도자 덧살 확장 기법을 이용한 떡살 문양 단지 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Rice Cake Pattern Complex Using Ceramic Weld Extension Technique)

  • 오늘날 새로운 콘텐츠의 공예품을 개발하는 단계에서 트렌드(Trend)를 반영하지 않으면 마케팅에 성공할 수 없다. 트렌드는 일시적으로 왔다가 사라지는 소비자들의 니즈(needs)를 이끄는 원동력이기 때문이다. 현재의 시장은 끊임없이 변화하며 새로운 라이프 스타일의 독특한 추세를 원하고 있다. 이러한 잠재적 욕구의 경향을 떡살문양과 도자단지를 이용하여 부가 가치가 높은 인테리어 화병을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 제작 방법은 첫 번째 떡살문 도구를 옹기 작업과정에 쓰인 토레미판 (덧살 새롭게 만든 용어)위에 각도를 다르게 하여 압인한다. 두 번째 물레로 원통을 만들어 외벽에 이중으로 덧살을 붙인 후 빠르게 회전하여 손으로 안에서 밖으로 밀어서 확장시킨다. 세 번째 압인 된 정적인 떡살 문양들을 빠른 속도에 의해 상하-좌우 해체 된 다양한 기하학적 문양을 실험하고 이렇게 개발 된 다양한 떡살 문양들을 단지 형태에 활용하여 부가가치가 높은 장식용 화병을 개발하는 것이 목적이다.

  • This study tries to develop the models of measuring the level of product availability accommodated for features of specific customers dividing customers into VIP customers and general customers. Functions of costs that the models are composed of are cost of holding safety stock and cost of lost opportunities. The existing model of measuring the level of product availability which focused on cost of holding safety stock for VIP customers should be reinforced by considering cost of lost opportunities caused by general customers' quitting trades with a company. This study tries to present realistic solutions for problems in making decisions related to the total inventory. This study concludes that the model of the level of product availability meeting general customers' needs is more efficient according to increasing of a latent demand of the general customers who quit trades with a company and the cost of lost opportunities.

An Analysis of Consumers' Internal Perception of Soup and Sauce using ZMET

  • There is a growing global interest in food choices that could affect health. Consumer food choices are dictated by numerous factors such as attitudes, beliefs, desires and preferences stemming from psychological and physiological attributes. The present study aimed to understand consumers' internal perceptions about cream soup, cream sauce, and tomato sauce using ZMET (Zaltman's Metaphor Elicitation Technique). The 9 step ZMET interview process was conducted for a sample of 36 consumers (12 consumers for each sauce). A content analysis of the survey results was carried out. From this, 56 concepts of cream soup were derived, and 15 constructs that met with the agreement of more than one-third of the total sample consumers were extracted. These 15 constructs included 'Soft', 'Recollection', 'Familiar', 'Warm', 'Comfortable', etc. Similarly, for cream sauce, 67 concepts and 20 constructs 'Silky', 'Warm', 'Restaurant', 'Family', 'Memory', etc. were deduced. A total of 66 concepts and 20 constructs for tomato sauce 'Sourness', 'Sauce Bottle', 'Pleasant', 'Ingredient', 'Cooking', etc. were derived. The analysis of consumers' consensus maps through this study provides a deep and useful understanding of consumers and their latent needs. Also, the results of this study indicate that exploring consumers' internal perceptions is critical to understanding their healthy food choices. This can be used as basic data for formulating marketing strategies.

  • 회귀모형에서 필요한 설명변수들의 선형결합들을 탐색하기 위한 방법 중의 하나로 분할역회귀모형을 들 수 있다. 이러한 분할역회귀모형에서 모형에 필요한 설명변수들의 선형결합의 수, 즉 차원을 결정하기 위한 여러 가지의 검정법들이 소개 되었으나 설명변수들의 정규성 가정을 필요로 하거나 다른 제약이 있다. 본 논문에서는 주성분분석에 대한 확률모형을 이 용하여 정규성가정을 필요로하지 않으며 분할의 수에 로버스트한 검정법을 소개하고 모의실험과 실제자료에 대한 적용결과를 통하여 기존의 검정법과 비교하였다.

방사선 사고와 급성 방사선 증후군 (Radiological Accident and Acute Radiation Syndrome)

  • In mass casualty situation due to radiological accidents, it is important to start aggressive management with rapid triage decisions. External contamination needs immediate decontamination and internal contamination should be treated with special expertise and equipment to prevent the rapid uptake of radionuclides by target organs. Acute radiation syndrome shows a sequence of events that varies with the severity of the exposure. More severe exposures generally lead to more rapid onset of symptoms and severe clinical findings. After the massive exposure, various systems of the body reflect their severe damages that can lead to death within hours or up to several months. The disease progression has classically been divided into four stages: prodromal, latent, manifest illness, and recovery or death. Three characteristic clusters of symptoms including the hematopoietic syndrome, the gastrointestinal syndrome and the cerebrovascular syndrome are all associated with the acute radiation syndrome. The standard medical management of the patients with a potentially survivable radiation exposure includes good medical, surgical and supportive measures. Specific treatment with cytokines and bone marrow transplantation should be considered. The management of internal contamination is much the same as the treatment of poisoning. The standard decontamination should be applied to reduce uptake, and the chelating agents can be administered to enhance the clearance of radioisotopes. Radioactive iodine ($^{131}I$) as one of the nuclear fission products can increase the incidence of thyroid cancer in children. Potential benefit of potassium iodide prophylaxis is greater especially in neonates, infants and small children.

  • Recently there has been an apparent paradigm shift in housing market towards customer oriented approach. In the midst of increasing competition, there is indeed a need to better understand of customers, and to quickly respond to their individual needs and wants. In this background, this paper aims to show a scientific marketing approach in housing industries, and to provide general information on Japanese condominium housing market in terms of a brief historical overview and recent market situation. Results include that there exists an about twenty year time lag in the start of condominium housing supply in the private sector between Korea and Japan. Besides, more efforts should be paid to the diversity or locality of the supplied housing type or design, especially condominium apartments in Korea compared to those of Japan. Among others this paper emphasized on illustrating the actual applications of analysis on consumers' purchasing behavior and latent conscious coupled with some statistical techniques, which may lead marketers or decision makers to forecast more accurate customers demands.

제화의 고객지향적 품질창조에 관한 실증적 연구 - Kano의 모형과 QFD를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on Customer-Oriented Quality Creation of Shoe : Focusing on Kano′s Model and QFD)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the customer oriented quality creation by considering quality elements required by customers in the product design process. The study tried to extract attractive quality elements by using Kano's model. After identifying the elements HOQ(the house of quality) of QFD(quality function deployment) was used to identify the trend of quality elements evaluation. Test for equal means (t-test) was applied to verify the attractive quality elements of adult shoes. It made us find the customer oriented quality elements from the customer needs and latent dissatisfaction. We collected the opinions of experts on shoes and complete the cause and effect diagram and affinity diagram (KJ method). The data of the questionnaire was put to the QFD and the contents of quality elements was identified by brain storming method. We calculated indexes which were the multiplication of weight and marks of quality elements in the cross table of the HOQ by QFD. Then we tested for the equality of means between the indexes and the sum of attractive quality elements. The results for equal means were statistically significant. To create the customer quality the product design should be differentiated between the age groups over attractive quality elements.

  • 본 연구는 제1보와 2보로 구성되었으며, 본 연구의 목적은 (1) 동작 인식형 입력기술에 기반한 디지털웨어(이하 DMDI로 약칭함)의 의류 상품화 가능성을 탐색하고, (2) 소비자의 잠재적 수요에 기초하여 디지털웨어의 디자인을 개발하는 것이다. 제1보에서는 소비자의 DMDI 대한 잠재수요를 고찰하기 위하여 디자인 에스노 그래피적 견지에 기초하여 개발된 심층면접 방식 및 범주분석 방식을 취하였다. 그 분석결과를 토대로 하여 DMDI를 위한 7가지의 가능성 있는 어플리케이션 영역과 6가지 디자인 방향을 제안하였다.

온라인 게임 서비스품질이 고객만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향분석 (Effects of Online Game Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • The considerable progress of IT industry has changed the industrial structure and lifestyle of our society. One of the remarkable fields of IT industry is online game industry. It showed rapid growth for the past decade. But in recent years online game industry faced with the limit of its growth for a number of reasons. To overcome such situation, online game companies should improve functions of game and analyze their customer's needs for sustainable growth through increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of the study is to investigate and evaluate the factors of online game service quality and the relation of customer satisfaction and loyalty. SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 7.0 are used for experimental research. Through reliability and validity test, service quality factors influencing the customer satisfaction are appeared to be 5 latent variables(reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles). In addition, by structural equation model and covariance structural model, the result showed that empathy is the most influenced factor to customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of this research have important implications for explaining an mechanism for service quality of online game, customer satisfaction and loyalty and they might provide operational guidelines to the online game service company.

토픽 식별성 향상을 위한 키워드 재구성 기법 (Keyword Reorganization Techniques for Improving the Identifiability of Topics)

  • Recently, there are many researches for extracting meaningful information from large amount of text data. Among various applications to extract information from text, topic modeling which express latent topics as a group of keywords is mainly used. Topic modeling presents several topic keywords by term/topic weight and the quality of those keywords are usually evaluated through coherence which implies the similarity of those keywords. However, the topic quality evaluation method based only on the similarity of keywords has its limitations because it is difficult to describe the content of a topic accurately enough with just a set of similar words. In this research, therefore, we propose topic keywords reorganizing method to improve the identifiability of topics. To reorganize topic keywords, each document first needs to be labeled with one representative topic which can be extracted from traditional topic modeling. After that, classification rules for classifying each document into a corresponding label are generated, and new topic keywords are extracted based on the classification rules. To evaluated the performance our method, we performed an experiment on 1,000 news articles. From the experiment, we confirmed that the keywords extracted from our proposed method have better identifiability than traditional topic keywords.
