1인 가구원의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 관련 변인 연구: 광주지역 1개구를 대상으로 (A Study on the Variables Influencing Suicidal Ideation in Single Person Households: Targeting One Gu in Gwangju)

  • This study aims to examine the general tendency of suicidal ideation in single person households and to analyse the differences and effects of related variables(sociodemographic variables, characteristics of single person households, happiness and depression) on suicidal ideation. For achieving these purposes, a survey was conducted using questionnaires, based on quota sampling that considers the distribution of population in each dong of one Gu in Gwangju. Finally, data of 686 single person households were used for analysis. The study findings were as follows. The average score of suicidal ideation in single person households was 6.47 points, it was somewhat higher as compared to prior research that was targeting general households. And the average score of happiness index was 4.17 points, depression was 33.11 points. The level of suicidal ideation in single person households was significantly different according to age, occupation, economic status, health status, period of single life, life satisfaction, and contact with family. In addition, the level of depression(${\beta}=.24$, p<.01) had the biggest effect on suicidal ideation in single person households and it was followed by happiness index(${\beta}=-.19$, p<.05) and family visit(${\beta}=-.15$, p<.05). The total explanatory power was 37%. These findings imply that it is important to find a high mental health risk group and treat it early, because there is a high possibility that single person households might have mental health problems by being isolated or alienated from society. In addition, diverse program and services designed to maintain familial bonds despite family members living separately are needed.

지상라이다 데이터를 이용한 구조물 윤곽선 자동 추출 알고리즘 연구 (An Automatic Extraction Algorithm of Structure Boundary from Terrestrial LIDAR Data)

  • 본 논문에서는 지상라이다를 이용한 구조물의 자동 윤곽선 추출을 다룬다. 본 논문에서는 사진을 이용하지 않고 전처리를 하지 않은 데이터를 직접 이용하여 구조물의 정면 윤곽선을 추출하는 것을 제안한다. 또한, 구조물의 크기와 데이터 수 즉, 라이다로 측정한 포인트 수를 고려한 효율적인 데시메이션 방법을 제안하였다. 이렇게 데시메이션된 데이터에서 라이다 데이터의 주요 특성중 하나인 거리정보를 이용하여, 구조물과 구조물이 아닌 점으로 구별해낸다. 그 후, 분산을 이용해 지역적으로 절대 좌표값이 큰 값과 작은 값을 찾아내고, 이를 윤곽선 후보 점으로 한다. 이렇게 찾아낸 구조물 윤곽선의 후보점들을 이어 윤곽선으로 만들고 최종적으로 정리하여 좀 더 현실에 가까운 윤곽선을 자동으로 추출하는 방법을 제안한다.

항공사진과 2차원 수치지형도를 이용한 건물 고도의 자동 추출 (Automatic Extraction of Building Height Using Aerial Imagery and 2D Digital Map)

  • GIS 분야에서 도심 건물 지역의 3차원 자료 생성에 대한 관심이 대두되면서 효율적인 3차원 자료 구축에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 3차원 자료 생성과 관련된 연구는 대부분 항공사진, 위성영상, LIDAR자료를 이용한 건물 추출 및 건물 고도 복윈 기법 개발에 초점을 두고 있다. 항공사진 및 위성영상의 단일 자료를 이용한 건물 고도의 추출이나 복원은 광학 영상의 기하학적 왜곡으로 많은 어려움이 있다. 건물의 고도를 추출하기 위해서는 일반적으로 입체 영상을 이용하는데, 광학 영상의 기복 변위로 인해 영상정합 시 오정합이 발생할 수 있어 부정확한 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 건물의 고도 추출을 위해서 국내 외적으로 단일 자료만을 이용하지 않고 2차원 GIS 자료(예, 수치지형도)와 같은 기 구축된 자료를 함께 활용하는 기법 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항공사진(1/5,000)과 기 구축되어 활용되고 있는 수치지형도(1/1,000)를 이용한 건물 고도 추출 기법 개발에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 영상정합 대상점을 제한하기 위해 건물 영상에서 관심점을 추출하여 이용하였으며, 본 연구 성과의 정확도를 검증하기 위해 수치도화 장비를 이용한 건물 고도 모형 성과와 비교 평가하였다.

AP 주변 환경 정보를 이용한 WLAN 기반 실내 위치추정 알고리즘 (WLAN-based Indoor Positioning Algorithm Using The Environment Information Surround Access Points)

  • 최근 WLAN을 기반으로 하는 실내 위치추정 시스템에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 대부분의 WLAN을 기반으로 하는 위치추정 시스템들은 fingerprinting 기법을 사용한다. fingerprinting 기법에서 이동객체의 위치정확도는 참조 점의 수에 비례한다. 하지만 참조 점의 수에 따라 training 단계에서 fingerprint 데이터베이스를 생성하기 위해 많은 시간과 노력을 요구한다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 WLAN 기반 AP들의 주변 환경정보를 이용하여 AP와 이동 객체 간의 거리를 산출하여 위치를 추정하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 이동 객체의 위치 정확도를 개선하기 위하여 제안 알고리즘에 파티클 필터를 적용하였다. 이 알고리즘을 구현하기 위하여 먼저 AP들의 주변에 존재하는 벽, 철문, 유리문, 파티션 등과 같은 환경 정보 데이터베이스를 구축하였고 위치 추정은 감쇠 모델과 경로 손실 모델을 이용하였다. 제안 알고리즘을 실험을 통하여 확인한 결과 위치 정확도는 낮았지만 fingerprinting의 문제점을 해결하였다.

관상동맥 중재시술을 받은 환자의 시술 전후 건강행태 변화 비교 (Comparison of Health Behavior Change Before and After the Percutaneous Coronary Intervention among Coronary Artery Disease Patients)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate health behaviors of patients before and after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: The subjects of this study were 120 men and women whose age ranged from 40 years to 69 years among the patients who received percutaneous coronary intervention in Y university hospital that was located in Daegu city and who had diagnosed for 3 months or more and less than 2 years. Structured questionnaire was used to conduct self-administered survey from May 15 to October 12 in 2012. Results: Patients's health behavior score was ranged from 46 to 94 points after the PCI intervention. The score was $65.42{\pm}12.99$ points before and significantly increased up to $72.53{\pm}10.18$ points after the PCI intervention (p<.001). According to subcategory of health behavior, significant differences were found in scores of health responsibility (increased interest in health, watching of lecture on health and behavior to be punctual on counseling or medical treatment), diet, smoking, and drinking (p<.001, p=.039, p=<.001). However, no significant change was found in practice efforts such as exercise, eating habits and relaxation for stress management. Conclusions: In conclusion, it is necessary to provide education and counseling that enabling patients to improve smoking, drinking, practicing exercise and healthy eating habits.

인천지역 고등학생의 나트륨 섭취 관련 식행동 및 영양지식 평가 (A Study on Dietary Behaviors and Nutritional Knowledge Related Sodium Intake of High School Students in Incheon)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate dietary behavior and nutritional knowledge related to sodium intake in high school students. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 400 high school students (200 boys) in Incheon, Korea. Survey data were analyzed according to gender and degree of obesity. The distribution of the degree of obesity was the highest in 231 normal weight individuals (57.8%), followed by 89 underweight (22.3%), 41 overweight (10.3%), and 39 obese (9.8%). The sodium-related undesirable dietary behavior score was 2.9 points out of 5 points. The detailed dietary behavior scores of 'I eat kimchi when I eat instant noodles or noodles' and 'I like dried fish with salt' were significantly higher in boys than in girls (p<0.05). It was found that boys consumed more frequently high sodium foods, such as pizza, hamburger, and hotdog than girls. According to the degree of obesity, the underweight group consumed more kimchi fried rice and potato chips frequently than the other groups (p<0.05). Preference for salty taste was not significantly different among the groups by gender and degree of obesity. Sodium-related nutritional knowledge score was 5.3 points out of 10 and which was significantly higher in girls or normal weight group than in boys or obesity group. These results suggest that nutritional education on sodium intake is needed because the nutritional knowledge of adolescents is relatively low. Moreover, intensive nutritional guidance is required, especially in boys or adolescents with undesirable degree of obesity.

  • Due to the expensiveness of IKONOS Pro and Precision Products, it is attractive to use the low-cost IKONOS Geo Product with vendor-provided RPCs to produce highly accurate mapping products. The imaging geometry of IKONOS high-resolution imagery is described by RFs instead of rigorous sensor models. This paper presents four different models defined respectively in object space and image space to improve the accuracies of the RF-derived ground coordinates. The four models include the offset model, the scale & offset model, the affine model and the 2nd-order polynomial model. Different configurations of ground control points (GCPs) are carefully examined to evaluate the effect of the GCPs arrangement on the accuracy of ground coordinates. The experiment also evaluates the effect of different cartographic parameters such as the number location, and accuracy of GCPs on the accuracy of geopositioning.

파형강판 지중암거의 시공상 문제점 및 보완에 대한 고찰 (The Study on problems in Construction of Corrugated Steel Underground Culverts and Complementary Measures Thereof)

  • The Corrugated steel plate structure(CPS) can be applied to construction sites with various purposes, and the merits of CPS such as economical efficiency and swiftness can be utilized when it is constructed properly in consideration of its characteristics. However, in Korea, since the history of corrugated steel plate culvert is relatively short, there are not enough design standards. This research is prepared for finding out the causes through examining and analyzing the problems based on the examples from the existing constructions. Moreover, this study can be utilized in preparing designs and design standards of corrugated steel plate culvert in the future and devising prevention measures and complementary measures by studying construction methods considering features of construction sites and circumstances, several points to be considered while carrying out construction works and prevention measures of a problem with the existing structures.

복합국소통증증후군 환자의 견관절 운동제한에 미치는 자하거 가수분해물 약침요법의 효과 (Effect of Placental Extract on Immobilization of Shoulder Joint in a Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Patient)

  • Complex regional pain syndrome type 1(CRPS 1) is a neuropathic pain disorder that accompanies severe pain and motor deficit as well as changes in the skin in the extremities. The pathophysiology of CRPS 1 is still not exactly elucidated. However, the general consensus of involvement of inflammatory mediators in the development of CRPS 1 is amply made. On the basis that placental extract successfully inhibited the production of inflammatory cytokines and mediators in several experimental models, we have tried a long-term weekly injection of placental extract into acupuncture points to a CRPS 1 patient suffering pain and immobilization of shoulder joint. The results say that placental extract effectively resolved pain, restored skin color and improved immobilization of shoulder joint in the CRPS 1 patient.

On study for change point regression problems using a difference-based regression model

  • This paper derive a method to solve change point regression problems via a process for obtaining consequential results using properties of a difference-based intercept estimator first introduced by Park and Kim (Communications in Statistics - Theory Methods, 2019) for outlier detection in multiple linear regression models. We describe the statistical properties of the difference-based regression model in a piecewise simple linear regression model and then propose an efficient algorithm for change point detection. We illustrate the merits of our proposed method in the light of comparison with several existing methods under simulation studies and real data analysis. This methodology is quite valuable, "no matter what regression lines" and "no matter what the number of change points".
