단일 레이블 분류를 이용한 종단 간 화자 분할 시스템 성능 향상에 관한 연구 (A study on end-to-end speaker diarization system using single-label classification)

  • 다수의 화자가 존재하는 음성에서 "누가 언제 발화했는가?"에 대해 레이블링하는 화자 분할은 발화 중첩 구간에 대한 레이블링과 화자 분할 모델의 최적화를 위해 심층 신경망 기반의 종단 간 방법에 대해 연구되었다. 대부분 심층 신경망 기반의 종단 간 화자 분할 시스템은 음성의 각 프레임에서 발화한 모든 화자의 레이블들을 추정하는 다중 레이블 분류 문제로 분할을 수행한다. 다중 레이블 기반의 화자 분할 시스템은 임계값을 어떤 값으로 설정하는지에 따라 모델의 성능이 많이 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 임계값 없이 화자 분할을 수행할 수 있도록 단일 레이블 분류를 이용한 화자 분할 시스템에 대해 연구하였다. 제안하는 화자 분할 시스템은 기존의 화자 레이블을 단일 레이블 형태로 변환하여 모델의 출력으로부터 레이블을 바로 추정한다. 훈련에서는 화자 레이블 순열을 고려하기 위해 Permutation Invariant Training(PIT) 손실함수와 교차 엔트로피 손실함수를 조합하여 사용하였다. 또한 심층 구조를 갖는 모델의 효과적인 학습을 위해 화자 분할 모델에 잔차 연결 구조를 추가하였다. 실험은 Librispeech 데이터베이스를 이용해 화자 2명에 대한 시뮬레이션 잡음 데이터를 생성하여 사용하였다. Diarization Error Rate(DER) 성능 평가 지수를 이용해 제안한 방법과 베이스라인 모델을 비교 평가했을 때, 제안한 방법이 임계값 없이 분할이 가능하며, 약 20.7 %만큼 향상된 성능을 보였다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 소비자의 자체 의류 상표에 대한 태도 (Consumer Attitude toward Private Apparel Brands according to Internet Shopping)

  • As more consumers shop online and prefer private label apparel products, the importance of private label apparel brand of Internet shopping malls are increasing. This study investigated consumer attitudes toward private label apparel brand of Internet shopping malls. Attitudes were conceptualized into two sub-factors: utilitarian and hedonic. Based on findings of prior studies, subjective norm and familiarity were included as antecedents to attitude variables. Purchase intention and word of mouth intention were also included as consequence variables of attitudes. Types of Online shopping malls were considered as moderating variable. For the empirical research, the Online survey was conducted. Young male and female consumers who have experience in Internet shopping of clothing products participated in the study. 429 questionnaire were used for the final statistical analysis. Results indicated that subjective norm had significant influence on consumer attitudes toward private label apparel brand. Familiarity however did not have significant influence on attitude variables for general internet shopping malls. For specialized Internet shopping malls, familiarity had significant influence only on hedonic attitude. Attitude variables had significant influence on purchase intention and word of mouth intention. Subjective norm and familiarity had significant influence on purchase intention and word of mouth intention.

겨울 아우터웨어의 품질표시에 대한 소비자 태도와 관리 (Consumers' Attitude toward Care Label Instructions and Care of Winter Outerwear)

  • Winter outerwear includes various clothes such as classical jackets/coats, padded jackets/coats, wind breakers, leather and fur jackets/coats. This research surveyed care-label instructions attached to 100 jackets/coats dropped off at five drycleaners in the Gyungin area. University students' perception and attitudes towards care labels and management of winter outerwear were examined using a questionnaire. Data collected from 230 respondents were analyzed by frequency analyses, t-tests, ANOVAs and Duncan tests with PASW 20.0. Half of the padding jackets/coats were labelled to be dry cleaned and dry cleaning was more excessively labelled than necessary. University students confirmed more care symbols than fiber compositions such as more at time of cleaning than at purchasing. Clothing-related major students understood care label symbols better than non-clothing major students. Consumers laundered some winter outerwear at home, even though they thought dry cleaning was a proper cleaning method. The appropriate cleaning method for padded jackets/coats is laundering; however, consumers who answered dry cleaning as an appropriate method were three times as those who answered washing, and those performed dry cleaning were two times as those who performed washing. Winter outerwear manufacturers should provide adequate and more specified care-information to consumers in order to maintain initial appearance and performance over longer periods.

Collaborative Similarity Metric Learning for Semantic Image Annotation and Retrieval

  • Automatic image annotation has become an increasingly important research topic owing to its key role in image retrieval. Simultaneously, it is highly challenging when facing to large-scale dataset with large variance. Practical approaches generally rely on similarity measures defined over images and multi-label prediction methods. More specifically, those approaches usually 1) leverage similarity measures predefined or learned by optimizing for ranking or annotation, which might be not adaptive enough to datasets; and 2) predict labels separately without taking the correlation of labels into account. In this paper, we propose a method for image annotation through collaborative similarity metric learning from dataset and modeling the label correlation of the dataset. The similarity metric is learned by simultaneously optimizing the 1) image ranking using structural SVM (SSVM), and 2) image annotation using correlated label propagation, with respect to the similarity metric. The learned similarity metric, fully exploiting the available information of datasets, would improve the two collaborative components, ranking and annotation, and sequentially the retrieval system itself. We evaluated the proposed method on Corel5k, Corel30k and EspGame databases. The results for annotation and retrieval show the competitive performance of the proposed method.

EPR Spectra of Spin-Labeled Cytochrome c Bound to Acidic Membranes: Implications for the Binding Site and Reversibility

  • Yeast cytochrome c (cyt c) was modified at cysteine-102 with a thiol-specific spin label and its interaction with liposomes containing acidic phospholipids was studied by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. Association of cyt c with liposomes resulted in a significant reduction in the mobility of the spin label and a fraction of cyt c even seemed to be immobilized. Based on a large spectral change upon binding and the proximity of the spin-label to lysine-86 and -87, we propose these two residues to be the potential binding site at neutral pH. The interaction is electrostatic in nature because the spectral changes were reversed by addition of anions. Dissociation of the bound cyt c by anions, however, became less effective as the lipid/protein ratio increased. This suggests a repulsive lateral interaction among the bound cyt c. Unlabeled cyt c molecules added to preformed cyt c-liposome complex displaced the bound (spin labeled) cyt c and the process was competitive and reversible.

중국 유학생의 의복 구매실태와 레이블에 대한 인식 (A Study on the Clothing Purchasing Behavior and the Recognition of Care Label of the Chinese Students)

  • The purposes of this study were to provide informations to apparel companies and to contribute the education of clothing consumers through finding out the present status of clothes purchasing behaviors and the degree of the recognition and the application of care labels of the Chinese students in Daegu area. The data were collected from 166 Chinese students through the questionnaire and analyzed by the frequence, t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe-test using SPSS 12.0. The results were as follows: 1. The main purchasing place was road shops of well-known brands, and the most decisive factor of purchasing was the display style of goods. They purchased 'any time when necessary' and impulsively. They payed mostly by cash and the most affecting factor of purchasing decision was the degree of fitting. 2. The recognition of the necessity of care label was found in 36.7% of respondent and their most rationale was 'for the management of clothes'. The recognition of care labels showed the highest in reliability and the lowest in application. There were significant differences in satisfaction of care label between male and female and in application according to purchasing places. In conclusion, the recognition of the necessity of care labels showed a little high level but relatively low in the understanding and the application.

u-러닝 환경에서 RFID의 교수-학습 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of RFID to Teaching-Learning in u-Learning Environment)

  • 유비쿼터스 사회의 도래에 따라 교육의 패러다임도 변화되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 환경의 u-러닝에서는 휴대폰, PDA, PMP, UMPC, TPC 등의 모바일 기기가 중요한 학습도구가 될 것이다. 특히, 유비쿼터스 사회의 핵심 기술인 RFID를 모바일 기기와 함께 교수-학습에 활용한다면 의미있는 학습이 되기에 충분하다. 본 연구에서는 RFID를 교수-학습에 적용하기 위한 방안으로 RFID-card, RFID-book, RFID-label, RFID-test의 네 가지를 제시하였으며, RFID-label의 방법을 실제 교수-학습에 적용하고 그 가능성과 효과성을 탐색하였다. 그 결과 RFID의 교수-학습 적용에 대한 긍정적인 효과와 가능성을 얻었다. 하지만 RFID를 교수-학습에 적용함에 있어서 기술적으로 부족한 점이 나타났으며, RFID의 교수-학습 적용을 위한 모델의 지속적인 연구의 필요성이 제기되었다.

차세대네트워크에서 로컬 및 글로벌 이동성 제공을 위한 향상된 MPLS-MOB 방안 (Improved MPLS-MOB Scheme for Supporting Local and Global Mobility in NGN)

  • 본 논문은 차세대네트워크에서 끊김없는 서비스를 위한 로컬 및 글로벌 이동성 지원 방안을 제안한다. 제안방안은 MPLS LSP(Label Switch Path)를 통한 2.5계층 스위칭을 이용하여 핸드오버 시그널링을 처리하는 기존 MPLS-MOB(Multi Protocol Label Switching-based Mobility Management)에 로컬 이동성 관리 절차를 추가 한다. 제안방안에 의한 성능 향상을 검증하기 위해 M/M/1 수식을 이용하여 기존방안인 MIP, PMIP과 MIP 연동 시나리오 그리고 MPLS 기반 마이크로 이동성 관리 방안들과 제안방안의 핸드오버 지연을 분석하고 비교하였다. 그 결과 제안방안이 기존방안들 보다 더 나은 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

동영상을 위한 새로운 워터마킹 방법 (A New Watermarking Method for Video)

  • 본 논문에서는 group of picture 변화에 강하도록 레이블을 동영상에 내장하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법에서는 DCT와 IDCT 과정 없이 화소 영역에서 레이블을 내장하지만 DCT 주파수 영역에서 내장된 레이블을 검출한다. 레이블을 내장할 때 동영상의 품질을 훼손하지 않기 위해서 인간 시각 시스템에 기초한 워터마크의 크기를 구한다. DCT 주파수 영역에서 레이블을 검출할 때 화소 패턴과 DCT 계수의 부호 열 정보를 가지는 lookup table을 이용한다. 중심 극한 이론을 사용하여 MPEG2 부호화된 동영상에서의 레이블 검출 비트 에러율을 분석하고 기존의 방법들과 비교한다.

대사증후군 성인의 영양표시 이용실태 및 관련요인 (Factors Relating to Use of Food Labels among Adults with Metabolic Syndrome)

  • Objectives: Dietary modifications are common treatment strategies for adults with metabolic syndrome, but it is unclear how often these individuals read food labels. The objective of this study was to examine if adults with metabolic syndrome read food labels when buying packaged foods and to determine factors related to label use. Methods: From the database of the Fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES-V), 1,335 adults with metabolic syndrome and 3,696 those without were selected. Data were analyzed using frequency distributions, $X^2$ test and multiple logistic regression with the SPSS win 18.0 program. Results: Adults with metabolic syndrome read food labels less than individuals without it when they purchase packaged foods(12.5% vs 29.0%). Among those without metabolic syndrome, food label use was significantly higher among participants who were women, younger, educated, and trying to control weight. Conclusions: Strategies to use food label as a diet management tool for metabolic syndrome are needed.
