Investigation of Job satisfaction, Organizational commitment and Factors of continuing work life for Nano-convergence employees

  • In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between employment stability, wage level, welfare system, working condition, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to find out ways to develop and competitiveness of the nano-convergence industries. Through this study, we conducted the possibility of deriving organizational commitment by job satisfaction which is given through employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition for continuing their work life. In order to find relationships between each concepts, we used a multiple regression analysis with job satisfaction and commitment as dependent variable and employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition as independent variables. Through this study, it was expected to increase the organizational commitment through the job satisfaction of the employees if a changing method of employees management is centered on some tasks suggested for the sound working condition and efficient utilization policies.

A Study on the Effects of Hospital Internal Marketing Factors on the Internal Customer Satisfaction

  • This study was conducted to develop the strategy for more effective internal marketing and promoting internal customer satisfaction by grasping the level of internal marketing operations targeting employees within hospital and empirically analyzing the effect of internal marketing operations on internal customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that there is a significant correlation between factors for internal marketing components and internal customer satisfaction. The average factor score for internal customer satisfaction is 3.230 out of 5, which is a little higher than normal levels. Counting down the five factors is as follows: internal communication, education and training, delegation of authority, welfare, compensation system, with compensation system shown as the lowest level and internal communication as the highest level. In addition, the result of multiple regression analysis conducted to inspect the effect of factors for internal marketing components on internal customer satisfaction indicates that among 5 factors, delegation of authority, education and training, and welfare have positive influences on internal customer satisfaction; whereas, compensation system has little effect on it.

The Effects of Employed and Unemployed Mother's Parenting Efficacy and Parental Role Satisfaction on Life-Satisfaction (취업모와 비취업모의 양육효능감, 부모역할만족도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study explored the effects of parenting efficacy and parental role satisfaction on the life-satisfaction of employed and unemployed mothers. The 527 mothers(234 employed, and 277 unemployed), with a child under 7 years old, were selected for this study. The results were as follows. First, employment had significant correlations with several factors, including the number of children, family income, educational level of parents, parent-child relations, preparedness for parental role conflict, and life-satisfaction. Second, for employed mothers, life-satisfaction had positive relationships with various factors, including family income, fathers' educational level, parenting efficacy, and parental role satisfaction; whereas, that of unemployed mothers had positive relationships with parenting efficacy, and parental role satisfaction. Third, for employed mothers, life-satisfaction was affected by several factors, such as family income, parental role satisfaction, parent-child relations, and preparedness for parental role conflict; however, unemployed mothers were affected by the number of children, the fathers' educational level, and self-confidence relating to the parental role, general satisfaction, and preparedness for parental role conflict.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relation between the dwelling location and the satisfaction level, and suggest a proposal to increase the quality of the livability space. A first of this study began from public surveys conducted to gather the information of satisfaction level from 4 multi-family housing sites in Gwang-ju. The plan was to the characteristics of the LS(livability space). The poll and the observation investigation was run concurrently. The cross analysis and the frequency analysis were used to analyze the data from the questionnaires. The validity of fixed quantitative index was got through the correlation analysis between the result of former analysis and index of livability space. The result said that the dwelling location have relations with the satisfaction level. In the conclusion, this will be a suggestion of the methods to enhance equal-quality of the livability space.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of DISC behavior pattern, stress-managing method, and the stress level on job attitude of hospital Employees, and to provide suggestions for effective human resources management in hospital settings. First, the research suggested emotional or aversive stress-managing method had significant influence to the stress level, whereas DISC behavior patterns did not. Second, to the job satisfaction, Influence, Compliance and Steadiness of DISC behavior patterns, challenging or aversive stress-managing method, and the stress level showed immediate meaningful effect. Third, for the system immersion, challenging or emotional ress-managing method as well as the job satisfaction showed direct influence. Especially, the challenging method had not only a direct but an indirect effect through mediating job satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this paper is to simulate public trust on nuclear regulation policy. The first of all, public trust variables and the model were developed and analysed by system dynamic method. The model are consisted of the operator safety culture level, regulatory competence levels, the public satisfaction and public trust level. The scenario is made up three type which base scenario, the system operator's safety culture level and accident event level. First. the simulation results of standard scenario shows that rapidly declining public satisfaction and trust level of the national safety after Japan's nuclear accident in November 2011. Second, operator safety culture level and simulated divided into three levels. The results showed that a greater impact on the public satisfaction if bad than good case. Finally, the size of the accident was simulated divided into three levels levels(no accident, medium, serious accidents). the results showed a weak effect against the regulatory capacity and safety performance levels but showed a significant impact on public satisfaction and confidence level.

Patterns of commitment to Work Role and Fathering and the Level of Life Satisfaction among Married Men (기혼 남성의 아버지역할과 직업역할 몰입 유형화와 생활만족도)

  • The main purpose of this study is to examine the relation between different patterns of commitment to work role and fathering and the level of life satisfaction. 272 fathers, whose oldest child is under 12 years old with professional, managerial and clerical jobs, were selected. The major findings of this study were as follow: 1) Married men with the oldest child under 12 years old were more likely to be committed to fathering than to work role. 2) The significant variables that affected the level of commitment to fathering were the age of the oldest child, the frequency of participation in the meeting after work, parental satisfaction, and how they perceive the spousal support. And the significant variables that affected the level of commitment to work role were type of job, parental distress, work satisfaction, work distress. 3) Patterns of commitment to fathering and work role were categorized into four groups. The names were given as positively balanced commitment pattern, positive fathering commitment pattern, negative fathering commitment pattern, and totally negative commitment pattern. 4) The significant variables important in classifying the patterns of commitment to work role and fathering appeared to be the age of the oldest child, work distress, the frequency of participation in the meeting after work, parental satisfaction, how they perceive the spousal support, work satisfaction and weekend total working hour. 5) The balanced positive commitment to work and fathering was associated with the highest level of life satisfaction.

Consumers′ Information Search and Satisfaction in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래시 소비자정보탐색과 소비자만족에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined which factors were related to the amount of consumer information and the level of consumer satisfaction in electronic commerce. The sample (n= 426) was composed of those who had already engaged in e-commerce. T-test and ANOVA were completed to investigate how the amount of information and the level of satisfaction differ by socioeconomic, internet-related, and purchase-related characteristics of the consumers. The results of this study were as follows: First, consumers who were female and college graduates were more likely to search lots of information in e-commerce. The amount of consumer information was positively related to both the years of internet experiences and the time used on internet per day. Second, consumers who were male, aged on 30s, and who were college graduates with higher incomes were more likely to gather information about product functions, while consumers who were female with less experiences of internet shopping were more likely to consider the brand name. Third, income and education level were positively associated with the level of consumer satisfaction in e-commerce. Those who have experienced lots of purchase in e-commerce were generally satisfied with the shopping in e-commerce. Fourth, the amount of consumer information was positively related to the level of consumer satisfaction, especially satisfaction regarding product qualify and the convenience of shopping in e-commerce.

The Effect of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Orientation on Service Delivery Level (판매원의 직무만족과 고객지향성이 서비스제공수준에 미치는 영향)

  • Employees of sales departments of apparel makers play an important role in the success of a fashion-related business because they provide service through the direct contact with customers. This research tests several hypothesized relationships between its determinants, such as job satisfaction and customer orientation, along with service delivery level. The subjects in this study were salespeople who worked at fashion stores in Yeosu and Sunchon. To measure the hypotheses, 200 questionnaires were handed out and 185 were collected. 163 questionnaires were used for the analysis, as 22 were found to be invalid. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression techniques were used after coding and cleaning the data with the software SPSS 18.0. The result of this study are as follow. First, job satisfaction have a positive influence on employee's customer orientation. Second, job satisfaction have an effect on procedural and hospitable service delivery level. Third, it was found that the customer orientation have a significant impact on their procedural and hospitable service delivery level.

A Study on Consumer Satisfaction with Food Service Purchase Behavior -Focused on University Students- (외식구매행동에 나타난 소비자만족도에 관한 연구 -대학생을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic materials for food service consumption culture by proving the problem with food service purchase and its improvements. For this purpose, it was attempted to grasp university students' food service purchase behavior and level of satisfaction with it and to investigate the factors influencing their level of satisfaction with food service purchase. The questionnaire research was conducted for university students living in Seoul and Chungcheong provinces. 453 questionnaires obtained from them were used for final analysis. As a results, the following finding were obtained: 1. In case of university students, their level of consumer satisfaction with food service purchase was shown to be the score of 37.99(63.06/on the basis of 100 points). They showed the highest level of satisfaction with quality, followed by facility and atmosphere, service, price and the like. 2. The factor having the greatest influence on university students' level of satisfaction with food service purchase was shown to be gender(female), followed by food service place(Korean food restaurant, Chinese food restaurant, Western food restaurant, flour-based meals restaurant), consumer attitude, average monthly food service cost.
