The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing the attitude and satisfaction with inventory management of hospitals. Data were collected from 344 employees in two hospitals located in Seoul and one hospital located in Choong-Chung Do, Korea, using a self-administered questionnaire. Items included in the self-administered questionnaire were hospital and socioeconomic characteristics of personnels such as the level of knowledge, practice, attitude, and satisfaction with inventory management of hospitals. Major findings were as follows; Job position was significantly associated with satisfaction with inventory management. According to age, sex, type of position and aptitude of personnel the level of positive attitude to and satisfaction with inventory management showed significant association. Generally, those who had higher level of knowledge and practice showed a higher tendency toward positive attitude of inventory management, except for those in medical support post. A higher tendency of satisfaction with inventory management was also observed, with the exception of personnel in nurse post. This study showed that major factors affecting attitude toward inventory management are level of knowledge and practice, and factors affecting satisfaction are job position and aptitude. The level of attitude and satisfaction explained by these factors were 46.8% and 12.2%, respectively. According to the results of this study, higher level of knowledge and practice, job position and aptitude appear to be essential for the implementation of effective inventory management. Factors affecting attitude and satisfaction of inventory management should be studied more in depth systematically so that other objective test and measurements can be developed.

In this paper, we propose basic materials for effective education of essential basic nursing skills and empirical base supporting the strengthening of essential basic nursing skills. An investigation was conducted with nursing college students ready for an employment on the relationship between the students' knowledge level of essential basic nursing skills and their satisfaction level against the clinical practice. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheffē test and Pearson's correlation coefficients. in SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The findings of this study were as follows. 1) The knowledge level of essential basic nursing skills received a score of 88.95. 'Admission management' item received the highest score of 4.96 point on a 5 point scale while 'Retention urinary catheterization' item received the lowest score of 3.06. The higher the difficulty level of essential basic nursing skills was, the lower the knowledge level of it was. 2) The satisfaction against the clinical practice received a score of 3.28. In the clinical practice area, the satisfaction against the curriculum received a score of 3.84, the satisfaction against clinical practice contents a score of 3.39, the satisfaction against clinical practice environment a score of 3.17, the satisfaction against clinical practice time a score of 3.15. There was a significant correlation between the knowledge level of essential basic nursing skills and clinical practice satisfaction. These findings indicate that a systematic education of essential basic nursing skills could improve nursing students' satisfaction against the clinical practice.
The purpose of this study was to illuminate the ways to im-prove the level of life satisfaction of the elderly who chose or happened to live at paid facilities by examining some of factors such as individual family social support and facility related el-ements that would influence their life satisfaction. The interview outcomes came out in three main discussions. First the general characteristics of the participating elderly appeared to be that most of them were ver7y elderly relatively highly educated females and religions and the rate of being ill was high. And a half of them considered themselves as heal- thy people and the other half as unhealthy. Secondly in view of statisticsal results the level of their life satisfaction was influnced by their individual family and facillity related factors. As far as their individual related factor are concerned the level of one party's life satisfaction was relative-ely higher than that of other's when the person is female had religio presumed oneself as in healthy and good physical condition. And when participating member keeps good relation-ship with his or her own children the level of the person's life satisfaction was only slightly higher than other elderly group who did not have good relationship with their children. There were no other significant statistical differences on the level of their life satisfaction related to the social support factors between those two group. Thirdly the level of the elderly's life satisfaction was influe- nced in the order of folldwing factors: (1) the quality of facility living condition 2) the commitment of ownership of the organization (3) the elderly residents' own education level (4) the elderly's own subjectivel health condition and (5) the sex of the individuals.
Purpose: This study is a descriptive research conducted for looking into the role awareness level. role conflicts, and job satisfaction among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service. Method: 154 specialized home care nurses in 63 hospitals and clinics that are implementing home care programs were subject to the study. Result: 1. The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses was $4.47\pm0.41$ on average out of 5. 2. The average score for role conflicts was $3.87\pm0.61$ out of 5. 3. In terms of job satisfaction level. $3.33\pm0.71$ was scored out of 5. 4. It has been discovered that there are statistically significant positive correlations among role awareness level, role conflicts(r= .224, P= .005), and job satisfaction level(r= .166, P=.040), while a negative correlation was detected between role conflicts and job satisfaction level(r=-.210, P= .009). Conclusion: The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service was very high and job satisfaction level was high when the level of home care nursing antecedents was high and the organization structure of working place was independent. But the level of role conflicts coming out of the weakness of job-supporting system was high. So the realistic alternative such as the improvement of working environment by administrative, institutional support, is required to make up for this problem in the future.
This study was to investigate the relationship between the level of life satisfaction of middle-aged woman and that of the family cohesion and adaptibility, the subjects were 243 married women aged from 40 to 59 years old. The survey instruments were Life Satisfaction Scale and FACESⅢ by using SPSSPC+ program package, especially ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results were as follows; 1. The overall levels of life satisfaction were middling. 2. The family cohesions were relatively high, adaptibility middling. 3. 1) The levels of life satisfaction were different according to their ages, frequencies of leisure activities, and levels of household income. 2) The levels of life satisfaction were different according to the levels of the family adaptibility and cohesion. 3) Dividing the family type into tow part by the levels of cohesion and adaptibility, the levels of life satisfaction had no differences in typeⅠ based on curvilinea hypothesis, but those of life satisfaction had differences in typeⅡ on linear hypothesis. 4. The results of stepwise multiple regression ; the variables having an effects on the level of life satisfaction were revealed cohesion, frequencies of leisure activities, and the level of household income, and their explanatory power 33%.

This study aims to survey the satisfaction level with the fit of ready-made suits(jackets and pants) among adult males and thereby to show its differences by the age group and body type. The respondents to the questionnaire survey were 465 males, aged 20 through 59 years. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The average satisfaction level for the fit of each item ranged from 2.65 to 3.57, with the higher level found in jackets than in pants, and also in circumference parts than in length parts 2. The satisfaction level for the fit by the age of adult males showed inter-group differences in the parts of jacket length, sleeve length, shoulder width, sleeve openings, and sleeve band width for jackets; and pant length of pants. 3. The satisfaction level for the fit by the body type of adult males indicated into-group differences in chest circumference of jackets only. 4. The satisfaction level for the fit, with the exclusion of the age and body type relationship showed that adult males are affected more by the age than by the body type. 5. In the repair frequency by the item, pants(45.6%) showed a higher level than jackets(24.7%). The parts with a high repair level by the item were jacket length(8.4%) and steeve length(19.8%) for jackets; and pant length(42.4%) and waist circumference(8.4%) for pants.
The objected of this study were to investigate how social class system influences family life, especially, marital relationship through area of marital satisfaction and marital stability and to find out influences of variables related to marital stability, that is, marital satisfaction, marital alternatives and barriers to marital breakup. The study was performed in a viewpoint of social exchange approach. Major findings were as follows; First, husbands and wive's marital satisfaction and marital stability differed significantly by their level of SES. The marital satisfaction scores and the marital stability score of higher class were higher than those of lower class. second, the higher the marital satisfaction scores and the barriers to marital breakup scores were, the higher the marital stability scores were. And the higher the marital alternatives scores were, the loser the marital stability scores were. Third, the independent influences of variables related to marital stability were differed by level of SES. The last, the typology of marital satisfaction and marital stability differed by level of SES. In lower class, the marriage type of low satisfaction and low stability is more than other types. But in middle and upper class, the most marriage type is high satisfaction and high stability marriage.
Purpose: This study analyzed the difference in participation motive, expectation for educational institution and educational satisfaction depending on participation level of students of advanced course for bachelor of dental technology. Methods: 81 students of advanced course for bachelor of dental technology from four university were selected by convenience sampling method. To analyzed influence of participation level depending on participation motive, expectation for educational institution and educational satisfaction, regression analysis was carried out. Results: The participation level of the students was found to be influenced by the educational satisfaction, participation motive and expectation for educational institution. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is important to understand the participation motive of the students and to offer satisfaction environment and administrative support for enhancing the expectation for education for educational institution.
This study researches the level of satisfaction by apartment building management factor for different characteristics of apartment building residents and seeks to understand the relationship between socio-psychological properties and level of satisfaction. This study is based on a comparative method using a questionnaire by more than 682 housewives living in apartment complexes. Residents of apartment buildings are generally satisfied with housing and management of the apartment building that they are currently living in, but they wanted improvements such as programs that can support community living and increase participation of residents and operation of a web site. Furthermore, it was found that there was a significant difference in terms of operation management, such as sanitation control and processing for apartment buildings and community life management, according to the characteristics of the resident. Also, level of satisfaction in management was found to be influenced by pride and level of satisfaction in relationships with neighbors, showing that management of apartment buildings can have a positive impact on the socio-psychological properties of the residents.
This study examines the effects of consumer counseling education on the work performance and work satisfaction of consumer counselors, controlling the effects of other variables. The results of this study is as below: First, approximately 70% of consumer counselors have not had any education pertinent to their work. The level of work performance was highest in listening to customers' complaints, and then consistence of counseling work and explanation for counseling were next. Professionality was the last in order. Second, consumer counseling education did not affect the work performance. Instead, the number of counselors and work experience, along with whether the counselor majored in consumer studies, were more likely to increase the performance. Finally, educating counseling skills did not affect the level of work satisfaction. Instead, the work performance affected the level of work satisfaction. The number of workers and income were positively related with the level of work satisfaction.
