In this paper, we propose a system to walk around the world with virtual reality technology. Although the virtual reality users are interested in the virtual travel contents, the conventional virtual travel contents have limited space for experiencing and lack of interactivity. In order to solve the problem of lack of realism and limited space, which is a disadvantage of existing contents, this system created a virtual space using Google Street View image. Users can have realistic experience with real street images, and travel a vast area of the world provided by Google Street View image. Also, a virtual reality headset and a treadmill equipment are used so that the user can actually walk in the virtual space, which maxmizes user interactivity and immersion. We expect this system contributes to the leisure activities of virtual reality users by allowing natural walking trip from famous tourist spots to even mountain roads and alleys.

Korea society is known as gambling republic. It is very dishonorable name, but do not deny this if know the real condition. Gambling had spread gradually in our society and these trend caused much problems. It is true that confrontation was insufficient extremely in reply than gravity of gambling. Tend to recognize gambling by one of leisure life by effect of lawful gambling so-called such as horse racing, casino. While pernicious evil of gambling to our society, police's confrontation system is not effective. The police does technique investigation to look for and arrest criminal using criminal's fixed means and method and habit. Crime who correspond to technique investigation is prescribing to crime technique mutual assistance data administration rule. Gambling is excepted in technique crime's subject despite is very repeatable and is crime who have habit. The police must improve in gambling criminal investigation system for society public order.

There is rising interest in green energy, energy efficient equipment, and products as countries show increased interest in 'Low Carbon and Green Growth'. The cellphone has become one of the essential influences on modem people beyond the meaning itself by the release and the commercialization of the Smartphone. Thus, it considers that the introduction of fashion for cellphones and digital devices to be always on should be a quite natural design attempt for humans to wear clothes at all times. In addition, outdoor activities increase as the population enjoys more sports and leisure time that requires the development of specialized outwear such as the development of a functional jacket. This specialized field is associated with higher value-added businesses. This study made a prototype of a functional jacket equipped with solar cells that established a system of a fashion design that is harmonious with green growth as a plan to measure of fashion design for green growth. The objects of this study are as follow: First, the study seeks a design method for green growth. Second, it makes a prototype to present the improved design method. Third, it presents the establishment of a design system that considers green growth and the concrete measures practical for the system. It established the design system and made the prototype of functional jacket equipped with solar cells, LED, and digital devices as a measure of design for green growth based on the improvement plan of the design that the problems had been supplemented for. Previous studies were mainly about prototypes that attempted to equip mobile digital devices as a study of smart wear; however, this study leaves the issue of power supply for a follow-up study that is different from preceding studies.

In order to improve the performance of TCAS it should improve the performance of the sensor, which transmits a variety of information. In this paper, To improve the performance of the existing radar sensors such as being used in behalf of the next generation air traffic control system, ads-b the applied. In addition, ADS-B in a high precision by using information from the correction GPS system, SBAS assume would be able to apply an improved location accuracy for TCAS and analyzed TCAS and ADS-B. Played the simulation results, TCAS equipment receives the help of these ADS-B can calculate a CPA to determine the position of the aircraft in advance, and it was confirmed that it is possible to reduce the unnecessary RA operation, also, the pilot reduction and the workload, it has advantages such as fuel consumption and time associated with the reduced operation unnecessary RA was confirmed.

Continuously motivating people to exercise regularly is more important than finding a way out of barriers such as lack of time, cost of equipment, lack of nearby facilities, and poor weather. Our proposed system presents practicable methods of motivation through a diverse exercise aid system. The Health Improvement and Management System (all-in-one system which saves space and maintenance costs) measures and evaluates a diverse body shape analysis and physical fitness test and directs users to automated personalized exercise prescription which is prescribed by the expert system of three types of exercise templates: aerobics, anaerobics, and leisure sports. Automated personalized exercise prescriptions are built into XML based documents because the data needs to be in the form of flexible, expansible, and convertible structures in order to process various exercise templates, BIOFIT, a digital exercise trainer, monitors and provides feedback on the physiological parameters while users are working out in the gymnasium. If these parameters do not range within the prescribed target zone, the device will alarm users to control the exercise and make the exercise trainer adjust systemically the proper exercise level. Numeric health information such as the report of the physical fitness test and the exercise prescription makes people stay interested in exercising. In addition, this service can be delivered through the Internet.

This study analyzed the recreational scuba diving regulations in Korea and other foreign countries and it proposes five changes to improve the Act On The Safety, Promotion, Etc. Of Underwater Leisure Activities in Korea. First, "recreational underwater activity participant" should be modified to refer to 'an individual or group of individuals entering into a contract with a recreational underwater activity businessperson for their own use'. Second, the person setting up the recreational underwater activity zone should be expanded to 'recreational underwater activity businessperson and/or recreational underwater activity participant'. Third, since recreational technical diving uses nitrox or mixed gas, a clause should be added that a sticker or band clearly indicating the type of gas should be attached. Fourth, a Surface Marker Buoy (SMB) should be added to the diving equipment, and the daily management and maintenance of cylinders should be specified in detail. Fifth, it is necessary to specify in the Act that recreational underwater activity participants are encouraged to purchase diving insurance for their own use. In addition, for the safety of underwater activity participants, the Act must specifically state the emergency procedures and diving guidelines of a recreational underwater activity businessperson.

This study aimed to examine the general characteristics of individual workers, psychosocial working environment, and ergonomic risk factors which affect the status of musculoskeletal disorders. Self-report was carried out for musculoskeletal symptoms and ergonomic risks in working environment in 856 production workers in 16 small to medium sized manufacturing companies. Musculoskeletal symptoms were examined with a standardized questionnaire, and ergonomic risks were evaluated with a qualitative self-administered instrument for the tasks related to musculoskeletal disorders. Major findings were as follows: 1) Complaint rate for musculoskeletal symptoms was higher in female, aged, married workers with longer working hours, less leisure/hobby activity, longer household working hours and history of disease or accident. 2) Complaint rate for musculoskeletal symptoms was significantly higher in workers with dissatisfaction, difficult tasks, and no self-control at work. 3) Complaint rate for musculoskeletal symptoms was significantly higher in workers involved in tasks with major ergonomic risk factors, and handling heavy equipment. 4) Explanatory power increased the model with the musculoskeletal symptoms as dependent variable and demographic variables, psychosocial working environment and ergonomic risk factors included, and total explanatory power of 18.6% revealed the significant effect. Based on the results, we can conclude that musculoskeletal symptoms in manufacturing workers are associated with individual demographic characteristics, psychosocial working environment and ergonomic risk factors.

The many vessels are built with FRP(Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) material for small boats and medium vessels. However, FRP is impossible to be used for recyclable material owing to environmental problems and causes large proportion of collision accidents because radar reflection wave is so weak that large vessels could not detect FRP ships during the sailing. Hence, Al alloy comes into the spotlight to solve these kinds of problems as a new-material for next generation instead of FRP. Al alloy ships are getting widely introduced for fish and leisure boats to save fuel consumption due to lightweight. In this study, it was selected 6061-T6 Al alloy which are mainly used for Al-ships and carried out various electrochemical experiment such as potential, anodic/cathodic polarization, Tafel analysis, potentiostatic experiment and surface morphologies observation after potentiostatic experiment for 1200 sec by using the SEM equipment to evaluate optimum corrosion protection potential in sea water. It is concluded that the optimum corrosion protection potential range is -1.4 V ~ -0.7 V(Ag/AgCl) for 6061-T6 Al alloy, in the case of application of ICCP(Impressed current cathodic protection), which was shown the lowest current density at the electrochemical experiment and good specimen surface morphologies after potentiostatic experiment for Al-Mg-Si(6061-T6) Al alloy in seawater environment.

The playgrounds installed in the city try a variety of changes in play equipment more than traditional playgrounds, these playgrounds with formal rides are still different from nature friendly playground. For this reason, when in 2014 the department of environment pushed forward 'Aitteulag' project constructing ecological playground, the department aimed to provide the natural ecological spaces that are insufficient in the city and act as play space for children, leisure and community space for residents. Therefore, after inspecting 10 ecological playgrounds in Europe and Japan, in this study we suggested the construction guidelines of ideal ecological playground by comparing and analyzing these cases. We checked the environment-friendliness of these playgrounds in the 2 fields (playground component, ecological program) based on the ecological playground guidelines presented by the ministry of environment. The playground components are classified as siting location, spatial configurations, natural elements, play area, amusement facilities, play materials, open spaces, additional facilities. The ecological programs are divided into habitat, species, natural material, five senses. The following is the summary of the results about the reflection of eco-friendly planning factors. In terms of "habitat": bush and shade wood were highest at 95%. In terms of "species": local indigene(100%) and habitat for insects(95%) were higher than others. In terms of "natural material": wood(61.1%) was the highest. In terms of "details of wood(61.1%)": wood fence (95%), exploring wood and using sticks(85%) were higher than others. In terms of "five senses": hearing (32.1%), tactile(26.4%), and visual(23.9%) were in order. Therefore, on the basis of these results, this study proposed the planning factors that should be considered and complemented more in the construction of domestic urban ecological playground in future.

In roadside workplaces, more attention should be paid to the safety of workers. The roadside workers underestimate the effect of the brightness of their clothes and judge that drivers will recognize them easily, and the drivers misjudge that the roadside workers are far away and that the vehicle can be stopped in sufficient time. Therefore, customized safety education reflecting this and wearing work clothes with certified visibility functions are required. In Korea, it is not compulsory for roadside workers and vehicle guide attendants to wear work clothes with a visibility function. In this study, the distance ahead perceived by drivers was measured using manikins wearing certified and non-certified reflective safety vests. The perception distance of the non-certified reflective safety vest was 1.4 times longer than that of the certified reflective safety vest, thus confirming the importance of wearing a certified reflective safety vest. To prevent roadside workers from suffering traffic accidents, we propose the enactment of a law that makes it mandatory for them to wear high-visibility safety clothing. Specifically, Article 32 of the Enforcement Regulation of the Road Traffic Act should include high-visibility safety clothing in life protection equipment, and additionally, to prevent secondary accidents, we propose the enactment of a law requiring the installation and wearing of certified reflective safety vests in vehicles.
