Sharing of CAD data plays a key role in the PLM and a lightweight model is widely used for visualizing and sharing a large data. The lightweight model is mainly composed of triangular elements to minimize file size. There is no problem at all to visually confirm the shape based on these triangular elements but there is a limit to numerically calculate the exact position on the curve or surface. In this paper, a boundary curve generation method using triangular elements is proposed to increase the utilization of lightweight models. After matching connectivity of triangular elements, boundary element edges are extracted. Boundary curves are generated by connecting of these boundary element edges. This proposed method has been tested on several models to demonstrate the feasibility.

In the context of total quality management, customer satisfaction is a key factor of success. Customer needs have been in the past described with rather vague words. In order to lead in the competitive market, product designers must be willing to interpret and reflect customer perceptions of a product on the design. The objective of this research is to develop a systematic process capable of linking customer preferences on a product to the design of product elements or specifications. The design process consists of multivariate statistical analyses, semantic differentials, and multidimensional scaling techniques under the framework of a methodology known as quality function deployment which is frequently used to construct a quality design process. The process being established is expected to serve as an effective means to communicate between the customer and the designer through proper representational schemes of design elements.

The aims of this study were to analyze the coastal Fisherman's awareness for the Fisheries and Maritime Job Skills. Fisheries & Maritime key competencies were defined as the abilities that include the essential knowledge, skills, attitude, and experiences required for the workforce on the fisheries and maritime job condition. This research collected preliminary data from 65 coastal fishermen. Data were analyzed to obtain content validity analysis. The results of the study were as follows; First, Fisheries & Maritime key competencies were divided into 6 elements in coastal fisheries. Second, Fisheries & Maritime key competencies were consisted of basic skills, marine vocational ethics, marine information capacity, marine elementary knowledge, marine safety management skill and marine consciousness. Third, CVR proves that the value analyzed in the study was validation. In consequence, the study suggested that Fisheries & Maritime key competencies were different in accordance with work environment.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to review literature on anger management intervention programs for parents published over the last 10 years and to extract the key elements of the interventions through an integrative review. Methods: This research was carried out in stages following Whittemore and Knafl's integrative literature methodology. Key words in Korean and English were used to search the PubMed, MEDLINE, EMbase, CINAHL, RISS, KISS and National Assembly Library databases. Several intervention factors were extracted from the selected papers on the basis of the framework which was helpful to identify the intervention patterns and were classified into meaningful themes. Results: The extracted intervention factors from the final nine studies classified into four themes: 1) Modifying irrational beliefs through cognitive approaches, 2) Empowering parenting competencies through learning a parent's role, 3) Utilizing emotion management skills, and 4) Parent-child relationship improvement training based on self-reflection. Conclusion: Four main themes were drawn from the key components of the various interventions. These findings should be considered in practice, and further intervention development studies for parents using these findings should be conducted.

YouTube videos of public institutions are digital public records that need to be managed and preserved. As such, the video and the metadata describing the video should also be preserved. This study aims to select the key metadata elements necessary for archiving videos published on YouTube by public institutions. To this end, five high-level areas, namely the description, structure, management, preservation, and user participation, and the metadata elements of 10 subareas, were designed by referring to NAK 8, PREMIS, ISAD(G), and YouTube metadata. Afterward, the metadata elements designed by 14 experts were verified. Lastly, the validity and reliability of the evaluation results were verified. Of the 63 elements, 33 satisfied the validity and reliability criteria. Thus, these elements were selected as the core metadata for archiving YouTube videos in public institutions.

Construction clients are the key player in that they initiate construction projects and are in a position to influence the efficiency and productivity of the projects. Construction projects by nature require team-working so clients's leadership is the crux of project success. The objective of this paper is to suggest characteristics of construction clients' leadership in terms of best practice based on the analysis of project success cases. Four key elements of construction clients' leadership are identified and best practice from the case studies were related to the elements.

Construction projects, including housing, are carried out over long periods of time. According to changes to the construction period, the cost of input materials and wages also changes. Therefore appropriate management is important in order to minimize cost risks caused by fluctuations in prices. In Korea, housing units are usually sold in lots prior to construction completion. Therefore, careful management of input elements such as materials and equipment that are sensitive to price fluctuations is very important. This study deals with how the price fluctuation of materials, labor, and equipment influences the change of housing cost and seeks a way for cost management through identifying key resources sensitive to price fluctuation. As a result, a change to the housing cost index multiplies depending on cost changes of materials and labor together. Labor costs are a major factor on the housing cost index. In addition, certain types of materials and labor input to housing construction greatly influence price fluctuations. Thus, it is found that managing those main cost factors is the key for effective cost management.

The objective of this study is to suggest planning directions for rural landscape management and conservation. With wide literature review, the Rural Traditional Theme Village were selected as case study areas to search for the main elements according to various spatial types. The pictures taken from the site investigation were used for a questionnaire survey to understand and to find the value of rural landscape. Finally, we found out 25 items from 3 spatial type (rural life area, agriculture production area and natural environment area), and Analyzed the Preference of rural landscape elements.

In this paper it is investigated that the visual elements of preference which influence the visual preference for bench. "What color of bench is preferred when the location is the same\ulcorner" Started from those questions, the elements of preference which influence the visual preference for bench is investigated. In this research, a equal standard mark system is applied for the evaluation of visual elements of preference and then the relationship between the visual preference and the elements of preference are examined by the method of multiple regression analysis. The result of primary factor analysis from the visual evaluation in this paper will affect visual preference of the bench in urban park. Thus, the result of this study will contribute to development of urban parks for the maximum satisfaction of park visitors supplying necessary information for a resting place planning and design. It will provide a useful management guide of urban park facilities to prepare a strategic management plan of the benches from the users point of view. Especially, to know the correct preference of people, which will be provided by the evaluation of visual preference to bench will be the key to rest place planning.
