Electromagnetic actuators are versatile and able to meet demanding requirements, such as operation in very low or very high temperatures. When the actuator is used in a high-temperature environment up to $500^{\circ}C$, we need to know how the force-producing capability of the actuator is affected by the operating temperature. Specifically, it is necessary to know the temperature-dependence of magnetic properties that determine the mechanical forces. In this paper, we measure the changes in magnetic properties of SUS410 material in high-temperature environment. We also devise a novel signal processing technique to remove the integration drift. At the field strength of 18,000 A/m, we found that the flux density at $500^{\circ}C$ is decreased by 26%, compared to the result at room temperature. Therefore, the actuator must be sized appropriately, if it is to operate in high-temperature settings.

When an automatic course-keeping is concerned, as is quite popular in modem navigation, the closed-loop steering system consists of autopilot device, power unit (or telemotor unit), steering gear, magnetic or gyro compass and ship dynamics. In order to estimate automatic steering system of ships in open seas. we need to know the characteristics of each component of the system, and also to know the characteristics of disturbance to ship dynamics. In this paper, I provide calculation method of imposing irregular disturbance to autopilot navigation system of the ship in open seas, and also show calculation examples about fishing boat. The disturbance consists of the irregular wave and the fluctuating component of wind. Finally, The disturbances are calculated in terms of equivalent yaw angular velocity. Each spectrum and time history of disturbance are reasonably evaluated.

This paper seeks to activate the discussion on the 'University and College Archives', which are to be established under the provision of 'the Law on the management of the records of public institutions' which are going to be enforced from 2000. For this purpose, we need to know about the university archives: what is university archives, how that was developed, and what's the meaning of university archives in academic society. Because we can find out exactly the flaw of the discussion on university archives, having been discussed nowadays, get to know the problems, and can seek the desirable directions to establish university archives through the understanding of the basic characteristics of university archives. The understanding of the general public on the preservation of public records has rapidly improved so that there should be no objection to the premise that we need to preserve, manage, and utilize public records in order to let democracy take root in our society. In the same vein, to preserve the historical records of the university which had played a leading role in the democratization of our society will serve as a foundation to fix the identity of the university by recognizing the socio-political functions of the university and culture of it in this rapidly changing society. And the records to be preserved in the archives, especially university archives, which include various aspects of the university and students, will promote the democratization of the university itself which has been questioned in several universities recently.

Calculation methods of irrgular disturbances are based on the linear superposition principle. In this paper, for the purpose of evaluation of automatic steering of ships , the influences of linear control constants of autopilot on propulsive energy loss are investigated bya performance index is introduced from the viewpoint of energy saving. Numberical calculations are carried out for an are carrier and for a fishing boat in multi-directional waves.

When a ship is course-keeping in the open seas, autopilot system is adapted. The design of autopilot system is very important for improvement of ship′s element research. Automatic steering system consists of autopilot device, power unit, steering gear, magnetic or gyro compass and ship dynamics. In order to evaluate automatic steering system of ships in open seas. we need to know the characteristics of each component of the system, and also to know the characteristics of disturbance to ship dynamics. In this paper, I provide evaluation method of autopilot navigation system of the fishing ship. Prediction method based on the principle of linear superposition is introduced for irregular disturbance. For the evaluation of automatic steering system of a ship, "performance index" is introduced from the viewpoint of energy saving and calculation method is frequency response analysis. Finally, I carried out calculation of sensitivity of control constants of autopilot with various conditions of ocean environments.

According to Sun Tzu's Art of War, "if you know yourself and your enemy you win hundred battles out of a hundred." This is also apply for international business field. International business negotiation will not be failed if you know counter party's behavior and understand their culture and customs. The cooperative approach is known as interest-based negotiation. Interest-based negotiation is particularly effective in a global business characterized by diversity. We often need to reach agreement with people who are different from us - culturally, ethnically, or economically. If we cannot get beyond the differences, they can create obstacles to agreement. To do this, we need to focus on the interests of the parties instead of on the parties' differences. Every culture has their own distinctive feature that the people from outside seems not understand but they must have the optimistic attitude which complies with. The purpose of this paper, from the point of view above, is to examine cultural differences that could make sure comparative advantage in business negotiation of the enterprises who eager to expand their market or to invest internationally. This paper especially shows cultural deferences among Korea, China and Japan in terms of business we must consider.

In this paper, a large-scale study on users' understanding of search-based advertising is presented. It is based on (1) a survey, (2) a task-based user study, and (3) an online experiment. Data were collected from 1,000 users representative of the German online population. Findings show that users generally lack an understanding of Google's business model and the workings of search-based advertising. 42% of users self-report that they either do not know that it is possible to pay Google for preferred listings for one's company on the SERPs or do not know how to distinguish between organic results and ads. In the task-based user study, we found that only 1.3 percent of participants were able to mark all areas correctly. 9.6 percent had all their identifications correct but did not mark all results they were required to mark. For none of the screenshots given were more than 35% of users able to mark all areas correctly. In the experiment, we found that users who are not able to distinguish between the two results types choose ads around twice as often as users who can recognize the ads. The implications are that models of search engine advertising and of information seeking need to be amended, and that there is a severe need for regulating search-based advertising.

People have relatively continuous and stable characteristic and it can help understand personal attitude and behavior. As individual has individual personality and society has culture, in case of organization, there is organization culture that means unique cultural characteristic. And as if we need to know culture of that society to understand individual, we need to know organization culture of that organization to understand any organization. The reason why organization culture is acknowledged as modern theory of business management is-modern company has proposed management innovation, organization activation, company transformation, and company reprogramming as management strategy to cope actively with various and quickly changing environment that modern company face-that organization culture and management innovation, that is, the concept of new business management is highlighted for means and tools to solve such problems. Seeing contemporary situation, although organization culture of small company is being improved by management innovation, cause and effect that organization culture affect technique innovation still insufficient. The meaning of this research is, through a good example of organization culture, providing reason that efficient organization culture affect technique innovation of small company(medium and small company) and making people understand why this effect occur. Through this, I want to provide strategy and policy implication of company.

It's essential to measure electrical signals of Korea tilting train "Hanvit 200" during operation, Because we need to study operation characteristics of new electric "Hanvit 200" and we want to develop diagnosis system of main circuit of Korea tilting train "Hanvit 200". So, we measure electrical signals for developing diagnosis system of "Hanvit 200" during operation. We measure voltage and current of the primary winding of main transformer and analyze then. In result, we know that each operation mode has specific waveform and frequency. In addition, we also measure arc currents and arc voltage and we know that are of each situations has specific waveform of pattern.
