The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of integration of informational technologies in the administration of justice as a necessary component of the development of the informational society in Ukraine. In general, informational technologies make it possible to create new forms of organization and interaction of bodies of public authorities with society, to introduce innovative solutions for legal regulation and organization of public relations. More and more services for citizens are moving to electronic format. Judicial reform is aimed at ensuring more comfortable and convenient interaction with the courts. The need for the usage of informational technology in the proceedings is preconditioned by the global informatization of modern society, the development of new forms of interaction in the civil sphere with the usage of electronic means of communication: the global Internet, mobile, and satellite communication systems and more. "Electronic justice" involves the use of information and communication technologies in the implementation of procedural law.

기록관리를 체계적으로 수행하려면 안정적인 법 제도, 인력과 조직, 시스템이 뒷받침 되어야 한다는 논의가 일반적이다. 물론 필요한 요소이다. 그러나 이런 요소만으로는 한계가 있을 것 같다. 기록혁신을 위해 법제 정비가 필요한 것은 사실이지만 법제로 환원되지 않는 다른 논의도 필요하다고 보기 때문이다. 다른 접근이 필요하다는 문제의식을 심화하기 위해 이 글에서는 기록담론을 다뤘다. 기록담론의 관점에서 '국가기록관리혁신 TF'의 활동과 최종보고서를 분석하면서 기록혁신의 방향성과 의미를 짚어보았다.

This study aims to substantiate an interdisciplinary methodology for automated analysis and qualitative assessment of legislation and court decisions. The development of this kind of methodology will make it possible to fill a number of methodological gaps in various research areas, including law effectiveness assessment and legal monitoring. We have defined a methodology based on the interdisciplinary principles and tools. In general, it should be noted that even at the level of qualitative assessment made with the use of the methodology described above, the accumulation of knowledge about the relationship between legal objectives, indicators and computer methods of their identification can reduce the role of expert knowledge and subjective factor in the process of assessment, planning, forecasting and control over the state of legislation and law enforcement. Automation of intellectual processes becomes inevitable in a digital society, but, releasing experts from routine work, simultaneously reorients it to development of interdisciplinary methods and control over their application.

현재 치열한 경쟁상황 속에서 기업들은 소비자들이 다른 대안으로 전환하는 것을 막기 위한 다양한 전략들을 실행하고 있으며, 이 중에서 전환장벽을 이용하는 전략은 고객유지와 관련해 매우 효과적인 것으로 알려져 있다. 하지만 전환 장벽으로 인해 새로운 대안으로 바꾸지 못하고 현재 서비스제공자와의 관계를 유지해야 하는 소비자 입장에서도 전환장벽이 긍정적일 것인가? 심리적 반작용이론에 의하면, 사람들은 어떤 자유가 위협받거나 제거될 때, 그 자유를 되찾는 방향으로 동기부여 되거나 어떤 부정적 반응을 보일 수 있다고 하였다. 전환장벽 역시 전환의 자유를 제약한다는 점에서 소비자의 부정적 반응을 유발할 수 있으므로, 본 연구는 전환장벽으로 인해 다른 대안을 단념해야 하는 상황에서 소비자가 경험할 수 있는 부정적 심리 반응과 그에 영향을 주는 변수들에 초점을 맞춘다. 연구가설에서, 부정적 심리반응에는 '이전선택에 대한 후회', '현재 제공자에 대한 원망', '좌절된 제공자에 대한 열망'을 포함하였으며, 전환좌절 상황의 특성-'좌절된 대안의 매력성', '전환 장벽의 심각성'-이 이러한 반응들에 영향을 줄 것으로 가정하였다. 그리고 이러한 전환 좌절상황의 특성이 주는 부정적 영향은 현재까지 해당 제공자로부터 받은 대우에 따라서 달라질 것으로 보고 지각된 공정성을 조절변수로 추가하였다. 연구 결과 전환좌절상황의 특성과 부정적 심리반응의 관계는 모두 지지된 반면, 지각된 공정성의 조절효과는 대부분의 관계를 상호작용 공정성이 조절하는 것으로 나타나 일부만이 지지 되었다. 이러한 결과는 전환 장벽의 긍정적 측면에만 영향을 밝혀온 기존 연구의 한계점보완하고 있으며 그에 따른 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제공해준다.

이 연구는 유력한 지구시민권구상인 Rawls의 자유주의적 접근과 코즈모폴리턴 공화주의구상에 대해 지구적 정의론으로서의 윤리학적 기초를 연구하는 것이 목적이다. 의무론측면에서 자유주의적 국제주의에 경도된 Rawls의 견해는 국제관계의 불평등이 구조화된 경제의 세계화시대의 호혜성의 의무와 시민적 권리에 관한 의무를 반영하지 못하는 한계가 있지만, 코즈모폴리턴 공화주의는 지구적 차원의 반지배원칙의 구현을 주창해 의무론적 정당화의 기반을 갖추고 있다. 공리주의 면에서 Rawls는 자유주의적 국제주의에 입각해 개별국가들 간의 재분배를 거부하는 논리에 대해 정당화를 시도하고 있지만, 코즈모폴리턴 공화주의는 개도국시민들의 구조적 희생을 극복해 지구적 차원의 해악을 줄이고 효용수준을 획기적으로 개선할 가능성이 있다.
