3D virtual clothing simulation을 활용한 남자 중학생의 브랜드교복 패턴비교 및 체형별 교복 패턴개발 (Comparison of brand-name school uniform patterns for middle school boys and the development of school uniform patterns by students' body shape, using 3D virtual clothing simulation)

  • This study attempted to develop winter jackets and pants patterns reflecting the latest comfortable and active school uniform trends, using middle school boy avatars having various body shapes. Jacket and pants pattern-drawing methods and margins differed. Based on the results, research prototypes were prepared. Then, virtual wear prospective drawings, clothing pressure, and appearance were assessed according to body shape. Jackets were assessed using 25 factors, while pants were assessed using 19. Then, correlations between the jackets and pants were analyzed. According to the analysis, the reason why the dart & tuck position and margin were rated low was confirmed. In a virtual wear assessment on jacket patterns by body shape, a significant difference was found in all categories, except for fit and shape at the front bottom, sleeve length on the side, and the center back line. The virtual wear assessment on the pants patterns by body shape also revealed a significant difference in all categories, except for pants length. In jackets, a significant influence was observed around the shoulders and waist in Type 1 and around the belly in Type 2. On the contrary, for pants, a significant influence was found around the hip and waist in Type 1 and around back crotch in Type 2. Therefore, they should be considered when making of jackets and pants. The above results suggested that jacket and pants patterns should vary depending on body shape. It is anticipated that there should be further studies comparing brand-name school uniforms for middle school girls and school uniforms by body shape.

  • 최근 코로나 상황을 겪으면서 국가들은 의료인력과 그 기술에 대한 필요성을 심각하게 느끼고 있다. 고령화되고 있는 사회에 따라 실제로 의료진의 수는 줄고 있으며, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 실제 의사가 하는 의료 행위 중고도의 전문성을 요구하지 않는 부분을 대체 할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 존재하는 다양한 딥러닝 영상처리 기반 기술을 활용하여 의료진이 직접 환자를 대면해야 하는 재활 분야에 적용할 수 있는 회복 상태를 확인하는 업무에 관한 무인 의료 시스템과 관련한 실제 연구 방법들을 서술하고 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 실제 동작 비교에 사용했던 방법인 각도계나 사진에 선을 긋는 방법과 같은 수동적인 계산을 대체한다. 실시간으로 수행하므로 빠른 진단에 도움을 주며, 동작 수행 일치도에 대한 데이터를 확인할 수 있기에 의료진이 필요한 정보를 쉽게 제공한다.

비행 로그 복호화 방식에 따른 DJI 드론 분류 (Classification of DJI Drones Based on Flight Log Decryption Method)

  • 드론(Drone)의 제작기술이 발전하고 대중화되면서 주로 산업, 농업, 군사 등에 치우쳐 있던 드론 시장은 개인·상업 시장에서도 큰 성장세를 보인다. 그중에서 DJI는 개인·상업용 드론 시장에 높은 점유율을 보이고, 이에 따라 DJI 드론의 포렌식 분석이 주목받고 있다. 특히, 범죄행위에 사용된 드론을 탈취·획득하여 분석할 때, 드론의 비행경로 및 하드웨어 정보를 기록한 비행 로그를 해석하는 기술이 필요하고, 이는 DJI의 드론 모델마다 복호화 방식의 차이로 인해 드론 모델별로 다르게 적용할 수밖에 없다. 따라서, 디지털 포렌식 조사관의 관점에서 불상의 드론을 획득하였을 때, 분석할 수 있는 드론 모델에 대한 명확한 분류가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 포렌식을 통해 DJI 드론의 아티팩트를 추출하여 분석하는 방법을 제안하고, DJI의 출시 연월이 다른 세 가지 드론 모델에 대해서 미디어 데이터의 분석 및 비행 로그 분석 결과와 복호화 방식에 대해서 분석한다. 마지막으로, 상용화된 DJI 드론 비행 로그의 복호화 여부에 따라 DJI 제품군의 드론을 분류한다.

A Retrospective Study of Radiographic Measurements of Small Breed Dogs with Myxomatous Mitral Valve Degeneration: A New Modified Vertebral Left Atrial Size

  • Vertebral left atrial size (VLAS) is an important indicator to predict myxomatous mitral valve degeneration (MMVD) in dogs. When the caudal margin of cardiac silhouette and the dorsal margin of caudal vena cava (CdVC) could not be seen exactly, another way to evaluate VLAS is needed. The objective of this study was to assess whether a new modified VLAS (m-VLAS) could be used as an indicator to predict MMVD in 57 small breed dogs with MMVD. The m-VLAS was also used to classify American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine staging groups and left heart enlargement confirmed with echocardiograph (EchoLHE) groups. The m-VLAS was measured as the distance from the ventral aspect of the carina to the dorsal aspect of the intersection of the cardiac silhouette and the farthest LA caudal margin, not the CdVC, followed by drawing the same line beginning at the cranial edge of T4. Based on VLAS values and m-VLAS values measured for dogs with MMVD, correlations between these values and left heart enlargement groups were then evaluated. There were significant differences in both the VLAS and the m-VLAS between EchoLHE groups. The AUC of the ROC curve of the m-VLAS to detect EchoLHE was higher than that of the VLAS. The optimal cutoff value for the m-VLAS was >2.7, which had a higher specificity (86.84%) than the VLAS specificity (71.05%). This study reveals that a new m-VLAS is a more specific indicator than the VLAS for predicting left side heart enlargement in small breed dogs. Therefore, the m-VLAS can be used as a clinically useful radiographic measurement alternative to or better than the VLAS.

금속재료 표면층의 급격한 응력구배에 대한 X-Ray회절 특성값과 측정된 변형률의 해석방법 (Analysis Method of X-Ray Diffraction Characteristic Values and Measured Strain for Steep Stress Gradient of Metal Material Surface Layer)

  • The most comprehensive and particularly reliable method for non-destructively measuring the residual stress of the surface layer of metals is the sin2ψ method. When X-rays were used the relationship of εφψ-sin2ψ measured on the surface layer of the processing metal did not show linearity when the sin2ψ method was used. In this case, since the effective penetration depth changes according to the changing direction of the incident X-ray, σφ becomes a sin2ψ function. Since σφ cannot be used as a constant, the relationship in εφψ-sin2ψ cannot be linear. Therefore, in this paper, the orthogonal function method according to Warren's diffraction theory and the basic profile of normal distribution were synthesized, and the X-ray diffraction profile was calculated and reviewed when there was a linear strain (stress) gradient on the surface. When there is a strain gradient, the X-ray diffraction profile becomes asymmetric, and as a result, the peak position, the position of half-maximum, and the centroid position show different values. The difference between the peak position and the centroid position appeared more clearly as the strain (stress) gradient became larger, and the basic profile width was smaller. The weighted average strain enables stress analysis when there is a strain (stress) gradient, based on the strain value corresponding to the centroid position of the diffracted X-rays. At the 1/5 Imax max height of X-ray diffraction, the position where the diffracted X-ray is divided into two by drawing a straight line parallel to the background, corresponds approximately to the centroid position.

W. E. B. 듀보이스와 '니그로'의 재구성 (W. E. B. Du Bois and the Reconstruction of the 'Negro')

  • Quite arguably, W. E. B. Du Bois is the first figure in the history of black nationalism who engaged most persistently and systematically with the dominant ideology of racism and white supremacy. It is not too much to say that, by contending with the Eurocentric but taken-for-granted concept of the 'Negro' in the turn of the century, Du bois has laid the theoretical and ideological cornerstone of postcolonialism today. But his concept of race varied over time and was even contradictory in the same writings. The early Du Bois defined race as something historically made rather than biologically given and determined. Yet he didn't utterly deny the significance of physical traits and skin color in constructing racial identity. His notion of the 'Negro' was not unambiguous, either. While drawing on the 'soul' of 'black folk' to undermine the Eurocentric dichotomy of white/mind and black/body, Du Bois argued that there is some kind of 'spiritual' differences between whites and blacks, differences that are essentially inherent and hereditary in the 'Negro.' Such essentialist notion of race and the 'Negro' was on the wane in the later Du Bois, especially after his encounter with Marxism. He came to think of race merely as a discourse of racism that can be subverted and even appropriated for anti-racist practices. Following the Marxist assumption that 'the color line' is a class conflict on the international level, Du Bois contended that the 'Negro' is an outcome of slavery which is in turn a subsystem of Western capitalism. He also argued that, since the 'Negro' is not a biological essence but a sociocultural formation, the identity of the 'Negro' can and must be reconstructed according to historical change. For Du Bois, therefore, the resistance against colonialism and capitalism became a resistance against racism. This is why his Pan-African movement shifted its gear from the American program in the initial phase to a truly 'Afrocentric' and socialist one.

Openbite을 나타내는 성인의 치열 특성 및 그에 따른 골격적 특성 분석 (An analysis of the dental arch and skeletal characteristics in adult patients exhibiting open bite)

  • It is the purpose of this study to characterize oral symptoms and to comprehend the cause and the relapse possibility of patients with open bite. This case study examines the orthodontic treatment of a group of female patients with open bite and Angle's Class I malocclusion. A cephalograph of the patient was taken and tracing of the radiograph was completed. In addition to Bjork and Ricketts analysis, additional measurements of specific areas were taken. The occlusal plane was determined by drawing a line connecting the mesiobuccal cusp tip of the maxillary first molar and the incisal edge of the maxillary central incisors. Patients were divided into two groups depending on the relationship between the marginal ridge of the maxillayy first premolar and the drawn line. Those patients with marginal ridges above the occlusal plane were placed into Group 1, while Group 2 subjects exhibited marginal ridges lower than the occlusal plane. The common characteristics within each group and the characteristic differences between each group both prior to and after orthodontic treatment were examined, and finally, the functional oral volume of each patient was analyzed. The results of the case study were as follows: 1. An examination of the skeletal relationship and anatomical form for both Group 1 and 2 showed that all subjects exhibited hyperdivergent skeletal forms, but Group 2 subjects generally demonstrated underdevelopment of the mandible and a smaller articular angle, resulting in an anterior positioning tendency of the mandible. 2. An analysis of the maxillary arches of Group 1 subjects prior to and after orthodontic treatment showed that the antero-inferior direction had changed to an antero-superior directional tendency, while the maxillary arches of the Group 2 patients showed a trend from an antero-superior direction to an antero-inferior relationship. The mandibular arches in both groups showed a change to an antero-superior direction. 3. Functional space analysis showed that Group 2 patients exhibited a greater tendency of haying palatal planes that drop in a postero-inferior direction, resulting in a more severe open bite than their Group 1 counterparts. The results of this case study show that although patients belonging to either Group 1 or 2 exhibited few external differences in the appearance of open bite, an examination of the dental and skeletal relationships by analyzing patient cephalographs showed that patients presenting with flat maxillary occlusal planes exhibited more severe open bite relationships than patients with curved occlusal planes.

Digital Camera의 영상을 이용한 신체 단면도 제작 (Reconstruction of body contour with digital camera image)

  • I. 목적 방사선치료를 함에 있어서 체내의 선량분포를 알기 위해서는 정확한 신체 단면도 제작이 반드시 필요하다. 최근에는 종양과 주변부위와의 관계가 명확하게 나타나는 C-T 영상이 치료계획에 많이 이용되고 있다. 하지만 아직도 석고나 납줄등을 이용하여 수작업으로 신체 단면도를 그리는 경우가 대부분이다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 옮기는 과정에서의 오류등으로 정확성의 신뢰도에 문제가 있고 소요시간이 길다는 단점이 있어 이를 개선하기 위해 digital 영상을 이용한 신체 단면도 제작을 시도해 보았다. II 대상 및 방법 digital camera를 이용하여 center line의 axial laser가 지나가는 면의 caudal쪽에서 center방향의 사진과 동일지점에서 QA용 phantom의 사진을 촬영한 후 image를 scanning한다. 삼각함수의 기본적인 원리를 이용하여 오차 범위를 최소화하였으며 각 지점의 X, Y좌표를 구하여 실제적인 크기의 신체 단면도를 완성하여 보았으며 여러 가지의 모양의 sample용 phantom과 실제 chest의 환자에게 적용하여 보았다. III. 결과 및 결론 기존의 납줄을 이용하여 제작한 신체단면도와 digital영상을 이용하여 제작한 신체단면도를 비교, 검토한 결과 오차범위가 실험적 오차에 있을 정도로 큰 차이가 없어 시간에 구애받지 않고 제작할 수 있는 이 방법이 보다 더 효율적이였다. 하지만 H&N등 요철이 심한 경우에 사용할 경우에는 보다 더 세심한 주의가 필요하며 영구적으로 사용하기 위해서는 두 개 이상의 camera 영상을 이용하는 photogrammatory기법의 도입 등, system적으로 좀더 수정 보완되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

하악골 후방이동시 중안면부 연조직의 변화양상에 대한 임상통계학적 연구 (A Clinical Study of Soft Tissue Changes of the Midface after Mandibular Setback Surgery)

  • Prediction of the soft tissue changes following hard tissue movement is very important from the esthetic view point for patients who have orthognathic surgery. There are many cephalometric analysis of facial bone and soft tissue on the lower lip and chin region but few soft tissue analysis on the midface after mandibular setback surgery. This study was performed to obtain whether the mandibular posterior movement has influence on the midface and the predictable ratio of post-operative measurement values of the soft tissue changes following mandibular setback surgery. Fifteen patients (8 males and 7 females) who had undergone mandibular setback surgery were selected and analyzed the soft tissue movement on the upper lip and the cheek region. Post-operative changes of the soft tissue measurements after mandibular surgery were examined on pre- and post-operative cephalometrics and the ratio of changes were analyzed after drawing the reference line on the face with the barium sulfate solution. The reference lines were perpendicular to the intercanthal line from infraorbital foramen and lateral canthus. The results obtained were as follows : 1. There were tendancy of anterior movement of soft tissue adjacent the nose after mandibular surgery 2. There were incerased tendancy of the amount of anterior movement from the nasal crease to the cheek region. 3. The amount of anterior movement of the soft tissue was larger below the palatal plane compared with above the palatal plane in the cheek region. 4. The upper lip length was increased and moved posterior direction after mandibular setback surgery 5. The lower lip was moved posterior direction by posterior movement of the mandibular structure 6. Soft tissue of the midface around the nose moved anterior direction after mandibular setback surgery but there was no correlation between the amount of mandibular setback and the amount of the soft tissue changes

S-allylcysteine의 자궁경부암세포주 HeLa에 대한 세포증식 억제효과 (Inhibitory Effects of S-allylcysteine on Cell Proliferation of Human Cervical Cancer Cell Line, HeLa)

  • S-allylcysteine (SAC)은 숙성마늘에 다량 함유된 수용성 유기황 화합물로서 항산화 및 항염증 효과뿐만 아니라 여러 유형의 암에서 예방 및 항암 치료를 위한 하나의 식품유래 대체물질로 주목 받아 오고 있다. 그러나, SAC에 의한 자궁경부암세포에서의 항암효과는 아직 보고된 바 없다. 본 연구의 목적은 SAC가 자궁경부암세포주 HeLa의 증식에 미치는 억제효과를 분석하고, 이에 대한 세포 항증식 작용기전 중 세포자멸 및 세포주기에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 다양한 농도의 SAC가 처리기간에 따라 세포증식에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. SAC 처리는 HeLa 세포의 형태학적 변화를 유도하였을 뿐만 아니라, 세포의 viability 감소 그리고 농도 및 시간 의존적인 세포증식 억제효과를 초래하였다. 또한 SAC는 DNA fragmentation assay 및 TUNEL assay에서 DNA 분절을 유도하였으며, 세포주기 분석에서 G2/M기에서의 세포주기 억제를 유도하였다. 이러한 결과는 SAC가 최소한 부분적으로 세포사멸의 유도 및 세포주기의 통제를 통하여 HeLa 세포의 증식을 억제함을 제시한다.
