectively account for 35.1% of the world market share in 2009. On the basis of a market orientation approach, this article looks at changing environments in the world mineral water industry and attempts to describe foreign market entry strategy of the Korean mineral water industry. The market orientation provides strong norms for learning from customers and competitors, is instrumental in creating a superior value for buyers, innovating successfully, and generating excellent firm performance. So firms should consider a strategic planning in basis on market orientation before they enter foreign markets. Some discussions were made about managerial implications for Korean bottled water providers.

  • It makes study on the medical treatment and efficacy of Colostral milk. It based on the established treatises and books, in order to studying about the literature of colostral milk. It makes a through study on the medical treatment mechanism and efficacy of colostral milk, the results as fllows. 1. Colostral milk is some special things for baby newborn, and the other men and women of course. It is low in fat, and high in carbohydrates, protein, and antibodies to help keep your body healthy. Colostral milk is easy to digest, and it is low in volume, but high in concentrated nutrition for the newborn and men and women. 2. Colostral milk provides some of living cells which will defend babies against many harmful agents. The immune factors is much higher in colostral milk than in nature milk. Colostral milk works as a vaccine. It contains some quantities of an antibody called secretory immunoglobulin A Which is a important substance to the baby and men, 3. Colostral milk has a role to play in the baby's gastrointestinal tract. A newborn's intestines are permeable. The colostral milk makes the gastrointestinal tract in general. In addition, colostral milk contains a lot of leukocytes.

Concept Establishment of Territoriality of External Public Space of Housing Complex - Focusing on review of previous research -

  • Purpose: Recently, Housing area plan has tried to reflect a public space of various forms. However, most of cases are indiscriminately developments, which don't reflect the diverse needs of residents. In addition, a subject of the public space is not clear and consistently stable of the management, so the residents don't have an interest enough to take advantage of it. Method: In order to make a plan of the public space of a residential complex, an architect designer needs to take a few things into consideration. One is a physical facility in needs. And other one is a management of keeping a social place stably and consistently, which allows residents to be able to interact with each other. It should be regarded for residents to form a sense of belonging, while minimizing the interface friction. When all these problems are fulfilled, an interaction will be made to improve the quality of the living environment. Result: Therefore, in this study, it is necessary to define the meaning of territoriality of the external public space of housing complex. This study makes it possible to improve the relationship of neighborhood and the quality of the life for the residents, depending on the time. This is the first step as 'the research for the territoriality of the external public space of housing complex', in order to define about the concept, function, characteristic of territory(the base of territoriality) and to establish the territoriality that can form the physical or psychological boundary in public space.

GIS를 이용한 노후건축물 DB구축과 활용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Constructing Database and Its Utilization Direction of Old Building using GIS)

  • 건축물의 수명은 생명체처럼 유한적이기 때문에 지속적으로 철거와 신축을 반복한다. 그러나 수명에 대한 물리적 기준이 주관적이며 추상적이기 때문에 국가의 정책결정에 좌우되어 왔다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 건축물의 노후정도에 관한 명확한 자료를 구축 후 그에 따른 의사결정 의 필요성이 지속적으로 대두되었다. 이러한 배경하에 본 연구에서는 부산광역시의 14개구 214개의 행정동을 대상으로 노후건축물 의 DB구축하고 그에 따른 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 개선방안을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식정보격차 완화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다. 둘째, 부산광역시의 노후 불량건축물의 세부적인 내용과 산출결과를 제시하여 조례제정을 위한 자료를 마련하였다.

Applications of Ground-Based Remote Sensing for Precision Agriculture

  • Leaf color and plant vigor are key indicators of crop health. These visual plant attributes are frequently used by greenhouse managers, producers, and consultants to make water, nutrient, and disease management decisions. Remote sensing techniques can quickly quantify soil and plant attributes, but it requires humans to translate such data into meaningful information. Over time, scientists have used reflectance data from individual wavebands to develop a series of indices that attempt to quantify things like soil organic matter content, leaf chlorophyll concentration, leaf area index, vegetative cover, amount of living biomass, and grain yield. The recent introduction of active sensors that function independent of natural light has greatly expanded the capabilities of scientists and managers to obtain useful information. Characteristics and limitations of active sensors need to be understood to optimize their use for making improved management decisions. Pot experiments involving sand culture were conducted in 2003 and 2004 in a green house to evaluate corn and red pepper biomass. The rNDVI, gNDVI and aNDVI by ground-based remote sensors were used for evaluation of corn and red pepper biomass. The result obtained from the case study was shown that ground remote sensing as a non-destructive real-time assessment of plant nitrogen status was thought to be a useful tool for in season crop nitrogen management providing both spatial and temporal information.

아파트 단지내 아동 유희시설의 이용행태에 관한 연구 -전주시 아파트단지를 대상으로 - (On Studying Utilization From of Children Amusement Facility in the Apartment Housing)

  • The development of science technology and high growth of economy have influenced on the change of living environment and have changed people's way of thinking and behavior. Also, apartments has appeared to solve the shortage of housing in cities. This study has a thorough grasp about problems of juvenile playground in the apartments and comes the following conclusion as a result that all sorts of details for amusement behavior have been analyzed. First, juvenile playground should be harmonized with nature, and needs a construction of amusement place that include fixed amusement facilities. Second, for a constitution of dynamic amusement place, a school playground should be opened in the public and parking lots should be utilized for dynamic amusement place in a different time. Third, juvenile playground should be classified by age, especially infant amusement facilities should be installed where a landscape architecture has placed between buildings. Also a daylight should be shined into the place, under considering the installation of bench for parents and rest space. Fourth, a location of amusement place is needed a careful consideration of the environment and building placement, in addition that suitable distance should be set up for children to come into contact easily. Fifth, insufficient things should be complemented as compared with the standards of foreign amusement facilities and guideline should be suggested for maintenance and management of amusement place.

딥러닝 시티: 스마트 시티의 빅데이터 분석 프레임워크 제안 (Deep Learning City: A Big Data Analytics Framework for Smart Cities)

  • 도시 기능이 복합적으로 발전함에 따라 스마트 시티에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 스마트 시티란 정보통신기술을 활용하여 교통, 안전, 복지, 생활 등 도시 문제를 효과적으로 해결하는 것을 말한다. 최근 세계 각국은 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 인공지능 기술을 스마트 시티에 도입하는 시도를 하고 있으나 종합적인 도시 서비스로는 발전하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 스마트 시티 추진 현황을 살펴보고 핵심 문제로 부각된, 데이터 공유문제, 서비스 호환성 문제를 해결하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 딥러닝 기술을 스마트 시티 서비스에 접목한 "딥러닝 시티 프레임워크"를 제안하고 도시 여러 영역의 시공간 데이터를 안전하게 공유하고 여러 도시의 학습 데이터를 융합하는 새로운 스마트 시티 추진 전략을 제시하였다.
