As the basis of the environmental ecological river management, this research developed a method of habitat classification using imagery information to understand a distribution characteristics of fish living in a natural river. First, topographic survey and investigation of discharge and water temperature were carried out to analyze hydraulic characteristics of fish habitat, and the unmanned aerial photography was applied to acquire river imagery at the observation time. Riffle, pool, and glide regions were selected as river habitat to analyze fish distribution characteristics. Analysis showed that the standard deviation of RGB on the riffle is higher than pool and glide because of fast stream flow. From the classification accuracy estimation on riffle region according to resolution and kernel size using the characteristics of standard deviation of RGB, the highest classification accuracy was 77.17% for resolution with 30cm and kernel size with 11. As the result of water temperature observation on pool and glide using infrared camera, they were $19.6{\sim}21.3^{\circ}C$ and $15.5{\sim}16.5^{\circ}C$ respectively with the differences of $4{\sim}5^{\circ}C$. Therefore it is possible to classify pool and glide region using the infrared photography information. The habitat classification to figure out fish distribution can be carried out more efficiently, if unmanned aerial photography system with RGB and infrared band is applied.
This study aims to investigate the impact of a mobile-based human coaching healthcare service provided for diabetic patients by nurses on their self-management ability. This study collected data from 311 persons who were diagnosed with diabetes from all over the country, and the collected data were analyzed through SPSS Win 23. The results of the study are summarized as follows: First, it was found that the utilization of a glucose meter by the provision of the mobile-based human coaching healthcare service was men group, and there was a statistically significant difference (${\chi}^2=6.059$, p= .048*). Second, there was a positive correlation in the utilization between the glucose meter and an activity tracker band by the provision of the mobile-based human coaching healthcare service, which was statistically significant (r=.660, p< .001). Third, as a result of checking the changes of the utilization of the glucose meter by the provision of the mobile-based human coaching healthcare service, it was maintained between 79% and 41% from Week 1 through 49. In conclusion, this study partially confirmed that the mobile-based human coaching health service was easily accessible and cost-effective in enhancing the participants'self-healthcare ability.
This experiment has been carried out to study the changes of caseins is Gouda-type cheese during ripening by the use of DEAE-cellulose column and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results obtained were as follow: 1. The amount of water soluble nitrogenous compounds in the cheese ripened for 2 and 4 months was 19.03% and 30.61% for total nitrogen in the cheese, respectively. On the other hand, the amount of 5% NaCl soluble nitrogenous compounds in the cheese increased to 41.13% for 2 months ripening, but it decreased to 22.61% at 4th month. 2. By DEAE-cellulose column, various nitrogenous compounds of Gouda-type cheese were fractionated into 5 major and several minor peaks. The proportion of some fraction areas to the whole increased with the ripening period and the others decreased. 3. Electrophoretic patterns of various nitrogenous compounds in a 4-month-old cheese showed 5 and 8 bands, repectively. 4. Sixteen amino acids were identified in soluble and precipitable compounds at 12% TCA in a 4-month-old cheese.
The synthesis of $SrAI_2O_4:Eu^{2+}$ phosphor and its properties of both photoluminescence and long-phosphorescent were investigated as a function of sintering condition. Single phase of $SrAl_2O_4$ was obtained by sintering the mixtures of $SrCO_3$, $Eu_2O_3$, $AI_2O_34 and 3wt% $B_2O_3$ powders over 100$0^{\circ}C$ in Ar/H2 atmosphere. The optimum sintering condition for the long-phosphorescent phosphor of $SrAI_2O_4:Eu^{2+}$ was found at 130$0^{\circ}C$ for 3hours. The PL emission spectrum of $SrAI_2O_4:Eu^{2+}$ shows a maximum peak intensity at 520nm(2.384eV) with a broad emission extending from 450 to 650nm which resulted from the $4f^65d^1$$\rightarrow$$4f^7$ transition of $Eu^{+2}$ under 360nm exitation. Monitored at 520nm. the excita¬tion spectrum of $SrAI_2O_4:Eu^{2+}$ exhibits a maximum peak intensity at 360nm (3.44eV) with a broad absorption band extending from 250 to 480nm.
Characteristics of speckle errors of Sea-viewing Wide Field-of-view Sensor (SeaWiFS) chlorophyll-${\alpha}$ concentration were analyzed, and its causes were investigated by using SeaWiFS data in the East Sea from September 1997 to December 2007. The speckles with anomalously high concentrations were randomly distributed and showed remarkably high bias of greater than $10mg/m^3$, compared with their neighboring pixels. The speckles tended to appear frequently in winter, which might be related to cloud distribution. Ten-year averaged cloudiness of winter was much higher over the southeastern part, with frequent speckles, than the northwestern part of the East Sea. Statistical analysis results showed that the number of the speckles was increased as cloudiness increased. Normalized water-leaving radiance of the speckle pixel was considerably low at the short wavelengths (443, 490, and 510 nm), whereas the radiance at 555 nm band was normal. These low measurements produced extraordinarily high concentration from the chlorophyll-${\alpha}$ estimation formula. This study presented the speckle errors of SeaWiFS chlorophyll-${\alpha}$ concentration in the East Sea and suggested that more reliable chlorophyll-${\alpha}$ data based on appropriate ocean color remote sensing techniques should be used for the oceanic application researches.

The result of the study for essential oil(Bergamot, Grapefruit essential oil)'s Anaiysis of Blood Serum Epidermis proteins by exposure of nature lays on treatments are as follows. 1. There is no significant difference between control group and the groups treated by essential oil in feed efficiency, but in water intake, there are significant differences between each group. Water intake of the groups treated by Bergamot and Grapefruit essential oil without treatment by sun cream is higher than that of any other group. It is presented that the effect of losing water of the surface of skin is related to the balance effect of water. 2. As a result of serum analysis without applied UV-rays, the total cholesterol in the groups treated by Bergamot essential oil is higher than that of the groups treated by Grapefruit essential oil. It is showed that the dissolution of cellulite of Grapefruit essential oil is stronger than that of Bergamot essential oil. After applied UV-rays, however, the change of total cholesterol of the groups treated by Bergamot essential oil is lower than that of the groups treated by Grapefruit essential oil, namely, the group treated by Bergamot essential oil drops is used to make sebum membrane on the surface of skin, so the quantity of influx into blood vessel was low. With the result that, atherosclerotic index(A.I) also was low in the group treated by Grapefruit essential oil. In the aspect of increasing cholesterol for obesity treatment, it was judged that the effect of treatment with Bergamot essential oil is somewhat slower than that with Grapefruit essential oil, but it is safer than the effect of treatment with Grapefruit essential oil in the aspect of health. 3. As a result of protein analysis, the groups applied UV-rays in the group of treated by Bergamot essential oil, the biggest change of protein's band was appeared under part of 20.0 1Kd in the change pattern of protein. As the trend of changing protein at the groups treated by SPF 15 and 30 was similar to that of the groups of the control, it was showed that the effect of sun cream can prevent the change of the composition of skin. In the groups treated by Grapefruit essential oil, after the groups treated by Grapefruit essential oil applied UV-rays, the biggest change of protein's bend was appeared the upper part of 43Kd in the change pattern of protein. It was also judged that it means the change of the composition of skin. However, the trend of changing protein at the groups treated by SPF 15 and 30 was also similar to that of the groups of the control. Eventually, it was also showed that it can prevent the change of the composition of skin by the effect of sun cream.
Purification of methioninase resulted in a yield of 69%, and SDS-PAGE analysis of the purified product revealed a single band of approximately 43 kDa in molecular weight. in vitro experiments with cancer cells incubated in methionine-free media demonstrated an increase in $^{11}$ C-methionine uptake to 25.8$\pm$1.1% at 6 hr, 31.8$\pm$0.8% at 24 hr, and 62.2$\pm$0.6% at 48hr, compared to controls. Treatment of the cancer cells with purified methioninase showed no decrease in survival after a 2 hr incubation with 0.01 U/ml, but survival of RR1022 cells decreased 30% after 24 to 48 hr incubation. SKOV-3 cells showed a 5% and 14% decrease in survival with 0.1 and 1 U/ml methioninase after 24 hr. After 48hr survival decreased 15% and 24% with 0.1 and 1 U/ml methioninase. Measurements of $^{11}$ C-methionine uptake in RR1022 cells demonstrated no change at 2 hr, but a 13.7$\pm$4.7% and 40.7$\pm$2.6% increase in uptake at 24 and 48 hr, respectively. SKOV-3 cells also showed no change at 2 hr, but had a 17.7$\pm$7.2% and 38.9$\pm$4.9% increase in $^{11}$ C-methionine uptake after 24 hr and 48 hr treatment with methioninase, respectively. $^{11}$ C-methionine PET imaging revealed clear visualization of both the tumors and contralateral infectious lesions. Administration of rMET appeared to result in a slight increase in tumor:nontumor contrast on $^{11}$ C-methionine PET images. Injection of purified methioninase also produced PET images where tumor uptake was higher than that of infectious lesions.
What makes glucose transport function sensitive to insulin in one cell type such as adipocyte, and insensitive in another such as liver cells is unresolved question at this time. Recently it is known that insulin stimulates glucose transport in adipocytes largely by redistributing transporter from the storage pool that is included in a low density microsomal fraction to plasma membrane. Therefore, insulin sensitivity may depend upon the relative distribution of gluscose transporters between the plasma membrane and in an intracellular storage compartment. In hepatocytes, the subcellular distribution of glucose transporter is less well documented. It is thus possible that the apparent insensitivity of the hepatocyte system could be either due to lack of the constitutively maintained, intracellular storage pool of glucose transporter or lack of insulin-mediated transporter translocation mechanism in this cell. In this study, I examined if any intracellular glucose transporter pool exists in hepatocytes and this pool is affected by insulin. The results obtained summarized as followings: 1) Distribution of subcellular fractions of hepatocyte showed that there are $24.9{\pm}1.3%$ of plasma membrane, $36.9{\pm}1.7%$ of nucleus-mitochondria enriched fraction, $23.5{\pm}1.2%$ of lysosomal fraction, $9.6{\pm}1.0%$ of high density microsomal fraction and $4.9{\pm}0.5%$ of low density microsomal fraction. 2) In adipocyte, there were $29.9{\pm}2.6%$ of plasma membrane, $19.4{\pm}1.9%$ of nucleus-mitochondria enriched fraction, $26.7{\pm}1.8%$ of high density microsomal fraction and $23.9{\pm}2.1%$ of low density microsomal fraction. 3) Surface labelling of sodium borohydride revealed that plasma membrane contaminated to lysosomal fraction by $26.8{\pm}2.8%$, high density microsomal fraction by $8.3{\pm}1.3%$ and low density microsomal fraction by $1.7{\pm}0.4%$ respectively. 4) Cytochalasin B bound to all of subcellular fractions with a Kd of $1.0{\times}10^{-6}M$. 5) Photolabelling of cytochalasin B to subcellular fractions occurred on 45 K dalton protein band, a putative glucose transporter and D-glucose inhibited the photolabelling. 6) Insulin didn't affect on the distribution of subcellular fractions and translocation of intracellular glucose transporters of hepatocytes. 7) HEGT reconstituted into hepatocytes was largely associated with plasma membrane and very little was found in low density microsomal fraction which equals to the native glucose transporter distribution. Insulin didn't affect on the distribution of exogeneous glucose transporter in hepatocytes. From the above results it is concluded that insulin insensitivity of hepatocyte may due to lack of intracellular storage pool of glucose transporter and thus intracellular storage pool of glucose transporter is an essential feature of the insulin action.
Bacillus sp. $\beta$-mannanase was purified by DEAE-sephadex ion exchange column chromatography. The specific activity of the purified enzyme was 21.57 units/$m\ell$ protein, representing an 95.33-folds purification of the original crude extract. The final preparation thus obtained showed a single band on SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The molecular weight was determined to be 38.9 kDa. Guar gum galactomannan was hydrolyzed by the purified $\beta$-mannanase, and then the hydrolysates was separated by activated carbon column chromatography and Sephadex G-25 gel filtration. The main hydrolysates were composed of D.P. (Degree of Polymerization) 5 and 7 galactomannooligosaccharides. To investigate the effects of guar gum galactomannooligosaccharides on in vitro growth of Bifidobacterium longum, B. bifidum, B. infantis, B. adolescentis, B. animalis, and B. breve, Bifidobacterium spp. were cultivated individually on the modified-MRS medium containing carbon source such as D.P. 5 and D.P. 7 galactomannooligosaccharides, respectively B. longum and B. bifidum grew up l0-fold and 9.8-fold more effectively by the treatment of D.P. 5 galactomannooligosaccharides, compared to those of standard MRS medium. Especially, D.P. 5 was more effective than D.P. 7 galactomannooligosaccharide on the growth of Bifidobacterium spp.

With the advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the wearable-device industry is growing at a rapid pace in line with the hyper-connected society of people-to-things and things-to-things network connections. International Data Corporation (IDC), a market research institute, estimates that the wearable-device industry will grow rapidly by 2020, despite not yet attracting a popular response. This study investigates the trend of the wearable-device industry and draws implications for product and service development through user experience analysis. The subject of analysis was smart bands and the data generated from product review were collected and analyzed. As a result, user experience could extract utility, usability, aesthetics, value, and reliability, and polarity was analysed and visualized in the extracted data. The study results reveal that current wearable-devices are expensive, that users cannot receive useful information from the long-term viewpoint since the analysis of accumulated data remains focused on functional development, and that they are recognized as a fashion item or an accessory. These factors hinder the continuous usage, motivation and market spread of the product. In a future follow-up study, we will conduct a comparative study on bands and watches by analyzing the second smart watch.
