  • 인터넷의 급속한 확산과 웹 기반의 학습을 제공하는 시스템이 늘어남에 따라 언제, 어디서나 웹을 이용한 학습이 가능한 환경이 제공되게 되었다. 하지만 활성화된 온라인 교육에서도 면대면 강의의 장점을 완벽하게 수용하기엔 어려움이 있다[1]. 따라서 최근에 LMS(Learning Management System)를 이용한 학습에서 학습자의 학습활동 평가[1,2], 학습자의 개별학습 성향[3], 다양한 콘텐츠 자원 활용[1,4] 등에서 많은 연구와 대안이 도출되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LMS내에 저작환경을 제공함으로써 기존의 클라이언트에서 단방향으로 이루어졌던 콘텐츠 제작을 서버단에서 제공하여 콘텐츠 제작 시 학습자 학습활동 추적 정보생성과 전달 내용의 성격, 학습자의 성향에 따른 다양한 콘텐츠를 수용 할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다.

  • Machine learning model gained the popularity in recent years as multi-national companies have incorporated machine learning in their services. Such service is called machine learning as a service (MLaSS). Such services are provided to users based on charge-per-query which triggers the motivations for adversaries to steal the trained victim model to reduce the cost of using the service. Therefore, it is important for companies that provide MLaSS to protect their intellectual property (IP) against adversaries. It has been arms race between the attack and defence in a context of the privacy of machine learning models. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive study of recent development in protecting privacy of machine learning models.

The Study of Implicit Motor Learning Using a Serial Reaction Time Task (연속 반응시간 과제를 이용한 내재적 운동학습의 특성 연구)

  • Motor skill learning can be acquired implicitly without consciousness of what is being learned. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of implicit motor learning in young and elderly people using a perceptual-motor task. Forty normal young and elderly subjects participated. A modified version of the Serial Reaction Time Task (SRTT) using six blocks of twelve perceptual motor sequences was administered. The paradigm consisted of the first random sequence block followed by the four patterned blocks and another random block. In each block, the go signal consisted of an asterisk displayed in the one of the four parallel arrayed boxes in the middle of the screen. Subjects were instructed to push the corresponding response buttons as quickly as possible. Young subjects demonstrated shorter reaction times during the consecutive patterned blocks reflecting appropriate learning accomplished. Elderly subjects were able to learn a perceptual-motor task with implicit knowledge, but the performance was lower than that of the young persons. These results indicated that implicit sequence learning is still preserved in elderly adults, but the rate of learning is slower.

  • The practical learning experience is the heart of nursing's professional program of study, have been the most widely disscussed and yet the least studied of all nursing education activities. The major goal of practical learning experience is to provide opportunities in realistic work settings that permit the nursing student to develop the knowledge, skill It attitudes of a beginning practitioner. The purpose of this study is to identify the experience of practical learning in the children's rehabilitation center by nursing students, to provide basic information for developing practical learning in pediatric nursing education. The study design was a descriptive study. Data were collected 74 cases of journaling which came from senior nursing students who cared for the handicapped children in P rehabilitation center from 24, August, 1997 to 29, Decmber, 29, 1998. The collected data were analyzed using the content analysis by Kim & Lee(1986), Kim(1987). The results are as follows : The content of practical learning in the children's rehabilitation center were classified with 5 domains. The domains were , , , , and .

An Iterative Learning Control for the Precision Improvement of a CNC Machining center (CNC 머시닝센터의 정밀도 향상을 위한 반복학습제어)

  • We made a counter to measure the output of motor encoders for the motion error analysis of a CNC machining center, and have measured the dynamic characteristics and the position errors experimentally. Especially, we measured the radius errors for different feedrates and different radii when the CNC machining center performed a circular interpolation. We have also used an iterative learning method to reduce the radius errors and stick motion errors generated by the CNC machining center performing a circular interpolation. The results show that the proposed learning scheme can reduce the radius error and stick motion error significantly. The reduction of errors becomes more pronounced for higher feedrate and smaller radius.

  • 최근 의료 현장에 인공지능 기술의 도입이 가속화 되고 있다. 특히, 의료영상 분석 분야의 관련된 기 시스템 및 소프트웨어의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있다. 본 연구는 인공지능 기술을 적용하기 위한 학습의료영상 구성을 제안하고 이를 기반으로 X-ray 영상 중 손부위에 적용하여 오른손과 왼손을 판별하는 응용에 적용하였다. 그리고 Deep Learning Algorithm의 CNN을 개선하여 개발한 Advanced GoogLeNet를 적용하여 97%이상의 정확도를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 인공지능에 적용하기 위한 학습데이터 셋 구성과 개선된 알고리즘은 다양한 의료영상분석에 적용하고자 한다.

A Study on the Effectiveness of Learning Organization Managed by Medical Center (의료기관 학습조직 운영효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study was designed to suggest a learning organization in a medical center by examining the factors to influence effectiveness of the learning organization. We collected the data of 586 persons who participated once or more times in the learning organization managed from 2000 to 2002 by Y Medical Center located in Seoul, and included the data of 285 persons in the final analysis. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, as the results of examining the regression coefficients to predict the effectiveness of and satisfaction with the learning organization through the learning level, learning method and learning organization constructing level as the general variables, the important influential factors were shown as follows: 1)knowledge creation, knowledge storing, private learning, organizational learning, and learning organization construction of occupational and human levels as the factors to predict the working competency; 2) learning organization construction of the human level as the factors to assume the duty satisfaction; 3) gender, working years, private learning, team learning and organizational construction level for the prediction of the organizational commitment; and 4) medical technical service, knowledge creation, organization learning, and constructing level of the environmental and human levels for the assumption of the satisfaction with experience in the learning organization. Based on the study results of the effects in managing the learning organization, we can conclude the followings. First, the members who are in various working positions and occupations need to continuously participate in the learning organization. Second, to raise the organizational outcome from the management of the learning organization, it is necessary to establish systematic concepts in the constituents of the organizational effectiveness such as working competency improvement, duty satisfaction and organizational commitment, and the experience satisfaction of the learning organization. Finally, the future of the organization depends on the learning competencies of the organization members. To continuously exist and develop the organization, the private learning of the organizational members should be constantly spread and shared over the organizational level, and the usual innovations such as repetitive and habitual organizational learning should be generally tried out throughout the whole field of the management.

  • Purpose : In this study, we selected three research subjects to attempt to clear learning motivation of college students is what impact the stress coping style and stress test. First, age, gender, the future career after graduation, the presence or absence of part-time job is, its impact on learning motivation. Second, learning motivation is what effect the stress of the test. Third, based on the motivation of learning, how deal pursuing efforts form the social support, the center of the problem-solving approach, seeking to avoid the reaction to stress how different form. Methods : K University occupational therapy and one, two, three grade 100 students (male 22 people, female 78) to target age, sex, and after graduation, part-time status, motivation, stress, stress coping style questionnaire for distribution and was written. Results : First of all, women's social support form graduation course, more robust than pursue blank after the synchronization uncertainty and stress, and graduated from the trading center and avoid the use of career, more form. Second, motivation and stress test, a difference between the notice could not see. Third, the higher the motivation of learning, problem-solving, Action form to the center to use as many as you, but avoid using too much in the center form is addressed. Conclusion : As a result of the study that came out of the course after graduating from ensure that learning motivation is high, the more the uncertainty, the more to cope with stress in the center of the form to avoid form address was used. Because of this, the student careers after graduation, to make sure that can help you to compare efforts over is believed to be necessary.

  • E-learning is cyber-education that gives open education to everyone by providing various contents through Internet and IT technologies, and it has been spreading rapidly. In this paper, we describes an effective prototype design scheme for establishing e-Learning center, centered on the case of A University, in order to overcome a lot of shortcomings related to cyber-education and to settle down efficient and systematic on-line realtime cyber education. For this purpose, we first analyzed the current status concerning e-Learning at A University. Learners and lecturers then participated in a survey so that we could find some problems on current e-Learning and prepare their solutions. We finally designed e-Learning center prototypes, and selected the prototype 2 as a best one and designed it in more details. The prototype made in this paper would be very useful to other institutes who want to establish a new e-Learning center.

Multi-agent Q-learning based Admission Control Mechanism in Heterogeneous Wireless Networks for Multiple Services

  • In order to ensure both of the whole system capacity and users QoS requirements in heterogeneous wireless networks, admission control mechanism should be well designed. In this paper, Multi-agent Q-learning based Admission Control Mechanism (MQACM) is proposed to handle new and handoff call access problems appropriately. MQACM obtains the optimal decision policy by using an improved form of single-agent Q-learning method, Multi-agent Q-learning (MQ) method. MQ method is creatively introduced to solve the admission control problem in heterogeneous wireless networks in this paper. In addition, different priorities are allocated to multiple services aiming to make MQACM perform even well in congested network scenarios. It can be observed from both analysis and simulation results that our proposed method not only outperforms existing schemes with enhanced call blocking probability and handoff dropping probability performance, but also has better network universality and stability than other schemes.
