도시주변 산의 경관보전 및 관리를 위한 GIS의 이용 (The Use of Geographic Information System for Conservation and Management of Mountain Landscape around City)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시주변 산의 자연 및 경관을 보전하고, 개발에 따른 재해를 사전에 예방하기 위한 토지이용 정책결정에 GIS를 활용하는 기법을 연구하였다. 사례연구 대상지는 서울 불한산의 구기동, 평창동 지역이었으며, 이 지역의 경관보전을 위해 경관요소를 자연경관요소를 자연경관요소의 보존, 시각적 경관구조의 보전, 사면 안정성 재해의 예방으로 나누었다. 이들 각 구분에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 입력, GIS TIN및 OVERLAY모듈에 의해 종합분석하여 경관관리를 위한 등급도면을 만들고, 이에 따른 토지이용계획안을 제시하였다.

경관평가 기반 수변구역의 경관관리 전략 - 경안천 수변구역을 대상으로 - (Landscape Management Strategies Based on Landscape Assessment of Riparian Buffer Zone in the Han River: Focused on Gyeongan Stream)

  • We need to use aesthetic landscape assessment(ALA) as the means of riparian buffer zone(RBZ) management. This study verified the political validity of designation policy of RBZ and land purchase policy. The purpose of this study was to propose RBZ landscape management strategies through ALA of RBZ in Gyeongan Stream for the better attractive and healthy riparian landscapes. The natural type landscape units(LUs) covered 40.9% of the entire area and the cultivated land type LUs covered 20.58%. Landscape assessment consisted of landscape quality and landscape integration assessment. The criteria for assessing landscape quality(LQ) were naturalness, interest, uniqueness, and landscape function. LQ was ranked into five grades using a matrix. The landscape integration assessment consisted of an inner integration assessment in each LU and outer integration assessment among LUs. To review the propriety of designating the riparian area and the riparian ecological belt, differences in ecological appraisal and aesthetic valuation were reviewed through a t-test, Oneway ANOVA, and logistic analysis. The results of ALA, 29.15% of the entire area scored at grade 1 in LQ, while 31.95% scored at grade 5, indicating that grade 5 areas occupied a high share. Surveyed areas were divided into designated RBZ and undesignated RBZ. Results indicated that designated RBZ scored grade 1 in LQ took up 33.2% of the total, significantly higher than the 23.3% taken up by undesignated RBZ. When examined according to buffer distance, grade 1 areas within 50m took up 50.2% of the total area, lower than the 32.7% at buffer distances of 500m-1km. Results indicated a 1% statistically significant difference. Accordingly, analysis was undertaken for the expansion of designation of the riparian area and the selection of appropriate land for formation of a riparian ecological belt, and was designated at priority 1 and 2 for land purchase. This study can also contribute to the formation of a riverine eco-belt through discovery of design factors for upgrading the ecology, aesthetics, and landscape of the riparian area and application in determining land purchase priorities.

대단위 아파트단지에 있어서 조경공간의 관리실태에 관한 연구 -대 구시 지산지구 아파트단지를 대상으로- (A Study on the Management Condition of Exterior Space in APT. Complex -In the Case of GISAN APT. Complex in DAEGU-)

  • The Purpose of this study was to obtain data about management of the landscape plants and facility in APT. complex. Because of be completed 2 years ago, landscape plants ware damaged by transplantation and lost the nature tree shape. As well, the management conditions of plants and facility were wholly bad. In details, tree-species consisted of 52 species arbors and 35 species shrubs in APT. complex. The high rank 5 species were planted as main plants. The rates were 45.6-62.8% in arbors and 81.8-97.0% in shrubs. In the degree of tree shape and damage by diseuse and pest, the bad level of 1-2points were ranked highly as 13.9% and 10.4%. In the degree of tree shape and damage by disease and pest, the bad level of 1-2points were showed as 5.1% and 4.7%. In the interview Survey, the main problems of management-maintenance were expressed deficiency of budget, specialist and concern of residents. In the future, methods for the intensive management of APT. complex; First, the management of landscape plants and facility should be attained by a expert and need to establishment of maintenance scheme thoroughly. Above all, for improvement of residential life, we should be lead to convert of a resident recognition in the management -maintenance of exterior space.

조경관리 민간위탁용역의 입찰추이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Bidding Trends of the Private Consignment Service of Landscape Management)

  • 본 연구는 점차적으로 늘어나고 있는 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 입찰추이를 조달청 나라장터의 입찰자료(2003~2015)를 바탕으로 입찰에 필수적인 항목을 선별하여 총 입찰별, 유형별, 발주처별, 지역별, 종목별 등으로 분류하여 입찰건수 및 금액별로 조사 및 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 총 입찰건수는 10여 년간 1,112건의 증가와 487.7%의 증가율로 나타났고, 총 입찰금액의 경우는 144,504백만 원의 증가와 382.5%의 증가율이 나타났다. 둘째, 전체 조경공사에서 조경관리의 비중은 10여 년간 입찰건수에서 10%, 입찰금액에서 3%의 증가세를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유형별 입찰추이 분석에서는 녹지가 입찰건수에서 가장 높은 증가세를 보이는 반면, 금액에는 건물녹지가 가장 높은 증가세를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지자체와 경기도, 조경식재공사업 등이 발주처별, 지역별, 종목별 등의 각 분야에서 가장 높은 입찰건수와 금액의 증가세를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 입찰건수와 금액은 해마다 증가하는 추세이며, 조경공간의 이용자 증가와 이에 따른 다양한 요구, 발주처의 예산문제 등의 복합적인 문제점들을 고려해 볼 때 조경관리 민간위탁용역은 계속해서 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 본 연구는 점차적으로 조경관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 현 상황에서 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 10여 년간의 입찰추이를 여러 분야별로 조사 및 분석하고, 체계적으로 정리함으로써 추후 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 기초자료로 활용하고, 조경관리업의 필요성을 인식시켜 향후 전문공사업에 조경관리업이 포함되는 밑바탕을 제공하며, 나아가 조경분야의 전문성 및 다양성을 넓히는 계기를 마련하는데 연구의 의의가 있지만, 조경관리의 법적인 근거, 입찰 시 자격 및 장비기준, 단위당 관리비용의 산정, 관리비의 적정성 등은 추후 보완되어야 될 부분이며, 향후 과제로 남겨두고 있다.

농촌마을 경관요소와 경관 선호도 조사연구 -충북 보은군 산외면 대원리를 중심으로 (A Study on the Landscape Elements and Preference of Rural Village - Focused on Daewon-Ri Sanoe-Myun Boeun-Gun, Chungbuk)

  • This study aims to draw the basis documents for rural landscape management of Daewon-Ri through frequency analysis of landscape elements and preference analysis of rural landscape. The results are as follows. First, according to the frequency analysis of the landscape elements, a distant view is few effect characteristics in rural village landscape planning. It is acted as the landscape elements that degree of integration and skyline of the building to see more nearby than it are the most important. In addition, in the case of the establishment of the landscape management planning, the landscape elements in the close view is the most important. Second, It is thought that the scenery which natural environments and residential quarter match is the most desirable for the par of the landscape preference in the rural village. On the other hand, about the scenery of an old historic building, the residents of a city considers it as an affirmative factor of the rural village landscape, but rural village inhabitants are negative. Finally, it is thought that the excessive public designs by government sponsored enterprise are undesirable for the scene of the village.

해안경관 관리를 위한 건축물 경관요소 분석에 관한 연구 - 제주시 애월 해안도로변 건축물을 중심으로 - (A Study on Analysis of the Building Landscape Elements for Coastal Landscape Management - Focused on Buildings along the Coastal Road in Aeowal, Jeju -)

  • In order to preserve beautiful coastal areas landscapes of Jeju Island's the landscape resource, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is dedicated to protecting the landscape through legal regulations and deliberations. However, the Coastal Landscape of Jeju Island was continuously damaged by due to increased tourist and high development pressure. Based on buildings along the Coastal Road in Aeowal of Jeju Island, this study focused on Management Status of Coastal Areas Landscapes through the Analysis of Building Landscape Elements. As a result, 1) It was effective to limit the use and scale of buildings through legal regulations such as Use zoning. 2) The result of analysis on the physical landscape elements of buildings showed some of the them have the damage values despite passing the review of Architecture Committee. Therefore Landscape Policies required institutional maintenance. 3) As physical landscape Elements of buildings is a minimum quantitation criterion of not less than 1.5 for D/H, or less than a factor of $27^{\circ}$ for angle of elevation and not less than 7.8m for elevation blockage ratio was presented as a criterion for preventing damage to the minimum Coastal Landscape.

Natural Landscape of the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland;Its Conservation and Tourism

  • Ecotourism has a concept of conservation as a basis, for economic and social values are derived from the sustainable use of natural resources. This study aims to introduce natural landscape of the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland and to describe its conservation and tourism in the Park, in order to provide the implication of landscape conservation of National Parks in Korea. Although the National Parks of Scotland were officially established long after those of England and Wales, their important features had already been internationally recognised and designated as Sites of Special Scientific Interest(SSSI), National Nature Reserve(NNR), or National Scenic Area(NSA). These focus on landscape conservation and are managed by Scottish Natural Heritage(SNH). The Cairngorms National Park focuses on landscape conservation and recreation, and has been the subject of a number of initiatives attempting to assess landscape resource potential and its current and future management. This implies that a carefully preserved landscape has the effect of a tourism resource in which tourists look for novelty embedded in the typicality of the landscape of the National Park. The typical landscape which is conserved in the Cairngorms National Park is understood as both an objective representative and a subjective ideal involving the meaning of the landscape. This is implicit in the tourist booklet that promotes the sightseeing activities of tourists. It is thus important that National Parks should be focused both on managing landscape as well as promoting tourism.

조경수 관리에 관한 온라인 질의응답 사례 분석 - 수목진단센터 온라인 상담 사례를 대상으로 - (Analysis on On-line Q&A Cases regarding Landscape Trees Management - Focused on Online Consultation Board at Tree Diagnostic Center -)

  • 조경수 관리시 발생하는 병충해 등의 문제에 대한 자문을 받기 위하여 관리 담당자는 나무병원에 진단 및 처방을 의뢰하고 있는데, 본 연구는 국내에서 수목진단센터로 인증된 서울대학교 식물병원, 충북대학교 식물종합병원 및 강원대학교 수목진단센터의 온라인 상담게시판에 등록된 조경수 관련 질의와 답변을 검토하여 조경관리자 및 관계자들이 주로 질의하는 조경수 관리상의 문제와 의문이 무엇인지 분석하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 질의자 중에 조경관계자가 81.4%로 대다수를 차지했으나, 질의시 조경수 진단에 필수적인 수목관리 이력 및 주변환경 설명을 한 경우가 11.5%에 불과할 정도로 조경관계자들이 수목진단에 관한 기초적 지식이나 관심이 부족함을 확인하였다. 그리고 조경수 관련 질의 263건 중 생리피해 질의가 94건, 35.8%로 가장 많은 건수를 나타냈다. 이어서 충해, 병해 순이었다. 표징이 없고 다양한 스트레스에 의해 발생하는 생리적 문제의 특성상 진단 및 처방의뢰를 가장 많이 하게 되는 것으로 판단된다. 생리피해의 원인으로는 수분스트레스와 온도스트레스가 가장 많은 편이었으며, 병해는 그 병의 종류가 다양하였고, 생리적 원인이 수반되는 복합피해도 많은 편이었다. 충해는 나방류에 의한 경우가 가장 많았다. 이와 같은 결과를 고려할 때, 조경 기술자와 학생이 조경수 관리의 필수 지식과 정보를 습득하고 관심도를 고취할 수 있도록 대학이나 기술자 교육기관에서 조경수 관리교육을 반드시 실시하여야 하며, 특히 수목 생리에 대한 심도있는 학습 기회 제공과 기술자 스스로의 노력이 요구된다. 또한 조경업에 대한 이해와 조경식재 기술 및 현장의 실정을 이해하는 조경식재 및 관리에 대해 전문적으로 자문할 수 있는 기관의 구성이 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 아직 기반이 갖추어지지 않은 조경수 관리분야의 체계성과 전문성 도모를 위해 집중적인 기술자 육성과 학계와 업계 등 관계자들의 연구가 필요하다.

An Evaluation of Apartment Managers' Satisfaction regarding Landscape Management in Apartment Complexes

  • This study aims to find out methods to more efficiently maintain and manage landscape areas within apartment complexes by analyzing various factors related to landscape management and managers' perception. The following results were obtained. First, 50.3% of the surveyed apartment complexes performed own landscaping, while 25.2% hired landscaping services partially, which indicates that apartment management offices maintained facilities by themselves or partially hired landscaping companies due to a shortage of funds. Second, among apartments that perform own landscaping, 37.5% of them were built more than 20 years ago, while 34.3% of apartment complexes that were built less than 5 years ago were found to hire professional management. Regarding the total number of households, 34.7% of those that perform own landscaping had less than 300 households, while 48.6% of those that hire full landscaping had more than 2,000 households. Third, regarding landscaping cost, 63.9% of those that perform own landscaping spent less than 20 KRW per square meter, while 28.6% of those that hire full landscaping spent less than 20 KRW per square meter and 25.7% spent less than 50 KRW per square meter, showing that the management cost was higher in the apartments hiring full landscaping. Fourth, work types also showed differences between landscape management types. Only 50.9% of self landscaping apartment complexes were found to regularly trim trees, while 91.4% of apartments that hire full landscaping services performed the same tasks, keeping trees healthy and visibly more appealing. Fifth, the apartments hiring full landscaping showed a higher level of work satisfaction (3.46) than those performing own landscaping (2.67). Sixth, on the matter of the level of satisfaction depending on the type of work, most items showed a statistically significance in apartments hiring full landscaping (3.11-3.43 on average), compared to apartments performing own landscaping (2.4-2.9 on average). Apartment managers showed a relatively higher satisfaction level in landscape management by hiring professional landscaping services.

친환경 건축에서 나타나는 랜드스케이프 건축 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of 'Landscape Architecture' in Environment-Friendly Architecture)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze environmental-friendly design features in landscape architecture. The process of the study first started theoretical research of 'Environmental-friendly' and 'Landscape', then extracted primary conceptual elements that based on ecological background, and analyze 20 cases, from 1990 to now, based on elements that extracted. Summarizing about environment-friendly feature in landscape architecture of Form, Space, Energy Management is as following. First, In the formal aspect, Landscape architecture tend to harmonize with surrounding environment through horizontal, vertical continuity that is realized to transform artificial plate. Second, In the spatial aspect, Landscape architectural space has flexible feature. It is expression through methods blur boundary between outside and inside, lead to change and experience by time, indeterminacy of program. Third, In the energy management aspect, the introduction of effective energy system increase environmental features in space through technical application and environmental-friendly materials.
