Vessel collision accidents have been investigated by means of questioning the persons involved and plotting manually the stated situation. But the repetitive plotting by hand can cause the investigator to make some errors, and it can be connected to a wrong judgement. In this paper, we proposed a simulator for reconstructing and analyzing vessel collision accidents at sea, where the given situation is plotted automatically on it. We verified validity of the system by applying it to some collision accidents.

The constitutional court decide a negative expression in their judgement. It is a dismissal. In the dismissal, they suggest that the legislative body can resolve it and Parliament can an enactment or not for the physical therapist. Therefore, dismissal of constitutional court is not only dismissal but also it is a suggestion for legislation. Another suggestion of the constitutional court that study about curriculums of physical therapy department, duration of education, relation of between medical doctor and physical therapist, work contents of physical therapy and effect on national health.

This paper is about to develop a system to monitor speed droop rate characteristic of turbine governor for electric power plant. High quality electricity can be obtained, and so electricity supplier get more profit through it. A single outlier can influence on the least squares estimators and can invalidate analysis based on these estimators. The Cook's statistic has been introduced to measure influence of individual data point on parameter estimation and the quantile of the F distribution is recommended as a reference value. but in practice subjective judgement is applied in the choice of appropriate quantile. A simple reference value is introduced in this paper which is developed by approximating conditional quantities of Cook's measure. The performance of the proposed criterion is evaluated through analysis of real data set.

This paper presents the interrelationship between software quality character and engineering attributes. The software quality characteristics and subcharacteristics are excerpted from IS0/IEC 9126 standards, and the engineering attributes are from Deutsch and Willis〔4〕. Based on the previous studies a subjective judgement, trisected interrelationship(strong, medium, weak) bet these two groups are derived. The results are summarized in a table, and can be used as a quick reference guide to the software quality engineering application such as quality evaluations for software products, selection of key engineering attributes for high-quality software production, and so forth.

Stability aspects have often been incorporated in the dispatch/pricing procedure using trial and error methods, or approximated in the dispatch optimization directly as a set of linear constraints on generation/transmission. This paper presents introduction of PSS/OPF and voltage instability analysis using the program. Additional advantages offered by FSS/OPF are easier procedures, less computation and avoidance of engineering judgement in identifying the amount of shunt requrement at the candidate buses.

Determination of input variables for artificial neural network (ANN) depends entirely on the judgement of a modeller. As the number of input variables increases, the training time for the resulting ANN increases exponentially. Moreover, larger number of input variables does not guarantee better performance. In this research, we employ Genetic Algorithm for selecting proper input variables that yield the best performance in training the resulting ANN.

본 연구는 부품업체가 갖는 고유의 사업에 대한 특성분석을 통하여 방대한 부품개발과제들에 적합한 성공판정모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 전자부품업체를 대상으로 전문가에 대한 인터뷰조사와 설문 조사의 분석결과를 토대로 부품개발과제의 유형화를 시도하였고, 이에 따른 부품개발과제의 유형별 성공판정모형을 구축하였다. 본 연구의 모형 및 결과는 개발과제에 대한 합리적인 성패판정 기준 내지는 모형의 구축을 갈구하는 우리나라의 기술기업들에게 하나의 유용한 틀을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

In the descriptive studies investigating people's risk taking behavior, the most used experimental technique has been the simple lotteries which consist of only no possible outcomes. However, these simple lotteries cannot always be an appropriate representation of the real world decision-making situations, where three or more possible outcomes are frequently encountered. The purpose of the present study is to investigate people's risk attitude in various multi-branch lottery games.
