Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the role of hospital-based home health nursing in community care by examining the institutional progress of hospital-based home health nursing and the current status of home health nursing in Korea. Methods: Korean research data, national statistical data, government press releases, and related laws were investigated to clarify the role of hospital-based home health nursing in community care. Results: Korean visiting medical care services, including hospital-based home health nursing, was not found to be sufficient nationwide. The supply of home health nursing did not increase due to the nature of the visiting services that required transportation time, poor profitability due to insufficient insurance fees, and increase in acute beds. Conclusion: The nature of the Korean medical environment and visiting medical care makes it challenging to establish a visiting medical supply system for community care. Therefore, hospital-based home health nursing is an important infrastructure for visiting medical care, and will be a valuable resource to link discharged patients returning to the community when moving health care services. Hence, laws and institutional supplementation to expand the role of home health nursing agencies nationwide are needed along with addressing the limitations in the supply of home health nurses.

In this thesis, we intend to use CCTVs installed in existing parking lots to understand the current status of parking lots and provide real-time information to users through Android applications. It describes how to set the ROI in the parking area using YOLO V3 and how to provide the number of vacancies that change in real time through the set ROI, and describes how to link CCTV-server-user using IMAGE ZMQ and FIREBASE. The user can know the real-time situation of the parking lot near the destination before arriving through the application and can come up with various measures accordingly.
In this paper, we designed the COS MEMS system for sensing the falling detection and explosive noise of fuse link in COS (Cut Out Switch) installing on the power distribution. This system analyzed the failure characteristics and an instantaneous breakdown of power distribution. Therefore, our system strengths the industrial competence and guaranties the stable power supply. In this paper, we applied BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology which is suitable protocol for low data rate, low power consumption and low-cost sensor applications. We experimented with LSM6DSOX which is system-in-module featuring 3 axis digital accelerometer and gyroscope boosting in high-performance mode and enabling always-on low-power features for an optimal motion for the COS fuse holder. Also, we used the MP34DT05-A for gathering an ultra-compact, low power, omnidirectional, digital MEMS microphone built with a capacitive sensing element and an IC interface. The proposed COS MEMS system is developed based on nRF52 SoC (System on Chip), and contained a 3-axis digital accelerometer, a digital microphone, and a SD card. In this paper of experiment steps, we analyzed the performance of COS MEMS system with gathering the accelerometer raw data and the PDM (Pulse Data Modulation) data of MEMS microphone for broadcasting the failure of COS status.

Introduction: Breast cancer aggressiveness can be correlated with proliferation status of tumor cells, which can be ascertained with tumor grade and Ki67 indexing. However due to lack of reproducibility, the ASCO do not recommend routine use of Ki67 in determining prognosis in newly diagnosed breast cancers. We therefore aimed to determine associations of the Ki67 index with other prognostic markers like tumor size, grade, lymph node metastasis, ER, PR and HER2neu status. Methods: A total of 194 cases of newly diagnosed breast cancer were included in the study. Immunohistochemical staining for ER, PR, HER2neu and Ki67 was performed by the DAKO envision method. Associations of the Ki67 index with other prognostic factors were evaluated both as continuous and categorical variables. Results: Mean age of the patients was 51.7 years (24-90). Mean Ki67 index was 26.9% (1-90). ER, PR, HER2neu positivity was noted in 90/194 cases (46.4%), 74/194 cases (38.1%) and 110/194 cases (56.70%) respectively. Significant association was found between Ki67 and tumor grade, PR, HER2neu positivity and lymph node status, but no link was apparent with ER positivity and tumor size. There wasan inverse relation between Ki67 index and PR positivity, whereas a direct correlation was seen with HER2neu positivity. However, high Ki67 (>30%) was associated with decreased HER2neu positivity as compared to intermediate Ki67 (16-30%). The same trend was established with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Our study indicates that with high grade tumors, clinical utility of ki67 is greater in combination with other prognostic markers because we found that tumors with Ki67 higher than 30% have better prognostic profile compared to tumors with intermediate Ki67 level, as reflected by slightly lower frequency of lymph node metastasis and HER2neu expression. Therefore we suggest that Ki67 index should be categorized into high, intermediate and low groups when considering adjuvant chemotherapy and prognostic stratification.
The prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MetS) in Korea has been increasing in adults, as well as in adolescents. Recently the prevalence of MetS in children has been reported to strongly link that of MetS in parents. Families are known to share similar food environment so that eating habits of parents closely resemble that of the children's. Therefore, the aim of this study to examine metabolic risk factors and dietary intake in children by with respect to mother's metabolic syndrome, based on the data from Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) 2007-2010. Using the household variable and the eldest child per household, 1,341 pairs of mothers and children were selected. The mothers were defined by MetS criteria, and then the children were classified into the following three groups in accordance to the mothers' MetS; children whose mothers had none, 1-2, and 3 or more components of MetS. All dietary data were evaluated using the data from a food frequency questionnaire. The mean age was $42.6{\pm}4.2$ years for the mothers, and $14.9{\pm}2.0$ years for the children. Children whose mothers had 3 or more components of MetS showed a significantly higher prevalence of overweight and higher level of fasting triglyceride; conversely, they showed a lower level of serum HDL-cholesterol compared to the other two groups. Regarding an agreement of food consumption between the mothers and children, most food groups showed high agreement, except in the category of beverages. Regarding the dietary habits and family meals, children whose mothers had 3 or more components of MetS were more likely to skip breakfast and less likely to have family meals at breakfast or snack. In conclusion, the children's metabolic risk factors and dietary factors were different with respect to the status of mothers' MetS. Further studies are necessary to examine the causal effect of family environment in children's health status.

Purpose: The obesity prevention and management program led by public health centers are important in the community. This study aims to identify the current status of obesity prevention and management programs at public health centers and perceptions regarding facilitators and barriers when implementing programs. Methods: This study used a concurrent mixed methods design. A survey was conducted to investigate the current status and infrastructure of the obesity prevention and management program at eighty-three public health centers nationwide. Nine program managers and six local residents with experience in the program were interviewed by using a semi-structured questionnaires. Results: Most of the infrastructure facilities for the program were inadequate, and insufficient budgets and lack of professional staff were identified as barriers. Facilitators included diversification of program delivery methods, operator competence, and visible outcomes and rewards. For the effectiveness of the program, it is vital to have adequate assistants, a sufficient budget, various promotional methods, and connections with various institutions in the community. On this basis, it is acknowledged that the public health center serves as a platform for preventing and managing obesity in the community. Conclusion: It is expected that infrastructure improvements in public health centers and the link with community resources are needed. In addition, there is an urgent need to set standards for obesity prevention and management programs implemented in public health centers to 'resolve regional disparities'.
