Traffic monitoring plays an important role in intelligent transportation systems. It can be used to collect real-time traffic data concerning traffic flow. Passive shadows resulted from roadside buildings or trees and active shadows caused by moving vehicles, are one of the factors that arise errors in vision based vehicle detection. In this paper, a land mark based method is proposed for vehicle detection and shadow rejection, and finally vehicle count are achieved based on the land mark detection method.

In this paper color coordinate system transformation based visual servo controller has been considered Mobile robot always has a position error and an orientation error resulted from wheel slipping etc.. Even more, the errors have accumulative properties. So feedback from environments is important. In this paper by using color model faster land mark extraction can be achieved. And the global position and the orientation of mobile robot can be known by only two land mark positions in image coordinate system. Finally, the adoption of visual information in path tracking problem makes visual servo control.

This study deals with the heat transfer analysis on phase change optical disc with land/groove recording by means of numerical method. Finite difference time domain(FDTD) method was used to obtain the amount of absorption of light propagating inside disc and finite difference element(FEM) method was used to calculate the temperature distribution. The calculated results present the detailed information of recording characteristics on the phase change optical disc. The temperature profiles are quite different between the land track and the groove track. The recorded mark shape on land track is smaller and more elliptic than that on groove track. It is shown that the thermal problem to the neighboring track takes place due to secondary peaks. It is found that the different write strategy should be applied to land and groove recording, respectively.

This study measured consumer's recognition, reliability, emotion and images about current eco-marks as well proposed an eco-mark rating scale and mark designs to improve consumer's trust on the fashion product marks. We used a questionnaire survey to collect data from 150 persons about knowledge, interests, and practice on eco fashion products in relation to trustfulness and positive images for three domestic and three international eco-marks. We evaluated and gave eco scores to six fiber-type products (cotton, organic cotton, wool, polyester, biodegradable polyester and nylon) in terms of consumer's use, water & land consumption, waste amount, carbon footprint, and toxicity. We suggested a new 5-level rating scale for eco marks, which quantified the concept of environmental friendliness of fiber products. The design for eco-mark of rating scale showed the total grade with two sub scores of environmental sides and human sides developed with an improved visual understanding for consumers. The design is one through benchmarking the energy-consumption efficiency mark, which is familiar to consumers such as a half circle shape to save environment resources to alarm consumers to environment problems.

1988년. 온 국민에게 우리도 할 수있다는 자신감과 대한민국 국민이라는 자부심을 심어준 서울 올림픽. 올픽사상 최고의 시설을 갖추었다는 극찬을 받기도 했던 그 화합의 현장이 지금은 공연을 보러가는, 산책하러가는 곳으로만 인식 되고 있는 안타까운 현실이다. 이 올림픽공원을 다시금 활성화시킬, Land mark의 역할을 수행할 복합전망공간을 제안한다.

국내 인쇄문화전통이 '문화원형'으로 개발되고 활용되어 인쇄출판산업의 발전과 국가이미지 제고에 기여하도록 하기 위해서는 우선적으로 해결되어야 할 과제가 있다. 바로 한국 인쇄문화의 아카이브이자 랜드마크(land mark)로서의 '인쇄문화박물관'을 건립하는 것이다. 독일과 중국, 일본 등 세계적으로 풍부한 인쇄문화의 전통을 지닌 대부분의 나라들은 세계적인 '인쇄박물관'을 운영하고 있다.

Recently, the Yedang reservoir needs reflecting the demands of the public and administration, including change of reservoir status and paradigm shift of users, as well as planning programs to activate the area as a special health zone for tourism, leisure, recreation and experience at the local government level. Previous Optimum Equipment model (OEM) preferentially considers the creation of waterfront. This study shows the operation model for readjustment of water supply facilities according to the limit of the level of the beneficiaries. Results show the renovation cycle of Yedang tourist resort and the suspension bridge through developed model simulation. In addition to securing quantity for the supply of agricultural water and the function of water protection, the multi-function of the agricultural reservoir shall be re-evaluated to enhance the diverse availability of the agricultural reservoir. The county office should also boost various availability at various levels to revitalize the local economy, such as producing pleasant and safe places and offering safe food for people.

본 연구의 목적은 위치기준의 근간이 되는 측량기준점 표지 현황 조사율의 향상 및 신뢰도 제고를 위하여 측량기준점 표지 현황조사 업무 개선방안과 업무 프로세스를 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 내용적 범위로 현행 측량기준점에 해당하는 국가기준점, 공공기준점, 지적기준점의 표지 관리 및 조사·보고체계 현황을 조사하고 문제점을 찾았으며 이를 개선하기 위하여 국가기준점 표지 현황조사 단가산출(안), 측량기준점 표지 현황조사 조사·보고 체계 개선(안), 기준점 이용 측량시행자 사전보고(안)을 마련하였다. 또한 측량기준점 표지 현황조사 프로세스 개선을 위한 업무 프로세스 정립과 측량기준점 표지 현황조사 미보고대상 단가산출을 자동화하는 프로세스를 제시하여 향후 측량기준점 표지 현황조사 업무 효율성이 향상 될 것으로 기대된다.

부산시 사하구에서는 발전하는 경제추세와 지방화시대에 발맞추어 2천년대 서부산의 중추기능을 수행하는 낙동강권의 중심도시로 지역사회가 원하는 공공시설을 수용하고 지역의 Land Mark로서 구청의 이미지를 부각시키는 등 대민봉사의 질향상과 구민편의를 제공코자 신청사 건립 현상설계 경기를 실시했다. 이 설계경기에서는 총 11개 작품이 제출되어 심사한 결과 일신설계(정태복)안이 당선작으로 선정됐으며, 우수작으로는 신도시 설계감리(박찬실)안이, 가작으로는 부원종합건축(정성규)안이 각각 선정됐다. 본지에서는 이번 현상설계 경기의 심사과정, 심사평과 함께 당선작과 우수작을 게재한다.
