The purpose of this study is to analyze how the women's fashion with the androgynous image(fashion item, adornment) which has appeared on our specialized fashion magazine from 1986 through 2000. As a result of this study I drew the following conclusion. First, masculine image led the market in the first stage of mid 1980 in a men's wear oriented trend that the woman wear masculine style jacket, pants and blouse. In hair style, the short hair of the masculine image was used habitually but the make-up was tend to be made heavily. The ambivalence of the sex was also showed up by expressing the feminine image on the masculine image using the accessories like necklace, earing and bracelet. Second, unlike the first stage, it showed that more and more feminine image was accepted in the second stage of early 1990. The jacket, blouse and pants were rooted as the basic item in women's fashion. The feminine style of long hair and natural make-up with the androgynous image were increased. Third, in the third stage of the late 1990, the fashion items to the comfortable dress of light weight as the life style pursuits the activity and convenience. The feminine image were appeared naturally with a long hair style and natural make-up with the androgynous image. The remarkable features in the fashion accessories were that boots and low shoes were preferred by the increase of the masculine image shoes and the sneakers were seen a lot by the effect of the sports boom.

Generally speaking, durability, load carrying capacity and the life of structure becomes to be shortened in all structures as time passed. Also, we have to repair and reinforce because of tile decrease of the traffic volume and overloaded vehicles in the bridge. External prestressing method is most popular and effective strengthening method which can be used for the prestressed concrete-girders. When strengthening with external prestressing method, there are many ways to install anchorage system. But, These methods have many faults. For example, the achorage force is so small or an anchorage system installation damages an existing structure. So, this paper suggested a new anchorage system to strengthen without any damage to the structure and then confirm the increase of durability and the properties of behavior with experimentation.

해양구조물의 피로에 대해 확률론적으로 안전성을 평가하는 기법을 개발하기 위하여, 피로해석 과정에서 유입되는 불확실한 요소들을 검토하여 이들의 확률분포를 현재까지의 자료를 이용하여 최선으로 추정하였으며, 피로해석기법으로는 Simplified Method를 이용하여 피로신뢰성해석 모델을 개발하였다. 또한 실제의 자켓형 해양구조물을 대상으로 피로신뢰성 해석을 수행하였으며, 각 불확실성 요소가 피로수명에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 각 요소들의 상대적 중요성을 검토하였다.

As a key reinforcement connection between a tower and a substructure in offshore wind turbine system, the transition piece is inevitably subjected to cyclic dynamic environmental loads such as wind, current and wave. Therefore, well designed transition piece with high strength and good fatigue resistance is of great significance to the structural safety and reliability of offshore wind power systems. In this study, the structural behavior of the transition piece was studied by an extensive sets of finite element analyses. Three widely used types of transition piece were considered. The characteristics of stress development, fatigue life and weight depending on the type of the transition piece were investigated in the ultimate limit state (ULS) and the fatigue limit state (FLS) of a 5-MW offshore wind turbine to be placed in Korea. An optimal form of the transition piece was proposed based on this parametric study.

This study reflects the aim of analyzing the formality and symbolism of the Chanel suit. Chanel had designed jersey and tweed cardigan suits in the 1910s and 1920s while her suits of the 1930s were crisply fitted. The suits of the 1950s and 960s while were comfortable and slightly boxy marked a significant step forword. Lagerfeld's mission at Chanel was to tranmute the basic elements of the Chanel style and make them contemporary. He has also introduced the contemporay wide shoulders and short tihht skirt In place of sensible knee-length skirts he offered hemlines that either grazed the ankles or exposed most of the thighs. Besides her very influential jersey and tweed cardigan suit Chanel continued to assert her considerable strength with materials often making her suits in very delicate feminizing fabrics. in place of the classic boxy tweed jacket Lagerfeld introduced jackets made of terrycloth denim and stretch fabric Many of Chanel's suits show a stylish sense of colour that would have made artist envious. Chanel and Lagerfeld chose variety of colours from beige and grey and black to blue green cerisen and red for her suits. They was completely in tune with the twentieth century understanding the changes in lifestyles of woman and also understanding how her clothes should cater to them Thus the Chanel suit is more a way of life than just a fashion and is synonymous with wealth and aritocracy. It is one of the most popular status-symbol styles of the 20th century.

The Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region to from the most of Eastern turkistan is located at North-wetern part of China, and it is the center to form the famous silk-road historically. In th exinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region there are 47 nationalities. In this study, the researcher studied the historical background, and the traditional culture about dress sand ornaments of 4 nationalities (that is Uighur, Kazakh, Kirgiz and Tajik). The results of the present study are as follows : In the basic structure of traditional costume by races, there is not big difference. Then , in men , the trousers and the shirts of funic type become the basis with the style which is convenient to act. And , to wear vest , or jacket , or chanban, over it makes a little difference . In women also, same structure shows with the form to wear vest or outerwear, on the basis of one piece. But , in a small hat, heat wear, color contrast, and decoration element etc. , strict difference is showing. After all, they show very similar clothing life culture basically in natural environment, religion , and life habit etc. But, the discrimination is made in the detailed side. So , it can be said that they show the conservative nature of nationalities, and have preserved the unigue identity of their own culture.

활성산소 소거 효소인 superoxide dismutase (SOD)가 결핍된 효소 변이주들을 대상으로 하여, 활성산소 유발물질인 paraquat을 배지에 첨가하여 배양하면서 산소 독성을 관찰하였다. 호기 상태에서 는 MnSOD (mitochondria SOD) 결핍 효모는 CuZnSOD (세포질 SOD) 결핍 효모보다 성장이 많 이 저하되었지만, 혐기 상태에서는 이들 SOD 결핍 효모 모두 성장 속도에서 야생 효모와 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. Paraquat으로 처 리한 결과, 호기 배양 에서 CuZnSOD 결핍 효모는 O.OlmM 이상에서 성 장하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 O.OOlmM paraquat을 배지에 첨가한 후 호기적으로 배양하면서 세포내 성분의 변화를 관찰하였더니, CuZnSOD 결핍 효모에셔는 catalase 역가가 떨어진 반면 glutathion peroxidase 역가와 세포막 지질의 과산 화물이 증가하였으며, MnSOD 결핍 효모에서는 catalase 역가와 glutathion peroxide 역가가 모두 조금씩 증가하면서 세포막 지질의 과산화물은 그다지 변화하지 않았다. 이러한 사실로부터 CuZnSOD 가 없는 경우 활성산소 소거계로써 catalase 보다 glutathion peroxidase가 훨씬 활성화되어지지만, 이렇게 활성화된 glutathion peroxidase로는 세포질내 산소 radical을 완벽히 제거하는데에는 다소 불충분 하다는 사실을 알 수 았었다. 한편, 혐기적 배양에서 는 SOD 결핍 효모들의 catalase 역가는 모두 감소 한 반면, glutathion peroxidase 역가는 다소 증가하였고, 또한 세포막 지질의 과산화물은 다소 감소하는 추세를 보였다. 이는 혐기 상태에서 산소 radical 이 소량밖에 생기지 않으므로, 활성화된 glutathion p peroxidase에 의해 어느 정도 극복되어지기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. 두 집단 간에 어느 정도 방향성은 있는 것으로 판단된다.ds for eagerness for lasting life not only in this world but also in the other world., Keun-Kap, Scarf, Pee-Bak, Hung-Kap, Pok-Kap, Yang-Dang-Kap, We-Yo-Kap, Kum-Kap, and caries arms. The purpose at this study was to analyze and to position the clothing images at women's formal wear brands carried by at least two department stores in Daejon, for providing data for a basic marketing strategy for fashion manufacturers and distributors. The results tram the study were as tallows; The brand that showed the highest classic image was 'BCBG'(83.6%), the brand that showed the highest feminine image was 'Obzee' (80.2%), the brand that showed the highest character image was 'Doho' (84.1%), and the brand that showed the highest mannish image was 'F.Station' (64.1%). On the brands image positioning map, brands, such as 'Deco', 'Mine', 'Time', and 'Anne Klein', lying on or near the point of intersection (where the vertical and horizontal axes meet) showed 4 types. They were 'smart & chic cluster', 'charming & luxury cluster', 'character elegance cluster', and 'sportive elegance cluster' that showed compound images. These clusters would be differentiated tram young casual lines by emphasizing the brands' shape and cut, higher quality fabrics and materials, and elegant and graceful colors. Analysis of target ages and tweed jacket prices for brands carried by at least two department stores showed that the target was between 23 and 50, and that the prices range from 198,000 won to 460,000 won.

We referred to twenty-two Korean medicinal literatures for application of a single-medicine prescription using Asparagi Tuber(Asparagus cochinchinensis) to form the groundwork for scientific modernization of Korean medicine. Our study revealed the following. 1. Principle expectant effects of Asparagi Tuber were prolong life; elevation of stamina or activity; improvement of asthenia; remedy of epilepsy, mental disease or convulsions; relief of xerosis; treatment of tumor, abscess or intumescence; extermination of endoparasite; solution of numbness, etc. 2. The records show that 95% of directions are per oral. 3. 38% of the cases, Asparagi Tuber was used without its jacket or core. 4. Alcohol and honey were generally used as solvent and additive. We suggest to perform the further studies for the scientific verification of the expectant effects of Asparagi Tuber and its different efficacy by processing, solvent and additives.

In this study, the pattern of texture was developed by applying the pattern shown in the Amita Yeoraebul and the Avalokitesvara with symbolism suitable for children's clothing. In addition, the design and the manufacturing of a children's wearable Hanbok were attempted, and the results are as follows: Amitha Yeoraebul is a Buddha who oversees paradise in Buddhism, and Avalokitesvara controls both paradise and the real world and provides mercy. Applying the various patterns in the Buddhist paintings, four daily hanboks for children were produced using patterns featuring symbolic the meanings of large round original patterns chrysanthemums, turtles, and lotus patterns. The lotus symbol represents love, nobility, and wealth, while the turtle symbol represents longevity, the chrysanthemum pattern symbolizes auspiciousness, and the large round original pattern means a constant continuation. To maintain the traditional hanbok form but allow convenient wear it in daily life, it is made in the jeogori + shorts, vest + long pants, and one-piece + jacket style. Currently, the daily dress of Hanbok and the modernization of traditional Korean clothes are being promoted. At this point, the study developed Hanbok fashion products that contain symbolic stories suitable for children are trying to maintain the image of traditional culture as much as possible.
