As the Korea Sports Council and The Korean Olympic Committee (KOC) were integrated in June 2009, the Amended Articles expunged the applicable provisions of the e Korea Sports Arbitration Committee (KSAC), which was established in Markch 2006. To successfully host international sports events, such as 2014 Incheon Asian Games and PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics, the Korea Sports Arbitration Committee (KSAC) must be restored immediately. In this sense, this thesis places emphasis on the necessity of precise legal basis with the purpose of the revitalization of sports dispute settlement as well as the enhancement of the Korea Sports Arbitration Committee.

The Basic Act on Low Carbon Green Growth is particularly important because it establishes the basis for climate change policies and replaces Sustainable Development as a directive idea for all environmental policies and regulations. But there still remain some legal and administrative task to shape the relationship with other laws and international codes. This study aims to propose the fact that the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design should be involved at the Basic Act.

In 1986, the People's Insurance Company of China(hereinafter called PICC) Hull Insurance Clauses, which were amended on the basis of the version 1972, were put into effect. Since PICC is the biggest state-owned insurance company in China, its hull insurance clauses have been used nationwide. In the clauses are included the following contents： scope of cover, exclusions, period of insurance, automatical termination of insurance, duty of assured, claim and indemnity, treatment of disputes and so on. However, this study is only limited to the legal interpretation of the most important clauses relating to indemnity of the insurer. The writers attempt to supply some basic materials necessary for the establishment and enforcement of the Korean hull insurance clauses.

Increasing the outsourcing of personal information treatment, the safe management and director for fiduciary is very important. In this paper, under the personal information protection management systems the current situation of fiduciary management and direction was reviewed and the certification system was analysed in terms of availability of the controled items. Under the basis of legal compliance at the time of the Privacy Act, the characteristics of outsourcing type was also analyzed and derived new controled items. As a result of the proposed research, new controled items for fiduciary could be used as a standard for the managing Director.

This study reviews policies related to children's play which are being implemented by the UK at a national level from 2008 to 2020. The Department for Children, Schools, and Families, in cooperations with other central government departments and professional organizations, are developing and implementing the strategy. The purpose of the strategy is to improve play opportunities for all children and young people in England by raising the value and status of play in every community. This study examines the strategy by focusing on firstly, the purpose, vision, and steps to be undertaken; secondly, the methods used and the participating organizations; and thirdly, the legal, social, and academic basis upon which the strategy is founded. By way of conclusion, the researcher argues that we need to consider and learn from the case of the UK to come up with desirable polices for children's education and well-being.

The Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System, which is with the object of establishment of an autonomic and collaborative industrial accident prevent system, comes into force on 1995 through the administration provision of the Ministry of Labor, one year after it had legal basis. The purpose of this study is to put forward revitalization of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System by using the survey(2005.05) of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector in the manufacturing industry. It can be summarized to develop the system as the following: 1) Obligation to the appointment of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector and the Extension to be appointed workplace, 2) Cooperation of the Safety/Health Manager with the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector, 3) Grant the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector to make the round of the workplaces for the providing guidance to workers, 4) Employers' fulfillment of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector's recommendations, 5) Guarantee the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector instructions and its hours.

Occurrences of foodborne disease outbreaks are increasing in Korea. Among the outbreaks, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus are the most important organisms and meat and meat product the major sources of infection. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point system is a process control system designed to identify and prevent microbial and other hazards in food production. It is considered to be the best process management system by the National Advisory Committee for Microbiological Criteria for Foods, the National Academy of Science, and the Codex Alimentarius Commission. The Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare established a legal basis for the implementation of the HACCP system in Article 32-2 (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) of the Food Sanitation Act in December 1995. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has granted research funds for the development of this model system for application to traditional food products and processed fishery products as well as to raw meats. Implementation of the HACCP system is an important step and the Korean food industry and the Government are focused on ensuring food safety in Korea.

The thesis examines the problems for innovation of export and import conditions and shows the various ways of overcoming them. The alternatives of export and import conditions are as follows. First, the government body including customs service should participate on positive lines for the construction of single window and standardization of the required documents. Second, it is required the development of efficient connection system among exporter and importer, customs service, requirement confirmation agency etc. to contribute the simplification of a operation. Therefore this research is intended to improve understanding of changes for innovation and to contribute in support basis, operation structure, legal and institutional side. Practical implications regarding the innovation of export and import conditions for electronic trade are discussed.

대학도서관의 궁극적인 사명은 대학의 교육, 연구, 사회봉사를 지원하기 위한 다양한 정보서비스를 제공하는데 있다. 이러한 사명을 성취하려면 대학도서관의 운영지침, 평가도구로 활용될 수 있는 최적의 기준을 개발하고 적시에 개정해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 주요 국가(미국, 캐나다, 영국, 일본, 대만)의 대학도서관기준이 함축하는 동향과 특징을 개관 비교하고, 국내의 법적 및 권장기준에 내재된 문제점과 한계를 분석하여 장서, 직원, 시설 중심의 개정안을 제시하였다.

In 1996, China, Japan and the ROK all became the party to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). Since then, the UNCLOS has been a fundamental basis for the resolution and management of maritime disputes amongst them. However, there still remain acrimonious disputes in the region. Resources nationalism and the revival of geopolitics aggravates the disputes particularly on sovereignty over disputed islands, maritime delimitation and the legal nature of military activities in other States' Exclusive Economic Zones. Under the circumstances, why have the demands for the conclusion of a regional agreement been raised in this region? A desirable regional agreement regarding ocean affairs should be compatible with the rights and obligations under the UNCLOS, a universal norm regarding ocean affairs. This paper will propose a desirable regional agreement by adopting an incremental approach.
