착탈결구식 연결구조 복합소재 데크의 거동특성 분석 (Structural Characteristics of 스냅핏 Type Composite Deck Panel)

  • Owing to its special features of light weight, high durability, corrosion-resistant, composite material used in civil infrastructure can not only solve fundamental problems of deterioration and corrosion, but also reduce both construction and maintenance cost significantly. Composite deck panels of 스냅핏 type connection previously designed and fabricated have been redesigned herein. The sensitivity of gaps between snap-fits and tip angles was investigated. Stacking sequence of plies was scrutinized in order to facilitate pultrusion process. Deck panels of redesigned configuration due to bending has been analyzed. A comparison between the preliminary and modified deck design has been made.

  • State of the art and current issues related with the RC and PSC structure system for the magnetic levitation train were investigated. The German and China magnetic levitation train adopted a new kind of a structure to enable high-speed transportation, which allows the use of the space over a ground. The loading from magnetic levitation trains is light-weight compared with a regular train due to load distribution to a supporting structure. Therefore, the magnetic levitation train is considered an economical and efficient transportation system, and is also an environmentally-sustainable structure. In this paper, the structural design and construction technology specific to a magnetic levitation train were discussed, and structural considerations related with an actual operation of the train were pointed out. In addition, the future research area of a magnetic levitation train was proposed

  • Nowadays, the vehicle structure weight of urban transit system has been reduced in order to save energy and materials. However, this light weighted vehicle structure is very important to verify the fatigue strength at the development stage. Bogie system consists of bogie frame, suspensions, wheel-sets, braking system and transmission system. Among these components, the bogie frame is most significant component subjected to the whole vehicle and passenger loads. In this study, the bogie frame for the standard EMU power car is evaluated to the static and fatigue strength. And, the evaluation method is used the JIS E4207 specification throughout the FEM analysis and static load test. The static and fatigue test results for the standard EMU bogie frame of power car has been appeared very safety and stable for the design load conditions.

  • Since semi-active suspension systems of automobile, of which suspension damper are controlled actively, exhibit high performance with light system weight, low cost and low energy consumption. From this view point, semi-active suspension systems are greatly expected to be in the mainstream of future controlled suspension systems. In this Paper, mathematical modeling and dynamic characteristics analysis of a reverse continuously variable damper and valve used for semi-active suspension systems are investigated. The mathematical model of piston with valve are proposed by IMAGINE/AMESim in the paper. To verify the mathematical model developed, the dynamic characteristics are simulated by IMAGINE/AMESim and are compared with experimental results. It was confirmed that the developed models represent well the actual system and can be used for control system design.

  • In recent years building floors has become larger and more spacious due to the development of new design methods and high strength and light weight materials. However, such long span floor systems may provide smaller amount of damping and have longer period so that they would be more vulnerable to the floor vibration. This study attempts to evaluate the performance of the floors in typical apartment buildings. Four different floors with the area of 43.2$m^2$, 41.44$m^2$, 34.5$m^2$, and 28.89$m^2$ were investigated. The guideline provided by AISC(997) and human perception level of Korean people proposed by S. W. Han(2003) are used to check the acceptability of the floor vibration.

  • The travelling ultrasonic motor(USM) has good some characteristics over conventional servo motors such as compact size, light weight, silent moton, high torque and high speed response. The USM is driven by 2-phase AC electricity. By adjusting the phase difference of the motor power we control rotation, speed and torque of USM. In this paper, we propose design method using PLSI(programmable Large Scale Integration) of USM controller to adjust the phase difference of the motor power. As compared the previous, the new controller has some advantage that high speed, predictable performance, low power and so on.

  • Power semiconductors are being currently used as a application of intelligent power inverters to a refrigerator, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner as well as core parts of industrial system. The rating of semiconductor devices is an important factor in decision on the field of application and the forward blocking voltage is one of factors in decision of the rating. The Power MOS device has a merit of high input impedance, short switching time, and stability in temperature as well known. Power MOS devices are mainly used as switches in the field of power electronics, especially the on-state resistance and breakdown voltage are regarded as the most important parameters. Power MOS devices that enable a small size, a light weight, high-integration and relatively high voltage are required these days. In this paper, we proposed the new lateral power MOS which has forward blocking voltage of 250V and contains trench electrodes and verified manufactural possibility by using TSUPREM-4 that is process simulator.

유압 베인 펌프에서의 탄성유체윤활 해석 (Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Analysis in Hydraulic Vane Pump)

  • Hydraulic vane pumps are widely used in various hydraulic systems because of its compactness and light weight. It is well known that the vanes and cam ring are separated by very thin liquid films which result in the EHL state. Contrary to the case of cylindrical roller bearings, the inlet and side boundary pressures are much higher than the atmospheric pressure. In this paper, a numerical solution of the EHL of finite line contacts between the cam ring and vane tip with profiled ends is presented. Using a finite difference method with non-uniform grids and the Newton-Raphson method, converged solutions are obtained for moderate load and material parameters. The EHL pressure distribution and film shape are considerably affected by pump delivery pressure and the side boundary condition applied. Both the maximum pressure and the minimum film thickness always occurred near the edge regions. The present results can be used in the design of optimum vane profile in hydraulic vane pump.

VHF 광대역 수신 증폭기 시스템 설계 (Design of Wide Band Receiving Amplifier System for VHF)

  • 본 논문에서는 VHF 송수신기 셋트에 쉽게 장착할 수 있는 해상용 광대역 수신증폭기를 소형 경량, 저비용으로 제작하여 전반적인 수신기의 수신성능을 개선하고자 한다. 제작된 수신 증폭기는 140MHz $\~$ 170MHz 주파수 대역에서 3dBm 정도의 수신감도를 개선하는 특성을 나타내었다. 따라서 VHF대역을 이용하는 통신장비를 더욱 효율적으로 사용가능하며, 양질의 원거리통신이 가능하기 때문에 활용도가 매우 높을 것으로 사료된다.
