선박 전선 진동해석 효율성 향상을 위한 프레임워크 개발 (Development of a Framework for Improving Efficiency of Ship Vibration Analysis)

  • Free and forced vibration analysis of the global ship structure using the 3-dimensional finite element(FE) method requires not only the specialized knowledge such as ship structure interacted with fluid, damping and various excitations due to propulsion system but also time-consuming manual tasks in FE modeling, analysis and response evaluation. As a result, the quality of the vibration analysis highly depends on engineer's expertise and experience. In this study, a framework system to improve the efficiency of global ship vibration analysis is introduced. The system promising the utilization of MSC/Patran and MSC/Nastran consists of various modules to support data management, FE modeling of ship structure and loading, input deck generation for free and forced vibration analysis, data extraction and evaluation of analysis results, and databases for FE models of marine diesel engines and vibration criteria. The system may be useful for pursuing standardization of uncertain analysis factors as well as reducing time, cost and human dependency in ship vibration analysis.

패러다임 전환에 의한 기업 측면의 IoT 경영 프로세스 구축방안 연구 (A Study on the establishment of IoT management process in terms of business according to Paradigm Shift)

  • 본 연구는 최근 가장 큰 이슈로 떠오르는 "사물인터넷(IoT: Internet of Things)"의 개념과 국내 외 IoT 시장에 대한 현황을 고찰하였으며, IoT 시대의 도래로 인해 유발되는 패러다임 전환 발생에 따른 기업측면의 적절한 대응방안에 대한 해결책을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 티핑포인트(Tipping point)에 있는 IoT 경쟁 시대에 적절하게 대응하기 위한 기업의 경영전략을 '패러다임 전환(paradigm shift)'이라는 시각을 통해 대응 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 과거의 경영 패러다임과 IoT 시대의 경영 패러다임을 비교 분석하여 i)지식 및 학습 주도 경영, ii)기술 및 혁신 중심 경영, iii)수요 창출 경영, iv)글로벌 협업 경영으로 새롭게 패러다임 전환(Paradigm Shift)이 발생할 것으로 예측 및 제안하였고, 이러한 패러다임의 전환에 대응하기 위한 기업측면의 경영전략 프로세스 모델을 구축하기 위해 Gartner가 제시한 'RTE Cyclone model'을 활용하였다. '실시간 기업(RTE)' 이라는 개념은 급변하는 IoT 시대에 기업측면의 경영 전략 프로세스로 활용가치가 있다고 판단되며, 본 연구에서 적절히 응용하여 'IoT-RTE Cyclone model'을 제안하였다. 특히, 제안한 모델은 기업의 민첩성을 강조하고 IT 및 IoT 기술을 통한 실시간 모니터링, 분석, 실행을 기본으로 하며, 기업의 경영 프로세스 각 부문을 통합시켜 기업의 전반적인 서비스를 지원하기 때문에 빠르게 변화하는 IoT 시대에서 영위하는 기업측면에서의 효과적인 대응전략으로 활용할 수 있다.

  • Achievement of objectives of education and training is one of significant factors influencing quality of life. Higher education institutions use different work, teaching methods and tools; however they are inadequate in many cases. Today higher education institutions have problems concerning sustention and rise of certain level of education by giving the job for graduates, using of new technologies that help to present, manage, evaluate and control knowledge. The main objectives of quality management system (QMS) at higher education institutions are as follow: to assure continuous improvement of education quality; to demonstrate performance results and relevant facts to the interested parties (customers of college or university, social partners, administrative institutions) showing the abilities of education institution to prepare high qualification specialists that fully correspond to changing requirements of labour market. The QMS at education institutions should be designed as continuous process, considering that the quality of final product is the result achieved in primary processes. The process shall involve all interested parties. Parameters and indicators of education quality can help to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of existing QMS. The results of quality audits should be also taken into account when designing and implementing QMS at organization. Literature review showed that for the assurance of education quality three different approaches prevail: total quality management (TQM); requirements of quality awards and assessment models; and QMS corresponding to the requirements of ISO 9001 standard. The case study of QMS design and implementation at Vilnius Law and Business College is presented in the paper. The peculiarities, difficulties and obstacles of QMS implementation in the higher educations institutions are analysed in more detail in this article.

기술문서 정의문 패턴을 이용한 전문용어사전 자동추출 및 활용방안 (Automatic Extraction and Usage of Terminology Dictionary Based on Definitional Sentences Patterns in Technical Documents)

  • 기술문서는 지식정보사회에서 생성되는 중요 연구 성과물로, 이를 제대로 활용하기 위해서는 정보 요약 및 정보추출과 같은 개선된 정보 처리 방법을 토대로 기술문서 활용의 편의성을 높여줄 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기술문서의 핵심 정보를 추출하기 위한 방안으로, 기술문서의 구조와 정의문 패턴을 기반으로 전문용어 및 정의문을 자동 추출하고, 이를 기반으로 전문용어사전을 구축할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 나아가 전문용어사전을 지식메모리로서 보다 다양하게 활용할 수 있도록 전문용어사전에 기반한 개인화서비스 제공방안을 제안하였다. 이처럼 전문용어 및 정의문 자동추출을 기반으로 전문용어사전을 구축하게 되면 새롭게 등장하는 전문용어를 빠르게 수용할 수 있어 이용자들이 최신정보를 보다 손쉽게 찾을 수 있다. 더불어 개인화된 전문용어사전을 이용자에게 제공한다면 전문용어사전의 가치와 활용성, 검색의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있다.

의료관광교육 서비스품질이 교육만족도 및 교육훈련전이에 미치는 영향: 조직특성 및 국가관계의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Medical Tourism Education Service Quality on Education Satisfaction and Transfer of Education Training: Focusing on the Moderating Roles of Organizational Characteristics and National Relations)

  • The medical tourism industry, a convergence of medical services and tourism, has been getting more and more popularity as a new value-added industry in the 21st century. Accordingly, the number of professional workers within this industry has been increasing, and the role of educational institutions to cultivate well-equipped human resources has also become critical. However, compared to practically activated medical tourism-related education programs, studies investigating the effectiveness of these education programs are relatively rare. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the effect of five dimensions of medical tourism education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on learners' education satisfaction and transfer of education training. In addition, the moderating roles of national relations as well as organizational characteristics (i.e., transfer climate and support of supervisors and colleagues) in the relationship between education satisfaction and transfer of education training are further verified. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) using 151 samples from respondents with experience in completing medical tourism education programs reveal that tangibles, reliability, and assurance are found to have a significant impact on education satisfaction, which in turn leads to a high level of transfer of education training. Moreover, it is found that national relations and support of supervisors and colleagues play a moderating role. This study would provide guidelines for improving the efficiency of educational institutions, creating outcomes for learners' affiliated firms (e.g., hospitals), and promoting medical tourism at the national level from the perspective of medical tourism education.

지식 문서에서 도메인 온톨로지를 이용한 개념 추출 기법 (Concept Extraction Technique from Documents Using Domain Ontology)

  • 본 논문에서는 도메인 온톨로지를 이용하여 XML 형식의 지식 문서를 분류하고 대표 개념을 효과적으로 추출하기 위한 기법을 제시하였다. 먼저, 도메인 온톨로지는 텍스트마이닝 기법과 통계적 기법을 이용하여 생성하였다. 이를 위해 XML 문서의 구조적인 특징을 이용하여 도메인 대표용어 집합을 구성하였다. 그리고 XML 문서를 효과적으로 분류하기 위한 DScore 기법과 지식 문서로부터 개념을 추출하기 위한 TScore 기법을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 기법의 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 295편의 컴퓨터 관련 논문을 대상으로 실험하였다. 실험 결과, 본 연구에서 제안한 도메인 대표 용어 집합을 이용한 분류 결과가 기존의 방법보다 우수한 성능을 보였다. 특히 TScore기법에서는 문서에서 출현한 용어의 빈도수는 낮더라도 문서의 개념을 대표할 수 있는 용어를 효과적으로 추출할 수 있음을 보였다. 본 연구는 개념 기반의 검색 기법을 통하여 대량의 지식 문서를 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 지식 관리 모델에 적용할 수 있다.

Indicators of Customer Value for the National Technology Information Service

  • Knowledge, technology and information have special characteristics different from the ones of normal consumer products and services. Especially the value of such information varies according to external elements such as the provided environment, their method of utilization, and the level and purpose, etc. of the user. In this study, the indicators of information customer value are developed and measured to enhance customer-based values with efforts for making new customers and maintaining existing customers. The result is as follows: 14 customer value indicators were developed. Among the indicators, value gained versus effort, reduced time for research idea investigation and savings in time searching for equipment, and tools and materials got the highest score, which means that time-saving effects were the most important. The field study of this paper was conducted from information users in the field of national R&D, and thus future studies could be conducted in various industries in many countries to attain generalized results.

  • The network encironment includes a number of autonomous agents which are widely distributed, have different platforms, and change very dynamically. The information system operated on this environment must solve some basic problems; restrictive client-server models, heterogeneous systems, and intellignet agents. We are using KQML for knowledge management. Java language provides solutions against a strong server dependency and a heterogenous troubles. We introduce KQML as an agent communication language and JATLite as a java agent template. these increase an efficiency of communication on network and enable us to use resources distributed in world wide web. Also, we describe a new agent system architecture and implement it through an example scenario

소규모 조직의 지식경영시스템 활성화 방안 (KMS Reinforcement method in the small organization)

  • When small organizations construct and operate Knowledge Management System (KMS), there exists inefficiency in employee participation and system usage. In recent years, web itself is evolving into web 2.0. And It is crucial to utilize web 2.0 characteristics into KMS. The problems in the original version of KMS(KMS 1.0) is as follows. KMS is separated from Offline and electronic work processing systems. Even information in the electronic work processing system cannot be accessed by employees of other divisions in the same organization. Now web 2.0 environment provides more enhanced user participation and information sharing. It also reinforces KMS 1.0 into KMS 2.0. Small organizations should take advantage of web 2.0 environment and construct the better version KMS of its own with low-cost and high-efficiency.
