Recently the leak of personal information from in-house and contract-managed companies has been continually increasing, which leads a regular observation on outsourcing companies that perform the personal information management system to prevent dangers from the leakage, stolen and loss of personal information. However, analyzing many numbers of computers in limited time has found few difficulties in some circumstances-such as outsourcing companies that own computers that have personal information system or task continuities that being related to company's profits. For the reason, it is necessary to select an object of examination through identifying a high-risk of personal data leak. In this paper, this study will formulate a proposal for the selection of high-risk subjects, which is based on the user interface, by digital forensic. The study designs the integrated analysis tool and demonstrates the effects of the tool through the test results.

Objective : Complete sellar floor reconstruction is critical to avoid postoperative cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage during transsphenoidal surgery. Recently, the pedicled nasoseptal flap has undergone many modifications and eventually proved to be valuable and efficient. However, using these nasoseptal flaps in all patients who undergo transsphenoidal surgery, including those who had none or only minor CSF leakage, appears to be overly invasive and time-consuming. Methods : Patients undergoing endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal tumor surgery within a 5 year-period were reviewed. Since 2009, we classified the intraoperative CSF leakage into grades from 0 to 3. Sellar floor reconstruction was tailored to each leak grade. We did not use any tissue grafts such as abdominal fat and did not include any procedures of CSF diversions such as lumbar drainage. Results : Among 200 cases in 188 patients (147 pituitary adenoma and 41 other pathologies), intraoperative CSF leakage was observed in 27.4% of 197 cases : 14.7% Grade 1, 4.6% Grade 2a, 3.0% Grade 2b, and 5.1% Grade 3. Postoperative CSF leakage was observed in none of the cases. Septal bone buttress was used for Grade 1 to 3 leakages instead of any other foreign materials. Pedicled nasoseptal flap was used for Grades 2b and 3 leakages. Unused septal bones and nasoseptal flaps were repositioned. Conclusion : Modified classification of intraoperative CSF leaks and tailored repair technique in a multilayered fashion using an en-bloc harvested septal bone and vascularized nasoseptal flaps is an effective and reliable method for the prevention of postoperative CSF leaks.

Since the unprecedented hydrogen fluoride leak accident in 2012, there has been growing demand for customized technical information for rapid response and chemical accident management agencies including the Ministry of Environment, the National Emergency Management Agency, and the National Police Agency need more information on chemicals and accident management. In this regard, this study aims to provide reliable technical data and guidelines to initial response agencies, similar to accident management technical reports of the US and Canada. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on initial response agencies like fire stations, police stations, and local governments to identify new information items for appropriate initial response and improvements of current guidelines. We also collected and reviewed the Canada's TIPS, US EPA's hydrogen fluoride documents, domestic and foreign literature on applicability tests of control chemicals, and interview data, and then produced items to be listed in the technical guidelines. In addition, to establish database of on-site technical information, we carried out applicability tests for accident control data including ① emergency shut down devide, safety guard, shut down valve, ground connection, dyke, transfer pipe, scrubber, and sensor; ② literature and field survey on distribution type and transportation/storage characteristics (container identification, valve, ground connection, etc.); ③ classification and identification of storage/transportation facilities and emergency management methodslike leak prevention, chemicals control, and cutoff or bypass of rain drainage; ④ domestic/foreign analysis methods and environmental standards including portable detection methods, test standards, and exposure limits; and ⑤ comparison/evaluation of neutralization efficiency of control chemicals on toxic substances.
Behind the growth of the chemical industry which is a cornerstone of the Korean economy, dozens of hazardous and noxious chemical accidents occur every year, resulting in enormous casualties and environmental damages. Many cases among chemical accidents are caused by the carelessness of workers in handling facilities such as hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and the aging of handling facilities. In order to mitigate the damage by such chemical accidents, a safety system for preventing atmospheric diffusion of hazardous and xoxious chemicals in dike was proposed. The atmospheric diffusion prevention safety system consists of leak detection phase, alarm and measurement phase, suppression and blocking phase. Through the proposed the atmospheric diffusion prevention safety system, the need for 2nd chemical accident prevention such as atmospheric diffusion in dike can be posed.

Purpose: The role of prophylactic abdominal drainage in total gastrectomy is not well-established. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of abdominal drainage in the prevention and management of major intra-abdominal complications after total gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the data of 499 patients who underwent total gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma in a high-volume institution. The patients were divided into drainage and non-drainage groups and compared for the development and management of major intra-abdominal complications, including anastomotic leak, abdominal bleeding, abdominal infection, and pancreatic fistulas. Results: The drainage group included 388 patients and the non-drainage group included 111 patients. The 2 groups showed no significant differences in clinicopathological characteristics or operative procedures, except for more frequent D2 lymphadenectomies in the drainage group. After surgery, the overall morbidity (drainage group vs. non-drainage group: 24.7% vs. 28.8%, P=0.385) and incidence of major intra-abdominal complications (6.4% vs. 6.3%, P=0.959) did not significantly differ between the two groups. The non-drainage group showed no significant increase in the incidence rate of major intra-abdominal complications in the subgroups divided by age, sex, comorbidity, operative approach, body mass index, extent of lymphadenectomy, and pathological stage. Abdominal drainage had no significant impact on early diagnosis, secondary intervention or reoperation, or recovery from major intra-abdominal complications. Conclusions: Prophylactic abdominal drainage showed little demonstrable benefit in the prevention and management of major intra-abdominal complications of total gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma.
Along with the development of Internet services such as Social Network Service (SNS) and blog Service, the privacy is very important in these services. But personal data is not safety from exposure to internet service. If personal data is leak out, the privacy is disclosed to hacker or illegal person and the personal information can be used in a cyber crime as phishing attacks. Therefore, the model and method that protects to disclose privacy is requested in SNS and blog services. The model must evaluate degree of exposure to protect privacy and the method protects personal information from Internet services. This paper proposes a model to evaluate risk for privacy with property of personal data and exposure level of internet service such as bulletin board. Also, we show a method using degree of risk to evaluate with a proposed model at bulletin board.
Recently competitive Korean companies are suffered from financial loss due to illegal exposure of their own proprietary know-how secrets, since it is difficult to watch hidden illegal channels to leak them due to their digitalization. Today the DRM-based system designed to protect such secrets is insufficient to prevent it, since DRM-based protection system cannot defend the intelligent robbery of secrets, in special, employee's robbery. The MSEC is much appropriate to secure secrets against employee's robbery. Our paper notes that IGMP, MSEC and SNMP can work easily together to realize secure system that satisfy strong security condition for prevention from leaking secrets. Since the previous research was on the architectural design for prevention of illegal exposure, this paper proposes the efficient protocol based on MSEC protocol. Our protocol satisfies the strong security conditions that the principles that the secret should be stored/distributed only in an encrypted shape, and should be separated physically from its encryption key, and should be carried in registered mobile storage separate from its processing device, and should be verified in terms of both user and device. Thus this paper proposes both the protocol for secret document distribution and its group key management.
Accident likelihood is growing due to a correlation for gas and electricity installed in the area of dense energy consumption like traditional market and underground shopping center. In order to prevent and respond accident risks related to gas and electricity in this area, it should be monitored and predicted for factors of gas leak or electricity by developing safety management system. This study is about accident prediction model development considering fire risk factor related to gas accident. The temperature variation characteristic near a gas burner was analyzed. Also, accident prediction algorithm and related module were developed to prevent fire in the area of dense energy consumption.
Fish pathology is one of the main scientific bases upon which this expansion in aquaculture has been dependent and requires a wide knowledge of the environmental constraints, the physiology and characteristic of the various pathogens, the responses of the host, and the methods by which they may be controlled. The primary disease and parasite problems in aquaculture animals related to viral, bacteria, fungal and protozoan epizootics. Parasitic nematodes, trematodes and cestodes are commonly found in aquaculture animals, but seldom are they present in concentrations sufficient to cause significant problems, When an epizootic does occur and chemical treatment is indicated, the appropriate chemical must be selected an properly applied. We have antibiotics, sulfa, nitrofuran and other chemicals for treatment of fish diseases, Some may be mixed with the feed during formulation, added to the pellets of feed as a surface coating, given in the form of an injection or used as a bath. Even though a drug or chemical has been officially approved for use in aquaculture, the substance should never be used unless there is a clear need, Some of the reasions for this view are as follows: (1) the constant use of antibiotics can leak to the development of resistant strains of bacteria, (2) biofilter efficiency may be impaired or destroyed by chemicals added to closed recirculating water systems, and(3) the injudicious use of chemical can have a damaging effect on the environment as well as on human.
Likelihood analysis was used for the revision of release probability/frequency in chlorine Injection facilities used in chlorine process. Typically these facilities consist of pressure cylinder, vaporizer, pipeline, measuring equipment and safety equipment. This paper described the incident scenarios considered, likelihood analysis procedure and the selection and application of basic events and for failure rates of mechanical components. Human errors were also considered. The major objective of this paper is to estimate the likelihood of each determined incident scenarios. We estimated failure rates of mechanical components based on likelihood analysis procedure. Human errors were also considered. It was estimated to have $5.73{\times}10^{-5}\;Cl_2$ leak per year during the major $Cl_2$ handling process. The probability of failure in scrubber system was $4.11{\times}10^{-2}/demand$.
