제논 DBD 광원의 주파수에 따른 스펙트럼 특성 연구 (Study on Spectrum Properties by Frequency in Xe DBD lamp)

  • The flat panel lamp is used as back light. It is perceived the best type for the wide size LCD of back light system. However, the flat panel lamp has high value of heat. So it need to improve efficiency. Therefore, more researches are requested for the back light of the flat panel lamp. In this paper, the properties of spectrum is investigated according to change in frequency from 30kHz to 60kHz using power supplies voltage with changing from 500V to 700V. As a result, main spectrum peak of plasma showed in 450[nm], 630[nm], 750[nm] and spectrum peak of 750nm is the highest.

플라즈마 디스플레이 패널에서 방출되는 광의 3차원 측정을 위한 Scanned Point-Detecting System (The scanned point-detecting system for three-dimensional measurement of light emitted from plasplay panel)

  • 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널(plasma display panel :PDP)에서 방출되는 광의 3차원 분포를 측정하기 위한 scanned point-detecting system(SPDS)을 고안하여 제작하였으며 이 시스템을 이용하여 실제 PDP의 3차원 광 방출 특성을 측정하고 해석하였다. SPDS는 상면에 핀홀이 달려 있는 광검출기(point detector)를 위치시킴으로써 특정 지점으로부터 방출되는 광만을 검출할수 있다. 3차원 물체의 특정 지점으로부터 방출된 광은 핀홀을 지나 검출기로 모두 입사되지만 다른 지점으로부터 방출된 광은 핀홀 앞에서 미리 집속되거나 핀홀 뒤에서 집속될것이므로 이러한 광들은 핀홀에 의해 대부분 차단될 것이다. 그러므로 물체의 특정 지점으로부터 방출된 광만이 핀홀이 설치된 검출기에 의해 검출되어 진다. SPDS를 이용하여 PDP cell 내에서 측정된 3차원 광 intensity 분포로부터 cellso의 방전현상을 다음과 같이 유추해낼수 있었다. Z축 측정이 진행될수록광의 intensity는 증가하였고 ITO전극의 안쪽부분에서 검출되는 광의 intensity가 가장 컸고 Y축 scan시 나타나는 X-Z평면에서 광의 intensity가 격벽과 격벽의 중심부분에서 가장 크게 나타났다.

  • In the case of a partition panel for a vehicle, it is used as a vehicle chassis component that serves to distinguish the indoor and outdoor spaces of a vehicle and is mounted on a backrest portion of the vehicle's back seat to ensure the convenience of passengers by connecting the floor and the side of the vehicle. Because it is a relatively large-sized plate material among automobile chassis parts except the moving parts and non-ferrous materials can be applied, it is considered as a part having a large light-weight effect. However, the partition panel is one of the vehicle parts that must satisfy the light-weight effect as well as various structural reliability, such as torsional rigidity, vibration, and impact characteristics, for securing the running stability of the vehicle when driving at the same time. So, In this study, the possibility of replacing the aluminum partition panel as CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) partition panel is evaluated through comparing the two partition panels by using the structural reliability(stiffness/strength analysis), vibration analysis, impact analysis.

PDP용 격벽재의 승온 탈가스 특성 (Characteristics of Outgas from Heated Barrier Rib for POP)

  • Plasma Display Panel is a display device emitting fluorescent light from gas discharge between a front and a rear panel sealed together. Front and rear panel have multitude of film layers and barrier ribs in the rear panel has the largest area so releasing various gases and affecting light emitting characteristics and lifetime. The remaining gases in a barrier rib were studied by thermal desorption analysis up to $400^{\circ}C$ and main gases were $H_2$ $H_2$O, CO. During sustaining at $300^{\circ}C$, the outgassing rates from other gases were decreased but$ H_2$ kept constantly increasing until 1 hour, which can be originated from the dissociation of organics remained in the inside of barrier rib material. In $H_2$O, two distinct peaks were observed: desorption from physically adsorbed one at $l00^{\circ}C$ and from chemically adsorbed one $400^{\circ}C$. The result can be utilized in interpretation of electronic and optical characteristics and evacuation process control of PDP

  • In this paper, we suggest the FED packaging technology that have 4mm thickness, using sodalime glass-to-sodalime glass electrostatic bonding. It based on conventional silicon-glass bonding. The silicon film was deposited an around the exhausting hole on FED backside panel. And then, the silicon film of panel was successfully bonded with capping(bare) glass in vacuum environment and the FED panel was vacuum-sealed. In this method, we could achieve more 153 times increased conductance and 200 times increased vacuum efficiency than conventional tube packaging method. The vacuum level in panel, by SRG test, was maintained about low 10$_{-4}$ Torr during above two months And, the light emission was observed to 0.7-inch tubeless packaged FED. Then anode current was 34 $\mu$ A. Emission stability was constantly measured for 10 days.

  • 이노가닉 폴리머 콘크리트는 비소성 알카리 활성화 콘크리트의 일종으로 여러 가지 우수한 성능을 가지고 있으며, 그 중에서도 고온에서의 열적특성이 우수한 것으로 알려져 있다. 이에 따라, 이노가닉 폴리머 콘크리트를 이용한 경량패널을 제조하여, 소형가열로 내화시험을 측정한 결과 3시간 가열후 이면상승온도가 평균 82℃ 이하로 확인되어 공동주택의 내화벽체로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the manufacture of light weight concrete panel using the artificial light-weight aggregate as a part of the substitution of foamed styrene and polyurethane because of narrow allocable temperature Bone in use. The experimental parameter of this study is 40, 60 and 8$0^{\circ}C$ of curing temperature at 100% relative humidity and the type of admixture such as cement, 6mm glass fiber and St/BA emulsion. Testing item is compressive and flexural strength and strength of specimen cured at standard condition is compared to that of specimen cured at 40, 60 and 8$0^{\circ}C$ of curing temperature at 100% relative humidity. As a result or this, it was revealed that the maximum or strength is developed in 6$0^{\circ}C$ or cure temperature at 100% relative humidity in case of the most of the specimen. Specimens modified by St/BA emulsion show the highest development of strength dependent on the curing tmeperature. So, it seems to be effective that evaporation curing method shoud be considered to curing the specimen as the panel core.

LED의 광효율 최적설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Design for Optical Efficiency of LED)

  • In this paper, it was attempted to analyze the optimal design of light emitting diode (LED), a source of back light unit (BLU). LED is beginning with commercialized red LED which is made by GaAsP compound semiconductor, and has been developed focusing on liquid crystal panel. In order to get the optimal design, optical simulation was made by analyzing luminosity shape, reflector angle, chip depth, and chip position of LED lighting. Final results show that the proposed LED characteristics were useful to increase light efficiency and it has been proven by distribution chart for actual exposed light on the light guide panel (LGP).

  • 제1~3색각 이상 검사용 Farnsworth Dichotomous Test Panel D-15의 칼라분석을 위하여 380~780 nm의 반사광 spectrum 세기를 측정하여 CIE system을 도입하였다. Panel D-15의 색상변환은 650nm 이상, 500~600 nm, 400~450 nm의 3개 파장영역의 광 반사율 세기에 의존한다. 반사 spectrum으로부터 3극치 X, Y, Z 값, 보색 평면과 명암축으로 하는 3차원 CIELAB system의 $L^*a^*b^*$와 Lab 값, CIELUV system $U^*V^*$ 값, 색도도 좌표 x, y 값을 구했다.

고성능 섬유쉬트를 부착시킨 경량 프리캐스트 복합패널로 보강된 RC보의 휨거동 (Flexural Behaviors of RC Beams Strengthened by Light Concrete Precast Composite Panel with an Advanced Fiber Sheet)

  • 본 연구는 경량 콘크리트 프리캐스트 패널에 고성능 섬유쉬트를 접착시킨 복합패널로 철근 콘크리트 보 하부에 휨 보강하여 보강보의 구조적 성능을 분석하였다. 보강보의 구조적 고찰은 항복하중, 최대하중, 각 하중에서 처짐 그리고 휨강성과 연성을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 39개 보를 실험하여 복합패널로 보강한 경우에 휨강도가 균일되게 향상됨을 보였다. 또한 실험결과 복합패널로 보강한 철근 콘크리트 보는 구조적으로 우수한 특성을 보였고, 섬유쉬트 부착공법으로 보강된 보와 비교할 경우에도 보강보의 강도가 더 개선되는 것으로 나타났다.
