According to the Railroad Safety Act and section 42 of the Enforcement Ordinance, railway operators should conduct railway safety training regularly(6 or 3 hours per three months). But Overall Railroad Safety Audit conducted 2006 pointed out nonfulfillment of a regulations on railway worker's safety training to each of every 4 railway operators, which proved that the training management had not carried out properly. E-learning is used in various fields with development of Internet and IT technologies. It might be a good alternative tool for railway workers who is in shift working of the company 24 hours a day. Because it is difficult to collect those employees for training, e-learning could overcome obstacles of time and distance. In order to find out suitable e-learning model to railway sector, e-learning system for railway safety training has been researched through investigating e-learning technology and present railway safety training condition.

Learning community is one of the important pillars of the education in knowledge-based society. How to encourage students' spontaneous participation to the learning community is one of the actual problems to solve for the revolution of the education scheme. In this paper we introduce a strategy to boost the activity of the learning community, which works in the on-line space. The keys for the on-line supporting system for the learning community are to have communication space, trading space and connection with industry. To support activities of each space, we provide an on-line web site which includes a community module, a knowledge market module and an industrial commentary module. Students can start their self-leading study in the communication space, and they can also practice skills for the knowledge management in the knowledge trading space. Through the connection space, they can learn more from the real world critics with help of industry.

학교도서관은 교사와 학생들의 교수·학습활동을 지원하고, 학교의 교육과정 전개에 이바지할 수 있어야 한다. 최근, 교육부가 추진하고 있는 자기주도적 학습은 자료중심을 통하여 학생들에게 문제해결능력을 길러주자는 것이다. 자료중심교육은 학교도서관을 떠나서 생각할 수 없는 문제이다. 모든 도서관중에서 가장 기본적인 학교도서관은 정부의 제도적, 행정적인 뒷받침이 없으면 발전할 수 없는 특성을 가지고 있다. 그 동안 정부당국의 무관심과 입시위주의 교육 때문에 거의 빈사상태에 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 학교도서관 관계법령을 개정하여 제도적으로 정착시켜야한다. 어떠한 제도나 조직의 발전은 결국 사람의 문제로 귀결된다고 보아야 한다. 아무리 좋은 법령을 만들고 제도적 장치를 마련해 두어도 행정적인 지원과 뒷받침이 없으면 그 제도나 조직은 발전할 수 없다. 그 조직에 대한 관계기관의 애정어린 관심과 발전에 대한 강력한 의지가 있어야 한다.

Accidents or disease can lead to acquired voice dysphonia. In this case, we propose a new input interface based on eye movements to facilitate communication for patients. Unlike the existing method that presents the English alphabet as it is, we reorganized the layout of the alphabet to support the Korean alphabet and designed it so that patients can enter words by themselves using only eye movements, gaze, and blinking. The proposed interface not only reduces fatigue by minimizing eye movements, but also allows for easy and quick input through an intuitive arrangement. For natural communication, we also implemented a system that allows patients who are unable to speak to communicate with their own voice. The system works by tracking eye movements to record what the patient is trying to say, then using Glow-TTS and Multi-band MelGAN to reconstruct their own voice using the learned voice to output sound.

The important field of research on ship operation is related to the high efficiency of transportation, the convenience of maneuvering ships and the safety of navigation. As a way of practical application for a smart ship based on network system, this paper proposes the intelligent support system for ship steering control system based on TCP/IP and desires to testify the validity of the proposal by applying the fuzzy control model to the steering control system. As the specific study methods, the fuzzy inference was adopted to build the maneuvering models of steersman, and then the network system was implemented using the TCP/IP socket-based programming. Lastly, the miniature model steering control system combined with LIBL (Linguistic Instruction-based Learning) was designed to testify for its effectiveness.

의사결정자 지원은 문제 인식, 대안 생성, 최적안 선정 등 협의의 의사결정 지원시스템 (Decision Support System, DSS) 뿐 아니라 의사결정자의 일상업무지원과 의사결정 능력 향상을 위한 교육을 포함한다. 본 논문의 목적은 의사결정자를 지워하기 위한 일종의 광의의 의사결정 지원 시스템인 의사결정자 지원시스템(Decision Maker Support System, DMSS)에 대한 개념적 틀을 제시하는 것이다. DMSS는 전통적인 의사 결정 지원시스템, 업무처리 시스템, 가상교육 시스템 및 이들을 통합 관리하여 특정 의사결정자의 요구에 맞게 구성해 주는 DMSS 관리자를 핵심 요소로 하며 원격의 의사결정자 존재를 생각하여 사용자 인터페이스는 웹 기반을 고려하였다. 특히 DMSS의 하위 시스템의 지식을 통합하기 위해 일원화된 지식베이스를 설계하였다. 그리고 DMSS의 가능성을 보이기 위해 가상 시나리오를 통해 설명하였다.

본 논문에서는 커널 함수를 이용한 기법을 통한 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 추천 시스템은 기계 학습 기법을 이용하여 새로운 아이템에 대한 사용자의 선호도를 예측하고 예측된 결과를 바탕으로 사용자가 선호할만한 아이템들을 추천한다. 일반적으로 사용자의 평가 정보는 잡음이 포함되어 있고 일관성이 적으므로 잡음에 영향을 적게 받는 이원 분류기인 이중 마진 Lagrangian support vector machine (DMLSVM) 을 사용한다. 제안된 기법은 MovieLens 데이터베이스에 적용하였다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 방법의 우수성을 확인하였다.

Today, universities in Korea give a great effort to complement basic college scholastic ability of freshman. Maybe it could be unnecessary effort from university. However, we cannot just leave students who have poor academic performance about 10 to 30% in a university. Universities have to prepare to solve this problem. Thus government and universities investigate a lot of efforts but there is no guarantee. As a result, e-learning could be the best solution to complement poor academic performance of freshman and it also could be the best way to reduce financial burden of university. So, many universities introduce e-learning system and they also support professors to make e-learning content. We need to promote content usage and to improve overall operations. In this paper, we discuss poor academic performance problems under the current middle and high school education systems and review approaches to solve these problems. From this analysis, we propose the design of an effective e-learning system and a method of operation to complement students who achieve poor academic performance.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects school business hospital-based integrated health education on learning transfer factor and level. Methods : This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 60 students at D college using metastatic diagnostic tool who took the integrated health education curriculum, statistical analysis utilized the SPSS 17.0 for window version. Results : On comparison of the details 5 clauses, 29 questions using LTSI, this study found that the integrated health education based on the school business hospital is effective for learning transfer. Conclusion : What the integrated health education based on clinic practice system at D college to overcome the limitations of health and medical line is effective for learning transfer and it will be useful to cultivate professional.

This paper aims to analyse facilities and characteristics of management for 21 model schools' open education system. So, we analyzed the class management and the methods of open education, teacher's mind, the shape and form of study group and we investigated teachers' satisfaction rate about the physical space. As a result, it is considered that the change for structure of learning space unit is needed because of the limitation in standard class size by the rule for construction. Considering the decrease of real using space by the space of learning materials or learning furniture, it should enlarge the structure of learning space unit or decrease the number of students. And to use multipurpose space practically as a place of study, it need that the multiple support of study program for teachers by government, support in course of study, giving training opportunity to teachers, distribution of personal management.
