The purpose of these experiments is to improve the perm techniques which are fast growing and changing in our life style, for customer satisfaction and to use as basic data for academic purpose through comparing between two methods which are the new permanent wave treatment and the old one. I classified the hair samples to three kinds, which are healthy, normal, and damaged hair. This study is focused on the top part of hair sample which is damaged by strong and long-time sunshine. To get the best result, I use the scanning electron microscope (JSM-5200) as main device of these experiments. The followings are the results of these experiments. First, the new way of permanent wave technique has much more damage on hair than the old one. Second, There are big differences of damaging in this study. The harmed hair has worse result than the healthier hair.

The home network system of ubiquitous computing concept is changing present our home life as more comfortable and safe. Also, it permits that we can connect the home network system and control the appliance which is linked to the home network system without limitation in time and place. But, as other systems that use the public network like the Internet, remote control/monitoring of the home network system that use the Internet includes problems such as user's access which is not admitted and information changing. This paper presents the efficient solution about the security problem that is recognized to important problem of the home network system. Also this paper implements the security of the home network system based on the UPnP (Universal Plug and Play), adding VPN (Virtual Private Network) router that uses the IPsec to the home network system which is consisted of the ARM9 and the Embedded Linux.

Traditional reinforced concrete slabs and beams are widely used for building. The use of flat slab structures gives advantages over traditional reinforced concrete building in terms of design flexibility, easier formwork and use of space and shorter building time. Deflection of the slab plays a critical role on the design and service life of building components; however, there is no recent research to explore actual deformation of concrete slab despite various advancements within the design codes and construction technology. This experimental study adopts the Hydrostatic Levelling Cells method for monitoring the deformation of a multi-storey building with flat slabs. In addition, this research presents and discusses the experimental results for the vertical deformation.

Trustless, depression, happiness is a normal human emotion that everyone experiences at times. People face problems and hard circumstances every day due to an environment, social life, or traumatic developments in their lives. This study focused on a particular type of inconsistency patterns of behavior that experiences' students during the school time. Some students find depression interferes with their learning and test taking to such an extent that their grades are seriously affected. This study examined the awareness and readiness of a sample of Saudi Arabian high school teachers to recognize, understand, and respond to the ways in which students may respond to testing situations with depression. Findings suggest teachers learn from experience to use both direct and indirect ways to identify students with depression; employ test preparation and test taking strategies to help students reduce depression; and reach out to parents for additional assistance where teacher strategies are not sufficient.

From the perspective of labor welfare, forty-hour-a-week working system:(FWS) has been an important goal throughout world, and in fact, advanced countries implemented this a long time ago. However, there are differences in opinions concerning FWS; some people emphasizes the improvement in life quality, while others point out that this measure increases the cost of wages and has limited effectiveness. Thus, discussions about the success of FWS have emerged from diverse perspectives; One thing that should be made clear before debating FWS is that reducing laborers' working hours is already a global trend, and Korea, also intends to extend it. Therefore, in order to maximize the benefits resulting from the execution of the system and to identify measures that can be used to solve the problems related to FWS, it is necessary to consider actual laborers' use of leisure resources and whether they have increased or decreased as a result of FWS. It is also necessary to look at the differences in workers' leisure activity with and without the system. To evaluate and diagnose FWS's political effect from the perspective of laborers' leisure satisfaction and improvements in life quality, this study examines differences in leisure expenses, leisure hours, use of and demand for leisure resources such as leisure space, and types of leisure activity, according to the execution of FWS, This research is based on the "2012 Survey on National Leisure Activity" conducted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. In addition, through analysis of the differences in leisure satisfaction and happiness levels, the study intends to confirm the necessity of executing FWS and ensuring that the system is in use. The study results can be briefly summed up as followa:: First, regarding the general findings of the study, a significant result was shown in terms of the execution of FWS according to income level. The finding that the execution of FWS works differently according to the working environment or life quality reassures us of the common notion in society that working environment or life quality may differ in relation to social characteristics. The utility of weekday leisure hours did not indicate a statistically significant difference, but in terms of weekend leisure hours, laborers practicing FWS had an additional 30 minutes of leisure time than those who did not. Furthermore, regarding leisure expenses, laborers practicing FWS indicated more monthly average leisure expenses or expected leisure expenses. In relation to leisure activity, those working at a company executing FWS engaged in culture and art activities more frequently than those working at the companies that did not. On the other hand, those working at companies without FWS indicated more hobbies, amusement activities, rest, and other activities than those working at the companies with FWS. In terms of vacation experience, those working at companies with FWS had more vacation time than those working at companies without it; on average, they had longer vacations by 1.64 days. Regarding their leisure life satisfaction and happiness level, those working at companies with FWS indicated higher satisfaction and greater happiness than those working at companies without it. The findings mentioned above represent the preliminary results of this paper, and the remainder of the research will provide more detailed analysis results and suggestions corresponding to them.

As a public transit playing an important role in the era of high gas prices, subway corresponds the national strategy 'Low carbon, Green growth'; accordingly, passengers who would use the transportation are steadily increasing. Subway operators are required to provide subway users with services based on higher-quality system, safety, convenience & high reliability level. Furthermore, as the legally allowed maximum life time of EMUs is extended, it is necessary to localize & standardize the parts of EMUs. This paper presents a modelling of systematic EMU(SR001) manufacturing technique which enables us to reflect passenger and subway operator's demands in the whole EMU manufacturing process from the initial design phase to its completion by making full use of the know-how based on subway operators' experiences. SR001 enabled SMRT's staffs to participate in the EMU design & its equipment manufacturing; consequently, it realized the innovative system which meets passengers' requirements. Moreover, the process lead time was reduced dramatically. The result of this research will be helpful in providing useful guidelines for railway industry policy and development making in Korea.

Hydrogen peroxide takes much of the cost for Fenton reaction applied for treatment of organic contaminants. Therefore, the effective use of hydrogen peroxide makes the technology more cost effective. The effective use of hydrogen peroxide is especially needed in the soil and groundwater remediation where complete mixing is not possible and it takes a long time for reactive species to transport to the fixed target compounds. Stabilization ability for hydrogen peroxide of malonic acid was evaluated in Fenton and Fenton-like reactions in this study. Malonic acid contributes on the stabilization of hydrogen peroxide by weak interaction between iron and the stabilizer and inhibiting the catalytic role of iron. The stabilization effect increased as the solution pH decrease below the $pK_{a1}$. The stabilization effect increased as the concentration of malonic acid increased and the effect was maximized at the malonic acid concentration of about ten times higher than the iron concentration. The model organic contaminant was successfully oxidized in the presence of the stabilizer but the degradation rate was slower than the system without the stabilizer. The stabilization effect was also proved in a Fenton-like reaction where magnetite and hematite were used instead of soluble iron species.

Nowadays, the enormous information from each industry has been brought out. According to the advanced information technology, those data have been useful to the point of Cost & Time in the domestic construction industry. Due to the temporary characteristics of construction industry, the various information have only been used just one time and not recycled. There are few studies for the use and management of construction information. Compared with other stages in project life-cycle, the construction stage includes the most important and various information from field. It will be desirable that one should study for developing the use of construction information. With this thesis, this study suggests the conceptual classification model for construction information management.

In this paper, we propose a methodology to deal with the IOT system gradually as the use of effective systems such as electronic devices, healthcare, smart cars, smart home, remote meter reading and telemedicine closely related to our real life in the IOT system An IOT integrated account solution is needed as a way to address these needs as the demand grows for the need to identify and manage how users access and use the system for what period of time and at what point in time. We propose the communication algorithms for endpoint system, IOT system management rights policy, user information, and how to apply them to IOT system smart car and smart home on each object internet.

In the 21th century, everyone feels that the multimedia system is close at hand in real life due to the rapid advance of the computer processing ability and high speed and high guality of communication services. Also the limited frequencies resource will be optimized due to rapid advances in digital video technology which is believed superior to analogue technology in information engineering. MEPG-2 has been introduced for broadcasting use such as digital TV Thus it features the high-definition and hyper-low bit rate. But, because of much throughput it has been implemented by high-priced private ASIC chip and is not in general use yet. But in this research, noticing the rapid enhancement of PC processor performance comparing with the price. MPEG-2 was developed by real time software MPEG-2 had been known impossible to implement with S/W, but the research proved the possibility of the S/W implementation and below are the pictures also in the research was improved 'Motion Vector and Compensation' Algorithm which requires the most operations and UT was made possible real time process. Multimedia Info Society has settled and accompanied by the rapid advance of image-processing technology and lots of standards.
