Since the baseflow, which constitutes most of the river flow in the dry season, plays an important role in the solution of river runoff and drought, it is important to accurately evaluate the characteristics of the baseflow for river management. In this study, land use change was evaluated through time series data of land use, and then baseflow characteristics were analyzed by considering climate change and land use change using climate change scenarios. The results showed that the contribution of baseflow of scenarios considering both climate change and land use change was lower than that of scenarios considering only climate change for yearly and seasonal analysis. This implies that land use changes as well as climate changes affect base runoff. Thus, if we study the watershed in which the land use is occurring rapidly in the future, it is considered that the study should be carried out considering both land use change and climate change. The results of this study can be used as basic data for studying the baseflow characteristics in the Gapcheon watershed considering various land use changes and climate change in the future.

Aprons are popularly used among women for domestic work. They also protect clothes from filth and at the same time become an ornamentation for fashion. Despite their important use at homes and restaurants, beauty parlors, and hotels, little study has been done on aprons. Commercialized aprons do not come in various forms, rather they use the same simple shape with different patterns. There has been no independent study done on aprons, however aprons have been studied as a part of uniform studies in the dining industry by Park and Na(2003) and uniform studies in the airline industry by Lee(2001) and Chung(2001). In this study, the author looked into aprons in accordance to the change of housing space and life style. Not only to be worn in the kitchen, but also to greet guests or for a walk in the neighborhood, the apron needs to have various functions and a trendy fashion. Designs to persue personality and high quality along with functionality and esthetical beauty were developed to present various functions of the apron.

The elderly population ratio of domestic is the actual condition where the countermeasure which is various for there is a possibility of saying that is already experiencing the aging society, is considered. The expansion of the elderly welfare facility of the area where is located among the rest in the situation as a matter of metropolitan area of domestic ephemerality and the price of land which the earth has, duplication operation etc. is having a problem point and the ephemerality which are various. About of composition different facility and leads with alternative and expansion and function of function and facility leads and the synergy effect which is various shows. So this study is consequently does the school facility which is located in life circle of the city center in middle of composition of the elderly welfare facility and other facility and in the object and under proposing boil the complex at the time of spatial composition blueprint with the elderly welfare facility and the school.

The use of arc tubes made of ceramic material further enhanced some of the metal halide lamp’s properties. These properties translate into higher efficacy with better color rendering, stable color through lamp long life. Recently, due to an increase in the application of the ceramic metal-halide lamp, the study for the property etc. according to Ballast's driving scheme and the study for arc tube material, optimization of gas and so on are being proceeded to improve the property of the lamp. Especially, to control ceramic metal-halide lamp, the vigorous study and practical use with respect to Electronic Ballast, which has been improved in the disadvantages of the conventional Magnetic Ballast are made. In this paper, Electrical characteristics and gas insulation destroy time are analyzed by comparing magnetic ballast with electronic ballast.

The meanings of colors vary with time and space. For the most important events in a person's life, such as wedding or funeral, people use color to symbolize their identities or roles. Traditionally, the colors of dress had indicated the wearer's age, class, or marital status in Korea. However, Korea's exposure to western cultures has affected in many dimensions of its modern history. Especially, influenced by social change, the traditional dress has undergone many modifications in forms, silhouettes, materials, and color. However, women's mourning dress has been maintained as a long lasting tradition and the use of white in mourning dress has been regarded as a norm until recently, while men have worn a regular black suit with a black tie. But, the shift from white to black in mourning dress has been observed in recent mourning practices. To examine this change of color in Korean traditional mourning dress, a historical approach utilizing multiple resources, such as interview, observations of events, documents, and archival records was applied.

The use of credit cards has been increasing form last decade, although there are many kinds of difficulties for using credit cards. the aims of this study is exploring the problems of arising form the use of the credit card. Four types of the problem are proposed; 1) The problem of managing the credit card. 2) The problem of the time of using credit card 3) The problem of ' credit 'between issuer and user of credit card, 4) the problem of cosigner. The cases which concerned with each types of problem are discussed. Guidelines of using credit card are proposed that can be useful for consumer education and helpful for users and dealers of credit card.

The work described in this paper deals with the proposed application of an Artificial Neural Network Model for the Advanced Pressurized Water Reactor APR-1400 transient identification. The approach adopted for testing the network take note of the expectation which should be fulfilled by a network for real-time application, like testing with data in on-line mode and use of actual or real-life patterns for training. The recall test performed demonstrates that use of neural network for transient identification is indeed an attractive preposition.

The spacing of inspection times in intermittent inspection is of great interest, and several ways for the determination of inspection times have been proposed. In most inspection schemes including equally spaced inspection and optimally spaced inspection, the best inspection times in each inspection scheme depend on the unknown parameter, and we need an initial guess of the unknown parameter for practical use. Thus it is evident that the efficiency of the resulting inspection scheme highly depends on the choice of the initial value. However, since we can obtain some information about the unknown parameter at each inspection, we may use the accumulated information and adjust the next inspection time. In this paper, we study this sequential determination of the inspection times in optimally spaced inspection.

This research attempts to develop a method to relieve dysmenorrhea, which is an obstacle to many women's social activities, by designing a smartwear with built-in thermotherapy and TENS device. TENS therapy has the advantages of being controlled by patients and not depending on the use of drugs. The TENS device is designed as a stomach band so as to be unnoticeable to others when outer clothes are worn; the size was minimized and attached to underwear to facilitate use everywhere at any time. A current problem is the limitation of minimizing, but as battery technology is further developed, we can anticipate much smaller devices. The development of aforementioned smartwear function will increase women's choices in occupations and general improvement in quality of life.

Purpose Usability is an important factor in our life. This paper presents an approach to design the clinical work-flow for ultrasound system. And, we tried to apply this work-flow in diagnosis ultrasound system. Materials and Methods For user learnability, we follow international standard IEC 60601-1-1 and IEC 62366 which describes usability of medical instrument. User requirement are applied by 10 clinicians who are well aware of usability. We considered user environment and designed clinical work-flow into two types: general use and emergency use. The designed clinical work-flow was evaluated by 10 clinicians and results derived from the evaluation were analyzed. Results We could successfully design optimized clinical workflow of ultrasound system. Conclusion This paper suggests usability testing for optimized ultrasound clinical workflow. Using this clinical work flow, users can enhance their clinical performance and reduce operation time.
